I kundan tambde have housing loan (Phr[protected] and loan against property (Ltr[protected] with axis bank. I inquired with axis bank for list of documents (Lod) and i have been told that it would take 15 working days from the date of request. Considering that i am moving out of india for permanent location to dubai and i got the buyer for the property; i immediately requested through an email dated 15 june 2017 for lod. I received an email confirmation on the same day that the request would be processed in 15 working days without mentioning any date. I also received a confirmation call wherein as natural i requested to expedite it much faster. I have been promised that i will receive a call by evening which didn't come.
I sent a reminder on 21 june 2017 requesting a date for getting lod. I received a response with date which is 12 july 2017. I spoke to the loan manager who processed my loan earlier sharing with him that i am departing on 10 july 2017 and i need a personal help to close this. Also, with humble request not to break any process, but as per the request dated 15 june 2017, i should get document at least by 3rd july 2017 as we calculate 15 working days from the initial request. The email has been sent to that effect.
However, my experience with axis bank since the disbursement of these loan is pathetic. There is no personal touch with client and no cooperation except pointing fingers on the internal processes of the bank. I am unable to understand that loan process takes 5 days and lod takes 15 working days...in this case it is beyond even 15 working days... I am amazed with the speed of service to clients in the days and age of technology and efficient working environment.
I would request to have the documents by 3rd july 2017 and i kept my options open to go to appropriate forum if i miss my departure date and incur the losses due to no fault of mine.

    Sir, maine axis bank me individual current account net banking ke liye open karvaya.net banking ka user i'd or password 6 month me bhi nhi aya. Or first 3 month 15 rs. Sms charge + service tax ka charge liya gya and than last 3 months 85 rs. + service charge maintains charge ka kah kr account me se kaat liya gya. Itna he nhi jab maine account close karwaya to 500 rs. Account close charge kaat liya gya. Jabki bank ke staff ne kewal sms charge bola tha or 6 month baad account close karwane pr koi charge nhi lagane ke baat khi thi. So i request you sir pls solve this problem.       I have an account : [protected] in axis bank, it was my salary account in which we could have even zero balance.
      But suddenly it has been changes as my savings account without any prior information.
      They have even deducted many rupees mentioning insufficient balance.
      When i wanted to close my account, i went to the branch and spoke with them for which the told that i need to provide them additional amount of nearly rs.700 to close the account.

      I raised complaint in rbi and i get a call from axis bank asking for loan in axis bank? What is this?

      I need to close my account asap without any charges.

        I am writing complain against axis bank bhiwadi rajasthan. They mostly close there door 3:30 pm. After this they don't deal with the customer. Guard also misbehave with the customer. This is the worst customer service i have recevied from any bank. My 4000 rs was stuck in atm, i went to make a query for this. No one attended me and guard also misbehaved with me.

          Company name: agora climate control systems. We have corporate account in axis bank, duri centre, vasai (West), thane – 401 202 branch. We had deposited cheque of rs.5, 00, 000/- in our account dt.12.06.17. We got message from bank on 13.06.17 morning that the funds are credited to our accounts. So, we have issued the cheque to our suppliers. At late evening 6:30pm, we got received a message that the balance e is debited of amt. 5, 00, 000/-, the reason is shows that papers not cleared. Because of this debit balance, the 7 cheque was dishonored because of no funds. On 14.06.2017, full day no credit of funds transaction done, no message or phone was come to us. On 15.06.17, we got message that your cheque was in clearing & we got funds on evening 15.06.17. We complain to our branch, bur they said that they are helpless, they have no power to stop this type of technical issue, they told that the reason of this problem was that the bank of our cheque which was deposit in our a/c that is sbi, sbi had rejected the our cheque because of not clear image of cheque. They told that because bank's online system, they have no control on this type of issue. The cheque was returned at axis back office. They could not do anything. Plz, solve this issue. We had face very difficult time because of axis bank 's technical problems.

            I did a transaction with ksrtc, on 7th june 2017 but the transaction failed. Axis bank is the acquirer here. I did not get my refund, its already 20 days. I paid through freecharge wallet. It was informed to me that as it is freecharge wallet, the refund will be initiated from the bank side. But i did not get my refund. Refund money asap

                  I opened my account march 2017. I received sms from axis bank saying your axis direct will be activated soon. Unfortunately, i did not request anyone to start axis demat account which debited 500/- rs from my account few minutes after i received sms saying that your axis direct account is active. Rs 1725 was taken out of my account. My only question is without my knowledge who opened account for me. And can the bank take my money from saving account with out my knowledge. I guess axis bank agent has done it without my knowledge. Last 3 months i have been talking to him. He basically became unresponsive. I found this is very unprofessional.

                    And when i call the bankers, they do not receive my call and if you ever do, they will say that it will happen in a while and it has been more than a week. But i have not received my joining letter yet.

                    Axis bank ghatkopar east branch
                    Impending recent misbehaviour of the branch manager i decided to close my account and called nodal office to discuss the same. I clearly mentioned to your representative that i would like the nodal office to handle my case and resolve the below queries to me. I was told that i will surely get a call back within 2 days. But instead even nodal officer has not bothered to call back and simply again fwded my complaint to the branch. The same branch which anyways doesn't care to resolve my grievances, why wud they care to make my closure an easy process. Like i had told your officer, the branch has not called back and even if they do after this email i do not want the branch to deal with me and have to go through the insult again!

                    Now coming to the branch:
                    I have the following complaints against the ghatkopar east branch where my account has been for over a decade-
                    1. The branch manager in my recent visit misbehaved verbally with me and insulted me and my husband when we went to him with our concerns on how axis bank systems have been for past 10 years and how we have been troubled.
                    2. I filed 3 - 4 requests between 2012 to 2015 for name change in both my account and cc post my marriage and it still did not happen. Due to this my cibil report was not updated and i had issues with loans. Even at that time the branch could not resolve my issue after multiple visits and so i was asked by your call center to approach the nodal office. After 3 months of torcherous follow up it got resolved.
                    3. Ever since my account opened and i was transferred to priority, the rms have changed every 2-3 months and new rms never contact or inform us. As a result we are never able to take any services as a priority customer.
                    4. I was black mailed to make an fd with axis bank for a locker that i am using currently. The rm at that time clearly made a mandate saying unless we invested in a product with the bank, a locker won't be given even if i was next on the wait list. We were assured of further services but that we never got and now that i have closed my account they are again blackmailing me to have an account with them if i do wish to continue my locker with them.
                    4. There are many more such tiring experiences with axis bank i have which are difficult to explain on one email. But the bottom line is no customer should have to go through this.

                      Myself prajakta rudrawar from ravet pune. I have several accounts in axis bank from last so many years so wanted to open one current account in axis bank ravet branch, pune (Branch code 3144). But i had very bad experience with this branch.
                      Case 1-
                      On 29/5/2017 i have visited branch office first time for getting details of required documents. But till 8/6/2017 they have made us busy with so many papers and stamps. On 9/6/2017 my form sent from ravet branch to mumbai for further process. After 3 days they have called us and asked to do some documentation again as query raised by head office. This was the first time. I have called customer care for the same and my complaint no. Was 31882771. I have submitted papers but after 2 days again i have received call from the ravet branch to submit some papers as new query raised by head office. This was second time. Again i called customer care and my complaint no. Was 31897191. Second time also i have submitted all papers to the branch office. But height of lack of knowledge and training by axis bank staff third time i have received call from the branch again saying that there is a query raised by head office. This was third time. My third complaint no. Is 32065378.
                      I have started process of opening current account on 29/5/2017 and till today on 25/6/2017 i have not received my account number. This is really worst experience with axis bank till now. I have called and asked branch on 17/6/2017 to return my papers and form as i don't want to open account in your branch now. But they said just give us one day we will get it complete. I am so much fed up with such lethargic attitude by axis bank staff. Due to this wastage of time in opening account we had big loss of business opportunity and dis satisfaction from our customer end. Now i want it should be refunded by the axis bank itself. I am ready to provide necessary papers for that.

                      We have one current account of our society with the same branch, ravet branch, pune (Branch code 3144)
                      Account no. [protected]. I have visited branch from the month of march2017 to do the changes in signatory of our account. But in several everal visiting staff gave me excuses that they don't have the required form, one from was they brought for me but i got late etc etc. On 29/4/2017 finally i have received signatory change from the branch and we have done all the required formalities. So many times i have visited branch for the same., but the answer from there side was it will take so much time from head office as it is very important work. On 23/6/2017 when i raised my complaint with cluster head for the same, i have received call from the branch saying that they want one stamp on that signatory change form. It was shocking to know that for me the form want not send to mumbai for further process. It was laying with branch from 29/4/2017 till 25/6/2017. Really very bad experience with the axis bank. Now i want to close all my 9-10 accounts from axis bank and transfer it to such bank which will have importance of customers account. But before it i want to raise this issue with the sensible officer of the axis bank who will take some serious action on this.

                      I have Requested to Open a Fixed Deposit Account in Axis Bank and Drop a cheque in My Account and after clearing of cheque Mr. Bhupendra umar sharma (Axis bank, Alwar, Rajasthan ) was not picking up call & give fake Statement and all.
                      Finally he refused to make FD as We had communication before.

                          I dr abhijeet singh r/o city gurdaspur distt gurdaspur state punjab. Took a car loan from axis bank gurdaspur branch, loan account no. Aur[protected] which was disbursed on 3 june 2017, before taking loan i enquired about loan from bank manager and dealing employee my first and foremost requirement was prepayment of loan without any extra charge as the government banks do dealing employee and branch manager ensured me that there will be no chage when u deposit prepayment of any amount and then i agreed to take loan from axis bank as my salary account is also in axis bank. They told me to sign loan agreement which i signed by trusting their words as there are so many paged i signed them on yhe assurance of dealing employee and branch manager. After taking loan i came to know from coustomer care that information they gave me was totally false and they cheated on me. There is 5% +service tax on prepayment amount which i will have to pay. Axis bank gurdaspur have cheated me by concealing the correct information... Me and my wife have salary account in axis bank since 2014... Im very disappointed and feeling helpless... Im going to close my axis bank salary accounts and will shift to other bank and i will never recommend axis bank to my near ones... I will also shift my loan account to govt bank... See if you can do something into this matter otherwisd im going to do all above mentioned with in a month...

                          i have just checked my account today and found bank has deducted more than 7 time 350 and 376 amount by showing as consolidated amount they even did not call us and inform us about this
                          I have transferred 12500/- to SBI on June 8th 2017 but due to the timeout issue
                          it's not getting transferred to beneficiary account and even not getting reverse to my account also

                          I contacted Axis Bank Customer care many times but there is no use.

                          Please solve my issue as soon as possible

                            I have submitted my application and all other documents on 14th june 2017 to open a salary account and later i have received the application number through sms.

                            Still my account is not yet activated,
                            And i didn't find any web page of axis bank to get the status of my application.

                            I was taking out the money 4000 rupees from the tavarekere Bangalore 560029 axis bank atm at 2:19 pm 24 June, money was deducted from the account but the money did not came out from the atm machine.

                              Sir/ Madam,

                              This is regarding our purchase at a Spencer's outlet in Lucknow (Near Ram Ram Bank Chowk, Sector G, Aliganj, Lucknow 226024) on Wednesday, 7th June at 8:42 pm.

                              The total purchase amounted to INR 3246.67 and at the billing counter, I used my Axis Bank VISA Corporate Gift Card ([protected], expiry date 10/17). The card was swiped twice, money got deducted twice (INR 3246.67), I received an SMS immediately about the deduction but the person at the counter told us that the store has not received the Money. This happened twice after which I paid through another Card.

                              The person at the counter assured us that both these two transactions of INR 3246.67 each would be reversed soon. Today, while shopping with the same card, the balance amount shown is still not adjusted.

                              SPENCERS says Axis Bank will reverse the money as they have not received it.
                              Kindly let me know when will this amount of 3246.67 + 3246.67 reversed.

                                  Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT. why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                                  If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this .

                                  I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

                                    We are holding a current account no. [protected] with axis bank, new alipore branch since december 2016. Despite filling up the application form twice for initiation of net banking services, this service is still not active for our account. We are facing huge problems as all taxes etc have to be paid either through filling up of the form and giving cheque at the bank or from your personal account.
                                    Do not know what good this is serving the bank.
