Manoj is totally right, and my experience is latest and fresh. Joined batch in July -Aug 2013 and they took training which was like Rocket speed, they finish HR, Payroll, finance in 7days itself. Ajax assumes that bestest of best talent come to them and then they brush their skills and they will get Job immediately. Dont they have brain over their shoulders that ppl who will come to them will have tough time finding jobs in market. Ajax keep on talking about Aon-Hewitt, E&Y and sometimes Oracle too, but they dont have any contact in any of the company. They simply gather interview information from naukri, indeed and send this to candidates. or phone numbers through just dials or simply providing fake numbers/email id. And look at the way they attract candidate, first they say they have job opening and when you inquire they will tell you that you go through the training and then they will assist you 100% in placement. They will never talk about the job opening for which you came to them. Small but wise suggestion - If you can browse internet, then you can get all those list of job information which Ajax sends you after 7day completion of training. Ajax should refine themselves and say that they are not placement agency, and only training firm. I would give them 2 out of 10. But if they claim to be placement agency then we are simply fools who have nothing but to believe them as we are in need and anybody saying that will get you job gives us a little temptation. And this is how Ajax does it business. Dont believe me, go and test yourself and you will end up like me writing another complain on this forum. Funniest thing is they will send you an excel which has list of ongoing walkins or interview collected from naukri, monster or indeed.com. That is very annoying!! Blood-suckers Ajax, should sue these guys in Bangalore court. Actually we should bring media and expose this whole business of Ajax and Ajax like all fake placement agency. They ask a minimal charge and returns no favor they have no contacts whatsoever. Ajax - Thugs in market exploiting job seekers.

    Attn: Mr. Umesh Arora (Head, Retail Assets Axis Bank) I want to get an NoC for transfer of registration of my vehicle (Maruti Swift Vdi) bearing registration number DL-3CBJ-8711 from New Delhi RTO to Assam (where the vehicle will be operating from now on). The reason for this transfer is because I am no longer working in India and moved out to USA. I am currently working with Alliant Technologies here in Morristown, NJ (address below in my email signature). The car will be operated by my family in my hometown (Duliajan, Assam). The vehicle is still under Axis Bank loan and I am currently paying the monthly EMI amount and will continue to pay. I have sent my own brother to Delhi office with all the required documents and authorization letter but the department came up with saying that this request is rejected because the end location (Duliajan, Assam) doesn't fall in Guwahati circle. This is very hard to digest as Axis Bank does have a local branch in Duliajan as well. This is very unfortunate on Axis Bank's part on how they handle their customers.       Hi,

      I will disclose bank account only if needed. I'm Axis bank customer since about 10 years(since when the bank was UTI). Since 1.5 yrs I'm not getting bank statements on regular basis,I have done complaints in branch office many times and even on customer care but there is no action taken.

      Whenever I need bank statements,I need to go to bank and they ask me for money to get my statement printed. Is this your new way AXIS bank to collect money from people?

      Why should I pay for it while I'm not getting my statements?

      My bank account is with Vastrapur,Ahmedabad branch.

        Sir, I Anjan Kajal s/b account holder of axis bank limited, RAM RAJATOLA BRANCH at HAWRAH. Few days before axis bank issued me a new debit cum visa card with there allotted pin number, but after received my debit card I went to nearest ATM branch of Axis bank.& I change my pin & display showing that pin no. has been changed but when I try to withdraw money my own pin no. not working instead of that BANK ALLOTTED pin number is working. I tried to change my pin number several time from several branch but result is same. I already lodge a complain to my branch as well as customer care, they told me that they can issued another card but i have to pay for that. Complain no. of customer care- AS70191975.& complain submitted at branch dated- 04/9/2013. Hope you will give me advice what should i do.           My debit card no.[protected] is blocked 3 weeks before while doing transaction with IRCTC for railway ticket booking. I complained two times to a nearest Ramapuram branch in Chennai and one time online, but no use. If your customer service is like this who will there to help your customers.             fooling people around. they give email ids and references wer u wl not get evn a single calls frm d employers..........those culprits may quote stating we wl get u place d in fortune 500 companies .......ask those fools they no the meaning of fortune 500 list...bogus people,.....if they are so genuine as them to sue me in the court.............in our batch more than 20 students wer done d training from them but no job.........betr 4 this work u people can do (sic) sumtng else so that u fetch money quickly.................

              Dear Sir, I am regular user of Axis bank Platinum Credit Card and i generally pay my dues on date or 1day before thru NEFT but from last 2-3month Axis bank charging me late payment fee and other charges, when asked reason behind charging penalty etc they said we are not getting your payment on time. i was surprised why bank is not getting payment on time while i am using Axis ban web portal for NEFT payment while payment was deducted on same day so from last 2-3 months my approached was let go. but again for August 2013 statement i saw penalty etc. while i already made a payment before due date now asked to ban for reversal of penalty etc. but Axis is not listening Pls. help me.                 Dear Sir/Madam, I have closed my Axis Bank account on 1st July 2013 (Acc no. [protected]) and I have still not received my DD for the remaining amount. I had deposited cheque of Rs.10,000. I had received an SMS from Axis Bank on[protected] saying the following : Your acc [protected] is credited Rs.10,000 on[protected] balance is Rs. 8610.36 Rs. 1350 was deducted as lean amount. I requested closure of the account in Mumbai’s Sundar Nagar Axis Bank branch, original branch was Axis Bank, Hauz Khas. I was informed by Mr. Maruf and Ms.Minu that my account could not be closed as the ‘system’ was showing lean amount. I showed the sms and mentioned that the amount has been deducted. To which I got the reply that the ‘system’ has not updated the same, hence the account cannot be closed. I contacted customer care of Axis Bank and reported the situation in email on 11th July 2013. I sent the following request. I wish to receive my DD at the following address: B-230, First Floor, Chittaranjan Park New Delhi-110019, Mob:[protected]. Kindly do not send the DD on the address on the record as it is my old office address. I have already spoken to Maruf on 10th July 2013 at 10:45 AM about this. I also sent my scanned copy of the passport and PAN card for reference. As the address on the cheque book is not valid anymore. It is the address of my old office in Delhi, while I have moved to Mumbai. The address above is that of my family home which is still functional at New Delhi. In reply to the above I was informed on 16th July 2013 by Mr. Navin Gore that I should contact my nearest Axis Bank branch immediately. I was told at Sunder Nagar branch the same excuse that as per their records my account showed ‘lean’ so could not be closed. Again I informed them about the deduction of R.s 1350 as per the sms on[protected]. Ms. Minu informed me that I can withdraw the remaining cash now. Which is what I did, I withdrew the remaining Rs. 8000 (approx.) from my account. To my surprise I got a call from Ms. Minu from Sunder Nagar Axis Branch bank on 29th July 2013 informing that my account still was not closed as there is additional charge of Rs. 310 which I must deposit immediately. When I deposited the amount of Rs.310 on 30th July 2013 and called to inform, to my further surprise I was told that now instead of Rs.310 I must deposit Rs.424 (approx.) as it was already 31st July 2013, so now the quarterly charges will also be levied. After giving all the required charges to close my account, I was informed via sms (on my registered mobile number [protected]) that it has been closed on 3rd August 2013, and Ms. Minu called to inform that I would be receiving a DD for Rs.499 after closure of the account. I requested her to send the DD to the following address in Mumbai, as I am not in Delhi anymore. My original branch is Hauz Khas, New Delhi where the account was opened. I have moved from Delhi and currently residing in Mumbai. GNVS Institute of Management GTB Nagar, Sion-Koliwada (East), near GTB Nagar Railway Station, Mumbai - 400037 I was assured by Ms. Minu from Sunder Nagar Axis Bank branch (mob:[protected] that the DD would reach me in a week's time. However, it has been more than that now, still I have not received the DD. I also escalated the matter in Axis Bank grievance cell with the same email as above. I have the following issues regarding the matter that I seek attention: 1. A bank account that has been closed on 1st July 2013 takes one month to close, i.e. 3rd August 2013. 2. Once the ‘lean’ charges of Rs.1350 are deducted the first time my cheque of Rs.10,000 was cleared then why wait to put further charges, when the delay is from their side. 3. They delay from their side and charge me extra for the same. Once the second time the charges of Rs.310 have been paid on 29th July 2013, why wait to further add charges called ‘quarterly charges’ as on 31st July 2013. 4. Upon finally closing account on 3rd August 2013, why can’t Axis Bank send the DD of remaining amount Rs.499 to the either addresses one as per my passport and other in Mumbai? As a response to the already delayed matter I was informed by Nilesh Vasaikar that they have forwarded my query regarding DD not received to the department concerned on 23rd August 2013. After that I sent another email to which I received another email from Axis Bank on 2nd Sept. from Ganesh Nangare giving a new ref no. again saying that I shall be ‘updated’ in 2 working days. I think this is ridiculous this matter has already been dragged for over a month and I am being continuously charged for their delay, and now also I am being told that the concerned department will be ‘informed’ and I have to wait for another week. I would like to know what they have been doing for the past months when I have been crying myself hoarse over emails and complain that please send my DD to the correct address. It means they have been ignoring my grievances and no action has been taken. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for the same. I would like all my charges to be reversed as the mistake has been from Axis Bank’s side. They have delayed the procedure and I am being penalized for their mistake.                   And Rs 438 (Debit Interest And Taxes) On 10/03/2012 Are Wrong Charges Not Acceptable As,

                  I Took Balance Transfer Of Rs.15000 And Rs 10000 In August @ 0.75 % Interest Which Was Getting Due For Repayment Before February 2012
                  So I Had Repaid Before Time That Is On 18/01/2012 Paid Rs.20000 And 2250 And On 18/02/2012 Rs.12000, This Amount Was To Be Allocated As Repayment Of Closure Of My 6 Month 0.75% Interest Bearing BT....And That A/C Was To Be Closed...
                  In The Mean Time I Took Three Month Balance Transfer @0 % Interest For Three Months By Paying 2% Processing Fee..And To Repay It Accordingly...

                  Every Month I Was Paying Minimum 5% Of Interest Free BT So I Was Never Be A Default In Any Way For Repayments....

                  It Is Your Wrong Fund Allocation Method Which Had Considered My Repayment Of Interest Bearing Money Towards Interest Free Balance Transfer And Kept Open My Interest Bearing Balance Transfer...And Then Charged Me Wrong Debit Interest @ 2.95 %....
                  This Is Just A Cheating With Me....
                  Before Taking Three Month Balance Transfer At 0% Interest I Had Clarified With Your Executive About Its Repayment Allocation And I Was Told That Both Interest Bearing And Interest Free Balance Transfers Will Be Kept Separate And Whatever Sum Repaid Will Be Allocated In Proper Proportions To Respective A/Cs.....
                  So I Am Not Acceptable With Rs.438+250+25....
                  It Is Illegitimate Debits Charged To Me...
                  I Had Given Lots Of Requests On Phone To Reverse It But At Last I Am Tired Of It For Not Getting Resolved...

                    Please remove the condition of average quarterly balance it is headache we cant memorize and painful if one person have more than one ac for different purpose like investment family personal use mutual funds ecs salary trading then it is very bad things aqb to maintain please remove this conditions as soon as possible then your customer will be increase and axis bank become no 1 rank bank please remove the conditions of average quarterly balance i hope axis will do for me thanks

                      I invest RS. 5 lac in mutual fund on jan 2013, while investing mutual fund axis bank executive misguide me and tell me fake information. he told me that there is guaranteed refund of 10% yearly and today i am unable to collect my principal amount. they also told me i can break this mutual fund anytime but they did not told me there is penalty of 1%. now im stuck let me know what can i do.                         Hi and Hello everyone readers, You will be surprised to read this mail against the axis bank ltd., but it is true. Here is my story starts..... I am having salary account in Axis Bank Ltd., and I have started operating this account since 2009. In the year 2012 I have availed personal loan from Axis Bank Ltd., and accordingly I have paid as the EMI schedule. Last few months I was out of country and I would not make the EMI in time for my personal loan. When I came back in the month of July 2013, I visited the axis bank and enquired about the outstanding amount. And as per their outstanding amount I have transferred the amount to their account. However, these people have kept this amount in the Lient amount, which I don't know as customer. When I made an enquiry they said that because in time EMI was not paid this amount will be blocked. I was surprised to hear the same from Bankers, before I leave to abroad I have requested their executive to send their person to collect the cheque and they have not turned up, and I understand from my parents that their executives have called up and spoken in unparliamentary languages and they are not in a position to understand the aged persons situations. Since i have asked them to send the statement of accounts on my loan, I did not got the same for 3 months. Again when I made an enquiry I understand that they forwarded the statement of accounts to my old official mail id, regarding the change in mail id I have personally visited the branch and provided the details, even though the axis bank officials doesn't have courtesy to change or update. When I raise the concern in their website, they have send me the mail saying that they need certain documents to change the email and contact details, accordingly I have provided to their customer care department and I have received an reply saying that within 3 working days, my profile will be updated. I am surprised to see that till now my profile has not updated and I am fed with this bank towards transaction.

                        I need an additional personal loan and I have applied for the same with axis bank and requested them for top up the loan, initially they said that they will consider it and sanction the loan, since my account was at their bank I thought that they will see my transaction and approve the loan, I was shock to see that my loan got rejected and when I asking them why my loan got rejected, there is no answer from any of them. Finally I have found out with other sources and understand that my CIBIL rating is low as per the eligibility, when i approached the CIBIL department and understand the concern, they said that Axis bank officials have sent the transaction report and as per the report we will be rating the CIBIL rate. Since my EMI was due they have forwarded my report to CIBIL, as a customer it has to be accepted, however when i made the payment for all balance EMI, it is not their duty to send the updated report to CIBIL, so that customer record will get correct and get the support from the bank.

                        And now regarding the lien amount, they have charged Rs. 538.00 towards their debit card annual fee, for which I assumed that they will deducted the same amount from our account. when this amount was reflecting in the Lien amount, I have asked them what is this amount, they said that this amount is due from your end, immediately i showed my account balance and informed them that when the money is available why the amount was not deducted, there is no answer from their employees. After raising the mistakes, they have promised me to remove the same within 24 hrs, now it is already 15 days completed still the lien amount is reflecting in my account.

                        Now hereby request the viewers, If any body make the transaction with axis bank please be careful and make sure that all the documents which you will sign towards your transaction has to be read thoroughly and understand, then you can sign the documents.

                        And also I would request if any one assist me how to make them understand, how the customer service to be rendered.

                        Every time they have auto forwarded message in their customer care email id, you will get the reply immediately with the reference then no reply nor response.

                          I have taken a personal loan on Axis Bank in 2012 and paying promptly from past two years. I'm in need of money so i went back to Axis Bank instead of HDFC and ING Vysa who are offering me with less percent compared with Axis.As i'm an existing customer to Axis i thought to have a relation with the same bank i finally opted Axis. I started my process of applying for a personal loan and Axis bank has a third party vendor who will collect and process our documents.
                          I ve applied for 2 lakhs of loan and they have informed me that they will process with the same interest rate what i have for my old loan which is 15.5% and with processing fee of 1.5%. Two weeks later my account is credited with just 15000/- and immediately i called customer care and they asked me to check with Axis directly and the next day i went to axis bank and checked with them. Finally they told like i have applied for top up loan of 2 lakhs so they have sanctioned that and deducted 1.8 lakhs for the existing loan which i have with them and credited 15000. the top up loan is with 17% interest rate and with 2% of processing fee. When i spoke with the sales manager they are supporting their third party team blaming me. When i'm in hurry they came to me with the required docs to sign in and it is empty. I have signed all the pages and didnt check any as it is empty. Even i asked the third party person many times to send confirmation mail regarding the intrest rate and processing fee but they didnt send the details at all.But when i asked the loan service manager they are always supporting towards third party side forgetting about customer?

                          Is there anyone who will apply for a loan of 15000? That too closing old loan which already paid initial 2 years of EMI? and closing loan with 15.5% intrest rate and taking 17% intrest rate? All these happens for me and now Axis bank are least bothered about the customer and most bothered about the third party vendor(may be third party vendor will be giving monthly share to them)? Trusting an Axis bank gives me good experience now :(

                            HI This is Ramana. I have a bank account with Axis Bank. On June 07, there was a debit of Rs. 76733 in the midnight, for a transaction regarding which I have received a sms alert. However, I have not made any transaction neither I have authorized anyone to perform the transaction on my behalf. Further, on the next day by the time I released this issue and reached the bank, there were couple of transactions and all of them put together amounted to Rs.1,30,733/- which was debited from my account. I have raised this issue immediately with Axis Bank and till date they could only pay back Rs.76733 into the account. The balance amount is still pending from the bank's end. I am completely dependent on these savings and failed to realise that the bank is taking such a long duration for paying back my money to my account. I have approaached the ombudsman and uinfortunately there is no progress from that front too. In this regard, I would need an immediate response from the Bank as this is a complete failure of customer service and reliability when the bank does not have control on the funds of the customer.....                             We refer to your email dated August 1, 2013 pertaining to certain transactions in your Savings Bank account.

                            We would like to inform your that the disputed transactions were initiated in your account using other Bank's ( ICICI and SBI ) payment gateways under "card not present" scenario.

                            We wish to inform you that we had actively pursued the matter with Yatra.com and CCAvenue and at best we could manage to initiate a reversal of Rs.76,733/- from Yatra.com on a good faith basis. The same is reflecting in your account statement as well on June 14, 2013. However we express our inability to reverse the entire loss to your account. Please note that the reversal in such cases are done purely on good faith basis.

                            As professionals, we are sensitive to our customer`s requirements and are committed to provide quality service to every customer.

However, lack of protection of my funds with your bank indicates that I can longer trust the banking systems and my interest as a customer had no say and protection.

                            I don't understand how the transactions were allowed by axis bank though I as a customer has not allowed or authorised them.

                            I would need you to take immediate action in crediting the funds back to my account else we will have no option except for going through the legal process under consumer protection regulations.

                            In view of the above, need an immediate action

                            Hi All,

                            I had Account on Axis Bank, the services are really poor 2 days back they took Rs.2250/- from my account with out knowledge. When i call and ask they say Rs.50 for each transaction. Any one please advice me where to file a suit against them. Their charges are very high. Is their any RBI regulations?

                              I had an Axis Bank Platinum Advantage Credit card whose dues were cleared via a cheque to Axis Bank local branch (have the slip of the cheque filled along with me). The credit card got expired, and I did not receive a new credit card nor i had any information on the new credit card number.

                              The local authority of the branch called saying they cannot clear the cheque as the credit account number is not showing in their systems. I spoke to them couple of times explaining how do I clear the dues, if I do not have the new account number and the old one is not in their system. Also raised this complaint to their customer care and since then its been almost 2 months that these guys have been harassing everyday by calling. They have been charging the interest for dues. Why should I pay for the interest for no fault of mine. If the cheque was not honored, why was it not sent back to the owner's address?? I see a foul play, as the customer care keeps going to and fro on figuring out details.

                              My self Sudheer dhawan has joined account with my wife Ruchi dhawan in East of kailash new delhi.I have deposited my cheques in NOIDA,sector 12(metro pnb branch) on friday 9-4-2010,It was account pay cheques.
                              And i got phone from PNB sector 12 branch that i should collect the cheque and deposite in my account branch in delhi.
                              I got my cheque return back on[protected].
                              Then i went delhi droped in nekhe place branch and its easyly credited.

                              Compliant is my against sector 12 pnb that they dont want to work and assist the customers please take serious action.

                                Axis Bank Bloody Retarded People at Customer Service and satisfaction

                                Starting from Sales to Managers to Call Center..

                                Want to know why.??

                                In March I approch them saying I am starting new business so I would required account once company Get register. Their Sales Executive Name Jay Mehta From Gandhinagar Branch come at my place and filled form and open a current account on my name saying once you have the Memorandum or Association we will rename account to your business name.

                                When I had got my company registered and i Given all document they said Now it cant be renamed to your business name, you would have to open a new business account. Then I said no and I opened new bank account with ICICI Bank which is 10000 time better than them.

                                later on I requested for My internet banking ID And password to branch.They said we have applied for your Dabit card. Once it comes you can generate it online. After getting my card i tried for many time which dint worked out then visited Gandhinagar branch. I got answer that we have just Activate your internet banking. So try generating after 24 hours which I did and dint got any ID and password.

                                After month I went to Another branch at Nehrunagar Ahmedabad for cash withdrawal and I Asked to one of branch officer to see my internet banking status. He replied : Its not activated yet. If you have time give me 10 mins I will do it for you. I given my all details he asked for which took about 15 mins to register and he said its done. you can access internet banking in 24 hours. And today its more than 60 days I still cant do it.

                                I Given an Angry call to Axisbank on [protected] today @8.00 pm ,10/08/2013. I spoke to call center executive called Kartikeyn, I told him about my incident about internet banking, He made complain against nehrunagar branch officer and given me complain code. Then i asked for my Bank statement for last 3 months on my email so i can work on my account without internet banking. he said you will have it in 30 mins and asked me which email address do you want it. I given him my email address. Even after 3 hours i dint had anything in my email so i called back and spoke to another agent called Sarvesh. And i told him about my bank statement, he said by mistake we got your email address wrong. then angrily i asked to speak to a manager. And he transfer called to manager which took about 5 mins hold and then Manager Called Anil explained me that they are at fault and they are sorry for that. Then i request can i get my bank statement. He said in 2 mins we will email it to you. I asked i will not drop call unless i have it in my email. Then he said 2 mins sir let me check. He put me on hold for about 10 mins and said sorry sir, our system isnt working now. we will email u as soon as it does. I said no worry i am online even if it takes 10 hours..i will not drop the call. then he put me on hold and disconencted call after 28 mins.

                                They Are such Pig at service.

                                I am going to transfer my all fund to my ICICI bank and close this account. I am a premier banking customer. I had used this account for foriegn remitance, so they know potential of my worth. Even though they dont care at all.

                                Hi All,

                                I know in this down turn economical market getting cheap loans is everyone's dream..

                                I am writing to you to be aware of the tricks used by banks like Axis..
                                they tie-up with builder's of repute and no repute as well and lend you loans... with low interest.. These builders are con-men in disguise who never deliver on time.. And mean while Axis laughs with your interest money..
                                Please be aware..
                                I have a saving salary account in Axis bank at Jaipur branch. I have not used that account for more than 1 year and even not a single transaction has been made through my account. I have told to officials several times to close my account via verbally or application regarding that but there is no response. I wanted to know does it happen with every customer who wants to get closed his account. Despite of several reminders to close my account, I am still getting statement every month with increasing lien amount. Sir this is totally disgusting. It seems that there is no higher authority to take care of customers.

                                I know that this mail will either be deleted or just forwarded to the concerned person but no action will be taken on an immediate basis.

                                  It has been more than 2 months I ordered some gift from the Edge Loyalty Reward Program. Neither there is any status feedback nor any proper reply from the customer care. Whenever we call, they validate the call through the credit card division and then say we will transfer to edge program division and it never gets connected. Every thing is fake and in a very bad situation. I am very dis-satisfied with the services. Please never take this facility of AXIS BANK.

                                  Hello everyone,

                                  I am Prem from mumbai.I have never found a fraudulant bank like AXIS Bank. All time I regret why did did I take axis bank credit card( no. [protected] ) .I am sure you never heard that without using your credit card you have to pay bill, This heppened with me and suggest you to all never take axis bank credit card.

                                  Axis bank agent used to stand infront of our office and always try to push credit card and they do it untill u get one.Once I take the card and using from last 2 years but before 3 month on 5th december 2008 I get a bill of Rs 14300 while I didn't use the card. I was surprized but disputed the transaction. disputing the transaction and calling again and again to helpdesk of AXIS bank I was totally tired in these three month but nothing happend. finally they withdrow Rs. 18, 714 without any notification from my axis bank saving account (A/c number [protected]). Today I am getting myself totally helpless. If you don't believe Please contact me at [protected] or email me at csharp.[protected]@gmail.com.                                   Axis Bank — Calls for the Credit Card which was never delivered

                                  I applied for a card in 2007 with Axis Bank. This card was never delivered to me and further on NO followup for the same was even done. I was clear on the thought that since I am working with BPO's none of the banks will give a credit card as Most of the banks do not give credit cards to BPO employees. Now in the year 2010 I have started receiving abusive calls from some person by the last name as pandey who claims himself to be associated with Vikas Puri Police station. He daily calls either me or my Hometown and abuses me and my mother (who is usually at home. This person has gone to the extent that he even uses Hindi abuses with my mother which is disgraceful on part of a reputed bank. I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of relationship which I share with your bank. I also hold a savings account in your bank for the past 3 years and this activity has actually brought me to give a second thought in terms of that account as well. I would appreciate if an action can be taken in this regard as soon as possible and this matter to be sorted out at the earliest including these phone calls to be stopped immediately. I regret to say that I do not want to include the police and the judicial system of the country in this matter as well.

                                    This bank is really at its AXIS. I mean, it’s not going to sustain its market share in the future as the investors and financial advisors see it today. I applied for a credit card on 6th Aug 2013 through the bank’s site. The e-application was approved and I received the email that en executive will be coming in next 2 working days and will collect the documents. Today is 10 th and I have contacted the customer care 10 – 15 times in last 2 days and listen this non- sense every time : “ The host computer you are trying to reach is not responding / not reachable “ . I believe the SARKARI banks are far better than this AXIS. I called the nearby bank and they even do not how the e- application works. I was told to come to the branch with the documents. Now I do not know what to do?
                                    Very disappointed with AXIS bank credit dept. I should go to Standard chartered / Citi bank who keep calling always. My advice: never fill credit card application from the Bank’s site. It’s not worthy to wait for the documents collection for 1 week. Also I am not sure whether the customer care dept. is really taking care of customers at the time of inquiry required by the customers.

                                    My account number is [protected], a salary account has been created in ashok nagar, Chennai branch on 07-06-10. yet I didn’t received my welcome kit. My salary is credited on 10th june 2010. when I want to withdraw my cash, the bank authority said that “with out your checkbook it’s not possible to withdraw money”. I’m ashamed that the axis banks don’t have such facility where others having. The person who created my salary account is not feeling responsible for the delay even if I asked the branch authorities they also not responsible. They are not even interested in telling the status. I would be very thankful if you kindly take the necessary steps.

                                    My name is Mohammad Zohaib Agha my date of Birth is 31/12/1985, when i applied a Loan my Banker infomed me that My name in CIBIL showing will full defaulter for one credit card can i know that card number and the bank details all my cards i am a prompt payer. I never roll out also.

                                    Please inform the process for removing this i never defaulted in my histery with any Bank.

But these documents are not traceable by the HDFC Bank Credit card team. I have talked many people regarding these people (Mr. VIkas/Mr. Manoj).

                                    But every one is forwarding the matter to other one but they are not resolving. They keeps hurry at the time of documents collection, but after collection matter is in dustbin. Customers suffers very much. My Contact no. is [protected].

                                    here by i am complaining that there is no response even repeated calling (more than 25 times)to the specified numbers of axis bank , kormangala branch . they are just lifting the phone and not even responding for and wasting our time and money. Being a reputed bank is this the way to respond to a custmore call.

                                      i m the consumer of personal loan.i was visited for repayment of loan to m.p nagar branch .hence it was being late, due to heavy rain.this matter was already discussed with mr.Gaurav. i have decided to close the loan within 15 days ,thats why i am not go through ECS process,All these things were cleared to the loan agent. But today evening when i was reached to pay the check which is for 5th july. Mr Anurag Pawar who is the man with bad behaviour ,attitude told me that ,you have to go through ECS process. we suffered, due to you upto 2 month.he insulted me like illitrate,infront of 5-6 people.This is my personal recomend that,please don't behave like bad manners you have with consumers.we pay also to bank with intrest. This negative feedback was wrote from 9 people who are the consumer of yours.Please do the needful.

                                        I have been contacting Axis Bank customer services for my debit card pin since 25 February 2013. I haven't yet received my pin number yet & its been more than 6 months. I have placed several requests & complaints for it but their staff is reacting in a very pathetic way. They are not receiving my calls when I call their branch contact number. If they receive the call, then they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes but don't come back on the call. I have all request/complaint numbers along with the dates & details of what has happened.

                                        Request No:[protected] Feb 2013 - Took a request & told that the pin will be delivered in 8 workings day. I waited but dint receive it.

                                        Request No:[protected] May 2013 - Again took a request for a new pin & told that it will be delivered in 8 workings days. Again I waited but didn't receive this time as well.

                                        COMPLAINT No:[protected] Jul 2013 - Took a complaint & told that this time for sure it will be delivered. I just asked them that, is my home branch situated on the Moon or Mars or on the Stars that its taking so much time for the courier of my pin to come???

                                        COMPLAINT No:[protected] Jul 2013 - Told me that this complaint is taken very severely & for most sure will be delivered this time. Was told that my home branch staff will contact me. The branch staff did call me & told to call customer care & select 7th option to generate the pin. Why the hell then were your'll taking request since 6 months if it was so easy? I did call & keyed in all the necessary details. But when I keyed in my telephone number. The IVR politely told me that my number is not registered & to contact my home branch for it. If its not registered then why do Axis bank send me promotional & transaction details on the same number. So I called the home branch to get my number registered. The lady so sweetly told me that I will do that for you. But never turned up till date.

                                        COMPLAINT No:[protected] Jul 2013 - Again told that this complaint will be given to my home branch's Branch Head. Agreed the fact thinking now it will be resolved finally. Forget about the branch head but yes the same branch staff contacted me again who told me to select the 7th option. He took my card details in such a manner that he will make the sun rise this time. Now I'm calling my home branch since so many days. They do receive my call but when I tell them my name, they put me on hold for decades & go home.

                                        They should have told me at the 1st instance to visit my home branch for this issue, I would have visited but they failed to give me this information also. Such short term memory loss staff they have hired. Top of all this mess which has happened, on every call they tell me that the pin is chargeable for Rs 50/- hahahaha.

                                        AXIS BANK / DEBIT CARD PIN — DEBIT CARD PIN

                                        This is to inform you that my account number is "[protected]". I applied for the savings account with debit card in the month of April, 2008 and I received the kit on 01st May, 2008. I was informed that I will receive the ATM PIN within 2 days from the day of receiving the kit. But till today i.e. 7th May, I have not received the PIN number and for that reason, I am unable to activate my account. I don't know why so much of time is taken for this! I got some feedback of this bank about the service which quiet good. But I think it's nearly one month to get an account to be fully activated! Can anybody believe that in today's market scenario, TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT, IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH TO FULLY ACTIVATE !!! And if you call to the bank, they will just keep on telling you the same story WAIT, WAIT and WAIT !!! I am totally frustrated with the kind of Service of the AXIS BANK.
                                        my the bank are name is takudzwa noel mwashaenyi, account number [protected], i got a new debit card months ago but i havent received the pin yet.the guys at the branch, threeke branch ludhiana are always telling me to wait, im now frustrated and im a foreigner.please help me get my pin today...
