Hi,

I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account.

I am going to close...

1. Three quarters there is consolidated charges deducted, after complaint to branch they agreed to reverse the charges and accordingly 2 consolidated charges reversal done and remaining one will be committed to do in next month (First Week of April 13) by Vice president and Branch head of Axis Bank Borivali West. But after following with them bank is saying they are now unable to reverse the charges without specifying any reasons....

I have open salary account in axis bank acc no.XXX with trading account on November 2012. Axis bank representative told me that trading account is free with axis bank salary account without any extra charges. But on 30-jan-2013 axis bank deducted Rs.450 from my salary account as a opening charges of trading account. I have been having a salary account with the Axis Bank since 2009. I also have Axis Bank Credit Card. And which i have not used for almost 6 months plus now.

I have regularly made minimum payment to this credit card every month and last payment I have made in cash Rs.3,500 dated 28/12/2012 towards outstanding of Rs.32,373/-. The bank has placed lien on my salary account on the same day and blocked my bank...

I haven't receive any Gift Voucher yet. as Axis Bank Credit Card Agent assure to me about Gift Voucher Worth Rs 500/- at the time of delivery of card.
