    I have made a fees deposit of Rs. 1500.00 to Local Tax (Trade Fees) to Comp Cell WBSRDA P&RD KOLKATA via Axis Easypay Payment Gateway (Trans. ID :[protected]using SBI Debit Card (ending 0468) on 12/04/22 at 04.01.11 pm. But department (Comp Cell WBSRDA P&RD KOLKATA ) does not trace the payment. If payment transfer to the Dept. Please send me any reference/document supporting the transfer of fund from your Gateway to the Department (Comp Cell WBSRDA P&RD KOLKATA). If transfer is not made till date please refund the amount to issuing Credit Card Account.

    I can not communicate the Axis Bank Customer care by eMail... I can not found any Email address dedicated for Axis easypay dispute... I contact local Axis bank for that. They provide an IVRS phone no. 02267987700 where there is no option for Axis easypay. Please provide me if any email ID or Customer care Executive Phone no. which is for Axis Bank Easypay...

    Other toll free nos. (IVRS) starting with 1800 ... does not have any option for Easypay. Axis bank Customercare website provide many nos. & Email ID but not any for Axis Easypay or non-axis bank customer... Please provide any email ID or Grivence redressal Contact & oblise

    Thank You for your Response... As axis easypay Payment Slip generated, it is clear that payment debited... if it is refunded then please send 'Credit/Refund certificate', which is need to uploaded in Remitting Bank (SBI Card) Dispute reporting...

      Dear Sir,

      Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/12.12.2019... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. including all this charge this hidden changers.
      I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

          Hi Axis Bank, I Got a call from this +[protected], requesting for personal number,

          In call i informed per day I'm getting 3-5 call from axis Bank, if i require any personal loan, I'll visit to the bank and I'll get and inform don't distribute me from Aixs bank,

          But, this lady repsentative, without listening what I'm going say, she started abusing me.

          Is this manner PPL will be trained in customer care representative ?

          I need not any call from axis Bank further, if I get more call, i have call record log, I'm going to place this on Facebook n file public newsence case on Axis Bank

            Hello, I am here at axis bank (branch: chitrakoot, jaipur, rajasthan). Bank staff is not professional as here no one is present at the cashier counter to deposite cash.
            I have been troubling in deposite rhe cash many times here in this branch as the staff is doing their works but no one is available here to attend.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Actually this month ie., 5th May 2022 I am given a statement of yearly charges on a credit card which i have never received nor requested for. The Credit Card named as Axis Bank Flipkart Card with charges 590, its showing doubles now. In the process to block the card, its allowing only for replacement. I do not want to pay the charges on a card, which i dont own or have or used. I dont understand how such a confusion is created, without my consent the card is linked to my account. I have never sent any consent on buying this card, as i already hold a life time free NEO Credit Card. I tried calling multiple times to Axis Bank Customer Care, but of no use the customer support is very bad. Alexa is there which doesnt provide any options to call customer support. Please check the same and suggest.

                    I was trying to pay my LPG gas booking via BHARAT Gas App NET BANKING, but on final stage error message received after which 955.4 amount was deducted from my account but booking was not completed . I am attaching SCREEN SHOT of my STATEMENT from AXIS mobile app

                      Axis Bank is not receiving Relieving letter

                      Hi,
                      I have worked at Axis for over 2yrs+. During Covid time I was not able to go to office due to personal exigency and after few months they me as Voluntary Absenteeism Service. They had settled my PF and have recovered all the dues. I had informed them about my expected Absenteeism through mail. It has been more than a year since my last day and yet they are refusing to give Relieving letter. It is affecting my future prospects....

                      I have received following message today at 2:33pm which says

                      Debit INR 59.00 a/c no. XX[protected]:43:34 sign verf charges (UTIB[protected]_05 balance inr 13944.00
                      SMS BLOCKALL Cust id to [protected], if not you Axis bank.

                      I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                      Could you please help me to understand what is this regarding. And if it's a fake could you please...

                        I have raised a request for new debit card issue on 22/April/2022 at my nearest branch Zone- 1 M. P. Nagar Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. At the time of raising request I also requested branch head to issue my debit card on an urgent basis. He promised me within 4-5 working days your card will be received to you.

                        On Monday 2/May/2022 I went to branch for the status and they started giving me silly reasons. On of the representative Neha mam who is incharge for all this was on leave, and in branch no one was there on her behalf to solve customer issues, so i have to spoke to 2-3 different executives but they were not having any answer for this. At the end i went to branch head he was busy in a meeting so I waited 15-20 mins for him. Then he called me and asked all the problems and he started giving me silly excuses for the issuance of debit card as neha mam was not there and no one was available on her behalf. Branch head align Mr. Deepak to me and he said you wait till Wednesday till that I will activate your corporate banking. Then on Wednesday I asked him about the status of my debit card he said it was rejected because some of our mistake in form and later on he activated corporate banking to me which was again of no use for me.

                        On Friday 6/May/2022 i again went to branch to know the status of card. Mr Deepak said it’s stuck somewhere at higher end. I forced him to tell the status but he was left with no answer. Then we had some hard conversation(No abuse) and at the end he said you can do whatever you can. So i was left with no answer and I came out of bank.
                        Again Neha mam was on leave. Branch head left outside of bank few minutes later as he saw me.

                          i paid total amount of above credit card but axis bank not given NOC and showing in my CIBIL report as Negative account.

                          Hence i requesting you please remove negative account from my CIBIL report and issue NOC for above said credit card...

                          It is really bad on your part Customer care does not help. My home branch which is in sector 25 panchkula didn't even help despite 10-15 reminders and they always say that they will check and tell but never do the same. The issue was that I applied for axis bank Indian oil easy credit card on April last week but didn't got any response from axis bank customer care and branch also didn't help

                                  Sir,

                                  We had recently opened a SB a/c with AXIS Bank thinking we will be getting better services than our PSU bank.

                                  Axis seemed to be good and smiling and all.

                                  But their Welcome kit did not give the correct contact details of the Home Branch. The telephone number given is erroneous and they have not given their email address at all, whereas they have got all our details as mandatory!

                                  The Axis Bank Call Centre people are not trained by AXIS Bank properly. Or rather trained not to give you the information you wanted!

                                  Their website also is so tricky that it does not allow you to submit an unfavourable feedback and or complaint. The website does not give the phone numbers and email addresses of their Branches!!

                                  I don’t know if this is all with the knowledge of higher ups!!

                                  So much so for Private sector Banks as well!
