Since january 2022. Axis bank is deducting Consumer charges without prior notice and why they are deducing charges along with 18%GST Rs.1165 in feb and in the same month again Rs.350and Rs. 1142 in april month. my balance suddenly went into negative. I am a poor guy. kindly return my money back and resolve this issue. I am not understanding why Axis bank is charging such a huge money and two times in a month. my mobile number [protected].

    I was promised by axis Bank that a life time free credit card is provided to me by axis Bank but now they have charged a annual fee of 1700 RS which is not feasible for me to pay.

      Respected Sir,

      With due respect It is to inform you that I'm an account holder in Axis bank for the last 8 years. My credit card no. is [protected]. I never used this credit card but you made 7112rs. it's due to me and I talked to customer care and they said you used only 100rs. so on 100rs they made 7112rs. Every Month it's increasing and without any reason my account is showing minus. I'm a reputed customer of your bank and I take my salary on the same account from the last 8 years but now I'm not able to take my salary. I am facing so many problems due to this. It's not a valid amount which I've to pay. I'll pay the amount which I've used. I can't afford any extra amount. You can check my bank usage and without any intimation they are making an amount.

      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible because I'm facing so many issues.

      There is no better response from your side three days have been completed to post this complaint but there is no revert.
      and next month this amount will be increased and I'll have to pay .
      but its not a valid amount. Now I want to close my account from axis bank.
      I am not satisfied without taking any money they are making interest every month.

        On 30.07.2021, I ( Canara bank Account number [protected] ) paid Rs.59110 to Rajalakshmi motors ( Indian Bank Account number[protected] through QR code scanning method with Google pay.

        The amount was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary's account. So I raised a complaint regarding this issue in Canara bank but the problem was not resolved.

        Later on 08.10.2021 they gave me a statement that the amount was transferred to AXIS bank ( account number [protected] ) and IFSC CODE ( UTIB0000000 )

        UPI Transaction number:[protected]

        I request you to check the transaction and refund amount and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

            Axis Bank has converted my salary account to saving account with out my permission and had no knowledge o the same..During covid phase i had lost my job and limited transaction done with basic amount received from dear once ..With out my permission they have deducted close to 1500 in the last 4 Months and the recent one being on 17th April 2022 an amount of Rs 800 been deducted .I really cannot explain how painful it is to lose even a Rupee at this point of Life,

            I request the concern Authorities to help me get back the amount at the earliest.

              Am non axis bank customer and i have axis bank credit card.I Can't Login in Mobile Banking, Regarding this issue I have already drop a mail but They could not get resolved it. All the details like Credit Card Number, Expire Date, ATM pin are correct then message show " Entered Custid or Login Credentials are not matching "

              I have tried with net banking but nothing happened. Showing error " Invalid User Credentials" On Customer Care Call Or at Chat support all possible way to solve issue I tried but problem still exits

                I don't apply for any credit card but regularly getting calls from credit card department and message for dues. I already mail on customer support portal many times and many times call to customer care number regarding this. But regularly i getting calls and message for credit card dues.

                  I constantly get calls from sales team for credit card and even after complaining through email and also activating DND i am still receiving those calls. And if i disconnect their call they keep calling every hour.

                    Writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 1, 16, 000. Including interest for 55, 000 limit.

                    I was in teaching profession in a private organization because of covid hard hit on education sector i lost job and now im unemployed. So this is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                    I can able to give 15% of my debts with few 3 or 4 installments. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues . More than 15% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                    I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                    Please know that I have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

                              Hi there, I am very unhappy with the axis bank and it’s Services. I don’t understand how a bank can work this way.
                              I was told that my credit bill is splitting in EMIs and I spoke the executive about this and we had came to conclusion that I will be paying monthly payments. I had paid my monthly payment on time and completed two payments. One was done 2 days ago.
                              Today I had received a payment in my savings account and the payment got deducted without my knowledge as it was linked to my credit card. Which I understand. I don’t want my Monday back or refunded. At least that payment should go to my credit card bill, but no. I had spoken to the executive of Axis bank and I was told that nothing has been paid to the credit card bill. I don’t understand where has my payment gone. Can someone make sure that the money has been used somewhere and can I have an account of my payment. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I urge you to get back to me and resolve this issue. This is very pissing and irritating. Why is the bank acting like a demon who’s just hungry for money. I want full account of my amount, where has it gone, how is it used. Can someone please talk to me and resolve this issue.

                                My payment for one time and it got cleared in re-run.

                                1.Fee has been charged
                                2.Second thing I'm getting 1000 calls from Hyd cust care Axis bank
                                Irritating to answer.

                                Bank has to check the loyal of the customer and the relationship for more than 3 yrs for skipping one time payment reacting like zombies and treating customer like hell.

                                Business Analyst or marketing team please implement a proper structure for payment default and when to call a customer and fee structure to be applied.
                                Customer relationship manager please revise and be user friendly.

                                All are working for blind implementation inside bank it seems.

                                    I have applied for Lifetime Free credit card of Axis bank as they were offering the zero Joining & zero Annual charges from Flipkart on 20th March 2022. But when I received the Card on 31st March 2022, the card shows 500+500 Joining fees + Annual charges.
                                    When I contacted Axis Bank they gave assurance to response within 2-3 days, even after 20 days from now no one from Axis bank contacted me regarding the same.
                                    I have not activated the card till now & have already got the service request number 72734507 which is still open today.
                                    I have escalated the issue to their Level 1, Level 2, & Level 3 which they show on their Grievance page, but after assurance no body is responding. today when i checked the credit card statement on Flipkart it shows me to pay 590rs till 6th May 2022.
                                    Without even activation & usage of the card they started asking for the money.

                                    Hi,

                                    Now Axis bank started to response but they are asking me to pay the bill amount otherwise I shall bear additional charges & penalties. I was assured by there Customer care representatives (on the same day I received the card & also on other calls later) that no charges will be there as I am not using & activating the card, to which I respond that please cancel the card & then he told not to cancel as after cancellation free card will not be delivered to you if you cancel the card.
                                    In there email now they are asking for paying the card bill which I even did not want.
                                    I have all the voice recordings of these conversations for filing the case against them.

                                      Hi,
                                      I hold a salary account with axis bank. Since 2012. I was in real shock to see 12, 126 Consolidate charges + 2, 182( 18% GST) being deducted as consolidated charges on my account without prior information written as Consolidated Charges.

                                      There is no details and confirmation on these, this is very disappointed where Private banks taking our saving just by simple MSG. seriously this Axis people are cheating innocent people money. Nobody can do anything that is tragedy .

                                        On 26th march 2022, I had transferred 3000 rupees to my axis bank. But when I checked my balance it showed only 1500. I called Customer care number and they informed me that they as I had updated my debit card, 1770 rupees were deducted for it, but the amount got deducted twice. Neither of the deductions are reflecting on my end (my account statements).

                                        I requested to raise complaint for the same with complaint no. 'SR no. 72651411' but I received a message after 5 working days that it could not be processed. I raised a new request again with complaint no. 'SR no. 72767096' but it got auto closed too.

                                        Still haven't received the additional 1770 rupees which was deducted unfairly from my account, neither the transactions are being reflected in my statements
