This is to inform you that, I am one of the unhappy customer of Axis Banks, Due to your defective Credit card department.
The one and only or you can say The major problem of your credit card department is that, Their is no Responsible Direct person apart form your "toll free assistance who just follow the script" to help us in regards to our credit card issues.
My problem was, few months back i was charged quit extra on late payment fee.
I asked for the reason "WHY" and your credit card department instead of helping me they were just reading the terms and condition.
I requested them more then 10 times that kindly remove all my Unwanted charges and and i will pay all my dues in a single shot.
I made this request over the phone and by emails as well but every time i was speaking to some one else and all their statement was same.
Finally after getting no favorable response form your credit card department i decided to make all my payment with all the unwanted charges, Once i received a warning mail form collection department that, you guys will ruin my CIBIL once i will not clear the dues.
I called up your collection department myself, Guy Name Lalit Dhaiya of Vikas Puri Branch, DELHI, I asked him what to do, He told me to make a payment of Rs 29, 200/- in order to close your account Properly.
I said, Its OK but can you give me something in writing, that once i cleared all my dues my credit card account will completely shut down. He said he cant but he promised me to send a zero balance statement once he received the payment.
I did the same, But i haven't received any zero balance statement after that & their was no response as well.
After 4 days of making payment i called him again and asked him for Zero balance statement then he replied that once your payment was in process a another charge of Rs 950 appears in your account.
I was Quit surprised and pissed as well, that how can you charged me extra when my payment is already in process.
when i asked him that you told me the full & final amount was Rs 29, 200/- so why i am paying extra.
Then he Replied very rudely that "its not my fault and you are responsible for your own charges. This is something you need to pay else your account will keep going on with other charges.
Its was Quit disrespectful the way he said all this, i was helpless, i left with no option apart from paying this extra money and rid off this.
I Requested him that i will make this payment in cash & kindly send me something in writing as an proof of my full and final payment, But he keep denying the same and finally he said that, he will send no one to collect payment and he will not send me anything in writing as well he also said that if you want to rid of this you need to make payment at your home branch only in cash ASAP.
I did the same but i am not sure weather my credit card account is closed or their should be another charge in near future.
And what happened with My CIBIL Report ?
Kindly do something ...

I checked with NPCI team. Either my axis account or aadhaar number is in inactive state in NPCI. Please resolve my issue.
