In tarn taran branch i was opened aa minor account and my name is paras kumar bt account was opend on aa name of parag kumar and they told that after some months they chnged my name and i deposit them form which they gave to me for correction purpose bt my name is not chnged it was still parag kumar and it was minor account and now i am a adult soo i told them to chnge my account from minor to adult. They asked that they closed my old account and then open aa new account with the name of paras kumar and it take aaa near about aa month bt still they not opened my new account. As i am student and ii plan to go abroad for higher studies and i need my account active to pay college fess. And due to this prblm ii cannot able to pay my fees. I cant able to understand that the stff of your bank is uneducated they cannot match the id proof with the account name when they opened are they blind i jst want to file aa case on them for alll my prblems providing by this bank and i need my all old documents while i opened my minor account and that form which i gave to them to chnge my account name and it still not chnged yet...

        Dear officer,

        My name is avishek baidya i had some financial crisis since 2014 thus i had to settle my axis bank credit card no [protected] i have paid 25, 000/- for four months emi. Mr. Abhishek poddar and his team (Miss piyali, mr. Yasif) has committed me to provide me the noc (No objection letter) after 48 hours of my last payment. I have paid 6250/- on 31st may 2017 and as per their communication /commitment i was suppose to get my noc within 48 hours but unfortunately till now i did not receive any call or mail from their end. I have called them up on this number (Miss piyali-[protected], ysif[protected] and they were trying to make me fool sisnce last 8 hours today finally miss piyali confirmed me that his manger abhishek poddar has already sent the noc to my email but i did not receive any mail from their end. I have called miss piyali to get the status at 8 pm and she again confirmed me that she will get back to me with in 9pm but now she switched off the phone. I can not understand whether it is a fraud issue or something else. Please help me out to resolve the issue.

          Sir,
          My total credit card outstanding. Was 38, 000rs in month of may17. I have done my credit card payment of 30, 000rs on 20th may 2017. On the confirmation of your recovery agent for weaving off my addtitional fine charges of rs. 8000. She told her name swati. She confirm me that i will get email confirmation after payment of the 30.000rs.
          But today i am surprise that non of my fines are waved off and also my axis bank saving account is also blocked due to non payment of my credit card dues.
          That lady was just make fraud statement and also didn't make my dues clear. Now that people are not responding on phone also. She also mentioned her wrong name on phone.
          Now as you people have block my saving account my all emi are debite by auto debit through this account.
          My request you to please unblock my saving account and take strict action against that lady. My home loan emi will be debit on 10 june17. Please take it on priority.
          If my emi bounce back than it will definitely hit my cibil score and it will be very difficult.

              On the 6th april i had made an order on nykaa.com amounting of rs 2386/- and the payment was done online. Then on 18may the same amount was again debited. I called nykaa customer care and they said the problem was from the bank as from their side money was debited once. I even mailed axis customer service but nothing has been done yet. Please look into the matter asap.

                Now I received and EMI reminder sms from you. This is a worrying thing for me as I cannot pay 2 home loan EMI's to two different banks in same month. Your message is unacceptable in first place.

                    I had debited an amount of Rs 7, 187 from my Axis Bank account number - [protected] using Debit card on 15th May, 2017. This was for a product on Amazon.in sold by company GreenMobiles, C/o Amazon Seller Services Private Limited, 26/1, 10th Floor, Brigade World Trade center, Dr Rajkumar Road, Bangalore, - 56055 .

                    I had canceled the order on 16th May, 2017 and refund from Amazon.in was initiated on 20th May, 2017. However, I have not received any refund as yet in my Bank Account.
                    (Refer to attachment - Amazon order details)

                    Please let me know when can the amount be credited in my account.
                    Hope to receive a reply from you in 1-2 days and credit in my account by the end of this week.

                            My self ramesh chand dhakad i had taken axis vistara credit card through mr. Raghuvir singh shekhavat (Mob. No. [protected]) he had not given any pre information about welcome charges of this card recently i received the statment of rs. 1725. As per telephonic discussion with axis customer care they told me welcome charges applied. This is cheating done by axis bank.
                            If this charges deducted from my account i want refund by axis bank.
                            If refund not done then i will apply in consumer forum for fraud case by axis bank.

                              My name is vishnu. I have an account in axis bank. Last february i applied for an axis bank credit card. After 2 months i received a pin number. But so far i haven't received the credit card. The worst part is i could see the card in my account with last 4 digits. I called the customer care a lot of times, they were telling un satisfactory replies through out and told me atlast to send a mail to [protected]@axis bank.com. Whenever i send a mail am getting a reply like your email id is not regitered with us eventhough same email id is registered with the bank. Then i contactedbank in my area. The situation remains the same. What shall i do. Please do something.

                              I wanted to contact Mr. Rohit at Solan branch, his number is temperaraly suspended. Land line number is always busy. wrote a mail on the address given, it is not delivered.
                              Why do I not shift the account.

                                I logged in to axis internet banking on saturday 3rd june 2017 and added a beneficiary vcare to whom i wanted to make a transfer as a donation.
                                After the beneficiary was active, i tried four times to transfer rs. 15000 but kept on getting an error message saying that the transaction had failed.

                                Therefore, i logged out and made the transfer from my hdfc bank account.

                                However, on 5th june monday, i got messages on my mobile phone saying that transfers were made to the value of rs. 60000.

                                This is a completely inefficient internet banking services which show that a transaction is not accepted and then later doing so.

                                I want to register a strong complaint to this effect.

                                    I want to lodge a complaint against visa/master card (Powered by axis bank)

                                    On the date 5/6/2017, i booked 2 online tickets using axis bank credit card, butas soon as i paid from my card, and checked the status it showed, the ticket is not booked and payment requested. The transaction wasn't successful and failed, my ticket was in failed transaction history and after a while i got a message on my phone that rs.580 was spent on my credit card.
                                    That is, rs.580 was paid but still it showed that my transaction was failed.
                                    Therefore i request you to look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible.

                                      Hi my name is bhagyesh c. Chudasama, i am a credit card shoulder from last 1 year, the last 4 digits are 3449 of my credit card. My registered phone number is [protected].
                                      This is the first time the card has been taken from me, and had no knowledge.

                                      In the month of march my credit card was been blocked and had not used the card after that i[censored] can check records, i kept on paying minimum due to not get charged, last month as my job has been left i was unable to pay the minimum due, seriously i was not aware for the charges as did not knew, i got kept on getting charged for interest even after not using.
                                      Had a talk with your collection team regretted to help me with emi scheme, this was explained by me many times to them, they did not take any action and promised to call back which never came.

                                      It's really tyring and shame that even after explaining this that can't pay the credit card bill it at one go thy did not bother to help and left it the way it was...
                                      I tried to visit the head office. But it was closed, this is my last request you to please help me out with the emi on my balance due so i can finish and try to improve my credit score.

                                      Please i would like to complaint on this if possible..
                                      Looking for a positive reply.

                                      I have not received my refund money initiated by Myntra app on 17 May, 2017. My account number is [protected]. The app people are saying that they have already initiated the refund process. It's the bank processing that needs to be done now. I am very disappointed with Axis Bank services. Please refund my money asap.

                                        On 31st May at 5:57 PM, I have made a transaction of amount 4559 at westside begumpet, Hyderabad. But the merchant has claimed that the amount was not credited to their account. He has even checked his statement. Could you please revert that transaction and credit my account with deducted money? I have attached the transactions image made at westside, hyd on that day which was sent by merchant. The transaction of gift card is not made. Please let me know if you need more proofs from merchant.
