Enquiry regarding sign verf charges

Dear team,

I have received following message today at 2:33pm which says

Debit INR 59.00 a/c no. XX[protected]:43:34 sign verf charges (UTIB[protected]_05 balance inr 13944.00
SMS BLOCKALL Cust id to [protected], if not you Axis bank.

I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
Could you please help me to understand what is this regarding. And if it's a fake could you please...

I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

    I have raised a request for new debit card issue on 22/April/2022 at my nearest branch Zone- 1 M. P. Nagar Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. At the time of raising request I also requested branch head to issue my debit card on an urgent basis. He promised me within 4-5 working days your card will be received to you.

    On Monday 2/May/2022 I went to branch for the status and they started giving me silly reasons. On of the representative Neha mam who is incharge for all this was on leave, and in branch no one was there on her behalf to solve customer issues, so i have to spoke to 2-3 different executives but they were not having any answer for this. At the end i went to branch head he was busy in a meeting so I waited 15-20 mins for him. Then he called me and asked all the problems and he started giving me silly excuses for the issuance of debit card as neha mam was not there and no one was available on her behalf. Branch head align Mr. Deepak to me and he said you wait till Wednesday till that I will activate your corporate banking. Then on Wednesday I asked him about the status of my debit card he said it was rejected because some of our mistake in form and later on he activated corporate banking to me which was again of no use for me.

    On Friday 6/May/2022 i again went to branch to know the status of card. Mr Deepak said it’s stuck somewhere at higher end. I forced him to tell the status but he was left with no answer. Then we had some hard conversation(No abuse) and at the end he said you can do whatever you can. So i was left with no answer and I came out of bank.
    Again Neha mam was on leave. Branch head left outside of bank few minutes later as he saw me.
    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Axis bank credit card NOC not issued

      i paid total amount of above credit card but axis bank not given NOC and showing in my CIBIL report as Negative account.

      Hence i requesting you please remove negative account from my CIBIL report and issue NOC for above said credit card...

      It is really bad on your part Customer care does not help. My home branch which is in sector 25 panchkula didn't even help despite 10-15 reminders and they always say that they will check and tell but never do the same. The issue was that I applied for axis bank Indian oil easy credit card on April last week but didn't got any response from axis bank customer care and branch also didn't help

        I have extra money in my credit card which I want to transfer it to my own account. I visited Axis bank but they are keep delaying the process. Its been more than 15 day and they are still delaying and asking for more time. My complaint number is[protected].

              AXIS BANK - Account

              Sir,

              We had recently opened a SB a/c with AXIS Bank thinking we will be getting better services than our PSU bank.

              Axis seemed to be good and smiling and all.

              But their Welcome kit did not give the correct contact details of the Home Branch. The telephone number given is erroneous and they have not given their email address at all, whereas they have got all our details as mandatory!

              The Axis Bank Call Centre people are not trained by AXIS Bank properly. Or rather trained not to give you the information you wanted!

              Their website also is so tricky that it does not allow you to submit an unfavourable feedback and or complaint. The website does not give the phone numbers and email addresses of their Branches!!

              I don’t know if this is all with the knowledge of higher ups!!

              So much so for Private sector Banks as well!

                my credit card bill for Rs.93646/- for March month but my calculation mistake me paid bill for Rs 93325/- only short 321 RS your bank debit interest charge for
                Rs.2000 something, please review the charge. I request you please revisers charge. reaming will be paid to me for Rs.13.03.2022.technical issued in axis bank 1 day late payment credit to axis bank account.

                  My money got locked in lien balance by 19th April and till today. I have pay my credit card bill on 1st may, even after that lien mark not removed by bank. I have complaint in costumer support service of axis Bank. There it was told that your lien mark will be removed in two working days. Two working days passed away. But didn't get my amount. I have also complained in consumercomplaint.in. it had been marked as resolved.

                    TATA Travel Card – Multi Currency

                    Sir,
                    I had bought a TATA Travel Card – Multi Currency in 2017 for my travel abroad that year.

                    The card, valid for five years, has since expired. Since there is some balance amount in there I contacted the toll free number given in there which is of AXIS Bank. The Lady who answered my call told me after their usual privacy and security checks that I could get a new card or else I could encash the balance in the card. I told her I would like to encash as I have no plans to go abroad. She then suggested to go to any AXIS Bank Branch with my card and copy of my passport against which the card was issued.
                    But to my dismay when I went to AXIS Bank, Thane West, Maharashtra, Ms. Kavita, the lady who attended me, told me that I have to produce ORIGINAL PASSPORT, PAN Card and Aadhar Card. I told Ms. Kavita that their call centre lady did not tell me all those and I hadn’t carried all those except the Forex Card and Passport. I also told Ms. Kavita that I was a customer of AXIS Bank and all those details would be available in their records. But Ms. Kavita was not at all helpful and she rudely said that it won’t do. Ms. Kavita sent me back without doing my job. Ms. Kavita did not offer any alternate solution as well.

                    I am a very senior citizen and I did not expect such treatment at the hands of AXIS Bank. I opened this account with AXIS bank recently thinking that I would get a better treatment and service as I am very unhappy with my PSU Bank (Union Bank Of India). I should think that I did a grave mistake!

                    Now I am at the mercy of Ms. Kavita if I want the balance amount encashed. I have to go back to her (or any other officer like Ms Kavita) with all those papers/documents.

                    Do I have a choice!

                    The Axis Bank Call Centre people are not trained by AXIS Bank properly. Although the
                    lady did not know that my Passport against which the forex card was issued has since
                    expired she did not enquire about it or did not tell me to carry the current Passport. Ms.
                    Kavita, the lady who sent me back, but wanted the current passport. The Call center
                    lady did not guide me correctly.

                    So much so for Private sector Bank as well!

                      Axis Bank is stealing Rs1770 from my axis account . In the name of access direct . without my knowledge they are activating something and taking money from the account .
                      This kind of ACT should be punished severely.
                      Rs 1770 is not a small amount. I am not using that demat account for anything . I am not able to close that demat from Axis mobile app or i am not getting any response from Axis bank for closure .
                      I want my money back.

                        Iam kaliammal from Department of revenue iam residing in Chennai (Tharamani)my brother have bought two wheeler loan in axis Bank customer id[protected] he skipped only one month due amount 2493 he is the regular customer to axis Bank just only one month has been skipped today morning 6.00am itself Sathish agency of axis Bank came to my home and shouted to the hell he is behaving very rude to me when my brother is not in home he shouted to my mother and sisters he talked vulgarly he didn't display the I'd card too he behaved very badly he spoked to someone to come and to damage the vehicle and hit us my mother bp shooted up high because of this person his words are too bad and cursed my family members he asked me too pay the amount or else I won't leave him he is threatening us and called some of the person to hit he hit the door hardly I have paid the amount he didn't give the receipt of my payment i[censored] did n't take proper action means I will file a case on consumer court I have all evidence and video and audio.

                            I have an account in Axis bank at Science city branch. I didnt open any demat account or requested for any services but still I got charged with INR 885 on 2nd May. i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand a refund for the same as I didnt subscribed for any of it recently

                                    Hi,

                                    I have a salary account for Axis bank. Rs.885 was deducted from my axis bank account. Please initiate a refund axis bank. It's very illogical to deduct a consumer bank account without any prior information.
                                    I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
