It has been more than 2 months I ordered some gift from the Edge Loyalty Reward Program. Neither there is any status feedback nor any proper reply from the customer care. Whenever we call, they validate the call through the credit card division and then say we will transfer to edge program division and it never gets connected. Every thing is fake and in a very bad situation. I am very dis-satisfied with the services. Please never take this facility of AXIS BANK.

Axis Bank — Never take Axis bank credit card

Hello everyone,

I am Prem from mumbai.I have never found a fraudulant bank like AXIS Bank. All time I regret why did did I take axis bank credit card( no. [protected] ) .I am sure you never heard that without using your credit card you have to pay bill, This heppened with me and suggest you to all never take axis bank credit card.

Axis bank agent used to stand infront of our office and always try to push credit card and they do it untill u get one.Once I take the card and using from last 2 years but before 3 month on 5th december 2008 I get a bill of Rs 14300 while I didn't use the card. I was surprized but disputed the transaction. disputing the transaction and calling again and again to helpdesk of AXIS bank I was totally tired in these three month but nothing happend. finally they withdrow Rs. 18, 714 without any notification from my axis bank saving account (A/c number [protected]). Today I am getting myself totally helpless. If you don't believe Please contact me at [protected] or email me at csharp.[protected]@gmail.com. I will forword all the email to you regarding all communication.

I would like to file a compaint with consumer court. Can anyone help me on this?

Axis Bank — Calls for the Credit Card which was never delivered

I applied for a card in 2007 with Axis Bank. This card was never delivered to me and further on NO followup for the same was even done. I was clear on the thought that since I am working with BPO's none of the banks will give a credit card as Most of the banks do not give credit cards to BPO employees. Now in the year 2010 I have started receiving abusive calls from some person by the last name as pandey who claims himself to be associated with Vikas Puri Police station. He daily calls either me or my Hometown and abuses me and my mother (who is usually at home. This person has gone to the extent that he even uses Hindi abuses with my mother which is disgraceful on part of a reputed bank. I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of relationship which I share with your bank. I also hold a savings account in your bank for the past 3 years and this activity has actually brought me to give a second thought in terms of that account as well. I would appreciate if an action can be taken in this regard as soon as possible and this matter to be sorted out at the earliest including these phone calls to be stopped immediately. I regret to say that I do not want to include the police and the judicial system of the country in this matter as well.

Axis Bank — Cancelled the card without giving any notification

I am Pavan holding an credit card with Axis bank. Without giving proper notification, Axis bank has cancelled my credit card even though I have very good track record in payment.

Please suggest how to react on this.

    This bank is really at its AXIS. I mean, it’s not going to sustain its market share in the future as the investors and financial advisors see it today. I applied for a credit card on 6th Aug 2013 through the bank’s site. The e-application was approved and I received the email that en executive will be coming in next 2 working days and will collect the documents. Today is 10 th and I have contacted the customer care 10 – 15 times in last 2 days and listen this non- sense every time : “ The host computer you are trying to reach is not responding / not reachable “ . I believe the SARKARI banks are far better than this AXIS. I called the nearby bank and they even do not how the e- application works. I was told to come to the branch with the documents. Now I do not know what to do?
    Very disappointed with AXIS bank credit dept. I should go to Standard chartered / Citi bank who keep calling always. My advice: never fill credit card application from the Bank’s site. It’s not worthy to wait for the documents collection for 1 week. Also I am not sure whether the customer care dept. is really taking care of customers at the time of inquiry required by the customers.

    Axis Bank Credit Card — credit card is not get

    i am vinay sharma i leave in jabalpur i have filled form of credit card application at about 12-1-08 and axis bank confirm ref no.1212533. but till now i have not got credit card. please solve my problem.

    Axis Bank — no response

    Respective sir/mam,

    My account number is [protected], a salary account has been created in ashok nagar, Chennai branch on 07-06-10. yet I didn’t received my welcome kit. My salary is credited on 10th june 2010. when I want to withdraw my cash, the bank authority said that “with out your checkbook it’s not possible to withdraw money”. I’m ashamed that the axis banks don’t have such facility where others having. The person who created my salary account is not feeling responsible for the delay even if I asked the branch authorities they also not responsible. They are not even interested in telling the status. I would be very thankful if you kindly take the necessary steps.

    Bank Credit cards — No response from banks

    My name is Mohammad Zohaib Agha my date of Birth is 31/12/1985, when i applied a Loan my Banker infomed me that My name in CIBIL showing will full defaulter for one credit card can i know that card number and the bank details all my cards i am a prompt payer. I never roll out also.

    Please inform the process for removing this i never defaulted in my histery with any Bank.

    Credit Card — Document Collection But not Responding

    My name is Surender Rohilla. In HDFC Bank Mr. Ajay Jainwal has been collected two times all respective documents for credit cards issuance. But these documents are not traceable by the HDFC Bank Credit card team. I have talked many people regarding these people (Mr. VIkas/Mr. Manoj).

    But every one is forwarding the matter to other one but they are not resolving. They keeps hurry at the time of documents collection, but after collection matter is in dustbin. Customers suffers very much. My Contact no. is [protected].

    Axis Bank — regarding no response

    here by i am complaining that there is no response even repeated calling (more than 25 times)to the specified numbers of axis bank , kormangala branch . they are just lifting the phone and not even responding for and wasting our time and money. Being a reputed bank is this the way to respond to a custmore call.

      i m the consumer of personal loan.i was visited for repayment of loan to m.p nagar branch .hence it was being late, due to heavy rain.this matter was already discussed with mr.Gaurav. i have decided to close the loan within 15 days ,thats why i am not go through ECS process,All these things were cleared to the loan agent. But today evening when i was reached to pay the check which is for 5th july. Mr Anurag Pawar who is the man with bad behaviour ,attitude told me that ,you have to go through ECS process. we suffered, due to you upto 2 month.he insulted me like illitrate,infront of 5-6 people.This is my personal recomend that,please don't behave like bad manners you have with consumers.we pay also to bank with intrest. This negative feedback was wrote from 9 people who are the consumer of yours.Please do the needful.

        I have been contacting Axis Bank customer services for my debit card pin since 25 February 2013. I haven't yet received my pin number yet & its been more than 6 months. I have placed several requests & complaints for it but their staff is reacting in a very pathetic way. They are not receiving my calls when I call their branch contact number. If they receive the call, then they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes but don't come back on the call. I have all request/complaint numbers along with the dates & details of what has happened.

        Request No:[protected] Feb 2013 - Took a request & told that the pin will be delivered in 8 workings day. I waited but dint receive it.

        Request No:[protected] May 2013 - Again took a request for a new pin & told that it will be delivered in 8 workings days. Again I waited but didn't receive this time as well.

        COMPLAINT No:[protected] Jul 2013 - Took a complaint & told that this time for sure it will be delivered. I just asked them that, is my home branch situated on the Moon or Mars or on the Stars that its taking so much time for the courier of my pin to come???

        COMPLAINT No:[protected] Jul 2013 - Told me that this complaint is taken very severely & for most sure will be delivered this time. Was told that my home branch staff will contact me. The branch staff did call me & told to call customer care & select 7th option to generate the pin. Why the hell then were your'll taking request since 6 months if it was so easy? I did call & keyed in all the necessary details. But when I keyed in my telephone number. The IVR politely told me that my number is not registered & to contact my home branch for it. If its not registered then why do Axis bank send me promotional & transaction details on the same number. So I called the home branch to get my number registered. The lady so sweetly told me that I will do that for you. But never turned up till date.

        COMPLAINT No:[protected] Jul 2013 - Again told that this complaint will be given to my home branch's Branch Head. Agreed the fact thinking now it will be resolved finally. Forget about the branch head but yes the same branch staff contacted me again who told me to select the 7th option. He took my card details in such a manner that he will make the sun rise this time. Now I'm calling my home branch since so many days. They do receive my call but when I tell them my name, they put me on hold for decades & go home.

        They should have told me at the 1st instance to visit my home branch for this issue, I would have visited but they failed to give me this information also. Such short term memory loss staff they have hired. Top of all this mess which has happened, on every call they tell me that the pin is chargeable for Rs 50/- hahahaha.

        Axis Bank: We will charge you but along with a pathetic service.

        AXIS BANK / DEBIT CARD PIN — DEBIT CARD PIN

        This is to inform you that my account number is "[protected]". I applied for the savings account with debit card in the month of April, 2008 and I received the kit on 01st May, 2008. I was informed that I will receive the ATM PIN within 2 days from the day of receiving the kit. But till today i.e. 7th May, I have not received the PIN number and for that reason, I am unable to activate my account. I don't know why so much of time is taken for this! I got some feedback of this bank about the service which quiet good. But I think it's nearly one month to get an account to be fully activated! Can anybody believe that in today's market scenario, TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT, IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH TO FULLY ACTIVATE !!! And if you call to the bank, they will just keep on telling you the same story WAIT, WAIT and WAIT !!! I am totally frustrated with the kind of Service of the AXIS BANK.
        my the bank are name is takudzwa noel mwashaenyi, account number [protected], i got a new debit card months ago but i havent received the pin yet.the guys at the branch, threeke branch ludhiana are always telling me to wait, im now frustrated and im a foreigner.please help me get my pin today...

          HI

          This is Ramana. I have a bank account with Axis Bank. On June 07, there was a debit of Rs. 76000 in the midnight, for a trasnaction regarding which I have received a sms alert. Hwoever, I have not amde any trasaction neither I hjave authroised anyone to perform the trasnaction on my behalf. Further, on the enxt day by the time I realised this issue and reached the bank, there were couple of trasactions and all of them put toegehr ampunted to Rs.150000/- which was debited from my acounts. IO have raised this issue immediately with Axis Bank and till date they could only pay back Rs.76000 into the account. The balance amount is still pending from the bank's end. I am completely dependetn on these savings and failed to realise that the bank is taking such a long duration for paying back my money to my account. I have approaached the ombudsman and uinfortunately there is no progress from that front too. In this regard, I would need an immediate response from the Bank as this is a complete failure of customer service and reliability when the bank does not have control on the funds of the customer.....

          Thanks for responding to my email.

          However, I would like to bring to your notice that all the monies deposited in my account by me is my hard earned income and I depend on the monies received from playing instrumental music and do not have any fixed income.

          The transactions are worth of around Rs. 50, 000/_ which were saved with your bank with the faith and trust that they would be in safe custody. However, lack of protection of my funds with your bank indicates that I can longer trust the banking systems and my interest as a customer had no say and protection.

          I don't understand how the transactions were allowed by axis bank though I as a customer has not allowed or authorised them.
          I would need you to take immediate action in crediting the funds back to my account else we will have no option except for going through the legal process under consumer protection regulations.

          In view of the above, need an immediate action

            I have 6 Account including 2 current account in sect 62 Branch,Noida i request for cheque book 19 July 2013 but still not recv. i ask bank for what about my cheque book they people said i cant do any thing this is procedure they dont know any thing about how to handle emergency situation.

              Dear Sir,
              I received a letter (enclosed) from the Public Information officer in reply to my query under RTI Act that the application money for Vaishnavghata-Patuli – LIG Flats have been refunded by your office since 26.6.12. But I have not received my refund even after one year.
              I had applied for an LIG flat offered by Kolkata Municipal Dev. Authority at Vaishnavghata-Patuli Area Development Project with a pay order No.078953 for Rs.50,000/- drawn on Axis Bank. My application no was 00141.(receipt enclosed) I had submitted my application to Dunlop Branch of Axis bank.

              i have neither received any allotment of flat nor got refund of my application money till date. In the brochure KMDA promised to refund application money with 8%interestif refund is delayed beyond 3 months. Where has my money gone?
              Please refund my application money with interest without further delay.

                Hi,

                Without my knowledge the ever worst AXIS bank has been debited Rs 1,500 amount from my account and also blocked my savings bank account transaction due to credit card account closure even I do not have any balance to pay for my credit card.

                I had informed several times to the worst AXIS bank credit card customer ( IS IT REALLY A CUSTOMER CARE...??) section and told them please close my credit card and I had no balance in that,

                But all of sudden, they debited Rs, 1,500 from my savings bank account and they also blocked my saving account transaction without any prior intimation.

                I AM REQUESTING ALL PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE AXIS BANK FOR ANY OF YOUR TRANSACTION,

                I'm not seeing any such worst bank like AXIS BANK.

                Ia am also requesting whoever is affected from AXIS bank please reach out to me, we will form a forum and raise a bulk complaint against AXIS BANK,

                Axis Bank — Money was debited

                I have Savings Account in AXIS Bank.On 19th & 20th July some money Rs.4000 & Rs.800 was debited from my account, which transctions are not made by me. I had given a complaint in local branch about this twice, but they are not taking any action against this. Please provide me procedure to get back my money.

                  This is inform and also register comlaint against axis bank batala With details that we have opened account of my daughter with 1000/- after few month the bank had deduction consolidate charges Rs.500+61.80 dt 29.12.2012 from my account.After meeting with bank manager mr neeraj & staff they told to us now the account is opened with amount 5000/- then we had deposit amount of 5000/- as per bank system.After few month dated 22/06.2013 again deduction rs 500+61.80 consolidate charges.After talked to bank official Mr neeraj said that now the scheme has strated from Rs10,000/-Now you hav to deposit Rs 5000/- again in your account.

                  This is totally harassment with customer.I request to kindly register complaint aganst Axis bank samad road Batala and also revert my debit entry to account immediate.

                  UTI Bank — Deduction of charges

                  Hi,

                  I have complaint against UTI bank. I don't know it will help to write it over here or not but i will try and submit this every where to get my money back. I was having UTI priority account and was working fine. Some day I got the letter that if you don't keep x amount in your account then y will be charges get deducted from your account. I went to bank and make the account normal. after 2 months charges deducted as they did not converted account. due to my powerful way to complain they revert the charges (charges deducted was 750+12.36% service tax) and reverted 750 only. after 3 months again the money got deducted and this is (1150+12.36% service tax) this is bacuase still they are not able to convert my account.

                  Worst service. I want my money back this time with service tax. I have so many activities with this account so I am not able to close this.

                  In Ahmedabad- Branch please stay away. Purnima is the lady who is working for This.

                  Axis Bank — deduction of charges without any pre information

                  I want you to inform that axis bank has opened my saving a/c in November 2008.this was conveyed to me that my a/c is a zero balance a/c so i deposit some of the money to activate my a/c as informed by axis bank.I deposited Rs.2000/-.and withdraw Rs. 1500/- after few days.after few months i withdraw Rs.200/- and my a/c was left with Rs.280/- only(Rs.20/- were deducted as ATM charges as i used icici bank's ATM to withdraw my money because axis's bank ATM was not working that time).Mostly there is some problem with axis bank's ATM.i was thinking that my a/c has Rs. 280 in it but i was very shocked that time when i checked my a/c after a month that it was showing my balance in negative.It was at Rs.-489/-i.e. minus four hundered and eighty nine.I talked on this matter to the cutomer care service of Axis bank on 22 May 2009, they said that your money will be returned to you next month.so i wait till june and today is 15th june but the deducted money is not returned yet.So kindly tell me the procedure or do something on your part how i can solve my problem.they have no right to deduct money from a zero balance saving a/c without any preinformation and now they are making fool of me by providing me wrong information.i want you to take some action against them so that they can't do this kind of thig with any other person.

                    Never ever go for Axis Bank Credit Cards, they charge you interest even if you have paid your dues, interest even if you have paid your EMI s on time
                    They dont reverse interest which they have charged God knows for what!!!
                    Stay away from Axis Bank Cards Bitter experience I have had with them.

                    Credit Card — Over charging

                    I am using your credit card from last so many years, sometime ago you offered me a pletinum card and i opt for that . once i droped my cheque of my due amount in your drop box and it was not connected in your accounts dept. further they gave me reminder and i paid another cheque immideatly and it was setteled by your dept, that i don't have to pay any interest and now i got my new statment in which you are again demanding old interest but i am sorry to say that it was not my fault that you did not get my cheque from your dropbox even than i paid you another cheque and paid Rs. 50/- to stop payment of my earlier cheque to my banker .
                    Now i am sending you my current payment only and if in case you are not satisfied, please concell my credit card with immideat effect. Further in my earlier statments there was earned points and in this current bill you are showing nil and i never claimed for those.
                    Note ... Please take care of this complaint and send me clarification.

                    Credit Card — Over charging

                    My credit card no is [protected], I withdrew 22000 from Phagwara ATM which didnt have money and allowed me the amount in three go, the Bank charged 1500 as charge forcefully, I lodged a complaint but none bothered, I never got any statement in six months, I sent Rs 1500 in the account in Jan 25 which was not adjusted in my credit card, noww the Bank has sent me the message to deposit 1950 and the amount remained the same, I will not deposit a penny unless I the entire statement is sent to me from August 2007, how much monthly interest is not known, the credit card is a trap worse than the moneylenders I believe.

                        I have requested for a new debit card as i missed my old one i personally visited the branch in Anna Nagar East and applied it but when i called the phone banking on 12 July 2013. There was a Customer Service exe named Rahul who took the call the person hardly knew English when i requested him to connected ti his Manager he transfered the call to the Floor supervisior named Karthick.
                        Who told clearly that he cant help as they have not recieved the application or track the status.

                        When a phone banking officer cant tell that whoelse can help me.

                        No please dont tell me to visit the branch as that has been my routine everyday.

                        Can any one help me on that...

                        Axis Bank — Not recieve Debit card

The operator of axis bank sec-7 rohini branch asked me that the debit card is couriered within 7-10 days. But now today is the 20th day & I did not got any response from them.

                          This is with reference number 4972935 which I received from Axis bank for the complaint made. I have given so many complaints even by calling the customer care regarding this matter.
                          I don't have any account with Axis bank and I still receive bank statements of another person. I am getting annoyed by these monthly mails from Axis bank which I should have not received at first place.
                          I had mentioned them clearly so many times over phone and via email too that the person who is supposed to receive these email is different than me and he might have wrongly given my email id. So I also requested to contact that person and either ask him to change email id or you change on his behalf after confirming new email address from him. I have given reference number to this but nobody is following further on this case.
                          In my last email I also mentioned that I will go to ombudsman in this regard if they don't take any steps in this regard. But then also I did not hear anything from AXIS Bank either via email or over phone.
                          This was is to mention that as Axis Bank has failed to resolve this issue; I had already provided the last 4 digit of the account number of the customer whose statement I am receiving and full name of that customer. In spite of this information they failed to find the customer in their database; this really shows either poor knowledge or poor system they have in house.

                          I hope this will get resolved sooner than later somehow

                          Axis Bank Ltd — Resolve the matter

                          I would like to mention that my matter has been resolved with Axis Bank Ltd., with reference to my earlier posting dated[protected], A/C No. [protected].

                          Axis Bank — Statement not received

                          Dear Sir, I hold a Axis credit card and a prompt payer before my due dates. But during the period of June i have not received the statement and so i have emailed them at the end of the month for the same. Later in the next statement they have added the LPC and surcharges. I have called customer care and explained the issue with ref#5410585. Again no use, in the next statement i got more charges to pay which i refused as its not my fault. I mailed them back and asked for proof, they have provided an invalid signature and stated 'the security' has signed in the statement POD. We have no security by the name they have provided in our residence. Even i told them to cross check the signature from my previous POD's. I have been tortured by their phone calls and their letters to me for this case in numerous occasions.

                          I have escalated the issue in emails provided in their site, no use. All my emails were responded after 20 days or 1 month, few of them not got reverts.

                          I want to close this matter and eager to know if some one is from AXIS is really hearing hearing our complaints or not? Please help in resolving the case.

                            Axis Bank Employees Cheat Customers. I had applied for a personal loan of 1.5 Lacs and the representative made me sign blank documents and i had applied for a three year repayment tenure the representative (Mukesh Kumar) without informing me made the repayment tenure 5 years. Even after complaining and speaking to the managers no action has been taken no help provided.

                              I have salary account of Axis bank.So they offered Credit Card of MYCHOICE Category. In this card i have 5% cash back offer for electronics items i am purchasing. On 17/5/2013 i purchased a mobile from Poorvika Showroom in Chrompet,Chennai. We may all aware that Mobile comes under electronics category. But i didn't get Cash back offer. When i contacted bank through mails they replied as my purchase is not under their Merchant Code. They are making fool of customers. How we customers know their Merchant Code. Please take into consideration and stop this kind of fraud. Also help me to get the cash back facility what is offered to me.                               the bank gave an offer of cash back on the purchased amount within 31st JAN`09. if the purchased amount is more than Rs.3000 and less than Rs.4000 then cash back was 2%.If it is more than Rs.4000 and less than Rs.5000 then cash back was 3% and if it is more than Rs.5000 then cash back was 4% subject to maximum cash back Rs.1000.
                              My purchased amount was Rs.6300 on 24th JAN`09 and i have confirmed on that day in the customer about the above cash back offer.They confirmed me about the offer and told me that the cash back amount will be exhibit in the next statemaet on 21st FEB`09 and the due date was 11th MARCH`09.
                              In the 1st weak of March`09 I talked to the customer care and they told to pay the whole amount and the cash back amount will be exhibit in the statement of 21st March`09.I paid Rs.6300 within due date.
                              Today I got my latest statement in which no cash back amount is shown and mentioned.
                              I do not know why the bank cheating and misguiding the customer.There are so many offers on the statement. I take these as cheater`s offer. I am proceeding to discontinue my credit card. Because I do not associated with a cheating organisation.

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I took 1.5 Lakh Personal loan in Axis bank on[protected] My loan account no is [protected] when i took loan the Bank told if you paid regularly 1% cash back will available, As of now i am paying regularly without any bounce but now bank peoples are telling you are not a regular payor and they did not credit 1% cash back to My SB account.

                                  Net Banking & SMS Banking Department of AXIS BANK really sucks. On top of that the customer service team which is based in Chennai doesn’t know what to do.
                                  Since 10th June, 2013 I am raising complains and still it has not been taken care of. I have launched a complain in Customer Service on 10th June, the complain no is 7776679, which was suppose to solve by a TAT of 72 hours which not happened. Again I raised a complain on 21st June and the complain no is 7825156, where I spoke to the floor Manager Mr. B Sebastian and he has assured me that this will be rectified by Monday and he will call be back on Monday. Still No reply and no solution.
                                  Again I called up customer service department on 24th June where I talked with Mr. Ashok P, Mr. Bhrat P (Floor Supervisor), Mr. Sibachandra and Mr. Kartik Sundaram (Floor Supervisor), out these Mr. Ashok P was very rude. He was not ready to transfer the call to Mr. Sebastian and keep on arguing.
                                  It’s really pathetic service of AXIS Bank, where customer is facing problem since 10th June and has not been taken care by concern department. Even not a single call from the technical team to know whats the exact problem and sending me irrelevant emails and asking my details and phone number again and again.
                                  I am taking this matter to consumer forum and all, because now it’s enough, since 10th June you guys had 14-15 days for the resolutions but you can't able to solve it. So it’s better close the account with AXIS bank and back with someone else who can give quick resolutions. As no one has so much of time in writing big emails every other day and calling customer care and wasting half an hour on daily basis. So it will be better to get out of this.

                                      I was having an savings account with Axis Bank Tollygunge branch. Based on my account the bank also offered me a Credit Card. In February 2013 physically went to the bank to close my bank account and cancel my credit card. The branch employee took my credit card cancellation request and physically destroyed my credit card by cutting it into 4 pieces. They also acknowledged the receipt of my credit card application by giving me a photocopy of my application with the branch seal. When I cancelled my Credit Card there was no outstanding on my card. In May 2013 suddenly I received my Credit Card statement with Rs 112.36 outstanding as my credit card renewal fee. After which i have written to Axis Bank customer service to resolve this issue and also went to the Axis Bank Tollygunge branchon 13th May 2013. The branch employee in charge of credit card was completely reluctant in helping me and gave me the email address of yashojit.[protected]@axisbank.com. I also wrote a mail to this person on the same day to which he never responded. Today I got a mail from the bank that after adding penalty and interest due to non payment of Rs112.36 my current outstanding is Rs456.96. Now I need to take some serious action against the Axis bank Credit Card Division and the Tollygunge branch. Please help.

                                        Myself pankaj sharma . currently working in Singapore for Visa Inc .I am an Indian Resident . I want to bring your attention into the fraudery happened with me . I have booked one flat in Blossom county project in Noida Expressway, builder name " Logix Infrastructure Pvt Ltd " . On 25th March I have send one cheque
                                        ( cheque number 075962 ,Axis bank , amount Rs 3,55,406/- ) to the builder's name " Logix Infrastructure Pvt Ltd " ( A/c payee ) for my booked flat . But This courier never reached to the builder and on 2nd April i came to know that my cheque was encashed by Unknown person " Mr Robin " and transfered the money to his account in the same bank and Branch ( Axis Bank ) . When i enquired with First flight , Initially they said that The courier was delivered on 28th March . When i asked for POD ( Proof of delivery ) , Then they ignored and said that The bag was stolen and they have done FIR on 29th March . I immediately informed the Branch Manager Axis bank and they suspect on the Account holder and Frozen his account and they confirmed that he has 385000/- in his account . I am unable to understand how he had encashed the cheque in his name whereas it is in my builder's name " Logix Infrastructure Pvt Ltd " .I have been sending the cheque since last two years to the builder . But this is the First time This fraudery happened with me . I suspect that Mr Robin has done some alteration on the cheque and encashed it in the bank , There might be a chance of involvement of Axis Bank staff and Courier people . At present , i have been following with Axis bank Since last 60 days . But every time they are saying that They are investigating, I tried to lodge a FIR at Ragouri Garden on this fraudery through my My Cousin brother " Varun Sharma , mobile - [protected]" . who is staying in Noida . But Police inspector not filing the case on behalf of me .
                                        Please help me for resolving this issue and recovering my whole amount (Rs 3,55,406/- with interest .
