We are maintaining two years of relationship with your bank with the account number [protected] with your branch in name of Rajani Polypack Pvt Ltd. This letter is to inform you that bank has charged us an amount of 32913.63, for not maintaining an average balance, but we dint get any intimation about your change of average maintaining cycle, not even a single notice from bank or branch staff, so its a kind request to look after this issue and close our account. We are also surrendering the cheque book through the register AD post. If it is not done within 15 working days we will be forced to issue a legal notice by our company lawyer, and even complain to banking ombudsman scheme 2006.

    Axis Bank netbanking is one of the stupidest systems to have been conceived. Do not fall for their glitzy ads. They are overzealous with the security but not in a good way. The system is not intelligent but inane. As I found out with my hacking of the credit card, they cannot prevent real criminals but harass actual users.

    I have never been able to login at one go. They refuse login for no particular reson or something trivial as the use of backspace for one wrong pressing. Today I was trying to book a movie ticket using a discount voucher... Axis refused to login... later when I tried again, the voucher was refused by the vendor saying it has already been used. This is how Axis Bank makes life easy for people.

But your information I am not holding any Demat Account, for which Axis Bank debit charge (i.e.Rs 499/-) from my company’s Axis Bank-Salary Saving Account no.- [protected].

        I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in JP Electronic City, Bangalore. I Want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I Didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care They informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account. I am going to close the account asap. I request Indian Complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

          It was very despairing that Axis bank was deducted Rs515 from by main balance as consolidated charges without intimate me that minimum balance is now upgraded.I have complain for this but says they had intimate me but that is their fault that they can't give the information from their end properly.i think axis bank has no proper strategy if they implement such cheap rule for earning money.             On 31May 2014 Time 8:31, I used Axis Bank ATM(ID CWDW36606) for the 10000/-.But it gives me (9X1000)+(1X100).I Talked to Axis Bank Customer care. They guide to me to talk with nearest Branch. I did that, but there was no +ve response. Then I personally went to Baddi(HP) branch. There was also same.

              i have ac with axis bank, i have paid 10, 000 in my axis bank ac in west mamabalam chennai branch... money not credited in my account for one hour and when i contacted the bank regarding this . the reply was horrible and staff was rude...pls do the needful by taking necessary action...

                  Respected Sir, I am having a very bad experience with incompetent and arrogant customer representatives of axis bank. Since i lost my debit card, i had applied for a new one and afetr a long wait got the card on 8th june.. however i still have not got the pin despite it being dispatched on june 4th. Below is the sequence of events 1. I applied for a new debit card on 20th may at velachery branch and submitted the application to a brilliant lady named divya. 2. Called customer care on 30th may to inquire on status. They could not find any application from my end for a debit card and create a service request 9834215 to check if the branch had actually used the application that i gave for its intended purpose. DIvya i guess must have come over from a PSU and . kept the application under a huge stack and forgotten it 3. I visit axis bank the same day (30th may) to meet the very competent lady dviya at the branch Her intial response - "the application is there . Dont know why it is processed ". Then after a few minutes it changed to "You will receive it on monday(2nd june)". 4. I call divya at the branch on 3rd june and she tells me that she has some problems with accessing the 'system' and she would call me back. I would have been surprised if she actually called me back and thankfully it idid not happen. 5. I received the card on 8th june 6. I still have not received the PIn as of today June 11th

                    Since Monday 09 June 2014 me and my family getting phone from +91-[protected], person saying he is Inspector Sukhwinder Singh from Patiala Court New Delhi. He have NBW 244/2014 against me and my family for non payment of Axis bank credit card. He said he will arrest us.
                    After some time he called my brother and said go to bank and pay amount in bank then you will not be sent jail.
                    He gave number +91-[protected] Advocate Prabhakar Bhardwaj ( Sarkari Vakil) in same court for consult him.

                    He is using very bad language.

                      I'd like to give notice this final time, I am really felling not good to write this email.
                      Your FOREX team and department is really become irregular now, every time I have to call for all transaction and with out my call nothing get done.
                      And When I called to Mr. Vardhan, He is not picking up call at first time, that is very frustrating to me. I am not free all the time just for call single thing.
                      there are so many banks who comes to our office daily, for open new forex account, please just tell me once if you do not want to give proper server, i am happy to get with any other bank !!!
                      For yesterday I had got foriegn Fund in my account and today at 11:00 AM still they have not deposited credit in my account.
                      Vastrapur branch for foreign remittance is worst service ever for me in my life.

                              i am the regular customer of axis bank. axis bank have quarterly balance limit of 10000 rupees till march2014. and suddenly they changed their rules per monthly avg balance 10000 per account without sending any mobile message or internet email intimitation. and they have deducted 250+30 rupees from my account for lack of minimum balance.so, this is wrong that they didn't inform me before changing minimum balance.

                                    I have taken loan from Axis bank and closed way back in the year 2008 as per the banks norms but because of shortfall of Rs.3, 848 they have cancelled my settlement and taken entire amount as emi's. Interest and all it has arrived a figure of Rs.3, 41, 000+. I have approached the bank to consider the facts and close the account but efforts gone in vain. Then I have approached honorable banking ombudsman. The BO is kind enough and he has registered a complaint bearing C No. 1142/2012-13 [C- No [protected]] conducted a hearing meeting with Axis Bank. Wherein the BO demanded the bank officials to close the issue at once. They have asked one week time and intimated me to pay Rs.40, 000+ which is not correct. Although I have approached one more time and re-settled the settlement for Rs.10, 000 and paid the same on last year[protected] and requested them to give a no due certificate and also inform the CIBIL that my account was closed. But so far they have not done anything. I am regularly following with them but they are not giving a letter or nor informing to CIBIL. Whenever I apporach the bank simple they will say within two days problem will be solved. I have approached the honorable BO again on[protected] through mail [I have enclosed below to this complaint]. Then the nodal officer of axis bank has called and informed that my account was broken settlement. I have clearly intimated that in 2008 I have settled and I agree that was broken settlement as I have paid less of Rs.3, 000 or so. But in last year, as per agreement, I have settled by paying Rs.10, 000 for full and final settlement as per the bank's request. Now they are intentionally not closing my account and not informing the same to CIBIL only because I have given complaint to BO. I have requested them day by day but efforts gone in vain. I have asked them to send a letter or mail that my account is closed. The nodal officer has sent me a mail that my account was broken settlement and required some time to process. Already it's been one and half year that I have paid the final amount. I have settled this account for 2 times although I don't have any mistake. While taking the amount of Rs.10, 000 as full and fianl they promised that I will get closing letter in the month of April 2013 by mail or by courier. They have not sent any mail or courier. I am approaching them regulary but they are taking it very lightly. Hence I am writing this complaint. I request your goodself to look into the matter seriously and take action against the Axis Bank and theier officials including managing director of the axis bank for the damage they are doing to me for the last one and half year. I will also calim the compensation for unncessarily troubling me. So, Please do the justice to me. Thanks &amp; regards Venugopal Cheela ___________________________________________________________ The complaint given on[protected] To All the concerned Ref: BO (H) C No. 1142/2012-13 [C- No [protected], Shri Venu Gopal Cheela v/s Axis Bank] Loan Account No.PP[protected] As per our understanding and conciliation meeting with Banking Ombudsman, I have settled the loan account no.PP[protected] in last year on[protected] itself. As told by your bank officials I have to get the no due certificate in April 2013 which is not received by me so far. Even the bank has not informed to CIBIL that my account was closed. In the CIBIL my account has overdue balance of Rs.3, 31, 480 and my last payment date is[protected]. Where as the bank reported this information to CIBIL on[protected] whereas my account is closed on[protected]. What I am feeling is the bank wantedly not informing to CIBIL and don't want issue no due certificate. The bank has intimated my information to CIBIL on[protected] exactly one year after my payment that too mentioning my last paid amount is[protected] is nothing but cheating. As per recent discussion had with Mr Hitesh on[protected], I have approached the bank officials through my cousin, I am shocked when my cousin met and discussed the bank officials. So far in their data my account was not closed. After showing the receipts and closing letter they have realized and informed that the bank has done mistake that they have not initiated closing procedure against my loan account. They have asked and taken the copies closing letter and receipt which I paid, by saying we will forward the same to regional office for closing of your account. I have to get no due certificate by this month but I have not received no due certificate so far and not informed to CIBIL that my account closed. Hence, I request all your goodselves to look into matter and do the needful at the earliest. Otherwise, I will approach Consumer Courts, Human Right Commission, Legal action with defamation case for affecting my credit report from last one and half year.
