Sir/Madam, I resigned from Axis Bank Ltd. in November 2013. I had submitted my resignation letter in October 2013 pleading to be relieved after 30 days. But, as the Bank had not deputed anyone to relieve me, I even served the Bank beyond the 30 days. Now, I am aggrieved because of the mistreatment by Axis Bank. I had served Axis Bank for 7 years and was serving as the Branch Head of Mokokchung Branch. My employee No was 12955. The Guwahati Circle HR, Mr. Rajib Dutta is no longer answering my calls. Even though I have verbally escalated the matter to the Circle Head Mr. ASR Krishna, I have received no response about my F&F till date. Kindly take up the issue.     my credit card no is [protected] and my name is sourabh singla and my dob is 05/08/1985. respected sir i recived call from 000 number saying all details that only axis bank employee can tell and there after he gave me miss call during the call from[protected] exactly at6 20 pm kindly check the records. i will verified my mobile details by police also. he cheated me first 5000 on airtel then 13499 on e bay then 1559 on morwick these spend by some thei[censored]sed axis bank resources so as per law axis bank is also responsible for theft from my account of 20 thousand.so i claim 20 lac from axis bank as mental harasment charge i faced because of their ignorance and soon u will get copy of fir of polic and claim settelment form and then court notince for misuse of your resources.

Dasgupta (samar.[protected]@yahoo.co.in) To: nodal.[protected]@axisbank.com; Date: Sunday, 30 March 2014 9:48 AM Dear Sir, With reference to above and your e-mail reply dated March 28, 2014 (attached), I am sending this mail again, may be the final mail to you against the above mentioned complaint regarding the settlement of my credit card no. [protected]. As per your mail, please note the following points/queries (as a matter of trust, policy of transparency, satisfactory customer services to avoid unnecessary harassment/humiliation/mental as well as physical torture to a sincere and honest customer): As per your e-mail dated March 28, 2014: "The SBI Cheque 149905 was deposited on August 16, 2013 but because of the incorrect/invalid credit card no. the cheque was kept with bank custody. As the cheque was not cleared the settlement is broken" My points/queries: 1. During the settlement on July 12, 2013 (at Axis Bank), the concerned staffs after proper verification received the five instalment cheques of Rs.3750/- each on SBI: 1.Chq.No.149905, Dt.16/8/2013, 2.Chq.No.149906, Dt.16/9/2013, 3.Chq.No.149907, Dt.16/10/2013, 4.Chq. No.149908, Dt.16/11/2013, and 5.Chq.No.149909, Dt.16/12/2013 (scan copies already sent twice): If any incorrect/invalid card no. or any kind of confusion about the Chq.No.149905, August 16, 2013 then why they have accepted? Why they have issued the settlement letter? 2. When the concerned staffs of Axis Bank Ltd., had the knowledge about the settlement, then why the A/c payee Chq. No.149905, August 16, 2013 was kept with bank custody silently? without any immediate official information to me during August-2013. 3. Also, due to this cheque, if settlement broken on August-2013, then where is the official letter/mail? Why the official letter/mail not sent? for customer information (necessary for customer services). 4. Finally, as a matter of trust, if the settlement broken (Nul and Void) in August-2013, then without re-settle/re-settlement why the remaining instalment cheques (from September-2013 to December-2013) deposited every month for clearing? Sir, I have already told you repeatedly, I am not in a position to bear further harassment, humiliation since last year by Axis Bank Ltd. I have almost lost my trust on your bank regarding the policy of transparency and customer services. Who will compensate my loss which I have been suffering since last year?         Their website is very poor. We jumped through hoops to add our overseas
        bank to the remit online screen. After somehow getting that done, we
        transferred $25000 USD to our axis bank account in India. It has been 17
        days and we still haven't received the money. When we call the customer
        service rep, all they do is sincerely verify who is calling...after
        that they have no resolution to the issue. They just ask us to call back
        after 2 days and nothing happens. After much haggling and repeated
        calling, some bright rep told us that if our overseas account is a joint
        account, then we need to send the screen shot of our joint account and
        the screen shot of the transaction showing that money was wired. After
        sending all this, we are still awaiting our money transfer. It is
        much easier to just wire money from your local US bank, and avoid this
        headache. Poor processes, poor website and extremely pathetic customer

Today[protected] morning i received a message on my mobile that money have been debited to my account. i called the bank and blocked the card, then i went to bank's branch but they are not telling me anything except that money have been used for online shopping. i have confirmed to them that i have not done any online shopiing today and i have not given my card details to anyone but they just keep on insisting that i may have given my card details to someone who used it, inspite of my saying otherwise. they are not even telling me what online shopping has been done. they are asking me to go to cyber crimes police and find out the details. bank name - axis bank branch - nizamabad account name - vallela sasidhar reddy account no.                     i purchased gift card [protected] from axis bank e royalty awards web site through my credit card point. why axis bank did not activate that card .i am hurt because of this cheating. I have receive gift card of 500 Order Reference Number: I[protected] on 3/20/2014 but sir u people did not put money in that . that card is not activate by axis bank. because of that I face insult in reliance mall.                       axis bank took my 337.08rs money saying that they are for annual charges for card !! I dint get any intimation nor i was made alert of it nor i knew this while opening my account in the bank !! This is really bad out of the bank !! I want them to be refunded imediately !!

                          my axis bank Credit Card NO: [protected],

                          I have applied for a credit card of type MY CHOICE but i have received
                          the card of type MY ZONE, and its completely different from my needs>
                          AXIS bank has provided the card which has the benefits only for them, i
                          need to change the card type or cancel it ASAP. if i phoned to cc they are
                          not responding well.

                          ( I am Chelapaka.Durga Prakash, Credit Card NO [protected], Card Type- 803. i am using axis bank account for last one year so they have offered me a credit card
                          . actually i have selected my zone but later they called me and told me
                          to shift into the my wings and there is a 5% cash back for all
                          purchasing and there is free annual charge for one year so, i committed
                          to my wings. After receiving my wings card there is no above mentioned offers and it has offers only on traveling and hotels. and after receiving my wings card they sent me to pay joining fee 1200 rs plus tax. so i called to axis dealer they told me that i will convert your card into my zone and don't pay any amount and we will send my zone card
                          with in 8 working days, i said OK. it happened 40days back and know i
                          got 300 rs interest for purchasing done before. until now i haven't
                          received my zone card but i need card only for shopping and electronic based. . so, finally i want cancel my credit card i dont need any credit card and i will pay the due only for purchasings done and i wont pay for joining fee and interest plus tax.
                          thanking you, ) this is last year[protected] to day date is[protected]. till today no good response from there side. all mistake are there side.

                          and now i am open my axis account in axis net banking .I am getting statements through mail which showing zero balance but not mention any where about lien amount. Recently i noticed
                          that my lien amount Rs.1763.38.

                          The account statement should display lien amount.

And open a new salary account in axis bank when I was placed in to current company.I am getting statements through mail which showing zero balance but not mention any where about lien amount. Recently i noticed that my lien amount Rs.x, xxx.00. The account statement should display lien amount.

                                I had given all the required documents for KYC Updation(For Starting a SIP) in Axis Bank, Perungudi Branch, Chennai-600096 on[protected] to Mr.Sarvanan.While giving the forms itself, I had mentioned him like my record is already present in NDML KRA.He said like it would not be a problem and he had submitted my forms to CVL KRA. Axis Mutual Fund House People tried to submit my details in CVL KRA, but they were unable to do it as my records are already present in NDML KRA.First of all this simple thing is not known to him.After this there was no response from them and not even intimated to me.Even at this point when i had visited the branch Mr.Sarvanan was informing me as your record is updated in CVL KRA.After that he had redirected my application to Axis DIRECT to get it updated in NDML KRA.But it is still pending from past 15 days and they are not even responding now, if i called them.This is the kind of service being offered by Axis Bank.I donot know still how many days it will take for them to get it updated???????


                                I had visited Axis Bank Perungudi Branch almost 8-10 times regarding this status and every time i use to hear the same kind of reply "Will update you by evening!!!" which never happened.I even called so many times to the Mobile number provided by him.But every effort to get it updated is in Vain.

                                -- > Actual Reason behind my KYC Record present in NDML KRA is also because of Axis Bank itself when they had opened a Demat Account along with my salary account with out my concern.It took 6 months for me to close that Demat Account with the wonderful help provided by Axis Bank to me!!

                                -- >Another great experience with Axis Bank, It took one month for me to receive a new Axis Debit Card after i had applied for a Replacement card for the old one, as it was not recognizing in Dip&Remove type ATM machines.

                                Complaint to banking ombudsman about axis bank. I am sure if you complaint they will sure give you the best service they had ever given to a customer. Don't worry, just get to know your Local Banking ombudsman contact no. It will be available in nearest any bank.

                                  So i am requesting you pls give me support & provide me better solution. Hope you will save me & my any financial & mental harassment.

                                    My name is lal gourav and i applied for home loan in my home town pathankot. submitted all the documents and every thing goes well but those axis guys i would say never go for axis bank while u require any kind of loan. they did not mentioned the terms and conditions to me and my loan got been rejected due to i have a plot and length of the road is not 15 feet those guys have taken my almost rs. 10000 in the form of processing fees and some charges for creating documents. I am thinking about putting a court case against them anyone suggest how we can do that Request everyone not to got for that bank. Thanks Lal Gourav

                                      I have been using your bank credit card since many yrs now, and had been doing all the payments on time. being a local Axis Bank Account holder, having 15 accounts at many branches. Also all my family account are held in Axis since years now. I have been given this credit card as privileged customer. Card Number : [protected] But due to family problems I had not paid min due only for a months time. And now you have put lien on my savings account. Which I think is not ethical as I have been always paying min amount due. Now I have been facing tremendous torture and problems due to this. As I my loans and ecs are getting bounced. and I don t have any other account. Also I am still getting sms to pay min due of 12000/- I have deposited 18000/- in my account which nobody can access. I did not get any intimation or call for your this kind of action. So, I kindle request you to please guide me to remove this lien, as axis bank has taken that 18000 also in their cc account As no one is hearing my pledge, I have to write this to you. Even their M.D. Shika Madam, M.D. and C.E.O. Axis Bank is not bothered for the clients...there is no one whom we can talk.. I also have H.D.F.C credit card..and the same case with them...but they never behave like this..though i missed out three months payment..now i am paying them regularly.                                         Hi,
                                        This is to inform you that myself (Chinmaya Mohanty) ia a co-applicant with my wife (Nivedita Mohanty) for our Axis Bank Home Loan Account No. - [protected]. We have availed this home loan in January 2007 for our Bhubaneswar flat but now we are leaving in Mumbai.Till last year I used to submit EMI cheques at the home loan branch and we have never been a defaulter even for a single EMI.
                                        I have approached Axis Bank for Electronic Clearing Service (ECS - Debit Clearing) of my EMI from my ICICI Bank account in May`2013. I have contacted Telematrix Consultants Pvt. Ltd, A-1, 418 & 418 A, Shah and Nehar Industrial Estate, S.J. Marg, Near Lower Parel Station, Lower parel(West), Mumbai- 400013 for the same. I have received required forms through mail from axis.[protected]@telematrix.in and was in regular touch with Ms Rashmi for the same.
                                        After filling up the ECS form and getting it verified from Ms Rashmi over phone as well as mail, I have couriered the form to Telematrix as per address mentioned above on 23rd May`13.Then I have waited for 3 months since I was told that ECS will automatically get activated within 45- 60 days time, but since I did not get any response I have again followed up for the same with Telematrix in August`13.Initially they did not respond to me and confirmed me repeatedly that my ECS is already active whereas my EMI never got debited from my ICICI Bank account and in the mean while some representatives used to collect my EMI cheques every month from my BKC, Mumbai office.
                                        After repeated follow up(I have called almost 15 times within 15 days to Telematrix to understand reason for non activation of my ECS in Aug`13), they informed that I have mentioned wrong presentation cycle in my earlier form which was also verified by them before submission.
                                        So I have again submitted corrected ECS form once on 5th Sept`13 and again corrected and send on 11th Sept`13. This time I was 100% sure that my ECS will be active by latest Dec`13 but still my EMI amount was not getting debited from my ICICI Bank for which I have to deposit my EMI through net banking(NEFT).
                                        I have repeated (at least 5 times) informed this issue to Axis bank customer care phone banking executives and every time they have told me that your ECS is already active so you need not to worry and during the same time I used to get calls from Collection Dept for depositing my EMI amount. This is continuously happening from November`13 onwards.
                                        I was so much confused and angry over this issue that I have visited Axis Bank Ltd. Asset Sales Centre at S.V. Road, Goregaon on 11th Jan`14 for clarity. I have met Ms ARPANA DUBEY at Goregain branch and she also confirmed that my ECS is already active. She also shown me my Home Loan statement where it was clearly mentioned that my ECS is active since Oct`13 and she assured me that there will not be any issue in future. She also confirmed me that I do not have any pending EMI and have an additional EMI which will be adjusted from Principal amount.
                                        After that again from 20th Jan`14 onwards I have started getting phone calls almost every day from collection depa
                                        rtment stating that I have pending EMI, which was very much disturbing to me. Then I have decided to complain to District or State Consumer Forum for this type of approach/harassment from Axis Bank but again I thought let`s give a final try by visiting Axis Bank Asset Sales Cnetre at Goregaon and meeting Ms ARPANA again.
                                        I have once again visited Axis Bank Asset Centre, S.V. Road, Goregaon on 3rd Feb`14 although my past experienc
                                        e at the same branch was horrible ( I had to wait for 3 hrs to meet Mr Arpana) to clarify all my issues. This time Ms Arpana herself was confused and she tried to connect to some of her colleagues over phone but it was of no use. Then I waited in the branch for more than 3 hours again after which at last got an assurance from Ms Arpana that everything is fine now and she will personally take care of my case.
                                        Now I do not understand whom to approach for this issue since post my meeting on 3rd Feb`14, I am again getting calls from collection centre 3-4 times everyday for my outstanding of OCT`13 EMI. I am unable to understand how AXIS BANK is getting managed if they are unable to sort out my simple issue and instead giving me so much of mental torture. I have already got 2 phone calls today also for same pending OCT`13 EMI and during every call I spend at least 15-20 minutes to make the person understand all the story.
                                        Please help me on priority or else direct me to the correct person. Hoping for an early response.
