my account no [protected] and i made 3 transaction on 30/06/14 from Bank of Baroda at 8:45 pm when i make first transaction atm show no internet found but Rs.5000 debit from my account and afterthis two tansaction done successfully i already register complaint no [protected] in axis bank in 30/06/14 at 9:24 pm and written complaint submitted in axis bank sector-7 Faridabad branch.

Hi, I have applied for Axis Bank Home Loan. My Application ID is 1765633, Prior to Property selection i have given the documents and after one week got message from Axis Bank that Rs.2283443 Sanctioned.Thanks for considering my application. June 10th i have submitted Property documents to Axis bank executive Mr. Siva Kumar (His contact Number:[protected]) and after one week he told me regarding other certificate i need to submitted, igave him that also. Till now he is keep on telling it will take 20 days time. He is not telling me about application status. I just have 10 days due to pay to house owner. I missed my loan due.So they asked locked an amount from my savings account(without my knowledge).I asked them to take the due from my savings account with fine.But they replied me to go bank directly and pay the loan due.Then I was supposed to go there and paid the due with 500 as fine(merely 10%).Even after my payment my amount is not released yet.Now they are telling like they took the amount twice.They will credit back in 9 days. Initially they asked me to go directly and after that they have taken from my account.So I dont understand the procedure. I need my money back with the same 10% fine. I need to register a legal compliant against this.Could you please help me. I have all the proofs.Even all mobile calls to customers care which I received no response is there in my mobile, Screen shot of aniline account and .Loan payment bill.So please help me to register a complaint againt the bank.

I had a savings account in bharuch Gujarat since 2004. Earlier it was a salary account when I left bharuch I converted it to normal account. Now I am in Angul orissa and want to change my account from single operation to joint operation. Firstly the bank harassed me for documents, bring this document and that. Then a complete silence from their side for three months. No feedback. As i am in job and have a duty of 12 hrs(morning 8 to evening 8), its not possible for me to take leave every now and then. After three months my wife came from native place to stay with me, I send him and got a negative response. That theaccount can not be made as joint operated. Now my complaint is against axis bank Bharuch Gujarat AND axis bank Angul Orissa. Against Bharuch branch that they had not converted my account to normal after I left Gujarat, as I had submitted a written application in that branch to change my salary account to normal savings account, Secondly, against Angul Branch to be silent for three months after harrassing me for documents, and when I took initiative they responded negatively. Inspite of maintaning the minimum balance axis bank is charging the fine of rs 250 for non maintenance of balance. No proper intimation from Axis bank. As per RBI, "Any change in regard to minimum balance should also be intimated to the account holders by banks at least one month in advance". But After they deducted Rs.250/- only they intimated via SMS. Could I file a case against the axis bank in RBI, kindly help me how to reverse my money from Axis bank.

I like to use your net banking .So i recharge aircel prepaid online on[protected];53;37 on mobile number [protected] rs 108.00 through bill desk.But bill desk recharge ref no-ko[protected] .But billdesk payment status pending and recharge status pending .

But axis bank net banking deducted my rs 108.00 amount[protected] info;inb/[protected]/aircel mobile(Bill des/09;56;11 pm).

I hope axis bank refund my rs 108.00 as early as possible in my [protected] account

We got a home loan done from Axis bank worth 3200000 apprx.( Loan NO. PHR[protected]. While the cheque got ready, We got into fight with the seller and requested bank to hold that cheque for some time. We agreed to pay the nominal charges for some time. Bank started deducting the full EMI, and later on request after 6 months, they stopped charging the same. Even after repeatedly writing on their Online portal, bank has not reverted so far, HOw could they deduct a full EMI for a cheque which was never encashed? Please help resolving

I have lost my debit and applied for it. My axis account home branch is in Mysore 151(Karnataka) .I have requested axis branch 151 to courier to my Home town nearest axis branch 069 in Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh). One of the representative from Mysore branch 151 have sent a mail to operations head of Vijayawada 069 Branch on 18th itself. Today[protected] i went to collect my axis ATM debit card from axis branch 069 Vijayawada. When i went and asked Operations head of Vijayawada 069 to collect my debit card, the first question he have asked is i have should receive a mail confirmation from Mysore branch 151. Which he have already received on[protected] but till today he haven't checked his mails . Then again operations head of Vijayawada 069 says this is not a proper mail (I don't know what does he mean by that ?? ), i should receive a mail from operations head of Mysore 151. Why this operation head of Vijayawada is such irresponsible when he have received a mail on 18th why he couldn't reply for it, if he would have replied by this time would have my debit card with me. Today Operations head of Mysore 151 has sent a mail to operations head of Vijayawada 069 had over the debit card kit to me . Butt he operations head of 069 Vijayawada has spoke some nonsense and finally i haven't received. This so called person Srikanth operations head is such a irresponsible person, and doesn't give any respect to customer, and doesn't check his mails in inn-time.

We are maintaining two years of relationship with your bank with the account number [protected] with your branch in name of Rajani Polypack Pvt Ltd. This letter is to inform you that bank has charged us an amount of 32913.63, for not maintaining an average balance, but we dint get any intimation about your change of average maintaining cycle, not even a single notice from bank or branch staff, so its a kind request to look after this issue and close our account. We are also surrendering the cheque book through the register AD post. If it is not done within 15 working days we will be forced to issue a legal notice by our company lawyer, and even complain to banking ombudsman scheme 2006.

Axis Bank netbanking is one of the stupidest systems to have been conceived. Do not fall for their glitzy ads. They are overzealous with the security but not in a good way. The system is not intelligent but inane. As I found out with my hacking of the credit card, they cannot prevent real criminals but harass actual users.

I have never been able to login at one go. They refuse login for no particular reson or something trivial as the use of backspace for one wrong pressing. Today I was trying to book a movie ticket using a discount voucher... Axis refused to login... later when I tried again, the voucher was refused by the vendor saying it has already been used. This is how Axis Bank makes life easy for people.

I am working with M/s. Hamon Shriram Cottrell Pvt. Ltd. My Axis Bank-Salary Saving A/c.No.: [protected] I received SMS on 23-04-14, that Rs.499/- is debited from A/c and Transaction Description is PCLR/RBB14K834969/[protected]/11:04:16/RB (Charges of Demat Account). But your information I am not holding any Demat Account, for which Axis Bank debit charge (i.e.Rs 499/-) from my company’s Axis Bank-Salary Saving Account no.- [protected].

I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in JP Electronic City, Bangalore. I Want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I Didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care They informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account. I am going to close the account asap. I request Indian Complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

It was very despairing that Axis bank was deducted Rs515 from by main balance as consolidated charges without intimate me that minimum balance is now upgraded.I have complain for this but says they had intimate me but that is their fault that they can't give the information from their end properly.i think axis bank has no proper strategy if they implement such cheap rule for earning money.
