1st time i visit bank for self withdraw 50000rs (1st i confirm from cashier he say u can withdraw 50000 rs by self chek)
But branch manger (hambran road ifsc code utib0002131) cut my amount 50000
And write 10000 (write by branch manager) u can look handwriting on chek
Then he say me i[censored] want 10000 then sign here minimum 5 time
Otherwise get out from my branch

    LIC premium payment through Axis Bank Bill Pay

    The bill payment has been seamless for last couple of years. However in this year, for two of my policies, the bill payment happened twice - one time without late payment fee & the next time with late payment fee.

    Dear Sir,

    I am K.Udayakumar, Proprietor of A.J.Promoters, having Current Account No.[protected], AXIS Bank, VN Branch, T.Nagar, Chennai. This week I have receiived a call from AXIS Bank, Annanagar Branch - Business Loan Section, told that I have got Pre approved bussiness loan for Rs.7, 20, 000. I have asked the full details of loan and documents to be sumbitted. They have explained that this is based on our transaction & pre approved and loan is assured & minimum documents required for giving loan. Next day one Rep came to my office an collected the all my documents and suddenly he asked to submit guarantor with own house. I have given my wife house Tax receipt & EB bill with application form. Next day Manager (MOBILE NUMBER[protected] asked me about my business & I have explained everything and he told me that he will contact later. Next day I have made calls to him and immediately without any response he has disonnected my calls and again he has not replied/responded. Sir, when he was very much interested to collect my all the documents before making verification of my business details, & the same way he is having responsibility to reply my call and giving the position of my Loan. After so many calls to that Representative Mr.Bharathi (MOBILE NO.[protected] I came to know that my application form is rejected, Till now they have not returned my documents, Once again I made call to that Rep, simply he is replying that " I am in my native, Monday I will arrange to give the documents" like that. Why your people are not having basic courtesy to return the documents after rejection of loan. Sir, Like these people only spoiling the reputation of AXIS Bank, I am not worrying about rejection of my loan, Any way I am going to shift to another bank. Sir Kindly advice your team that they should not do the same thing to other customers. Your people only approaching for loan; after applying they are treating like beggers. Sir, please dont take this as a complaint; the samething should be happened to other customers.

      Really frustrated with this bank as a new customer. Go for any bank like icici, pnb, sbi but BIG NO to AXIS. Worst bank.

      I have tried everything with this bank. Let me repeat "EVERYTHING". But this bank is not able to take responsibilities & resolve matter. Even i have forwarded emails to higher authorities of Axis bank, but they even don't put their efforts to resolve any problem.

        I have a axis bank credit card, and i have some problems in Savings bank account, so i just asked the cancellation procedure however they misunderstood everything and they Cancelled my credit card without my knowledge, very worst customer service they are giving, if i asked anything they will always says lies and wrong information, they said with in 48 hours they can reactivate card but till no action, i have all the evidence with me due to security reasons only i am keeping confidential, kindly take a action. if no improvements i will sue a case against Axis bank Customer service team, And All Folks in the World Never Go for Banking With Axis Bank, They always Cheating And they Don't care about their Customers issue, because they are poor in communication skills

          i want to draw your kind attention towards following
          points :-
          (1) - on 15.11.2016, i got a message from axis bank regarding
          service charge on using debit card at petrol pumps till
          25.11.2016
          (2) - on21.11.2016, i used my debit card at hpcl petrol pump
          for rs. 270.00
          (3) - on 23.11.2016, i got a message debiting rs. 11.50 towards
          service charge for using debit card at petrol pump on
          21.11.2016 .
          Description in points (1) & (3) are contradict to each
          other . Therefore, kindly credit above service charge
          of inr 11.50 to my account and oblige .

            Need vigilance against axis bank's mayur vihar phase2 branch where in every day bank employees give excuse of not received sufficient new notes and since begining of demonitisation situation is same. Due to whih majority of helpless people unable to withdraw or exchange notes. Today on 25th nov, bank told in the morning that they allow 10000 amount to withdraw. But only after 2 hours bank told that only 4000 amount is allowed to withdraw as the cash is short. This is the daily episode. I have been there for 3 days to withdraw cash and see some familier faces enter bank through backdoor and police personell regularly visit in lieu of duty but they enter with old notes and go back with new one. I think bank is invovled in some kind of siphoning internally also, to its selected clients.
            Can anyone do something in this matter?

              Sir, I Lalji Singh Yadav f/o Heena Yadav had applied for a home loan of Rs.6 lakhs for my daughter and paid pf Rs.5700/- vide UBI chq. no.51244377 to Mr.Ashwin Solanki employed at Axis Bank Hariniwas circle branch Thane west on 07 Oct 2015. I met Mr. Ashwin in person at the branch office and submitted him my written complaint 30 days ago. He assured me to intimate current status on the home loan. So far neither he has intimated nor responding on phone. Would be grateful if either home loan in respect of my daughter be sanctioned/disbursed or alternately the pf amount of Rs.5700 be re-imbursed to my account.

                  Axis bank employees misbehave with me, number of times tried to withdrawal cash in queue, returns without cash. I were standing in cash withdrawal queue in our home branch but unable to take cash from last three days. Employees name are as follows ms. Ankita, mr. Aditya and mr. Deepak valecha who misbehaves. When i meet with branch head mr. Deepu shekhar unable to listen problems of their customers or don’t want to take any action on this. He told me that he also unable to take withdrawal from his salary “a bank senior authority wordings”. He told me if i want money then you had to come at 10:30am, sir/madam this is my salary account and i lives in noida, i have to reach office at 10:00am, how could i reach at 10:30 am sharp from noida to delhi. If i will reach at sharp 10:30am, also they do not distribute the money on time around 1 or 2 hour. I have to spent my whole full day for getting the money, they are providing the money to their personals from cash deposit window or cash withdrawal window without queue, i saw when i deposits the money. You can check these all incidents in their branch camera recordings. I am a salaried person and not getting or deposit the money without pan card or aadhar card, while they providing money to their personals without any id proof beyond the limit of cash, when i reached at the cash withdrawal window they told that they have no funds, i saw that they have funds but not for me or general public, they have cash only for their personals. It means they are corrupt. I believe in justice therefore i am writing this email against injustice. Please take an immediate step for withdrawal my money from my account.

                    On nov 1st i withdrew rs. 10, 000 /- in one transaction.

                    But i got only rs. 9, 500 /-

                    I called customer care over phone and reported the incident.

                    Executive advised me that the lost money will automatically be credited within 24 hours.

                    But nothing happened.

                    I sent many complaint emails concerning this matter, to customer. [protected]@axis.com

                    Still too no response, other than some auto-generated mails with different addresses.

                    Now its reaching nearly one month.

                    Poor service.

                    After tremendous efforts, calling consequently to your Bank customer care and waiting for many hours, I got a response.
                    He told me to go to Axis Bank Branch located at Rajaji Nagar (where my Salary account is) and to give a written complaint.

                    I have no satisfaction with your response.

                      Dear Sir / Madam, Unsuccessful transaction happened on 15-Nov-16 and I have received this amount from AXIS bank (after 10 days) on 25-Nov-16. It's so late as my friend also happening same case with me and same ATM. But his bank is refund amount on next day only. Kindly look into matter and raise penalty to bank as bank refund amount after 10 days...

I wanted to open a new savings account in axis bank, for which i contacted axis bank through their website and i even visited a nearby branch kalyan nagar axis bank with the request for a new savings account date 22/11/2016. Iwas told that the document collecting agent would come to my place to collect the required documents so i should wait for him, the entire evening no one showed up. On 23/11/2016 morning i got a call saying that the collection of documents would be done on the same date and i was again told to wait for the agent to come. It was again a failure from your end and i was forced to leave all my work n wait helplessly as there is no contact details of the agent shared with me. On this day 24/11/2017 after i received a call asking if the agent had collected my documents or not, on informing about what had happened and how they wasted my time, i was told by the person call that an agent will arrive at my place within half n hour. And i was told to keep all my documents ready. Even today the agent failed to arrive at my residence. My point of writing this complain is that how can you waste my time and why did your bank provide me with incorrect information. I m very much annoyed by the type service you provided, and your system of operating has made me think twice about opening an account in axis bank or not. This is just not right and i will surely file a complain against your bank for wasting my time and providing misleading information. I am in no mood of opening any accounts in axis bank. How to trust your service, being a bank your employees provide wrong information. Its us who keep our money in your bank so we should be treated properly. Your services are disgusting and shameful. Stop wasting time of other people. You have no right to do so.

                            This is to bring in to the notice of the apex authorities, axis bank employees of the branch ashoka niketan delhi -110092 have a disrespectful behavior towards the bank account holders and especially during the time of demonetarization, on 11-11-16 i went to the bank to withdraw rs 10
                            000/- one employee particularly sanjeev yadav misbehaved bragging how much he earns and constantly misbehaving and also i saw him changing money in the basement with id's where they were supposed give account holders withdrawls from their accounts, i suspect scam in this situation, i request the rbi to look into the matter that whether they are changing currency legally as directed by the rbi guidelines, i am pretty sure that they are charging some premium to exchange large sums of money on id's of the labourers and workers. I request the authorities to kindly cross check the id's for any discripancies. I have also not received any satisfactory reply from the bank apart from this" it will not happen again my reference no. 13895224 given by the bank.

                              UTR number

                              My brother transferred 5000 rs. To my college (Ms ramaiah university of applied sciences) axis bank account through neft on 23rd nov 2016, but he did not get any utr number or reference number for tracking.

                              Please give the utr number or any reference no. As soon as possible to track the money transfer. Its really important....

                              Dear sir,
                              Its further to police complaint acknowledgement no. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 i had received a call from [protected] on 4.35pm (Dated 02.11.2016) in my mobile number, where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 days later (4.11.2016) i checked & the amount of rs.19500 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

                              Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                              I got the transaction details, Amount transferred person details :

                              I tried to contact that person (registered mobile). But its coming switched off.

                              Please kindly help me to get the money.

                                My cibil credit report purchase dt. 23-11-16, my home loan acc. no. PHR[protected] emi paid 12876/- dt. oct. 2016, already paid on 18-10-16, 29-10-16 and 7-11-16 in your bank and acc.no. LPR[protected] emi 6633/- dt. oct. 16 already paid on 28-10-16, 14-10-16, 29-19-16 and 2-11-16 in your bank.
                                but my Cibil credit report of[protected] above amount display due/pending.
                                or emi display outstanding in my cibil report. please inform to cibil company.
                                not any pending upto oct. 2016.
                                please update my cibil report for my good image, because i want transfer above account in SBI. If my cibil report is correct, then i transfer my account easily.
                                nov. 2016, relaxation in emi of Nov. & Dec. 2016, as per rbi guideline due to 500 & 1000 'note-bandi'.
                                i am enclosing my cibil credit report as on 23-11-16.

                                  And a current a/c no. also. my a/c no. [protected]
                                  I have a settled the sale on 18.11.2016 by bach no 000021 amt is 28000.00
                                  That amount is not reflected in my statement as on 23.11.16.
                                  I tried ur tollfree no [protected]/[protected] more than 30 times but getting busy.
                                  Kindly do the needful as early as possible.br...
