As per our telephonic discussion i have attached screen shots of error found during online payment to any site.
I have sent these screen shot twice times to customer service team. As per your promise you will personally tackle these issue and resolve it within 2 working days.

I am suffering same issue since 4 months....

S you already aware that still i am not getting my payment (Approx 5000/-) which is wrongly submitted in my axis bank credit card ([protected]). As received message from customer care side after submitting the payment we make a call on customer care on (13/03/2017) for activate the services but as per customer care representative my card services is terminated but they given me commitment that submitted payment return in my saving account...

I m continuously reporting bank from last 12 days just for simply opening an nre account.
I submitted all required documents on 16 of june and till now account does not opened.
Firstly it was informed to me that account will be instantly activated on spot later told it wil take 8 days now it already 12 days passed.

I am writing complain against axis bank bhiwadi rajasthan. They mostly close there door 3:30 pm. After this they don't deal with the customer. Guard also misbehave with the customer. I did a transaction with ksrtc, on 7th june 2017 but the transaction failed. Axis bank is the acquirer here. I did not get my refund, its already 20 days. I paid through freecharge wallet.
