Iam holding credit card of axis bank for the past 8 years. Axis bank raise bill through mail to me. In the month of august 2015, i made some amount in advance to keep the balance. axis bank did not raised bill of august 2015. In the absence of bill i could not make payment. next month axis bank raised bill with late fee charges, to which i objected but made the payment excluding late fee charges. my request was shown as under consideration....

Hi i have a salary account with Axis Bank. the time when i was working in that organization, axis bank offered me a credit card saying that there will a one time free at the time of taking the card and after that they wont be any maintenance charges.
