Hi,

I have two accounts with two different customer IDs in Axis Bank.

My active account been blocked for any transactions.

I have submitted the merge request and it's failed as the account types are different - Salary and Savings (Zero balance)

I tried to close the inactive account and they told it can't be done for Zero balance account.

At the same time, I'm ready to close the active account, but I didn't get any help as only particular branch guys can unlock it.

I been trying to resolve the issue for last 3 months by submitting my consent to merge the IDs, merge request submitted with documents, multiple visits to the nearest branch, multiple discussions with the customer care and branch staff, etc.

None of these worked out.

I have Axis ELSS SIPs and the amount for these mutual funds will be automatically debited on every 10th and 15th of the month.

Now as the active account is blocked for the transactions, SIP amount can't be debited and funds will be cancelled which will lead to many complications.

So, please kindly unblock my account. I am ready to close any of the bank accounts.

Due to my personal problem I blocked and closed my credit card service in 2020. but still I Am not getting my NOC.       Hello sir/madam im from chennai and on june 2 at near 11.20pm i get a email from axis bank that i have been debited 59rupees for sign verfy chrges i have not done this transaction is this normal or i need to take any action??

          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 31.05.2022. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
          I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

            I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 115804

            This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as me & my wife has fallen under hard time in recent months, no one support us financially but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

            I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

            I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

              I am bhartendu vimal a custemar of axis banknd my ac no-[protected].i was done a neft transection from axis bank to utter bihar gramin bank amount of 5000 on 31/05/2022 to account no-[protected] and utr no-AXMB[protected] i was complaint to axis bank customer care but they cant help me nd they dont speek in proper manner and not solve my problems still my money is where i dont know so plss transfer my money to payee accont or revert in my account today 2nd of june 2022 its 3 working day nd neft transfer limits is 24 hours only so plss do this fast nd help me

                An EMI of 5650.00 deducted two times from my Axis Bank account for ZestMoney.
                I only paid once via Gpay.
                One time was declined but later auto-debited without my consent.
                Kindly help me out and transfer it to me so that I can pay my ongoing EMI amount.

                  My Name is Rishab Sharma and my empid was AS484892 and I have worked in Axis Bank, Mall Road Branch Ludhiana from 20/02/2021 to 09/07/2021.
                  I have not yet received my relieving letter and I need it urgently as I need to submit this in my new organisation. i have contacted the HR of Axis Bank many times but they either do not pick my call or responded very harshly. They are denying to provide me any info.

                    One day axis bank officer called me regarding upgradation of my existing credit card, i said ok.and i followed his instructions and did it.finally i got other creditcard whis is chargeble.bt i just want to upgrade it, idont want new one .i called coustamercare and I have given complaint of closing that one..they didn't do any thing and they have deducted from my bank account..actual annual chargers are 800, bt after one month they have deducted 2100. By adding their charges..and they are saying that 2000 amount is not reversible...i am feeling very bad for this.. without my concern how can they deduct amount from my account,

                        Dear,

                        I have purchased a smartphone from Flipkart by paying through my credit card and also converted it in to EMI through axis Bank Mobile application.But I didn't understand how it's debiting emi amount from my account.please find attached screenshot of credit card's control centre option..it shows that in every month emi amount is debited from my account twicely with each EMI pricipal, each EMI interest and each GST.how is this possible..pls explain and get rid off me from this issue...and pls do needful to return my money which debited twicely from my account...

                        Need to intervene and solve the issue urgently

                            My account is freezed since 2 weeks and whenever i use to visit the bank( ghodasar, maninagar branch) they just say to visit after few days. They're not helping with cluster id or anything else

                                      It's been more than like 4 months since I have submitted my request to transfer my ppf account with axis Bank madipakkam Chennai branch to hdfc Madipakkam branch. No action as been taken till date. Each time I visit they claim that they are not able to find the initial account opening form.

                                      This is insane.

                                      Can u please help resolve this ASAP.

                                        This is to bring into your kind consideration that the banking experience for last has turned out to be worst. The behavior of the loan staff and bank Manger has turned out very inappropriate for me. This letter is in regard to the incident that took place on 27 May 2022 at Axis Bank Dhanbad City Centre .On the mentioned date, I went to your branch for final settlement of my father personal loan and for which I had to report to loan department . As my query was regarding the loan final settlement but the staff behaving rudely and not giving proper information and speak very harshly. Even i went to the bank Manager but the behaviour of bank Manager is also very rude.
                                        It is to request you to kindly look into the same and get it corrected so that no one else has to face the same. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support. My contact details are [protected]
