Why Axis bank converting salary account in to savings account if there is no any transaction for more than 3 months in that salary account.

Those are all system automated set up manually by the humans they know to change the salary account in to savings account and why can't they close the salary account if there is no any transaction for more than 3 months.

Why these type of fraudulent is not addressing by the RBI and even complaints forum are not functioning good. So many of the employees affecting because of this and I am one of them.

Every Employee striving for a money if these banks are doing like this without any information how do they come to know about this.

RBI should strictly cascade this rule once salary account is not operated more than 3 months it should automatically closed. Not to change into basic savings account without any information and sucks the poor employee blood.

I want to close my saving account without paying any fines. Why should i pay penalty for my salary account that too not giving any prior notice and not even any statements.

Please RBI bring this Rule ASAP for the Poor employees.

    As per his report he updated is false report at the time of his visit iam at my office only and I already intimated him iam at field work if it important I'll come to office or else will meet tomorrow I stated him he surely told me iam already on the way I'll be there in 15 min.

    This is thing what happened.
    Sir, I request you to please accept and resend the PD executive again to my office

    And this guy asked me for 2000rs amount for positive report I denied him for that.

      Hi,

      i made two transactions on 26 December 2015 and i need to get cashback for those two transactions.I waited 4 days and raised complaint on Jan 7th 2016.They told me problem will be solved in 7 working days.complaint numbers are 19572866, 19572779. problem is i didn't get the amount till now(29/01/2016).
      I called the customer care 4 times but they are not responding properly. So, kindly solve these issues as soon as possible.

        Hi i am holding an saving account with Axis Bank from 2010, in Jan 2016 1st week Axis Bank block my debit card without informing me, when i asked them reason for blocking the card they told its blocked by back hand team as you are doing transaction from other country, i am using the same card from last 4 years to many other countries never happened, still i asked them to unblock the card they told me to visit the branch as i am not in India currently so i can not visit, so i plan to get a new debit card from Axis Bank, i applied online and then confirm more than 2 times with Axis Bank customer care on which address it will deliver, yesterday my card was delivered 200 km far from where i lived.
        Even the staff was confuse either its cheque book or debit card.
        And i am trying to contact with Axis Bank via email and phone they want me to wait so they can find the problem i do not understand why Axis Bank is not worried about their customers hope their MD is aware what their staff is doing, i even write to PNO on [protected]@axisbank.com but these peoples are so busy not replied yet.
        I am really fed up with Axis Bank servies if you are planning to go with Axis Bank please beware they can only give you PAIN PAIN PAIN, and mentally tensions.

            The Debt Collection Manager of the bank sends person to my home even when I give my available timing to him and threatens my parents stating your son will be put behind bars, In spite of me giving the right commitment to pay the Due amount still calls me repeatedly and keeps abusing in local language when asked him to mind his words, still continues to ground me with various sarcastic words, I'm So disturbed after today's incident as his behaviour over the phone made my mom to very depressed state as she is a Cardiac patient, more worried about my mom condition because of this individual.
            I understand when money is borrowed from any financial institutions the borrower agrees to repay them, however at times a simple middle class person like me go through unplanned circumstances which eventually fails to make the payment at the particular day, but harassing or treating an individual like a criminal or fraudster is really embarrassing and makes the entire family in a pathetic situation and self respect of the individual and his family is put on stack, Please understand the situation and give us time to pay as we are monthly wagers, I still find difficult in typing the situation as I'm so mentally disturbed.

            this is unfair on their part. RBI guidelines are very strict and you can haul the bank over coals for this. send a mail to the bank stating that you will be reporting to the police as well as RBI
            These private sector banks talk about ethics when it is convenient for them. There is nothing ethical in what they do. Simply take it to the public forum and if possible the media. They need to be taught a sound and harsh lesson. We need to form a group against such practices. I am ready to support you and if need be take it to the media.

                I used Axis Bank ATM at sector 12, Noida around 1:00 pm on 23.01.2016 to withdraw an amount of Rs 10000/-. The ATM No is CPAW 36103 METRO(written over the machine) . I entered all the inputs in the machine, but just when the machine is about to deliver the amount the power went off I could not receive a single currency note. I called my husband and he tried to lodge complaint at the given complaint no[protected], but this complaint no. was of no use. The guard was not there at that time and he arrived latter. We inquired form him about the incident and informed him that message is received form the bank that Rs 10000/- is debited form my account in this filed process but he informed us this is not a new thing and I will be soon receiving message that the amount debited is be credited in my account but so far nothing happened.
                You are requested to sort out this issue so that the amount of Rs 10000/- debited is credited back in my account and make such arrangement so that another customer will not feel harassed. My ATM Card no is [protected] of Andhra Bank

                    I wish to change my previous mobile number to a new one [protected]. Branch is Powai. Account number [protected]. My previous number was [protected]. I have tried to change my number via an atm machine yet even though all steps were followed I received no notification of sorts. I cannot access Internet banking because of this issue. Please help.

                        Hello all,

                        My biggest mistake in my life. i opened axis bank corporate account.

                        i opened my account 45 days ago. i revised my net login 20 days ago. now i am unable to to login on axis bank corporate account account. when i called on c care agent (name :Kartik Bangalore) he is telling my system not updated net banking. its world biggest joke sense 20 days system not updated.
                        i think village bank is better then axis bank.

                              Hello Sir,

                              I am writing this mail in a state of distress. I have a axis bank credit card - [protected]. This was issued to me in December, 2015
                              last month. Initially calls had come in requesting me to take a zero charges credit card. I had categorically and repeatedly
                              asked the concerned person who had called from the bank as well as the person who had come to collect the documents and do a verification with the original documents
                              to my home, about any HIDDEN CHARGES and that whether there were any charges in case I simply did not use it to be sure.

                              However, earlier this month a statement has been raised even though I am yet use the card wherein a charge in the form of joining fee being Rs. 250/- plus service tax of Rs.36/-
                              is being charged. I called up the customer care today evening and have registered an immediate cancellation request. I spoke to Mr. Shashi Kumar from the customer care today.
                              He told me if I spend a certain sum then the amount will reimbursed. While I very well may end up spending as much what bothers me is the attitude of cornering
                              me in to forced purchases for getting the waiver which I should not have required at the outset. Here I would like to say that I had refused a credit card
                              from Axis Bank twice due to shady behaviour of bank personnel and the card having had some charges before. He has registered my cancellation request and I have received
                              a card has been blocked text message as well. The request number for cancellation given by him is 19930536.
                              I am a bona fide citizen having completed Company Secretaryship as well as one group of Chartered Accountancy Final examination.
                              I work for one of the big 4 accounting firms and our company also has salary accounts with your bank. Since, there was
                              wrong declarations from people posing as axis bank representatives I request that either the charges be waived off or the
                              card be cancelled with immediate effect without any impact on my CIBIL score since I intend to apply for a Home loan
                              later this year and have maintained the highest standards in banking for all transactions till date.

                              I earnestly request you to kindly help me out from this predicament at the earliest.

Axis bank not verified documents with originals. And Axis bank deposit cash & Cash withdrawal without my knowledge by the instruction Mr Mukesh. Account no is [protected], named Ankit. Post holding for around 10 minutes without resolving my serious query they are disconnecting it which is not the correct way to help.Also all the executive are not aware of the procedure being followed.

                                    Recently got Personal loan amount of 1 Lakhs in Axis Bank. They told like for corporate employees personal loan interest rate would be 16% per year.

                                    After i got the amount, they are informing like 17% rate of interest applied on your loan.

                                    For clarification purpose i called to the Loan executive, he is not picking up the call and customer care also did the same. that loan executive name is Mathan and his number is [protected] from chennai.

                                    My loan application number 3887725. If Axis Bank didn't consider my request, then
                                    i will move legally.

                                      I deposited an amount of rs. 39500 to mr. Shailesh Bhardwaj (bank manager) and Ashvini Bharti of branch dharmpur up I just got rs 30500 in my account [protected] on the name yash Rastogi on 15th October 2015.
                                      Till now they have been just ignoring and delaying the rest of money and making fake promises.

                                        I hold a meal card for over six months now, and also internet banking credentials provided for the card on the time of issuance. When i try to login in to internet banking to verify my transactions, it prompts " User is blocked " . I have tried reaching customer care hundreds of times, but ended up with the same annoying response all the times that they don't deal with meal card and they stopped it a while ago.
