I had opened one FD account ([protected]) on 04/01/2014 for 6months and 1 days. FD was supposed to mature on 5/7/2014. But due to some technical reason it could not matured on the due date. FD was set to auto closure. I got the call from local branch, they updated me that FD will mature on 9th july 2014, with the same maturity amount which was due on 7th July 2014. No extra interest will be given for the days it got delayed. Even though I had asked that person to give me the interest for the days it got delayed. But they did not consider it. In further communication with the bank they updated me for less than 7 days there is no interest rate. But my point is Money was with the bank for more than 7 days. Total time period took by the FD was 6 months and 5 days. How they can consider only less then 7 days of time. I did not make the FD for less then 7 days, where I am asking for the interest. They should count the whole time duration, when the FD was made and when finally it got matured. So this time was 6 months and 5 days.

    Dear sir,

    I open my account in axis bank with zero balance in last year. but in last three months they will deduct my 250/- rs from my account due to minimum balance charges. Without any prior information. i call Mr RAvi Sharma (Assistant manager at Guna Branch) they suggest me to visit nearest axis bank branch and register a complain I visit sapna sangeeta (Indore) branch and register a complain. they told me bank has changed his policy and you can maintain account with 1, 00, 000/- (one lakh rupees). bank doesn't provide any information about change his policy. I can register a complain about this then after seven days they call me refund of my account can be done through head Office (MUMBAI) i can call in axis bank call center they told that you can register your request at Guna branch. I also mail in axis bank customer care regarding this issue they are also helpless. then again i talk Mr Ravi Sir, they told me that you can send me a mail. I can send mail to ravi sir and also told that they will migrate my account at 10, 000/- rs per months. but at till time i didn't get refund amount from axis bank and they regularly deduct charges from account.

      The bank is deduction money from the account automatically without any prior information like they charge for SMS service which was deactivated by me after few months they deducted it without any prior information. They are charging for Monthly maintenance Rs.250 each month.

        Myself Naveen Kumar, I have take personal loan from axis bank in march. Loan amout was credited on 9th and still full month's interest was taken from me. I want refund of interest of 8 days as interest should be calculated from 9th not from 1st as I received loan amount on 9th. My loan account no is PPR[protected]. plz do te needful.

          Ms Priya Sharma from Axis Bank, Daryaganj branch, she dont know how to behave with any cutomer, she is talking so nonsence to his client, using slangs and worst language with his client and customer, My advice is to remove that girl from the company so that she can learn the things better

            As i had entered incorrect password more than 3 time in my debit card online access before 6 month, And its blocked, As per customer executive its working regular after 3 days, but it cant so. Please provide me online access to debit card as soon ASAP.

              I have applied for demat account two year back. but my demat account was not activated because my email id was not entered correctly in axis bank database. i was supposed to get a link on my personal mail id to activate demat account.but my email id was not correct so it was not activated.but after the completion f one year they have deducted annual maintenance charge from my account even though i am not using my demat account. i am not able to tyrade becase its not activated yet. i have register one complaint also but did not get any response from bank.i am trying to connect with customer care also but never got any reply.please find below detail for reference. complaint no is 9663542 email id is [protected]@gmail.com demat client id is 15757668

                Dear Sir/Mam This is Abhishek Tripathi From Mumbai (400 103). Sir/ Mam actually I am a a/c holder in ur Bank branch Hill road. I had register my Mobile No. with the a/c, but now I wanted to change it because I am out of country. I could not visit to Branch My Self. And where i, m in Africa there is no axis Bank. Therefore Sir/Mam If you help me to register new local Mobile No. then I will be very thankful to you. Actually already I talked to Hill road Branch Office head . He told me that he will Semd me an Aplication on which I will give my signature & mobile No. then they can register. But still they did not send the Aplication copy. I am sure that You will consider my Problem seriosly & you will help me as you can.. Best Regards Abhishek Tripathi

                  My decision of taking personal loan from Axis bank was biggest mistake in last few years for few reasons, 1. Axis Bank charged me for their own mistake and were threatening that if I would not pay then it might affect my civil score. 2. When ECS didn't debit my linked Axis bank account and I made payment by walking into branch then i was asked to maintain additional balance as they don't know when ECS will be effective, ahhh.. never seen such a mindless answers as were given by Sahakar Nagar Branch (Loan Collection Centre) DM Mrs. Suma P.V. My personal recommendation is that if you really care about your mental peace then Axis Bank is not the right Bank.

                      i applied for home loan for 10 lacs in nov 2013. and i get it also, but my home loan agent from axis bank told me that u have to get insurance from them, personal insurance term insurance of 10 lacs. i gave 21000.00 rs to him for that. but till now i did not insurance copy. i complent abt this to the Jalgaon Maharashtra branch home loan manager but he is co-operating with me. they told that it is in progress wait more time.

                        Hello Sir/Madam. Greetings for the Day. I had purchased a two mobile phones on 28-March-2014, as there was an offer of 10% cash back amount on purchase of Samsung grand 2 Mobile phones, so I asked the details of the offer to customer care they told me if I purchase the Samsung Grand 2 mobile phone on or before 31st-March-2014, I will receive 10% of cash back amount on 30th April 2014, I asked them I want to make a purchase two Samsung grand 2 mobile phones, will I receive 10% cash back on each mobile phone, they said you will receive 10% cash back if you swipe the card for two time, & I did the same. I called them of 30th April 2014 for 10% cash back amount, they told me that it would be reversed by 31st-May-2014, I called on 31st of May-14, they told me by 1st-June-14 you will receive the cash back, still I dint receive so I called on 2nd-June-14, they told me due to some mistake your amount has not been reversed, it will be reversed in next 15 working days, so still it was not reversed, so I called on 24th-June-14, they told me it will be reversed in next 5 working day, still the amount was not reversed in my account, so called on 1st-July-14 they told me it would be reversed by end of the day of 1st-July-14, but the amount is still not reversed, so called them on 4th-July-14, now they are saying you will receive a call from our end on 7th-July-14. So was given a complete false commitment & I have been cheated by the Axis Credit card department.So please tell me what should I do in regards to it. Please help me. Warm Regards, Pandurang Dhumal

                          I have complained to customer services of axis bank credit card ([protected] ) of Dr Kapoor C choudhary, regarding charging excess amount of Rs, 806.54 in my card statement period 26th July 2013 to 24th Aug.2013 and also about customer unfriendly attitude .(email -(1) : SUN, Sep. 8, 2013, 8.56AM)

                          I was informed about reversal of excess amounts of Rs.674.19 & Rs. 169.74 via email ( email-(3) wed, Nov..13.2013) but amount will be adjusted against fresh transaction done on my credit card (email-(4) Feb13, 2014). On the contrary, I was asked to submit proof of payment whereas Bank authority can check the proof from my bank account ( proof of deposit of Rs.6471.54 ( sbi, 884974 dt.[protected].

                          When I have requested to deposit my credit amount in my saving account of axis bank on 4th april'14 (email-(6A)), Bank authorities have informed me about the out standing balance of Rs.1276.68, when I have not used my credit card after 19th August 2013.( email-(Mon.april 7.2014) . Bank authority have adjusted my due credit amount and instructed to pay outstanding amount of Rs, 109.60.
                          when i have realised the fraud made by so called reputed bank, I have instructed axis bank credit card authority to block my card use and ask for refund .
                          Till date, I have not received any mail or refund or statement from Bank.

                          Therefore, I humbly request RBI and Bank ombudsman to take suitable legal action and reward strict punishment to prevent such fraud by credit card authorities .

                            my account no [protected] and i made 3 transaction on 30/06/14 from Bank of Baroda at 8:45 pm when i make first transaction atm show no internet found but Rs.5000 debit from my account and afterthis two tansaction done successfully i already register complaint no [protected] in axis bank in 30/06/14 at 9:24 pm and written complaint submitted in axis bank sector-7 Faridabad branch.

                                I missed my loan due.So they asked locked an amount from my savings account(without my knowledge).I asked them to take the due from my savings account with fine.But they replied me to go bank directly and pay the loan due.Then I was supposed to go there and paid the due with 500 as fine(merely 10%).Even after my payment my amount is not released yet.Now they are telling like they took the amount twice.They will credit back in 9 days. Initially they asked me to go directly and after that they have taken from my account.So I dont understand the procedure. I need my money back with the same 10% fine. I need to register a legal compliant against this.Could you please help me. I have all the proofs.Even all mobile calls to customers care which I received no response is there in my mobile, Screen shot of aniline account and .Loan payment bill.So please help me to register a complaint againt the bank.

Many times i have request to bank to send my home loan documents like customer copy and all, But till date i have not received my documents. I ahve changed my address details also.                                     I had a savings account in bharuch Gujarat since 2004. Earlier it was a salary account when I left bharuch I converted it to normal account. Now I am in Angul orissa and want to change my account from single operation to joint operation. Firstly the bank harassed me for documents, bring this document and that. Then a complete silence from their side for three months. No feedback. As i am in job and have a duty of 12 hrs(morning 8 to evening 8), its not possible for me to take leave every now and then. After three months my wife came from native place to stay with me, I send him and got a negative response. That theaccount can not be made as joint operated. Now my complaint is against axis bank Bharuch Gujarat AND axis bank Angul Orissa. Against Bharuch branch that they had not converted my account to normal after I left Gujarat, as I had submitted a written application in that branch to change my salary account to normal savings account, Secondly, against Angul Branch to be silent for three months after harrassing me for documents, and when I took initiative they responded negatively.                                         Inspite of maintaning the minimum balance axis bank is charging the fine of rs 250 for non maintenance of balance. No proper intimation from Axis bank. As per RBI, "Any change in regard to minimum balance should also be intimated to the account holders by banks at least one month in advance". But After they deducted Rs.250/- only they intimated via SMS. Could I file a case against the axis bank in RBI, kindly help me how to reverse my money from Axis bank.
