Hi, This is to inform you that myself (Chinmaya Mohanty) ia a co-applicant with my wife (Nivedita Mohanty) for our Axis Bank Home Loan Account No. - [protected]. We have availed this home loan in January 2007 for our Bhubaneswar flat but now we are leaving in Mumbai.Till last year I used to submit EMI cheques at the home loan branch and we have never been a defaulter even for a single EMI. I have approached Axis Bank for Electronic Clearing Service (ECS - Debit Clearing) of my EMI from my ICICI Bank account in May`2013. I have contacted Telematrix Consultants Pvt. Ltd, A-1, 418 & 418 A, Shah and Nehar Industrial Estate, S.J. Marg, Near Lower Parel Station, Lower parel(West), Mumbai- 400013 for the same. I have received required forms through mail from axis.[protected]@telematrix.in and was in regular touch with Ms Rashmi for the same. After filling up the ECS form and getting it verified from Ms Rashmi over phone as well as mail, I have couriered the form to Telematrix as per address mentioned above on 23rd May`13.Then I have waited for 3 months since I was told that ECS will automatically get activated within 45- 60 days time, but since I did not get any response I have again followed up for the same with Telematrix in August`13.Initially they did not respond to me and confirmed me repeatedly that my ECS is already active whereas my EMI never got debited from my ICICI Bank account and in the mean while some representatives used to collect my EMI cheques every month from my BKC, Mumbai office. After repeated follow up(I have called almost 15 times within 15 days to Telematrix to understand reason for non activation of my ECS in Aug`13), they informed that I have mentioned wrong presentation cycle in my earlier form which was also verified by them before submission. So I have again submitted corrected ECS form once on 5th Sept`13 and again corrected and send on 11th Sept`13. This time I was 100% sure that my ECS will be active by latest Dec`13 but still my EMI amount was not getting debited from my ICICI Bank for which I have to deposit my EMI through net banking(NEFT). I have repeated (at least 5 times) informed this issue to Axis bank customer care phone banking executives and every time they have told me that your ECS is already active so you need not to worry and during the same time I used to get calls from Collection Dept for depositing my EMI amount. This is continuously happening from November`13 onwards. I was so much confused and angry over this issue that I have visited Axis Bank Ltd. Asset Sales Centre at S.V. Road, Goregaon on 11th Jan`14 for clarity. I have met Ms ARPANA DUBEY at Goregain branch and she also confirmed that my ECS is already active. She also shown me my Home Loan statement where it was clearly mentioned that my ECS is active since Oct`13 and she assured me that there will not be any issue in future. She also confirmed me that I do not have any pending EMI and have an additional EMI which will be adjusted from Principal amount. After that again from 20th Jan`14 onwards I have started getting phone calls almost every day from collection depa rtment stating that I have pending EMI, which was very much disturbing to me. Then I have decided to complain to District or State Consumer Forum for this type of approach/harassment from Axis Bank but again I thought let`s give a final try by visiting Axis Bank Asset Sales Cnetre at Goregaon and meeting Ms ARPANA again. I have once again visited Axis Bank Asset Centre, S.V. Road, Goregaon on 3rd Feb`14 although my past experienc e at the same branch was horrible ( I had to wait for 3 hrs to meet Mr Arpana) to clarify all my issues. This time Ms Arpana herself was confused and she tried to connect to some of her colleagues over phone but it was of no use. Then I waited in the branch for more than 3 hours again after which at last got an assurance from Ms Arpana that everything is fine now and she will personally take care of my case. Now I do not understand whom to approach for this issue since post my meeting on 3rd Feb`14, I am again getting calls from collection centre 3-4 times everyday for my outstanding of OCT`13 EMI. I am unable to understand how AXIS BANK is getting managed if they are unable to sort out my simple issue and instead giving me so much of mental torture. I have already got 2 phone calls today also for same pending OCT`13 EMI and during every call I spend at least 15-20 minutes to make the person understand all the story. Please help me on priority or else direct me to the correct person. Hoping for an early response.     Hi, I raised request for cancellation of my credit card no : [protected] on 2nd feb 2014, service request number 8991770. but on 14th Feb they are saying, they close my request due to customer contact number is not available or contact number is busy. but from my knowledge i did not get any call / Miss call from bank side. Close my credit card as soon as possible

(WE HAVE RECIEPT ACCOUNT) Ref: - KDMAL/cash/[protected]/104/321/10/C/22/11/2011/1128 (01 December 2011) Cheque No. : - 285879 Date 28/11/2011 for Rs. 8955/- in respect of Sushil Kumar.         Hello,

        I'm really struggling with a problem with AXIS BANK since year 2011, they don't hear me at all. I visited their
        branch atl east 10-12times. They always say we'll sort your issue. Now the situation is such that I'm sruggling with my financial crisis.

        I need sincere support. Here. Find below the mail details which I sent to them on 5-Dec-2013. they responded me back after a month, then call me to thier branch, and promised me to sort out the issue. But again, not responding since Week.

        I have expressed my concern over the bank mismanagement on my
        two home loan accounts with AXIS bank. I visited to RAC Delhi branch and given
        application, to make things clear, but banker never taken seriously. Now, I
        really got land-up into difficult situation. As the finance amount from my one
        loan account completely got exhausted and in the another loan account only 50%
        amount disbursed.









        This had happen twice earlier also that banker did wrong
        disbursement of amount from one of my loan account to another builder, after
        four months, I came to know that the builder didn’t get payment, on analysis I
        found that banker disbursed the amount to the wrong builder, then the banker
        rollback the transaction and disbursed again to the correct builder. At that
        time, I got the penalty from builder and also banker charged interest on that
        wrong disbursed amount. I wrote application in RAC Delhi and I personally
        visited and discussed with the manager, they said they will follow-up and will
        roll back the interest charged and also settle down the issue. But it seems
        not. Now, it’s completely chaos for me and I’m lost what’s going on and I’m not
        able to understand anything.









        Recently in 3rd Week of November 2013, I
        request to disburse Amount Rs. 314, 009/- . This amount was supposed to
        disbursed from my loan account (i.e.PHR[protected] against “3C builder”, as
        demand note was from “3C builder”, but bank again disbursed from my “Antriksh
        Builder” loan account (i.e. PHR[protected] and now the situation is such that
        there is no amount left in my loan account PHR[protected] and I have to pay
        around 20% to Antriskh builder, but already 95% amount got disbursed from this
        account. Now, I’m wondering how I’ll be able to pay 20% to the Antriksh
        builder.




        I lost my confidence on the operation of this bank. It’s
        completely in chaos situation. I’m not confident that all my last transactions
        were managed properly by the banker.









        I’m going to log a complaint in the consumer court again this
        negligence in service and putting in difficult situation. In the beginning of
        this year, regarding the issue I personally discussed this issue with one of
        your executive Mr. Vijay Sharma Delhi RAC and he promised me that situation
        will be settle down and the wrong interest will be reversed back and there will
        be no further miss management, but I’m amaze to see that no any action was
        taken. How bank can ignore such issues. Now, I completely lost that what amount
        bank given to which builder. I need kind of justice on this issue. I want
        banker to clear each and every thing on this situation… I recently applied for
        loan transfer to another bank as I lost my trust, but then I found the
        situation is very worse. If I transfer with this chaos situation then it’ll be
        more difficult, therefore I stopped the loan transfer temporarily, as I wanted
        to get clear everything, then I’ll transfer to another bank.









        For your reference, please find attached the copy of bank
        documents which I got from the banker during the loan sanction and initial
        statements.









        I need senior management engagement here in analyzing this
        issue, if I don’t get crystal clear report with well explanation within a
        limited time, then I’ll log case in consumer court.









        Following are the points against which I need actions from Axis
        Bank:




        -
        I want bank to settle down the issues with clear explainable
        report




        -
        Revert unnecessary interested charged in the past due to banker
        miss management




        -
        Pay the late payment penalty of the builder which I paid, or
        will pay




        -
        Clear picture before I transfer my loan to another bank, I saw
        the “Statement of Account” which bank sent me for transfer and I see few
        transactions are still mishandled




        -
        I putted lots of efforts even taking leaves from my office in
        settling down the issue, all my effort goes in vent, as bank ignored my
        concerns. I need justice to all those headaches I gone through

        Would advice to put the matter with Grievance Cell of Axis Bank with copies to NHB and RBI respectively if they remain reluctant on the Issue.
        Try to understand the Financial transactions through the Statement of accounts from Bank and Builder. Here the Bank should revert back the Interest charged along with the Delayed penalty which was charged by the Builder.

          home loan sanction letter

          I have applied for home loan and my application id 1579347. I got a sms on 1 february 14 that my loan has sanctioned amounting rs. 74 lacs. I have not received my sanction letter till now and not getting any information. Please let me why are you harressing me. If you don't want to give me loan then please inform me immediately....

I was resigned update in HRMS on 28-sep-13.my BSM(b santhosh kumar) take care of my attendance when I am joining there, so last unpertunated not mark the attendance but worked on notice period and no settlement amount .hrms password put into bsm.and he is asking incentive amount .please consider this problem and releving letter and settlement ammount.

            There is an AXIS BANK ATM in our town named BOXIRHAT(tufanganj-II), Coochbehar, W.B, INDIA, 736131. In that ATM there is no permission for withdrawing any amount FOR OTHER BANK'S ATM. Only AXIS BANK ATM holders can withdrawing amount. PLEASE HELP US...

              Dear SOD, hi sir, I am bhaskar govindu, i had a axis bank credit card issued in 2006, my credit card number [protected], In 2009 i got a call regarding to use my card for Rs 1 lakh in a month i will be eligible to win a international trip, so i already used it nearly 50, 000 rupees and i made a payment and again i used it soon before that month because my credit limit was only 62000 rupees only, after that usage i got a call from axis bank that i won the trip, and i received the brochures from bank along with the 5 destination optional form, if i choose 2 destination i will get i destination selected from bank, i did everything and send it to mumbai as they mention address, so long i didn't get response, so i went to AXIS BANK M.G.ROAD branch, so they given other number which is TLC office, after calling them they conform that i won the trip and they will send me a ticket in 2weeks of time. no response till today, Because of that i was embarrassed and didn't make my credit card payment, bank made me to swipe the card, and long time after i went for some loan but my application was rejected because of cibil report, i went and cleared on 3/12/13, total outstanding even i got a chance to settlement 70% of total outstanding, i called credit card customer care and entered my credit card number and i am hearing that my available credit so and so everything was alright and i talked to customer representative i have option for reactivate my card and i must make auto debit facility and request for card reinstate, after all again i opened the account in axis bank and fallowed through bank instructions, called customer care and they told me in 2weeks i will received a new credit card but got message that it declined, now in cibil report reflecting non payment, i don't have any option even after making payment, no noc nothing, please sir i am not hungry with credit card, i have so many commercial properties but i can't have a loan to construct i would request the consult officer to rectify to get my credit card thanking you bhaskar govindu

                i took a personal loan, when other banks are offering the same loan at 13-14% i got at 15.5%. processing fees they told 2000. now they even took tax on processing fees from me.(248) loan amount-1lakh processing fees:2000 service tax:248 total i got -[97852] -> now i want ask why should we pay interst for processing fees which we don't get. and ********service charge?why we have to pay on the amount which is used by bank. it's like 3-4% bribes in public sector banks.private banks are charging processing fees and all.                   I am Raghavendra from Vizag. for the last 1 year onwards Im not receiving the monthly credit card statements. When I have contacted the AXIS Bank customer service they are saying that statements are sending from their end and getting delivered to unknown address. Last year I have contacted your office by phone. The tele caller has taken my address details but till now no information about it. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                    This is in relation to the unnecessary charges leveid on my saving account.I have written several mails to your officers but there has been no proper response. After writing several mails I had received a call from Mr. Amit Gupta of Malviya Nagar branch in which he promised to reverse the charges levied and ensured me if I maintain the balance going forward no charge will be levied on my account. However again in Dec 2013 charges were levied to my account. Is has been an awful experience dealing with your bank & I would never recommed aby one to open an account in this bank.

                      Dear sir/madam I have a personal loan account with you Account no: PPR[protected]. I have not been able to make the EMI Payments due to personal reasons. My parents have been receiving THREATENING calls from "Babu Reddy - [protected]" informing that there would be a court case, and I would be in jail, recently My Father under went a by pass surgery(Open heart surgery) and also has BP and Diabetes and due to the threatening calls from the above stated person, due to which my Parents is unable to sleep or take proper rest. Also stating that, I am not receiving any calls from the bank or recovery agents. parents have already stated that to call and reach me over the phone, however he is still reaching out to my parents and not to me. If this situation continues, I will be forced to take legal actions against the Bank. Please do the needful. Russell [protected].

                        I closed my account with Axisbank over three years ago, but they keep sending monthly statements with zero balance. To top this wasteful expenditure, they recently emailed me a " Customer Satisfaction Survey" form too!! i then wrote to the originator of that email " Raj Prasad - raj.[protected]@axisbank.com" but absolutely no response. Even earlier I had been contacting the bank to stop this monthly nonsense, but they seem to enjoy mailing two statements each month spending the bank's money in mailing these to Dubai!! Even when you close the account, they will not... This is the new face of banking system.

                          This is regarding my credit card amount which I have paid as per AXIS but they are not ready to close my account in CIBIL. Please find the communication details below for more details.

                          On 1st August 2012, i myself sent mail to AXIS bank to get the due amount details. On 21st Dec i got mail from AXIS(Mahendra p) and details below - This is regarding your Axis Bank Credit card Settlement Card number baring XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-9051.

                          Further to this as per the telephonic discussion held with us we wish to inform you that we are closing your above mentioned Axis Bank credit card for an amount of RS 81500/- towards full and final settlement and their will be no further due's on your above mentioned axis bank credit card. Once you make payment approximately in 25working days will issue you Zero balance statement, in which your credit card closing balance will be reflecting as "0".
                          After this mail, i confirmed again with him on 24th Dec 2012 that after making this amount my account status will show as closed in CIBIL and same mail details below --

                          After making payment on 24th Dec 2012, I got mail from Mahendra that my account has been zerozied on 29th Jan 2013. Then i checked with CIBIL on March 1st 2013 and found that the due is zero but changed the status to "Settled" instead of CLOSED(please refer above post for your rep's response that he assured me that my status will shoe as closed). Till Dec 2013 i was chasing like anything to get my account closed but AXIS finally asking me to make 3, 50, 000 to close my account it seems. Is this the way you behave with all customers? If would have told me that my account will be settled i would have planned in different ways.

                          Please let me know the way to update the status to closed or approach AXIS?

                            Sir, Wish to inform you that i have a savings a/c with axis bank since 5 years ago.Recently this bank debit my a/c Rs 861.87 for quarterly minimum bal maintain above 10k.But sorry to say that our local axis bank branch did not send any inform or any intimation letter about this bal maintain above 10k.Also i went to this local branch on 01.01.14 but their bank staff did not agree their fault & rough behaviour with me.I also mail to their customer service 5 days ago.But no reply from their side till now.                               I want to inform you that happened unknown debited of rupees7000.00 dated on 25/12/2013 to the my acount in axis bank branch of anishabad, patna. Allready i have complain in my home branch of axis bank in anishabad, patna, bihar my complain no. Is-[protected].
                              But bank did not refund my thept mony. Please help me.

                                here is my complaint of me being fed up and angry on making a fool out of me as I got the credit card but did not get the pin way back I was told ur credit card pin is on its way with pod X44416788 thru express option courier I did not got any info from them nor I could get any info on their website they never answer their phone so I called axsis cust care they requested a new one later I got a new sms saying same X00416788 again same thing happen so I called again this time I was told that now we will make sure u get it so later when I called I got this speed post number EM[protected]IN I called speed post they say there is no parcel like this again I called axsis customer care
                                they said till Monday i[censored] don't get call again and I am 100% sure I will not have till Monday as speed post website gives no info on my tracking number EM[protected]IN I want someone to call me and give me my pin asap or else I will close all accounts and cards with axsis bank Monday is last chance or I will do close all account with you guys

                                  this is one of the worst bank operates in india. plse avoid opening an account with this bank. i am chasing for renewed debit card more than 3 months and visited the branch several times but nothing goes well. previously for an address change it took them for 6 months to apply my request. see what a stupid bank is this... plse avoid this bank at any cost.

                                  I did not received my NRE Account‏ Debit Card despite regular follow up through Email with Axis bank -Ahmedabad Main Branch & its customer care email IDs since July' 2011.

                                  I have signed forms for issuance of debit card twice too. But result remain the same.

                                  Pl expite the matter.

                                  I have applied for new debit card personally at axis bank chandloodia branch. I filled the form and every details then I said I want to apply for visa card he said it requires the photo in form. I said I doont have photoat this moment. Abhimanyu said then you can apply for mastercard. It doesn't need any photo. It was fifteeen days but still I did not received the same.. I askked many times at branch and customer care executives, buut they were unable to trace oout any solution.. Then afteer 25 days I reeived a call from branch executive abhimanyu saying that my requuest has been cancelled due to photo is missing in it. The guy sent back the form at my address. I returned it back to him. And 1 more month has been passed still not received anything at home. Trying get the information what happened to my request, noone is responding in ths...

                                  Getting same reply again and again that card has been received by someone.

                                  I really don&#039;t understand how can your proof is going to help me when it do not give my name as the person receiving it.I didn&#039;t get any call nor any sms information about receiving my debit card, how can I trust you.And how can I trust any third person&#039;s name for receiving my debit card if I didn&#039;t receive any information about it.

                                  I get same mail again and again stating debit card is received by some third person, I m expecting a new debit card which I have applied for and for which I will have to pay my yearly rental.

                                  Is ther any confidentiality for Debit Card or it can be handed over to anyone u like? Is there any policy to inform the peerson that your debit card has been received? Or the person has to follow up again and agin to know the status? No courier details sent over mail or sms?

                                    Hi, My name is Girish Nair & I took a PL of Rs. 4, 00, 000 from Axis Bank in 2008 Aug/Sep and the tenure of the repayment was 3 years. I paid my EMI's regularly for 2 years (14, 000 per month), after which circumstances were such that I could not pay, as I was without a job; however, i did not run away as my intention was always to clear my debts. I visited the bank branch in Gurgaon in a mall and met the manager, informing him of the situation. He advised me to write a letter to the bank, which I did & was in regular touch with them, discussing as to how we can close it. I kept on telling them that I'm willing to pay but in small amounts as I do not have a job & I'm looking for one.Time & again either my wife or I have been out of job because of which I was not able to pay them, though my intention is to settle the account. But the bank officials Uday Shankar, Rana, Krishnamoorthy, Sahu etc (sem to be fake names), have been troubling me by giving me obnoxious phone calls (phone nos. are [protected], [protected]), threatening me in hindi ("khaal udhed doonga saale", "tujhe uthwaa loonga") and using abusive language etc etc. I really don't know what to do...no way to go, i honestly thought of committing suicide also as im too disturbed by the phone calls & worked up because of the harassment, when my wife suggested that i should write to you directly...Please let me know if you can help me.                                     Hey you have family... Dont panic...
                                    I dont know how my advice will help you but please read carefully.

                                    1. Drop a mail to the customer care of the bank marking the senior authorities of the bank mentioning your situation. Br straight and frank. You paid the EMI for last 2 years not your situation is not permitting you to pay the EMI with such huge amount. You you want a reduction in the EMI for a longer period. As you have taken the loan, so you only have to pay it off. You have no choice but you can ask for a longer period with lower EMI. You can get all the mail id of the senior persons from the bank. Whenever you write a mail to the bank you mark the CIBIL(Mail id you can get from the site)

                                    2. Dont pay anything. Tell them you want to settle your loan at one go. You tell you have no money and your situation is very bad to pay it off. Ask then you need a minimum payment. like 20%/30% of the remaining amount. Whatever the way they follow they can follow but you stick to it... One time come they will silent and agree for settlement with a minimum amount. In this case you name will reflect in CIBIL ad defaulter and in future you will be not eligible for any time of loan or credit card.

                                    Now choice is yours... Dont ever try to commit suicide... Life is for once only.. njoy it dont spoil it... Kepp in thouch and update me.

                                      My account has been frozen since last month due to status changed from minor to mazor . I contacted many times with branch manager and visited at home branch RAJ NAGAR GHAZIABAD and submitted Application and DOB documents and filled an ATM Card request form . My problem is still there, No one has replied. My money is blocked. I’m unable to transact. 1.Complaint No. N[protected] Nodal Officer 2.Complaint No. 8746061 - Customer Service 3.Complaint No. 8756536 - Customer Service Be Careful ... Don't have multiple accounts in one bank. They can pass your info to others. Don't keep higher balances, bank employees keeping eyes.
