I have applied for Lifetime Free credit card of Axis bank as they were offering the zero Joining & zero Annual charges from Flipkart on 20th March 2022. But when I received the Card on 31st March 2022, the card shows 500+500 Joining fees + Annual charges.
When I contacted Axis Bank they gave assurance to response within 2-3 days, even after 20 days from now no one from Axis bank contacted me regarding the same.
I have not activated the card till now & have already got the service request number 72734507 which is still open today.
I have escalated the issue to their Level 1, Level 2, & Level 3 which they show on their Grievance page, but after assurance no body is responding. today when i checked the credit card statement on Flipkart it shows me to pay 590rs till 6th May 2022.
Without even activation & usage of the card they started asking for the money.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Now Axis bank started to response but they are asking me to pay the bill amount otherwise I shall bear additional charges & penalties. I was assured by there Customer care representatives (on the same day I received the card & also on other calls later) that no charges will be there as I am not using & activating the card, to which I respond that please cancel the card & then he told not to cancel as after cancellation free card will not be delivered to you if you cancel the card.
In there email now they are asking for paying the card bill which I even did not want.
I have all the voice recordings of these conversations for filing the case against them.
