i am the regular customer of axis bank. axis bank have quarterly balance limit of 10000 rupees till march2014. and suddenly they changed their rules per monthly avg balance 10000 per account without sending any mobile message or internet email intimitation. and they have deducted 250+30 rupees from my account for lack of minimum balance.so, this is wrong that they didn't inform me before changing minimum balance.

    Dear sir I am Prateek Gupta working in Axis Bank as a Offrole employee in Axis Securities, Recently Mr Vishal Sharma is Sales manager In credit Card department, He always talk to me by using abusing word very badly, which i recorded in my cell phone, and alone he try to me sexual harassment when i denied than he warned me to hold the salary last three month.because i could not receive salary in my account.I enclosed the recording .Please listen carefully.         I have taken loan from Axis bank and closed way back in the year 2008 as per the banks norms but because of shortfall of Rs.3, 848 they have cancelled my settlement and taken entire amount as emi's. Interest and all it has arrived a figure of Rs.3, 41, 000+. I have approached the bank to consider the facts and close the account but efforts gone in vain. Then I have approached honorable banking ombudsman. The BO is kind enough and he has registered a complaint bearing C No. 1142/2012-13 [C- No [protected]] conducted a hearing meeting with Axis Bank. Wherein the BO demanded the bank officials to close the issue at once. They have asked one week time and intimated me to pay Rs.40, 000+ which is not correct. Although I have approached one more time and re-settled the settlement for Rs.10, 000 and paid the same on last year[protected] and requested them to give a no due certificate and also inform the CIBIL that my account was closed. But so far they have not done anything. I am regularly following with them but they are not giving a letter or nor informing to CIBIL. Whenever I apporach the bank simple they will say within two days problem will be solved. I have approached the honorable BO again on[protected] through mail [I have enclosed below to this complaint]. Then the nodal officer of axis bank has called and informed that my account was broken settlement. I have clearly intimated that in 2008 I have settled and I agree that was broken settlement as I have paid less of Rs.3, 000 or so. But in last year, as per agreement, I have settled by paying Rs.10, 000 for full and final settlement as per the bank's request. Now they are intentionally not closing my account and not informing the same to CIBIL only because I have given complaint to BO. I have requested them day by day but efforts gone in vain. I have asked them to send a letter or mail that my account is closed. The nodal officer has sent me a mail that my account was broken settlement and required some time to process. Already it's been one and half year that I have paid the final amount. I have settled this account for 2 times although I don't have any mistake. While taking the amount of Rs.10, 000 as full and fianl they promised that I will get closing letter in the month of April 2013 by mail or by courier. They have not sent any mail or courier. I am approaching them regulary but they are taking it very lightly. Hence I am writing this complaint. I request your goodself to look into the matter seriously and take action against the Axis Bank and theier officials including managing director of the axis bank for the damage they are doing to me for the last one and half year. I will also calim the compensation for unncessarily troubling me. So, Please do the justice to me. As told by your bank officials I have to get the no due certificate in April 2013 which is not received by me so far. Even the bank has not informed to CIBIL that my account was closed. In the CIBIL my account has overdue balance of Rs.3, 31, 480 and my last payment date is[protected]. Where as the bank reported this information to CIBIL on[protected] whereas my account is closed on[protected]. What I am feeling is the bank wantedly not informing to CIBIL and don't want issue no due certificate. The bank has intimated my information to CIBIL on[protected] exactly one year after my payment that too mentioning my last paid amount is[protected] is nothing but cheating. As per recent discussion had with Mr Hitesh on[protected], I have approached the bank officials through my cousin, I am shocked when my cousin met and discussed the bank officials. So far in their data my account was not closed. After showing the receipts and closing letter they have realized and informed that the bank has done mistake that they have not initiated closing procedure against my loan account. They have asked and taken the copies closing letter and receipt which I paid, by saying we will forward the same to regional office for closing of your account. I have to get no due certificate by this month but I have not received no due certificate so far and not informed to CIBIL that my account closed. Hence, I request all your goodselves to look into matter and do the needful at the earliest. Otherwise, I will approach Consumer Courts, Human Right Commission, Legal action with defamation case for affecting my credit report from last one and half year.           From my Axis Bank A/c debited sum of amount ₹250(Mention as consolidate charge for A/c) and ₹30 service Tax @12.36%
          This is the second time they debite from my as same condition
          When i talk to customer care they replay me that for non maintain of minimum balance.but at the time of A/c open they advice me to maintained ₹2500.I have been maintained the required amount at my A/c
          so what action should taken up to axis bank

            Relieving letter required I had resigned from Axis Bank on 13/05/2014. As i got a job in Union Bank of India it was not possible for me to serve a complete notice period a the joining at UBI is on 23/06/2014. At the time of my resignation i inquired about waiver of mandatory notice period & they told me that if a person is going for a govt job or abroad it is not mandatory to serve the notice period provided Branch Head will recommend for the same. and they said me that we will allow to only mentally disabled people and Brach Head say that he will not helping any how. So i served a notice period of 38 days & requested for a waiver of remainig days adjusting my leaves. but thay are saying no to needful. So what to do so I can got the relieving letter and can join the UBI..otherwise UBI will not allow me to join so kindly give me the needful advise... Is there any way i can ask for my relieving letter?

              Dear Customer service/Complaint manager, From many days no response from your side in the subject matter, then what is the use of customer care id and details given on the net for helping the customers(Account holders).It seems that your bank branch is not responding then who is responsible for such wrong charges levied on the customers account holders.Pl note the complaint no. 9757197 dtd 23.05.14 booked online in the consent of deducting charges from savings account no.[protected] Anil Soni in manjalpur branch.Pl respond in the consent of the On 29/03/14 Deducted from my savings account balance charges rs.750 and service tax rs.92.70 has been deducted for minimum balance of rs.10000 charges which no body had informed me as my mobile no. is also registered with the branch and without giving any letter, Pl note my savings account no.[protected] Anil Soni in Baroda manjalpur branch is from last 10 years and also note my family is having almost 10 accounts with your bank. My savings account is from last 10 years opened in the bank earlier known as UTI bank. On 29/03/14 From my savings account balance charges rs.750 and service tax rs.92.70 has been deducted for minimum balance of rs.10000 charges which no body had informed me as my mobile no. is also registered with the branch and without giving any letter, How they can deduct so much charges if your bank rules are being changed then is that no body responsibility to inform the existing customers of the charges being levied. Also note at the time of opening i was being informed of no such charges and minimum balance of rs.10000. Your manjalpur branch manager is responding so much worst when i had inquired on the same with your branch. 1 year earlier your sales executive had requested me to give an another account to our branch then i had also given my son child account to them, and they had opened while coming to my residence, it seems that your branch is only interested in new customers instead of respecting the old customers. For your knowledge my family accounts are 10 with your branch 2 senior citizen, 2 demat accounts, 1 locker account, 3 savings account and some FD accounts with your branch. First of all your branch manager is very worst in replying as if like a casual sitting at such a senior positions even they don t have any respect for the senior citizen also. When i inquired in the matter branch manager was not even ready to listen and he told that if you want to keep account then keep other wise do what ever you want. I am shocked by the worst reply given by your branch manger even he said to my father if you don t know about the minimum balance then it is not my fault and second thing i want to high light is the negligence response they are giving to senior citizen also. From last 10 years no such charges were charged and this time my balance was gone below 10000. Also note as per RBI govt. rule no such high charges will be levied as declared in the news paper last few days back then how your branch can charge such charges to the customer and that is too without informing the customer. Pl note i am salaried person and for salaried person some times it gets difficult to maintain such a huge balance. I am maintaining the minimum balance.Also note my 2 FD accounts interest is transferred to my savings account no.[protected] quarterly basis.               After sending 35 mails to customer care and 15 phone calls to customer care but my issue is not being resolved and even they are not responding

                महोदय इस मेल के मध्यम से मै आप का ध्यान Axis Bank limited मे चल रही अनैतिक ढंग से चल रहे गाहक शोषण के विषय मे लाना चाहता हू ! 1. श्री मान जी, तारीख 15/May/2014 को मेरे बॅंक अकाउंट मे अचानक से मेरे खाते का बॅलेन्स नेगेटिव मे 26 हज़ार दिखने लगा और 17/May/2014 को ये बाद कर -89 हज़ार हो गया ! 2.इस विषय पेर जब मैने बॅंक के टूल फ्री नंबर पेर फोन किया मूज़े कोई भी उचित सूचना नही मिली ! 3. मैने इसे विषय को जब मेरे इनटेंट बॅंकिंग सुविधा के खाते से बॅंक को अवगत कराने की कॉसिश करी तो वाहा से नकारात्मक जवाब मिला ! 4.महोदय कृपया कर के बात पर आप का ध्यान दे की ये पासवर्ड युकत सेवा के माध्यमअ से मैने ये सारे अनुरोध किए थे उसके के ब्बाद भी बॅंक मूज़े उचित समय पर सेवा नही दे पाया और मूज़े टालता रहा ! 5. आपके विचार मे मै ये बात और लाना चाहता हू कि मैने इन सारी कठिनाईयो के बारे मे बॅंक के कंपनी सचिव साहेब को बतलने के कोसिस करी पर उनकी और से भी कोइ उत्तर नही मिला ! महमहिम सचिव महोद्य जी, मेरा आप से सविनय निवदेन है की ऐसे बॅंक की अनुज्ञप्ति को तुरंत रद्द कर देना चैईयाए क्यो क़ी जॅहा के कंपनी सचिव के पास भी गाहको की समस्या सुनने का समय नही है तो इसका मतलब पूरा का पूरा बॅंक जनता के पैसे का मज़ाक बना रहा है ! आशा करता हो की आप इस mail पर उचित करवाई करेंगे ! धनवाद ! तपेश

                  Respected Sir, I vijay jagjivan kuril, having account no [protected]. I m getting trouble while booking online train ticket from IRCTC from last 10 days. Previously everything was ok, the payment was going through my debit card when i was booking ticket but nowadays the IRCTC is not accepting my card, its coming network failure, but when i am paying payment from my other debit card the IRCTC accepting payment, so please look at this matter and sole it out as soon as possible. I had applied for the release of all my shares on dated 14/05/2014 to the Branch Manager, Axis Bank Ltd., Sevoke Road, Siliguri. I would like to bring to your notice that the shares are not released till date. Kindly note that I have already sold all my shares on 16/05/2014, i.e. 2 days after the supposed release date. If these shares are not released by the bank on time, the shares will be auctioned. The liability then, will have to be borne by the bank. Please note that a written complaint was also lodged to the Axis Bank, Sevoke Road Branch, Siliguri on 17.05.2014; still the shares are not released as of now.                       30 days back i opened my account in axis bank at Jiban Kunja, 48/1F, R N Tagore Road, Kolkata700076 West Bengal branch. I did not receive the debit card, pin for debit card and customer id, and for last 15 days I am behind them to get it but their service is poor and their customer care no is also not toll free. Most importantly One of there officer sales misguiding and misbehaving like any thing, It is totaly disappointing and frustrating . so I request u to help me for same.                         My self and my mother have Axis Bank Accounts. Every now and then log in problems, change password's. Password changing is very difficult and time consuming process. They started NET Secure authentication. Axis will say failed to send sms therefore please regenerate thru voice call. When we enter net secure code, Axis will say sorry, it is not authenticated. How much valuable time customer is losing to generate a code. If we approach branch, there is a que. They will send us to all new faces, some people don't know what is net secure code. Highly time waste proceedure. Please do needful.

                          I took and NRI Insta kit as part of opening my NRI account in Karunagappally Branch. Bank manager and sales manager confirmed the account will get activated along with Internet banking. After one week my account got activated and I transferred fund from overseas. Then when I login to Internet banking I found that Fund Transfer is not enabled. I called up several time and they respond like it will be resolved next day. This has been going for over a month now. My fund is stuck up in the bank with no use. After my constant phone call they informed me to send a written letter stating the Fund transfer details. I did that and nothing happened. The employees in Axis bank are worthless I think, they have no clue what to do. They don't know how to properly escalate issues and get it resolved. I banked with CitiBank for past 7 years and never faced any issues. They have proper customer support and they know how to treat customers. What a shame this axis bank is.

                            I have opened a current A/c [protected] with this bank's Upper Govind Nagar, Malad branch, branch code is 001348, not a tall satisfied with the way the employees of branch are treating us, for even basic facilities we have to call them again & again, but not receiving any satisfactory resolution of my problems. Mr Nitesh (Mobile No:[protected]), Mr Raju dhotre (Mobile No:[protected]/[protected]) & BM Mr Prashantha Shetty (Mobile No:[protected]/[protected]) are continuously forcing us to invest Rs 2 Lacs in Max Insurance plan, and then only they’ll provide us proper services. Due to his pressure I have already invested Rs 25000/- in Max Insurance earlier at the time of opening my current account, till date not received any paper regarding the same, the amount has been debited from my account on 27th March’ 2014. I requested concern authorities to look into this matter and help us to get back my Rs 25000/-also ask them to stop harassing me.                               A sum of amount Rs 598 is deducted from my salary account in the name of consolidate DP charges, my salary account was opened in Jan 2013 with ahemdabad Axis bank branch for promotional purposes it was a 3 in 1 application form(saving/D-mat/trading) which they claimed to be free of charges. D-Mat and trading account have never been activated or used still Rs 500 were deducted for annual maintenance charges of D-Mat account and Rs 32 + Rs 65 towards service tax for D-Mat account, I spoke to customer care for 5 times and they said that D-Mat account is free for 1st year and will be charged from the second year onwards which was not informed at the time of opening the account(they said that all services will be free). They did not mentioned that it will be chargeable from 2nd year even if we don't activate it also the did not provide with and prior mail about the same and did not send any S.M.S alert on deduction of that amount.

                                  I had never seen such bad service in my life pathetic All Axis back service desk guys are brain less closes the complaints[protected] without providing resolution When I call them back they open new case9596422 and ask to wait another 48 hrs, I mean 48hrs??? What on earth people will give such shameless SLA, for emergency what should we do?? Service desk guys behavior sucks the kind of response they give will take your mood off I will close my salary account from Axis asap

                                    I left my service due to my health condition and i am not employed now. My usage of credit card is also nil. You may see the record wherein i have paid lot of interest on non-usage also. I have not got my statement and my address inspite of repeated informations provided to customer care division has not been updated. Hence i would like to close my credit card

                                      My Credit cards no is xxxx xxxx xxxx 4997, with out information one international transaction done in my credit cards, You have send me the January'14 Bills also but after dispute form raise you have reverse the amount an also the interest. but you have take 60 days for clearing the matter. after clearing the matter I have paid my actual spent amount 1986/- but you have force to pay the late fee which is happened due to you. If you have solve this case with in 15 days then the two month late fee is not add in my account. why I pay because the fault of you. From the starting day I have not defaulter of payment. So I am not pay the late fee.
