Firstly i would like to say that Axis bank having a worst service, they levy too much hidden charges without any intimation.

I have a salary a/c in axis bank zamrudpur branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Y'day (3th april 2022) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

    Hi,

    Rs 885 rs got deducted from my account number without prior notice or instructions and i do not have a trading account too. Can you please let me know why this has happened by you by being a trustable bank.

      Amount debited on the statement of axisdirect

      I have got the message that 885rs have been deducted of axisdirect on 03/04/2022& some months earlier also . Please initiate refund axis bank. Its very illogical of deducting consumer bank account with out any prior information....

        On 3 April I got message from axis bank as 885 ruppees deducted as Axis direct from my account even I did not purchase any fund and they deducted my money without information I want my money refund.

          I own a salary account with axis bank and as per my knowledge I have never given approval to own a demat account. Although I am getting charged annually 885 rupees in the name of axis direct.

          I could see I’ve been charged multiple times for the same. Also as per my knowledge I should not own any demat account which is getting reflected in my axis application.

          I want proper justification on all the axis direct dedications so far as well as the presence of demat account without my knowledge. I request to have full refund of these annual charges and any hidden charges that been accrued to my account.

                From my account 885 rs has been debited for axis direct I want to now why did axis bank charge this amount and I want my money back now..
                Such a worst axis experience I never had before... Without any intimation y did my amount got debited I want it back ...

                    885 rupees was debited from my account and I don't know why they taking money as like direct axis charges. Previously they are taken 500 and now it is 885 .. Resolve the issue ASAP. Resend my money back

                      I don't know exactly for what money got deducted I.e., 885 rupees from my account
                      At starting they mentioned it's free account no need to Pay any amount for this.

                        I have a salary a/c in axis bank pune branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account.

                        Today (Transaction date in bank passbook: 4th april 2022) I checked my account details and found that rs-885 has been debited without any details. Then I searched on internet and same amount has been deducted from bank for consolidated dp charges.

                        But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

                        Earlier also in the month of September 2021, I faced same issue of Consolidated charges and around rupees 2000 got debited from my account. At that time I tried to contact customer support as well but they did not helped me properly with this.

                          This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on April 02nd, 2022 of Rs 2600 via Google pay.
                          The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (ICICI) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs 2600 in cash.

                          After so many follow-ups with the ICICI bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                          Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
                          Beneficiary Account No. : ***********2063

                          After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number.

                          Please help me in getting my money back into my ICICI bank account.

                          The transaction details have been attached for your reference.

                                      I have applied for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card through Flipkart, where is was showing No Annual Fee, No Joining Fee and Lifetime free credit card but due to technical glitch the bank have issued me the paid credit card and the same was accepted by the bank.
                                      "We would also like to inform you that as per the bank's record you have applied for life time free credit card through Flipkart application but received chargeable credit card." As bank stated.
                                      I have visited the Axis Bank Branch for the same, but didn't get solution even I have forwarded them multiple emails too but bank is claiming now that I have applied for chargeable credit card. When I visited the Axis Bank branch they said that only Flipkart can provide you the solution and when I contacted Flipkart, they are saying that only bank can provide you any solution. So I am totally stuck in their policies where I am completely helpless. They have already showed Rs.590/- in monthly statement which is not applicable. Kindly help me that what should I do now.
