I have already maintained 10k in my savings account as an average monthly balance still Bank debited 368 rs + 68 rs GST on the name of consolidated charges. I need my money back. And it's a kind request stop debit the account as consolidated charges without giving breakup of charges

      Today i tried depositing 76000 into the cdm machine and i machine showing that 1 note is retained by bank and rest of the 75500 rs went inside cdm machine and my 1 note is not came back from the cdm machine.

        Collection agents repeatedly calling and harassing me even after I’ve made payments and they are rudest to the core. They raise their voice too much and this is the last straw I’m pressing charges against the bank as well as I’m withdrawing from their services.

          I have accepted a upgrade of my credit card. And I have not yet received my card. But I see it activated in the axis bank app. Even thought I didn't receive the card. And there are no updated about the dispatch as well. I have tried contacting so many times through the customer care numbers. No one answers the call. When you guys have to sell services, you call up a 100 times a day. But there is no number to address our concerns and don't give a damn about them. The website doesn't work for raising any complaints either.

            I have opened an account in axis bank with a zero balance account. now the bank asking me to pay some penalty this is not right. like cheating on us.
            My account number ends with 5066. I am having 2 accounts in Axis bank for more than 10year I am using axis bank I was happy but now they are doing this kind of cheating on customers.

            Planning to close all my accounts and credit card also.

            for closing account also they want me to pay 1500 again this is not right.

            When I am opening an account nothing they told me regarding this.

              Hi,
              I were using Axis bank flipkart CC ending with 8828 till Oct 2021.
              I have got the bill for 500rs plus taxes for card renewal. I have called customer care and discussed with customer support executive and ask him to close the account as I'm not using much that card and I don't want to use Axis bank CC due to renewal fees.
              Support executive explained many things to give me another myzone CC but not ready to close account. I never ask bank to upgrade card.
              Again executive called after few days and upgraded CC without proper information. There was 2019 cash back I was expecting for my old transaction. Customer Support executive and Axis bank PNO given me in writing that cash back will be deposited in next billing cycle. Executive never told me about bank will cease my cashback if he upgrad card. With out proper information executive upgraded CC.
              I have both the written communication that bank will give me cash back of rs2019. I'm doing follow up with bank since 4-5 months but not getting any support from bank. Bank people always replying that bank has rights to cease cash back if card get upgrade for what ever reason. If customer service executive and pno given me in writing then how they can refuse now and keep sending bills with panelry and interest.

              Kindly help me to get my cash back and bank revert panelty, interest which they are putting unnecessary.

              All this issue came due to bank customer service executive and PNO.

                They are charging me bounce charges repeatedly for the same missed emi. i had already paid the charges with the missed emi but again they charged my acc with 6000 rs. this is looting

                  I have received an SMS from axis credit card " Rs.7656.14 is due for payment on 14/03/22 on Axis bank credit card 8906. Rs.7532 will be deducted from a/c XXXXXX as per auto debit request."
                  I had kept sufficient fund to my account in respect of this. But in the latest statement o April 2022 they have charged a debit interest of 719.21 and GST 129.46. This is totally unjustifiable action and looting the money of lay man on the pretext of credit card.

                  I tried to contact their customer care in various numbers but none numbers are connecting.

                  Kindly advice me how to resolve this looting.

                        Every month 05 i have to pay Rs 17152 for loan. But i missed to maintain amount on Feb 05th2022 and on next day i paid with charges Rs 400 extra.

                        March 15, 2022 again they debited Rs. 200 extra

                        And no customer agent was redponding and they are pushing work its not our department will transfer call. But no response. Helpless

                            Mujhe call aaya axis bank customer care kaha axis bank se bol raha hun aur usne kaha card ki limit upgrade karni hai. Fir ek sehat bima ka offer bhi batane laga aur koi reference number bola mobile pe aaya hai aur mujhse le liya.

                            Fir baad me kuch time beet gya pata chala ki ye fraud call tha aur paise udh gye hai card se card no. [protected]

                                  I am an ex employee of Axis Bank in the name of Saumya Rikhi (emp ID-127601). I was discharged from my duties on 24.01.2022. I had submitted a request for linking my Aadhar to my UAN and correction of name from Saumya Rikhi to Saumya Khetarpal to Axis Bank CO Mumbai and the same was forwarded by them to EPFO Bandra on 09.02.2022. The same has not been updated by them till date and I am continuously getting reminders from Axis Bank HR team...

                                  I had company provided forex card from Axis Bank. They could not renew as policies changed, & our company was fed up dealing with complaints. I tried to refund my money in euros and pounds which was more that Rs 50000. However as promised they did not consider the exchanges rates on the day, instead they refunded with buying rate that was never mentioned when I went personally to the bank. Literally 4-5 Rs of difference per euro and per pound. This is a horrible experience and no one from Axis bank -Jayanagar 4th T block branch Bengaluru wants to take responsibility. they say its system generated. Literally[protected] Rs loss for me.                                     I held 2 cards with Axis Bank.
                                    Card ending - 0758 - Credit Limit: Rs. 4, 70, 000/-
                                    Card ending 6819 - Credit Limit: Rs. 3, 90, 000/-

                                    Both cards had separate limits as demonstrated by usage of my cards, the statements and the app where it clearly shows Available credit limit.

                                    I applied for Magnus credit card and got it with a credit limit of Rs. 4, 70, 000/-.
                                    However, when I tried to swipe it for a large transaction, it was declined, stating that there is no limit. I checked on the app and it shows limit of Rs. 4, 69, 700/-.

                                    When I call customer care, standing at the swipe machine at the shop, I am told that the limit is a TOTAL limit of Rs. 4, 70, 000/- across all three cards now.

                                    This was not informed to be by anyone at Axis Bank. Nor was it mentioned in the app where till date it shows separate credit limits and separate available credit limits.
                                    This is also against my 2 cards earlier where there was a completely SEPARATE limit amongst the two cards.

                                    So this change was not brought to my attention.

                                    Therefore, due to this embarrassment I faced of having my card declined, and the non informing of changes in credit limit to me and the app and customer service not being in sync, I want to cancel my 3 credit cards numbers ending:
                                    0758, 6819 and 9793.

                                    Moreover, I applied for Axis Bank Magnus Card recently and was given card ending 9793. I am disputing the charges of the joining fees and WILL NOT be paying the joining fees as I do not want to keep any Axis Bank card after this behaviour of the bank.

                                    Moreover, I informed the bank of this on 1st March 2022, well before the 10th March Due date of the statement of this card. The service request numbers are 72286310, 72286321, 72286331.
                                    Till date, I have not received any call from Axis bank to discuss the issue inspite of calling on 7th March, 8th March and 10th March as well.

                                    So in conclusion, I do not want a relationship with Axis Bank. I am not paying the joining fees of Magnus credit card.
