Hi,

Greetings for the day.

My name is luvnesh kumar verma i have been a customer of axis bank since a very long time but have never noticed such a behavior from an axis bank employee.

Let me tell you what happened today around 1 in the afternoon i went to the axis loan department because i have a personal loan running under my name and the emi of the loan gets deducted from my saving account which use to be a salary account but few months earlier i was getting a lot of deduction on the account so i stopped using the account but then the account started to attract fees on it so i gave a request to close the account after that i reached the loan office new road dehradun i told the lady the same story so she said i can swap the ac for ecs by providing 4 cheques for the emi and a cancel cheque and a cheque for clearing the dues i agreed to which she never told me that i dont have to put dates on the cheque and i only had a few cheques left so i put dates on the cheques then she said these cheques are now wasted as we require undated cheques i asked to see the manager she called someone name sumit saxena claiming to be the manager but his id didn't say on it that he was a manager any which ways he was not even competent to be a manager he was not able to speak in english at all ok that's not my problem but then we explained him the same situation now here is the part i have problem about this guy started to talk in an abusive rude tone was not ready to listen to a customer was not looking for a solution he was in a cloud i am a manager and the guy sitting next to him is nothing i was so embarrassed not only that i was humiliated in front of a person who came with me this guy sumit saxena harassed me mentally i am now so disturbed i cannot even explain

Here at axis bank you say customer is the priority but you manager sumit saxena made me feel like customer is nothing it was not about my issues it was about the way he was talking to me that abusive tone he had i am not gonna stop here i am gonna drag him to court for mental harassment and using his power inadequately serious is this how your manger is supposed to treat a customer as he is a piece of # i am sorry for my language but there is no other word to describe how much he humiliated me he not only shouted on me in an angry tone but in an abusive tone i was still talking to him but as per this guy sumit saxena i was not even there.

I ll be speaking to my attorney regarding the harassment and humiliation i have gone through this is not a way to deal with a customer.

I need an answer is this kind of behavior acceptable as per the authorities at axis bank. If yes i am glad i am getting rid of axis bank from my life forever.

    I currently hold my salary account in axis bank. Day before yesterday i got an sms from the bank that said a demat account has been opened
    Against the said account. I never even asked for any kind
    Of demat account to be created against my name in the first place. This is a no-frills salary account and i wish to retain it expressly for the purpose it
    Was meant to fulfill when it was created.
    On e-mailing 'dp. [protected]@axisbank' i get instructions that i need to visit "any of our nearest branch offering demat services" and submit a form to close that ridiculous demat account, something that i had never even requested for to begin with. This is infuriating. Does your bank think that it's customers have plenty of spare time to while away running to it's branches to settle issues that never should have arisen in the first place? I have had my salary accounts in ing, hdfc and sbi before and never had to face this kind of trouble.

      This happened last year when we i was not able to maintain the axis bank current account for few months, as our partners had parted their ways and i was the only one remaining in the company. After few months i deposited a cheque of 17000. They deducted 4499 as service tax and consolidated charges for the account.
      I don't even know what it was. While i was looking back to the same account today they had added a lean of -6000. I am not sure again why.in this reference, i have talked to their client representative and he also told me that nothing will happen. I am not able to connect to their customer care as they have not yet updated my number despite filling the form 100 times.
      I don't know what these private banks are trying to do with their clients. They are fooling and misusing them. The money they are charging is hard earned and i want every penny of it to be returned,

        Sir,
        When i made complaint just now on my credit card nbr *3526, immediately i have receiving many calls from the number[protected] and asking me to speak in hindi and enquired details of my debit card number but i was given wrong number.
        I don't why you people are giving scope to fraudsters by displaying such complaints.
        If you could have provided emails id's then we would have registered complaints through such emails.
        This is your responsibility if any mischief / fraud is occurred i am no way no way concerned and you have held whole responsibility.

          Dear sir,
          From last one week i am trying to international transaction to joseph prince ministries singapore. As i am christian, i used to donate every month either 30 or 50 usd. I did it same since last month. But during this month last week when i had tried to same transaction for 30 usd, i couldn't succeeded even i tried for three times.
          It was displaying that your transaction is declined and your card is blocked. Immediately i have contacted and confirmed myself that transaction was made by me only and requested to unblock my card.
          Yesterday again i tried several times to transfer on international transaction to joseph prince ministries for 50 dollars, again same declined was displayed.
          I have contacted to the customer care [protected] and informed the same, then your customer executive was given the number to contact regarding my issue[protected], but not responding properly even i tried several times. After many attempts he was responded that is technical problem within 15 minutes it will be resolved.
          But today till now it was not cleared and today also i had tried to on international transaction to joseph prince ministries for 50 dollars but same decline red flag is displaying.
          Today when i tried contact your executive more than ten times who had spoken yesterday regarding this issue over the phone number[protected] is not at all responding to my calls.
          I don't know why you should employed such callous attitude employees to deal with the customers.
          So i request you please inform to whom i should complaint and give their email id s and phone numbers to take action on that executive who is available this time 12.20 pm and redress my issue and unblock the decline badge and enable me to transact the same per month.

              I am a customer of your bank in rourkela branch. I have got an account
              In your branch, rourkela. I need my money from my account for my
              Medical treatment. Pl consider my case as soon as possible.
              1. I am not able to withdraw my money from my account.
              2. Inspite of lodging complain for last 15 days, axis bank staff are
              Harasssing me in particular branch manager.
              3. They are harassing me like any thing.
              4. Branch manager repeatedly saying lodge a complain against my branch,
              I can't help you out.
              5. Branch manager mr kesab chandra mishra, asst manager miss
              Truptimayee panda and biswa mohapatra are harassing me and i am
              Mentally disturbed for them.
              6. Either these staffers are looking for bribe or something.
              7. If by tomorrow my problem is not resolved, i will proceed to the
              Court of law and vigilance.
              8. Branch manager has done the physical verification of my status
              Inspite of that he is not allowing to withdraw or to transfer my
              Money.
              This is for your kind consideration as i am dire need of my money for
              My treatment.

                My name is zabi from bangalore, however living in belgium. I applied for housing with axis just recently. After spending thousands of rupees for processing procedures and waiting for 2 months after providing all details and documents, i was informed my application is rejected.
                This is very disappointing and the reason given was excellent that some technical issue problem because i was in belgium as a country. Can you believe it.

                  The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
                  The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
                  The bank had once in past, deducted the money for failed transaction after 12hrs the failure of transaction and also they refused the request to block the card at that time, saying they cant block the card.
                  The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level.

                  Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                  "hello! Your a/c no 3*22 has been debited by rs 7745.73 on[protected]. The a/c balance is rs 4560.39. Info: brn-pymt-card-451457*00"

                  You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount.

                  Today on insisting them for blocking the card they say that if you block teh card you may not receive the deducted amount.

                  I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around.

                        Dear Sir,

                        My credit Card with AXIS Bank Limited was used for 2(Two) un-authorized transaction of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 26000/- on 04.06.2017. I came to about these after receiving the SMS in that behalf. After these I immediately blocked my above Credit Card.

                        I never deal with this site for any transaction in the past. Request you to help me and refund back my amount.

                        I have also raised the dispute regarding the same with Bank.

                          My experience with this bank has been ridiculous. Its been four years since my sister turned 18, and we have filled minor to major form five times in that period of time and still the account hasnt been converted from minor to major. I have to waste my time timw visiting the krishna nagar branch again and again, and nothing comes out of it. All i get in response is that your request has been sent to mumbai office, and they are taking their good time to process it. Functioning of this bank is a joke. Going to close my accounts soon here and recommend everyone to do the same.

                            I'm kiran
                            I had fixed deposit in 2015 and took a credit card through it which was closed in 2016 and close the fixed deposit. At that time the payment of the card of 2000 was outstanding and the bank person said that these payments will be deducted from fixed deposits and the remaining payments will be made in your account. Then, for 6 months, i was out of town, my phone number was closed. When we came back and the number was turned on, after some time, i got a messag from credit card regarding card due payment which is 6000. After that i contacted the bank, and the bank person said that you will call on behalf of the credit card. You can talk to them or call customer care. Then, when i call customer care, they said that we are getting call back requests from the payment collection department. Then after 1 month, i received a call from gita on credit card and she said that we will send you an email to the recording payment waiver which you will have to show in your branch and you will be closed for depositing rs. 4000. But after that im not getting any call ya email.. Than after 2/3 month some one person calling me from credit card.. They also saying me same but he also not sending me any mail ya msg... Today when im doing some paymet withdrawal its not successfull after that im calling customer care and they saying may account is freag... After that am going in my nerest axis bank they saying me my account is freag because of cerdit card payment... Its not my mistek that why im not paying extra 10000...                                 On 08/06/2017 at 08:28:16am, while withdrawing amount of 6000 rupees from Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank Ltd ATM (Railway station or Dinnur branch - Hosur), amount was not dispensed and i got the slip stating that "Temporarily unable to process". At the same time i got message in my registered mobile states "Your a/c 670930 is debited INR 6000.00 on 08/06/2017 at 08:27:40.

                                I got refund processed from Amazon but axis bank has not credited my refund even after submitting dispute. It's around 1 month and my refund is pending. They just send mails to apologise. This bank should be banned and complaint should reach to the court.

                                  My account was deducted for using debit card for petrol purchase and that too an amt of 50 rupees. This is how a private bank in country that is trying for digital india supports the country

                                  Moreover u cant mail these axis customer care for any queries as all their mail id's are non existent. Their whole website keeps changing and there is no way of contacting them for any complaints.

                                  My husband used his axis debit card for petrol purchase and got a refund of cash. Whereas i used the same banks debit card and my account was deducted. What ill logical reason can the bank be providing now.

                                    श्रीमान जी महोदय मेरा नाम आशीष श्रीवास्तव है मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी हू। मै 18 मई 2017 को शाइन प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी से आये हुए फ़ोन की शिकायत दर्ज़ करवाई थी जो मुझे Axis Bank की नौकरी के सम्वन्ध में थी जिसमे मैने उससे संवदित Documents Attached किये गए थे जिसमे मेने 1, 16, 500 ( एक लाख, सोलह हजार पांचसो रुपये की राशि जमा करी थी एवं shine Placement Agency से आये हुई कॉल जिसमे मुझसे NOC के नाम पर 6000 /- एवं 2500 /- रुपए जमा करा लिए गए जो कुल मिलाकर 1, 25, 000 ( एक लाख पचीस हजार रुपए की राशि जमा हो चुकी है परन्तु अभी तक मेरा Resolve नहीं हुईं है नाही Amount Refund हुआ है और नाही Axis बैंक में नौक़री का परन्तु मैने Shine Placement Agency Se आये हुए कॉल एवं NOC कारण पता होने पर मैने अपनी complaint में मैने Mark Resolve कर दिया था जो अभी तक Resolve नहीं हुई है।
                                    अत: आपसे मेरा निवेदन हे ही आप मेरी complaint को Resolve करवाने में मेरी मदद करे।

                                      In tarn taran branch i was opened aa minor account and my name is paras kumar bt account was opend on aa name of parag kumar and they told that after some months they chnged my name and i deposit them form which they gave to me for correction purpose bt my name is not chnged it was still parag kumar and it was minor account and now i am a adult soo i told them to chnge my account from minor to adult. They asked that they closed my old account and then open aa new account with the name of paras kumar and it take aaa near about aa month bt still they not opened my new account. As i am student and ii plan to go abroad for higher studies and i need my account active to pay college fess. And due to this prblm ii cannot able to pay my fees. I cant able to understand that the stff of your bank is uneducated they cannot match the id proof with the account name when they opened are they blind i jst want to file aa case on them for alll my prblems providing by this bank and i need my all old documents while i opened my minor account and that form which i gave to them to chnge my account name and it still not chnged yet...
