Mahesh rao b m valid through 11/19. On the 17th june had made a purchase inr 48170. 00 and had converted to emi. Have also received a confirmation sms that the transaction has been converted to emi on the 19th june. Yet on the 10th july the total amount of 48170 has been debited from my sb account. Please reverse this.

I have received message "Rs. 862.50/- debited as DR. CARD CHARES" on June 15th 2017. I want to know what are these charges and why they have cut these charges?

        I have open a new account with axis bank in May month. I have met with an sales executive Furqan Khan (AXIS BANK Sultanpur Branch).

        We applied for new account in May last week and we got kit after 25 days which is very late then we ask him to make a Fix Deposit of 5 Lakhs he agreed for 7.25% interest rate but he didn't provide confirmation and on 5th of july he said that we will executive your FD today with an offer interest of 7.50%. so we told him that we agree on it.
        Yesterday we check with Furqan khan Senior in bank (As Furqan Khan was not there), he said interest rate is low now and better to proceed for mutual fund.
        We are not agree for it, If I need a mutual fund I will do it myself... no need of AXIS Bank for it.

        Kindly provide me a FD on 7.5% interest rate as we agree else reimburse my time and loss which we are facing due to AXIS Bank.
        Close my account without any charge and return the total money.

        no update till now...
        I submitted my all document in maripur branch, muzaffarpur Bihar-842001 for opening of salary account. i contact with Abhay kumar-sales officer, mob-[protected] for opening salary account. I recall of Abhay kumar;many times but no any respond from bank. 6 days after i again visit branch but after that no any respond from bank.
        I was unable to perform certain activities due to Lien amount unsettlement. I urgently need new check book.But as per customer care, my lien amount will be settled on 3rd Saturday of this month.

        I have my salary account in Axis Bank.

          First 1 went to Axis Thane branch(code 1892) on Thursday 6th July to apply for insta debit card. The lady employee issued me insta Debit card but after some time she mentioned that her branch printer is not working and requested me to visit branch in the evening to collect the card. she infoemd me charges for Insta secure debit card as Rs 300/- + Service charge and informed me that your card will be activated with in 24 hrs.

          When i reached branch in evening, she again informed me that still printer is not working and requested me to visit another branch.

          My whole days wasted and another point is how come the bank can be operate with a printer facility for a whole day.

          Next day on 7th July 17 i visited Airoli Branch (Code1564). Here is received the card but the employee informed me that same card charge is Rs 500 + service charge and it would take 3 working days to activate.

          My concern is that why is so much difference is process if both branch operate the same process.

            Dear sir,

            I am customer (Cust id:[protected] with axis bank branch (Utib0000037) located at f. C road pune. I was in dire need of one of the products called insta credit card of axis bank. I went to the bank to apply for one.
            When i inquired about the card it was found that the main axis bank branch of which i am a customer do not have it.in such a situation i approached operations manager of the bank. She inquired with the staf[censored]nder her and it was found that the relationship manager were fooled by the operations department of the scarcity of the card. On finding that the operations manager strictly ordered them to issue me an insta credit card. The prerequisite for issuing the card is a fixed deposit which you need to have with axis bank inorder for any branch to issue you an insta credit card. So i made a fixed deposit of 25000 rs with the bank and this case was given to a relationship manager know as sanjay who holds a respectable position among the staff. I was given the assurance that the card would be activated within 24 hours.
            Since that day which was 23/3/2017, i am still not able to activate the card, it has been 4 months and i have gone through ordeals of harassments i take this opportunity to complaint that not just harassment i have gone through major fraud for which i am thinking of going to consumer court. Few days back after months of painstaking calls to the customer care activation department, they revealed that the information in my credit card was different and that the relationship manager has deliberately put in some other persons details instead of mine. Details are given below:

            In addition to this, i have requested for a receipt of my fd and it has been 4 months they are not able to provide me with the receipt of my fd. After all this i also requested them to close my account which has still not been closed. I am really frustrated and tired of all this that i have to go through and see no other option but to write to you about my grievances. I hope that you would take some action in this regard and that no other bank customer would have to go through this harassment and fraud.

              I brought new sim around 3 month ago, after activate of sim, i am receiving lot of credit card sms and call i had complaint several time in customer care of Axis bank every time they told that after " 10 days you don't receive any sms from our site" but still i am receiving sms of credit card .customer care are either illiterate or irresponsible I am totally fade with customer care people.

                  I have axis gift card worth of 5000/- card no. [protected]
                  On first purchase transaction was correct when i made second purchase at khadim show for 1000/- when vendor swipe the card error message flashed since transaction was not complete but i have received sms that amt 1000 has been debited and balance was shown and card was swiped again 1000/- deducted without but not credited to vendor' account and the process was completed once again same result but no credit to the traders account. Thus rupees 3000/- was deducted from my pre paid card without making valid purchase. Kindly re credit the amount wrongly debited in my card.

                    Validity 12/21.we have Fixed deposits worth of rupess 6 lakhs in your devlali camp branch and 6 saving accounts of minimum 4-5 lakh rupees balance.                     Today that is 7/7/17, i went to your bank at the opening time 9:31.I went for making a DD but the operational manager PREETI PANDAY was not on her table. I waited for about 20 to 25 minutes outside the bank. When i went inside the back after 25 mins, the operational manager was still not her table. The peon said that she was buzy in a meeting with the bank manager. Respected sir, my only complaint is that when the duty timing is 9:30 still why the operational manager was not in place even after 25 mins. Why the manager needs to hold a meeting in working hours? Why not before or after the working hours? If you need any proof, you can check the cctv of your bank in khadakpada, kalyan branch.i am not telling to take any serious action rather i just want that they should know to co operate especially at the time o[censored]rgency and be on their place at time.                       The branch manager Mr. Pradipta Pati is very irritating and distracting the bank ambience. He keeps on following the employees, overload them with tasks and abuse all the staffs. He detains all of them upto 9pm regularly and this creating trouble in my family life. Because of him my husband returns home so late everyday. So torturing man. Please see to it. Mr pradipta Pati. Nayagarh district. Bijipur branch. Odisha

                          I am Mohammed zubair ahmed, I had brought Hyundai creta car on loan with axis bank bearing loan account no: AUR[protected]. I have submitted all asked documents to bank representative for ecs clearing but every month I get call from bank executive stating "there is some issue in ecs and it takes some more days to sort it out so please clear through NEFT" I m paying through NEFT since 3 months and my issue is not addressed till now. They say me to visit some place called ranigunj for more clarification.

                          While taking loan they visit our places more than 5 times if required, now when I face issue even after the mistake of bank then why I am asked to visit axis bank - ranigunj.

                            Flight ticket cancellation made by me through Make my trip on 29.may 2017. The refund status show me that transaction forwarded to bank. But it is not credited in my account . when i made quarry about the refund status they send me the refund reference no[protected] for amount 14824 & RRN[protected] for 900/- & RRN[protected] for2615/- pls credited in my account as soon as possible

                                  I have Personal Loan account in AXIS Bank (PPR[protected], while the PL confirmation call they (Executive Abhishek) told me that the insurance amount will be 1250 rupees. However they have deducted almost 1454 extra amount at the time of final disbursement. I tried to check with them (Manager - Devang Thacker and Executive), they are not even speaking politely. They are very rude.
                                  Why extra 1454 amount deducted, Can I get the clarification on this?

                                    I have two issues to share
                                    1.i have made a payment of Rs. 12, 303 at South India Shopping Mall, Patny, Secunderabad on 1st July, 2017. Amount was debited from my account but they could not raise receipt of the same. they said it would be refunded within 3-4 days. I am yet get the refund.

                                    2. On 25 th June I had a booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad, the service was cancelled and i was told that i would get the refund amount rs. 3604, in fact I have received a mail from Abhibus stating the refund has been processed, they gave the transaction number as mentioned here [protected] with merchant reference number as 9446. I am surprised why it takes so many days for refund. hope to get a positive response..

                                      Am currently not in India and I have personal loan on going with Axis Bank . I sent several email to send me the loan statement and repayment schedule but I didn't receive any response. So I am accepting some serious response for this complaint and serve the customers properly, don't know how come there is no proper complaint site present for Axis bank, highly frustrated.

                                        There were Fradulent Transactions in my Credit card. I have informed by return mail to axis bank that all the transactions after[protected] were fraudulently done by unknown person by hacking (Presumption) or by axis bank person (Doubt).
                                        I asked them to block card. They advised me over phone to cut the card in to pieces and contact nearest axis bank branch. The Branch persons at Attapur, Hyderabad informed that their branch does not deal with CC and asked to visit Ranigunj branch. From the ranigunj, Secunderabad branch I was directed to go to some othe Branch. In that branch also no one was able to give me details.
                                        I had to shout at them and why are they not able to show me a solution. Then one of them informed that all the CC issues are dealt by CC department at their head office and to contact head office by mails. I told them that I had already asked axis bank by reply mail confirming about fraud and already requested to block card and had already cut CC card into pieces as per their advise. I have been billed again in July 2017 and Axis bank recovery department have thretened that they will file a case agaist me and spoil my CIBIL Rating.
                                        How can Axis bank be so careless about action on fraudulent transactions even after informing? How can they continue to Charge interest on Disputed Transactions for non-paymen\t.
