Greetings for the Day.
I had purchased a two mobile phones on 28-March-2014, as there was an offer of 10% cash back amount on purchase of Samsung grand 2 Mobile phones, so I asked the details of the offer to customer care they told me if I purchase the Samsung Grand 2 mobile phone on or before 31st-March-2014, I will receive 10% of cash back amount on 30th April 2014, I asked them I want to make a purchase two Samsung grand 2 mobile phones, will I receive 10% cash back on each mobile phone, they said you will receive 10% cash back if you swipe the card for two time, & I did the same.
I called them of 30th April 2014 for 10% cash back amount, they told me that it would be reversed by 31st-May-2014, I called on 31st of May-14, they told me by 1st-June-14 you will receive the cash back, still I dint receive so I called on 2nd-June-14, they told me due to some mistake your amount has not been reversed, it will be reversed in next 15 working days, so still it was not reversed, so I called on 24th-June-14, they told me it will be reversed in next 5 working day, still the amount was not reversed in my account, so called on 1st-July-14 they told me it would be reversed by end of the day of 1st-July-14, but the amount is still not reversed, so called them on 4th-July-14, now they are saying you will receive a call from our end on 7th-July-14.
So was given a complete false commitment & I have been cheated by the Axis Credit card department.So please tell me what should I do in regards to it.
Please help me.
