We have been associated with bank since last 4 years. The service provided by this bank specially in hanumantekdi branch is worst. The staff is non cooperative.

Our edc machine is not working from past 1 week effecting our business very badly, We have been facing lot of problems and thus losing on business. Even the customer care no's. are not working. Its better to shift to other bankers for your service. Its my sincere advice to fellow indians please don't choose axis bank as your preferred bank especially hanumantekdi branch, Hyderabad.

I tried to contact with the salesman from whom I have opened my account but he is giving me false promises everyday. Now a days he is not picking my calls.           Hello,

          I asked my Axis Bank Home branch in Karimganj, Assam to deliver my renewal credit card. I followed all the procedure and they also sent the card via India Post Office Speed post almost a month ago. But till date no card has reached me. I asked my bank but they seemed helpless. I contacted their nodal officers multiple times and they assured me that this will be resolved but nothing has happened till today.

          I also told me that I badly needed the card but my home branch manage does not seem to take this seriously. Now what should I do? None of the people at the bank seems interesting in fixing this issue but I have an active account with Axis bank home branch for many years. They are not catering to their consumer requests.

          All the mails I have got seems automated or standard. No action is being taken so far. Now I plan to file a suit against them.

          Any suggestion will help. At least they can send me another card. The tracking ID they gave me for the India Post Office is wrong. There is not update on their portal.

          Thanks in advance. Hope Axis bank hears this. Else, I will have no option but to first close my account with this bank and file a suit as my business is getting hampered due to this.

            I was carrying a credit card No [protected] ISSUED BY axis bank. In June 2016 i lost my purse in mumbai & requested to block my card for further misuse & i requested for a new credit card. the customer care no. [protected] i called & requested for reissu of new credit card, the telephonic executive said you need to clear the pending dues then only we can issue a new card. In the meanwhile some hospitalisation was with us at my home front & could pay the dues. But on[protected] i paid 25000/- cash at aurangabad branch after letting me know the balakcne of 25, 489/- . again on[protected] i called on the same number mentioned above & told about i made a payment & the teleexecutive said that i need to pay 1289.00 remianing & then only the card will be issued. Again i paid 1300/- on[protected] & today dated[protected] i called on same number & now the executive tild me we cant issue the card . Your card is pemenent blocked. I have made a request but still she was helpless. the following things are observed which may lead to misguiding people to recover

            1. if they would have told please the remaining & apply for new one i would have done
            2. No crad will be issued, please pay the balance. i would have done as cibill score matters

            Requesting this forum to ask axis bank reissue the same

              I Have Credit Card of Axis Bank and My Last Digit Number Is **7839.My Credit card was transaction sum of rupees 20, 080.67/-8:31:54 Pm 23rd october2016, (Project Manager.com), which is not done by me. i Continuously Follow last one month to Axis Bank on this Matter but they always response me its process. I could not receive any satisfactory answer from Axis Bank. I Completed All The Formalities which Required Axis Bank But I Don’t Know How Much Time They Will Take. Now I Received Bill From Axis Bank Which Mention this Transaction Also. Kindly Help Me sir I Have a very Good Credit and cibil Score History and I Don’t Want to Be Creating Any Bad History in My Record.

                  My name is Subodh kumar jha I never visit kolkata in my life and never open account in PNB bank but using this document proof have been 2 account opening in axis bank kolkata slat lake branch [protected] & [protected] and have done havey transaction in saving account . how can open the account absence of person? why document not to be checked? it means that bank are including in a big transaction by illegally. after complan after complain they not gave us satisfied answer. Due to this we are suffering by INCOME TAX NOTICE since 3 years. there are 16 coversation by us but bank officer have no time to clear on it. they only send a letter that agent who open this account not available on their address. we are totally helpless.

                        My parents opened 2 different senior citizen account on 15/09/ 16, and they have been promised by Axis bank Mira road Santipark branch RM Mr.Basu n Mr. Sachin that they will provide senior citizen card within a week and now its more that 2 and half month, my parents haven't received card and when we are trying to reach they are not responding calls, when my father visited branch Mr. Bash n Mr. Sachin avoid them n after all these I have spoke to Mr.Basu n Mr. Sachin said they will arrange senior citizen card by next day n they will call us, its again been an week n no respons from them.
                        We have three accounts in Axis Mira road santi park branch n has demat account too, nw I want to close all three and demat account as I service of staff is poor and they lied all the time.
                        Can't trust any organization with such negligent staff
                        Please advise how to proceed further
                        And Axis customer care no is nt help full trying get through phone banking officer but can't get through them as they are not passing the lines

                          I am a presently axis bank customer having an regulary operating current account with the axis bank branch muradnagar but due to recently change of currency make them free to harrase us as on 28/11/2016 my wife gone for depositing the money new currency which is in the flow but from 1.30 she was been standing and at last at 3.30 they refused to accept the deposit and they mentally harasses that nothing can be done against as if we complaints also. and their is a complete evidence of CCTV photage that she was been their since 1.30 till 6.30 and they were doing many illegal change of money after officially timings which has been observed today so clearly you may also see to it and check and my name is sanjay kansal current account no.                             Im account holder of axis bank since 2005, today i have visited branch at latur for withdrawal purpose, i need to know any possibility for withdrawal if cheque book is not available like through withdrawal forms suffice the reqruirement or not, one of the security guard in the branch are very rude with unethical behavior even for complaining not allowing to go inside to meet the branch manager.

                              I have opened a new account at kalamassery branch, kochi with a total deposit of over 3 lakh rupees about 2 weeks back.

                              So far i am unable to use neither my debit card, mobile banking nor internet banking since the day 1 due to the reason the executive (Mrs. Kavya) has not updated my mobile number with the account despite several personal requests and complaints at this branch. Senior executives at axis bank has given me several excuses during these 2 weeks (Over atleast 10 conversations) but i have seen no response in this line till date.

                              It surprises me how a corporate bank such poor customer care services still continue to survive in today's competitive world! If this is my plight being a doctor, i wonder the plight of the other customers.

                                  I have opted to pay LIC premium through Axis Bank Bill Pay on my Axis Bank credit card.

                                  The bill payment has been seamless for last couple of years. However in this year, for two of my policies, the bill payment happened twice - one time without late payment fee & the next time with late payment fee.

                                  I am K.Udayakumar, Proprietor of A.J.Promoters, having Current Account No.[protected], AXIS Bank, VN Branch, T.Nagar, Chennai. This week I have receiived a call from AXIS Bank, Annanagar Branch - Business Loan Section, told that I have got Pre approved bussiness loan for Rs.7, 20, 000. I have asked the full details of loan and documents to be sumbitted. They have explained that this is based on our transaction & pre approved and loan is assured & minimum documents required for giving loan. Next day one Rep came to my office an collected the all my documents and suddenly he asked to submit guarantor with own house. I have given my wife house Tax receipt & EB bill with application form. Next day Manager (MOBILE NUMBER[protected] asked me about my business & I have explained everything and he told me that he will contact later. Next day I have made calls to him and immediately without any response he has disonnected my calls and again he has not replied/responded. Sir, when he was very much interested to collect my all the documents before making verification of my business details, & the same way he is having responsibility to reply my call and giving the position of my Loan. After so many calls to that Representative Mr.Bharathi (MOBILE NO.[protected] I came to know that my application form is rejected, Till now they have not returned my documents, Once again I made call to that Rep, simply he is replying that " I am in my native, Monday I will arrange to give the documents" like that. Why your people are not having basic courtesy to return the documents after rejection of loan. Sir, Like these people only spoiling the reputation of AXIS Bank, I am not worrying about rejection of my loan, Any way I am going to shift to another bank. Sir Kindly advice your team that they should not do the same thing to other customers. Your people only approaching for loan; after applying they are treating like beggers. Sir, please dont take this as a complaint; the samething should be happened to other customers.

                                    Really frustrated with this bank as a new customer. Go for any bank like icici, pnb, sbi but BIG NO to AXIS. Worst bank.

                                    I have tried everything with this bank. Let me repeat "EVERYTHING". But this bank is not able to take responsibilities & resolve matter. Even i have forwarded emails to higher authorities of Axis bank, but they even don't put their efforts to resolve any problem.

                                    One sample of Email attached which i forwarded to them, but they even don't care to respond.

                                      I have a axis bank credit card, and i have some problems in Savings bank account, so i just asked the cancellation procedure however they misunderstood everything and they Cancelled my credit card without my knowledge, very worst customer service they are giving, if i asked anything they will always says lies and wrong information, they said with in 48 hours they can reactivate card but till no action, i have all the evidence with me due to security reasons only i am keeping confidential, kindly take a action. if no improvements i will sue a case against Axis bank Customer service team, And All Folks in the World Never Go for Banking With Axis Bank, They always Cheating And they Don't care about their Customers issue, because they are poor in communication skills
