Sir/ Madam,
This is regarding our purchase at a Spencer's outlet in Lucknow (Near Ram Ram Bank Chowk, Sector G, Aliganj, Lucknow 226024) on Wednesday, 7th June at 8:42 pm.
The total purchase amounted to INR 3246.67 and at the billing counter, I used my Axis Bank VISA Corporate Gift Card ([protected], expiry date 10/17). The card was swiped twice, money got deducted twice (INR 3246.67), I received an SMS immediately about the deduction but the person at the counter told us that the store has not received the Money. This happened twice after which I paid through another Card.
The person at the counter assured us that both these two transactions of INR 3246.67 each would be reversed soon. Today, while shopping with the same card, the balance amount shown is still not adjusted.
SPENCERS says Axis Bank will reverse the money as they have not received it.
Kindly let me know when will this amount of 3246.67 + 3246.67 reversed.
