Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention towards the two sanction letters by
your bank which was issued in Feb, 2012.I had paid for the processing
fees 2 x Rs. 5000+taxes.The interest rate was 10.5% for 25 lakhs each.

I had to again pay for the processing fees for the two loans, 2 x Rs
10, 000+ taxes and interest rate was 10.75%.

Pls. find appended the sanction letters. .

    I have saving account with Axis bank and my customer id is[protected] and my aadhaar number is[protected].
    The problem here is, bank has updated their records with my aadhar number. But, it is not updated properly in NPCI. Due to this, I am not getting subsidy amount from Indane gas (IOCL).

    To resolve this issue, I called up NPCI customer care. As per this team, axis bank has to provide complete details.
    When I checked in Indane gas transparency portal, aadhar number was updated with IOCL, but not with bank/NPCI.

    I visited axis bank, madhapur branch many time. Even I contacted branch manager. As per them, they are saying this IOCL issue. IOCL team is saying bank issue.

    Initially my aadhar number was mapped old consumer number. After 6 months, we could able to identify the problem. And I visited gas agency team. In IOCL, aadhaar is linked to new consumer number. But the aadhar was inactivated in NPCI. So called NPCI team and check with them. NPCI team check with bank, and finally they activated the aadhar number in NPCI. Hence problem is resolved
    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I checked with NPCI team. Either my axis account or aadhaar number is in inactive state in NPCI. Please resolve my issue.

    I know that, as per axis bank records aadhar number was updated. Where as, it is not showing in NPCI site based on source from IOCL. Please see the attached image proof.

    I tried to contact NPCI directly. NPCI customer care team is saying, we are not supposed to contact them, through bank only it should route.

      One of the Axiz Bank agents from Ambattur chennai branch (Jaynanthi)has called and offered personal Loan stating that it was a Special corporate offers with no processing fee and 0% closure charges.She clearly informed that there wont be processing charges and she sent the agent to collect the Doc's, when i asked for written proof she informed that it will be provided only after the loan sanction.Later the Team called and told that there would be processing charge, so asked me if i could be interested(spoke to sive - [protected]), i said i am not interested and later he told that they have not process the loan further.But to my surprise i got the msg stating the loan was processed and the amt is credited in my account.I called Jayanthi immediately she said nothing to worry, the processing charge would also be credited within a week.Still now no one has called me and now its my turn to run behind these people to sort out the issue It is so pathetic that such a reputed bank has these kind of employees and the way they cheat the customers is really disheartened. Please help me to resolve this issue, as i am completely pissed off. And my sincere advice dont ever trust Axiz bank employees as they can cheat the customer to any extent.

        For my problem i mail to customer support. I am customer of AXIS bank and i have one debit card. I try to link my debit card with PayPal but i give and error shown in attached image. But Axis Bank customer support give me this answer. Dear Mr. Sangani, We acknowledge your query regarding unable to use your Axis Bank Debit Card at Paypal Site. We apologise for the delay in responding to your query. It is unfortunate to note that, you were unable to transact online with your Axis Bank Debit Card. However, we observe from our records that, the Paypal website is unlisted with Verified by Visa. We take this opportunity to clarify that, only website that are compliant / enabled by Verified by Visa can be used for transacting online. We need to inform you that, you must always look for the Visa logo when you transact online henceforth.           There was a credit card issued to me by Axis Bank. The Card No is [protected]. This was issued in 2008 but I have never received this card. I have raised this issue many times to Axis Bank but no action have been taken by them and it is reflecting in my cibil report. According to them it was received by somebody called Miss. P. Deka. The Details are given below- Credit Card No-[protected], Couriered through express IT courier on 5.2.2008, Serial No-488831, Docket No-[protected], Received by Miss P. Deka (Dl No-25148/05/NT).           my father had recived a call yesterday from a girl stating that she is from axis bank credit card department.her name was miss priya sharma, cell number [protected]. she told my father his credit card number n told him that his credit card limit is curently of 41000. n to increase the limit she needed his permission, my dad he is 65yrs old, he is a heart patient n a dibatic too. my dad replied he will b happy if the bank doso. and then she just asked my dad to confirm his address later she asked his date of birth n she disconnected the call. after few minutes my dad recived a message from axis bank with one time password, later he recived a message that his password has been changed sucessfully.before he coud know whats happening transaction messages started comming. my dad immidetily called axis bank customercare number n told them to blocked his credit card as some one has started misusing it. by the time card was getting blocked the girl had already done 6 transaction with total amount of rs.17920/-.we had allready filled the dispute form n submitted to our nearby branch.
          luking forward for the cooperation from ur side. my dad has not used the card anywhere. so i request u to please look in to this matter seriously n take a legal action against the person who has used this card by fraud.

              Hello I had submitted request for NEW CHEQUE BOOK for A/C no. [protected] to Axis bank Madhapur Branch who courierd the shipment to wrong address. The shipment returned to the branch and now they have asked me to get in touch with local Axis bank for collecting it. I submitted request to Axis bank Hinjewadi for collection of the cheque book and now they are passing the buck saying that Axis bank Madhapur Branch has already courierd it elsewhere. This is highly impacting my home loan EMIs resulting in high interest rates as ive one late payment to be cleared using this cheque book. Kindly pull up these two banks for immediate action Thanks

                    Hi, I am not able to generated my TPIN number on tele banking axis bank credit card. I have almost tried for 1 hour but not able to generate TPIN. On Generate PIN option they are asking TPIN number, it is very silly mistake. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have been a Customer of Axis Bank ltd Chandigarh from approx last one year . I Have taken Home loan from Bank which is still in PRE EMI satge from last few months i have observed sudden rise in monthly emi's as per market rate . Due date for EMI Debit is 10th of evey month which gets debited finally on ( 15 or 16th of every month dont know reason for dealy ) .As a result 2 time EMI was bounced where EMI was not debited on time which i proved it to bank that there is dealy in send requrest from one bank to another .
                      Recently i got a mail from Axis Nodal Officer that Issue has been rectifed and bouncal charges has been reversed and also got the suggestion that to keep the necessary balance but again they failed to provide deatils of balcnce ( HOw much balance should be there ) nor there is any PRE SMS service alert available so that one can keep n monitor in advnace to avoid bouncal .instpite of request there is no positve n permanent solution ...

                      Please help and guide as this is the only reason of bouncal .

                      Till date not clear what will be the Pre EMI for this month . I have been requesting again and again for Pre SMS Alerts before due date but no luck as of now .

                      In Short My Simple Concern is How much sufficient Balance should I maintain to avoid bounces and where will this Reversed amt reflect / revered from billing

                      I have seen trend of 19084 to max20322 NO t able to under stand . EMI Is again bounced today with the available balance of 20820 /- as per emi trend ..

                      to keep balance as per his emi cycle i.e. 10th... still customer is not

From the beginning only neither the bank has provided me any (PLR)discount nor asked me to deposit any amount to get my loan interest lowered. attached communication mail which I got as response from Axis Bank. They have turned all my allegations as baseless and in order to support their cause they are saying that bank is right. My question is why I was not informed about such things and why I am made to pay a higher amount when the amount could have been lowered.                         Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I have home loan from Axis bank. Whenever there is upward change in rates from RBI, they increase it immediately. However they don&#039;t do it in case of reverse rate cut. I have this option of shifting to another bank but i have taken insurance equal to my loan amount to cover the same in case of my death. This insurance is in the name of Axis bank. Please help either by giving tour existing customer good rates or giving me way out from this.

                                I try to use my credit card for paying my CESC Electricity bill but after putting Master Card Verification Password a appear a error massage "SORRY, YOUR PAYMENT WAS NOT SUCCESSFULL!!!".I already discuss with my Axis Bank representative regarding that issue but they are tell me this problem is CESC server problem and they suggest me to contact CESC but when I tell this CESC Care they tell me there server is OK.                                   This is to inform you that, I am one of the unhappy customer of Axis Banks, Due to your defective Credit card department. The one and only or you can say The major problem of your credit card department is that, Their is no Responsible Direct person apart form your "toll free assistance who just follow the script" to help us in regards to our credit card issues. My problem was, few months back i was charged quit extra on late payment fee. I asked for the reason "WHY" and your credit card department instead of helping me they were just reading the terms and condition. I requested them more then 10 times that kindly remove all my Unwanted charges and and i will pay all my dues in a single shot. I made this request over the phone and by emails as well but every time i was speaking to some one else and all their statement was same. Finally after getting no favorable response form your credit card department i decided to make all my payment with all the unwanted charges, Once i received a warning mail form collection department that, you guys will ruin my CIBIL once i will not clear the dues. I called up your collection department myself, Guy Name Lalit Dhaiya of Vikas Puri Branch, DELHI, I asked him what to do, He told me to make a payment of Rs 29, 200/- in order to close your account Properly. I said, Its OK but can you give me something in writing, that once i cleared all my dues my credit card account will completely shut down. He said he cant but he promised me to send a zero balance statement once he received the payment. I did the same, But i haven't received any zero balance statement after that & their was no response as well. After 4 days of making payment i called him again and asked him for Zero balance statement then he replied that once your payment was in process a another charge of Rs 950 appears in your account. I was Quit surprised and pissed as well, that how can you charged me extra when my payment is already in process. when i asked him that you told me the full & final amount was Rs 29, 200/- so why i am paying extra. Then he Replied very rudely that "its not my fault and you are responsible for your own charges. This is something you need to pay else your account will keep going on with other charges. Its was Quit disrespectful the way he said all this, i was helpless, i left with no option apart from paying this extra money and rid off this. I Requested him that i will make this payment in cash & kindly send me something in writing as an proof of my full and final payment, But he keep denying the same and finally he said that, he will send no one to collect payment and he will not send me anything in writing as well he also said that if you want to rid of this you need to make payment at your home branch only in cash ASAP. I did the same but i am not sure weather my credit card account is closed or their should be another charge in near future. And what happened with My CIBIL Report ? Kindly do something ...                                   The credit card depth of Axis Bank is not creditworthy. I converted my payment not EMI and yet they charged me with non payment saying the auto-debit facility claims insufficient fund in the account. So the bank has 2 different wings, one wing that converts due payments into EMI, charges 1.5% interest + service charges..and another auto debit robot that claims the full amount, ignores the EMI conversion...thankfully I did not have the complete 60, 000 in the account or else the Autodebit would have collected the 60, 000 and the EMI would have charged 45, 000 + interst+ service charges...VERY SMART AXIS BANK...the customers are no fools.
