Am currently not in India and I have personal loan on going with Axis Bank . I sent several email to send me the loan statement and repayment schedule but I didn't receive any response. So I am accepting some serious response for this complaint and serve the customers properly, don't know how come there is no proper complaint site present for Axis bank, highly frustrated.

    There were Fradulent Transactions in my Credit card. I have informed by return mail to axis bank that all the transactions after[protected] were fraudulently done by unknown person by hacking (Presumption) or by axis bank person (Doubt).
    I asked them to block card. They advised me over phone to cut the card in to pieces and contact nearest axis bank branch. The Branch persons at Attapur, Hyderabad informed that their branch does not deal with CC and asked to visit Ranigunj branch. From the ranigunj, Secunderabad branch I was directed to go to some othe Branch. In that branch also no one was able to give me details.
    I had to shout at them and why are they not able to show me a solution. Then one of them informed that all the CC issues are dealt by CC department at their head office and to contact head office by mails. I told them that I had already asked axis bank by reply mail confirming about fraud and already requested to block card and had already cut CC card into pieces as per their advise. I have been billed again in July 2017 and Axis bank recovery department have thretened that they will file a case agaist me and spoil my CIBIL Rating.
    How can Axis bank be so careless about action on fraudulent transactions even after informing? How can they continue to Charge interest on Disputed Transactions for non-paymen\t.

      I made a transaction of INR.13000 /- IMPS from my Axis Account to SBI Account now there is no idea where the money has gone. The smart Phone Banking officer has no explanation to give other than apologising and telling me that money will be credited back in 3-5 working days.

      I am in urgent need of money and hope this issue will be resolved soon.

        My name is Sunil Kumar Shesham and my loan account no-PPR[protected], i availed loan of 2L for EMI-4971/-, last month remaing amount was 18, 167/, and i have paid on 17-June-17 Rs-18, 200/-, after payment i got a call from AXIS bank saying that you have paid 18, 200/- sir u have to pay remaining amount Rs-117/-, i said madam remaining amount will deduct form my next EMI they said ok. But today they have deducted full amount of RS-4971/-.

        Kindly check and revert me.

        Otherwise i will escalate this issue.

            Hi,

            I've been charged with SCG.VISA.POS.DT charges multiple times and also the consildated charges have been charged with amount 150/- and if I call customer care guys, there are not being soft, they're shouting on us and saying that they don't have any details.

            The worst point is that we're being debited with unknown charges and we are unable to get the information from the Bank guys also.

            This is being so horrible.

            Please help me with this problem. I can not even change the Bank, because my company holds axis bank accounts for employees.

              My concern is as under:
              (1).I am Woman and Senior Citizen
              (2).I have savings Bank Account number [protected] in Axis Bank, Patiala.
              (3).I got a dividend Cheque Number 970738 amounting Rs.2452.58 from UTI Mutual
              Fund against my Investment, bearing my name as Uma Devi, SB A/C number [protected] Axis Bank Printed on it. As my name in mutual fund records is Uma Devi and in SB a/c Uma Gargi
              Bank returned the cheque with the remarks name differs, Uma Devi in place o[censored]ma Gargi.
              (4). I once again submitted the cheque with proofs, AADHAR, Voter ID Card and PAN with declaration of my name being Uma Gargi and Uma Devi are same
              (5).But till date, bank is adamant to give its credit in my savings account.
              (6) I have made several phone calls daily and day to day for the status of my cheque but the person dealing with it do not bother about my repeated requests.
              (7).From the facts mentioned above, it proves that the person dealing with my cheque is willingly harassing this Senior Citizen and that too, a Woman.
              In the last, I request you, kindly take action against such officials and replace them from Public dealing duties and ask the Axis Bank to give credit of my cheque, as soon as possible

                651 rupees got deducted from my axis account. when i spoke with customer care they said i opened demat account so AMC charges applied for your account. First of all i didn't opened demat account but they said we have dully signed documents with us but they didn't produced the proof of document with my signature. Now they are coming and asking if you wish to close the account means you need to pay the due amount of 640/- rupees - am very much surprised that i didn't opened the demat account, i didn't know how to trade, they deducted 651 rupees and now they are taking about dues!!! I need justice for this. i have all the proof's that i didn't used the account i.e. statements in my mail(i don't know how am getting the statements - i always ignored that).

                      Greetings for the [protected]@!

                      I have used Axis Bank Debit Card to make a payment of Rs. 603.80 at Lifestyle International (P) Ltd- Max Retail Division on June 25th, 2017 but payment transaction was failed and same amount was debited from my account.

                      I have not received balance return in my account and I have cross checked at the store as well and they have not received in their account.
                      So, kindly look into this matter and do needful as the earliest.

                      As per rules if transaction fail than within 24 or 48 hrs money have to refund in account but Axis Bank told it will take 120 days. My complain number is 32162842

                            I am the customer of your Axis bank at Mall road Ludhiana.My account no is [protected].i have a credit card which no is [protected]...which is renew by the bank on 04/17 without my knowledge...i had not submitted any request to renew it..coz im not living in india since feb 22/2017.i had been moved to the canada on that date...and i had been cleared all my credit card balance before leaving the india..and now bank is sending me the statement dat i have pending some dues Rs1339..only i have my card password and no one is using my card now ...im not going to pay all these payment ..and i really don't like this what the bank doing with me so I don't want this card now pls cancel my credit card..im sending you the Canada arrival stamp on my passport in the attachment..pls its my humble request cancel my credit card and close all this payment balance..and pls don't harass my family members

                              I tried to recharge mg Airtel numbered [protected], Delhi NCR Airtel Circle, through the Axis Bank App for Rupees 450/- (INR)

                              The message displayed was
                              " RECHARGE FAILURE "

                              However, the sum of rupees 450/- got deducted from my account.

                              I called in the Branch. Mr. Avnish, an executive from the branch, assured me that the money would be reverted back.

                              But, the amount has not been refunded yet.

                              Plz get it done.

                                Hi,

                                I am not able to make credit card payment either through mobile app or internet banking. I am always getting message "The transaction cannot be completed because you have crossed your limit". I don't know about which limit it is talking about, I am having money to do bill payment.

                                I've called customer care executive they said check your limit enhancement and all but that also is not solving the problem. I would like someone to look into this problem.

                                And one more problem in their mobile app and internet banking, once the bill generated and if I do the payment after that then outstanding balance doesn't get updated in either of the browser. According to customer executive, I've to refresh my account and then logout and login but nothing got change.

                                  Very disappointed with the fake information provided by the Axis Bank representative. it's simply doing fraud with the customer.

                                  For PL top of i have been informed 0 charges but at the time of disbursement i have been charged Rs 17500/- and on that deduction the representative is not ready to give any explanation but putting all the blame on the bank.

                                    I am jeereddy suresh i am working in borgwarner morse systems. Chennai limited. I have axis bank account with number of [protected], i am tranfer 4000 to my mom sbi account but in that time some error will be occured so the money will be debited from my account i transfer on 1 st july 2017 at 7.30 am still now the money will not transfer i want my money back i contact near axis bank but there is no response from that branch sso please solve my problem and refund my money. The customer care also will not respond.

                                      I have Axis Salary account since 2014, and continuous amount is deducted every month without any consensus avoid deduction from my salary account

                                      There is absolutely no doubt that this was an erroneous deduction. Kindly scrutinize the error and refund the amount back into my account. I would be grateful if this could be done without further delay as I am undergoing a financial trouble these days due to recessive business.

                                        I am Axis Priority account holder of your bank bearing account number: [protected]. I have spent online more than 30000 in this quarter by my priority Platinum debit card but No popup of 10% cashback displaying in my account while i visit Axis Netbanking from my laptop. I am checking my account through netbanking there is no popup displaying about 10% cashback of my online spends .I have attached the snapshots of my account.Hope you will see. I have spent more than 30000 online during the quarter and i am eligible for 10% cashback for my online spends during this quarter but no popup of cashback is displaying in my account when i visit my account through netbanking from my laptop. Requesting you to solve my issue and send me my 10% cashback of online spends of this quarter. I have attached snapshot of my account netbanking page.Also I have attached snapshot of my bank statement showing online spends of more than 30000/= in this quarter from April 1st to 30th June 2017.
