I am very sorry to inform you that i had deposited a cheque of rupees 52512/- issued by ballia post master in my name in my account at axis bank purulia on 13/5/2017 but still this is not credited in my account. No body is ready to take any responsibility or give any reason of this abnormal delay.

I m posted in purulia so it was deposited there.

Please do the needful and inform us accordingly....

They provide me refund reference number and told to contact with bank, I contact to bank customer care several time and raised complain in axis bank, but nothing is going on.

There is some problem going on bank end....

I recently received the credit card in may, 2017. I got a call from [protected], who said that they were calling from axis bank. They said that this was the verification call for reward program of rs 8500 and it was for those who got axis credit card. But, in the transaction. I lost my card. I requested for a new one. I got a message from blue dart with ref no [protected] that as my name was not mentioned on the courier they had returned it back to axis main branch in santa cruz. I reside in nallasopara. I had several calls with axis customer care to deliver debit card at my place. They even issued me a request number 30828555 on 2 may. Its 26 may and i have not yet received it at my place....
