    I have negative balance in my account for no reason. I had not opened the account but the company which i was working had contract with axis Bank so they had opened my account. Now i have quit that job so why will i use it i transfered my money to another account but axis is charging money form me since one year.
    According to RBI guidelines this shall not happen. I too work in a public sector bank now so i know this is wrong.

        SMS BLOCKALL Cust ID to [protected], if not you-Axis Bank

        On enquiring with the petrol pump, they said it was from the bank as they dont hold any information of my account.

        This is highly unethical way to cut extra amount in name of tips without informing the customers.

          I am requesting to stop auto formation of Flexi FD from my salary account in Axis Bank since 3 Jan 2022. And visited branch many times, they closed the previous Flexi FD but again on 10 Feb 2022 Flexi FD is generated automatically, leaving behind minimum balance. i want to show the balance in the embassy but due to this i cant show the statement and balance and all this matter delaying my process. I want to de register the formation of Auto Flexi FD from my Salary Account

              Whenever I’m trying to login through the website, it says that my customer ID and my registered phone number are invalid credentials.
              I even tried to authenticate my account using the app but there too it says invalid credentials.

                  Hello Axis Bank.

                  I am speaking on behalf of my father in law.Few days back 885 ruppees was deducted from his account and a new ATM debit card was sent. This was complete surprise.Upon inquiring the Bank, learnt that he inadvertently press a wrong button. The options are mischeviously placed so that someone mistakenly press the button. No consent or reconfirmation was asked. Please refund the amount so as to restore the faith in banking system.He is depressed and want to move account from axis as this was simple loot of money.

                    This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on Feb 7th, 2022 of Rs. 5000/- via Gpay.
                    The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (Kotak Mahindra) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account.

                    After contacting my bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                      I have made an IMPS transaction today (8th Feb 2022) for the amount of rs.2000 from my axis account to my SBI account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. I request you please coordinate with the bank to escalate this issue.

                              had put ₹13000 or 14000 in cash deposit machine in sec 14 branch but the money got stuck and the transaction was unsuccessful, suddenly the atm restarted I waited for almost 30-45 minutes but the money did not come back from the ATM machine then i tried again and again...

                                    Dear sir, as i got a call from your executive from Vijayawada for credit card. He explained things and I agreed to proceed for priority account with vistara infinite credit card on his commitment. Given 2 lac rupees cheque and which was credited in axis bank yesterday. Current status is account activated yesterday and credit card team Mrs. Vani and our representative Mr. Bakshu from Vijayawada they were not responding our calls. Which false on false commitments. I never ever expected this kind of worst response from your bank. Moreover am eligible for particular card, civil score full, and am holding two credit cards of HDFC with an limit of 15 lac each. But this was unpredictable from your bank. If possible kind request to close my account and revert back our amount.

                                      This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on 28th January of Rs.60, 000 via Googlepay
                                      The transaction got successful from my end and the
                                      amount got debited from my savings bank account
                                      (SBI)but the merchant didn't receive the amount in their account.
                                      After so many follow-ups with the SBI bank, I have
                                      got the below details about the transaction. The amount
                                      has been transferred to the below account number.
                                      Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
                                      Beneficiary Account No. : [protected]
                                      Beneficiary IFSC: UTIBO000000
                                      After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned
                                      account number is not the merchant's account number
                                      and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.
                                      Please help me in getting my money back into my
                                      SBI bank account.

                                        There was bank account no. [protected] with customer ID No.[protected] in the name of Final Touch Interior as a capacity of Partnership Firm but in the same account many transactions, service requests, closure etc proceed without the consent of second partner i.e. Santra Devi Yadav . So for the same I want to lodge a complaint under Section 420 . Please help me to fetch the account related docs and signature copies that was signed . Also share closure and service requests where the second partner i.e. Santra Devi Yadav signature was present. Need the docs asap .Kindly help and connect over [protected] for further information.
