As I am new customer for AXIS BANK and I have opened my salary account and I have given documents to bank executive Mr.Naveen from Srinagar Colony Branch,Ameerpet, till know i haven't received my welcome kit and when i call to customer care i will be getting different answers, neither the courier person contacted me not bank, at least they don't have a courtesy to followup, how the things are going on.


Waste services from AXIS BANK and from PRVS COURIER centre its better to stop relationship with that waste courier services,!

      NON RECEIPT OF PENSION AMOUNT

      Since January 2013 the said Bnak has not been crediting my pension amount .My PPO NO is-WB/PRB/ 9891 in spite my submission of life form in second time in Feb-28,2013. (First time i had submitted on 12/12/12 just within 7days after receiviing from Bank which was misplaced at their end as such I have submitted 2nd time.) I had several time requested by mail over phone but response till date.

      Dear Sir,
      I had submitted the dispute transaction form to Axis bank on dated 09.05.2013 but till date settlement has not been carried out. I had gone through the police station on dated 08 May'13, they refuse to log the FIR as they told me that bank has to verified that fake transaction has been carried out through bank so that respective authorized person from bank has to provide the data before logging the FIR.
      On regular followup, today bank representative told me that i have to launch the FIR for the same. Its totally ridiculous support getting from Axis bank. I have no hope that this fake transaction has been settled by bank.
      Requested you to please look at the matter.

        hello sir I made a withdrawl of Rs 10000 on[protected] from UCO Bank ATM from Mandawali Fazilpur ATM but I didnt received the cash for this I logged a complaint at my branch CR Park on[protected] but till the date there is no response from bank . kindly do the needful ASAP

          Dear Sir I have a salary bank account with axis bank branch shakti nagar A/c no. [protected] and customer D[protected]. On 27/04/2013 the bank has wrongly debited a sum of Rs.587.97/- from my account for AMC charges pertains to a Demat A/c but i have no such account with Bank. i have submitted my complaint letter to the base branch and i had a conversation with Mr. Deepak(Customer Representative) and he assure me for a needful action as soon as possible but its 1 week past there is no response from such branch. I hope an earliest needful action from your good side.

          Banking — wrongly money deduct with my account

          Hi Dear

          I have a complaint against sbi fatehpur (u.p.) branch in the atm cash not come out any cash deducted with my account I had send the mail to all the sbi executive but there are nothin response this incident happen on 04.04.2009

          In your case you will have to contact the bank whose ATM you were operating, giving them the account details of the Debit card you were using. Once they find the discrepency in the cash disbursement from the ATM machine, they will refund it back to the same account.

          The bank should be able to trace this at the EOD settlement and the money should be back in his account. It would take sometime as Bank would need to dig out the cash totals from the ATMs and not all of the ATMs are maintained by banks.

          Please be also advised to keep the slips containing the error messages handy though, in case they were required.

          Trust this would suffice.

            I received My Axis Bank Credit card Bill for April for Rs:0.45p ( Forty Five Paise Only). I called up Axis Bank Credit card customer care, on 1st of May 2013, and enquired whether I can make a cash payment against the above bill. I was told yes I Can make cash payment. I made the cash payment of Rs:0.50paise at Axis Bank's Nariman Point Branch on 3rd of May, well before due date.

            I am was very much shocked to receive a Bill of Rs:56.18 in this current month. Upon enquiring, I was told that this were the charges for making cash payment of Rs:0.45 paise against my last bill. I called and informed that why was I not informed by the customer care executive nor the executive who accepted my cash payment that , if I make cash payment there would be charges that would be levied. I Called for the call records and again it was confirmed that the customer care executive had not informed me about the any cash payment charges that would be involved if I made any cash payment.

            I requested the customer credit executive to waive off the charges however he pleaded his inability to do so.

            This is a clear case of fleecing the customer. For making a cash payment of 0.45 paise I am being wrongly penalized with a cash payment charges of Rs:56.18. Had I been informed by the customer care executive of Axis Bank Credit, about the charges that I would have to pay for making cash payment I would have paid the amount by cheque. Imagine that for raising a bill of Rs:0.45 paise, the Bank has printed the statement, sent it by courier involving at least a cost of Minimum Rs:50/- and wasting precious paper and contributing to damage of environment.

            Why is an honest customer who makes timely payment being penalized.

              so i have requested all kindly proved my amounts and take action for sakchi branch jamshedpur jharkhand
              Why don’t you contact your bank where you are holding your account? I had a similar situation which was resolved by my bank.

DAILY I AM TAKING UPDATES FROM BANK ALWAYS THEY ARE TELLING IT WILL GET OPEN IN 2DAYS. I DEPOSITED THE CHEQUE OF RS51480 . IT'S A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD NEVER SEEN IN MY CARRIER LIKE THIS.                 Bank — regarding account

                dear sir/madam
                i have campainnt before also before name sanjeet singh regarding accont i have open an account in axis bank twenty days ago still its not being activated one of the person come in our street and and said i m from axis bank he has the id also and lot of form(opening form) with debit cards along with that macine(sweping)with debit card code he said give ur id proof we will open an acount throught 300 rs so many of my frinds and me gave our id he took id and filled form and give us welcome kit along with debit card the person who came tols us wrong information that ur main branch is nit 1 you cxan deposit any ammount below 50,000. after campaint i got lots of call regarding the same case from many of persons some is saying dont campailnt we will open ur file is in login some one is saying we want ur id proof agian third one is saying our branch is new so dont we will refund ur money i agreed but they are not giving me my id proof back i went also in nit 1 barnch from there i got to vbad response from their recepcininst and operation head name gouran gupta we dont know regarding this u r fool y u opend with 300 rs accont i showed atm also but no response said by him catch him from whom u opened dan after two days i got call from the same opetion head nit1 branch in faridabad axis bank its meera bagh branch accont its poverty line accont and after talking he cuted the phone we cannot help you regarding this as sais given above after the call i got so please sir/madam i want my id proof return back i dont want to open an account in thier bank thier peapole dont how to handle the custmer no sense the way they are talking hope so i will get back my id proof with my money my name sanjeet singh num [protected]

                  Axis Bank — Over limit fee

                  This is S.Jayakrishnan. I have been charged over limit fee for more than three months for not going over limit certainly interest charge posted with out any notice over limit fee is charged for not making any transaction.

                    With you due respect I am having account number [protected] Name SHAMBHU NATH I am having a problem with transaction dated 18/07/2010 Amounting Rs 5000 I have-not withdrawal the money I went there to withdraw money but your ATM was not working so I withdraw money from ICICI ATM amounting Rs 700. I have already gone 2 times to bank and given complained in written and complained on your customer care also.
                    I have read the RBI guidelines also under which you have to pay money in 12 days. I am attaching it so that you can also read it

                    Axis Bank — withdrawal of money from account without notice

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I opened a savings account in AXIS Bank in 2002. I made the transactions till 2005. I left the minimum balance of Rs:500 in the account and did not close the account. Till 2009 there was no deductions made. In 2010 there were 2 major deductions being made. One of Rs 581 on 27/03/2010 and another of Rs 750 in June 2010. These deductions were made without any reason and without any prior notice given to me. This is Injustice made towards me. Please help me. My ATM card No. is:[protected]

I have notice that an amount Rs. 1500/- has been debited from my account.

                    I have lodged complain with customer care dt. 24.05.2011 my complaint no [protected] but till date the problem has not been resolved.

                    Therefore, I would request you to resolve the matter and arrange to credit Rs.1500/- to my savings account without further delay.

                    so please help me and i want my money back and i want make a complain against the bank staff and such a employee who done like this stupid mistake i am very thankful to you
                    very poor service and i am not satisfied with axis bank.

                        Hello Sir/Ma'm,
                        I have salary account with Axis Bank which was open in Dec.2011,at the time of opening this account the person from the bank insisted me to open the Demat account also but i clearly told him that i am not interested at all but he insisted me a lot saying that please open the account as i to have to meet my targets also and you can close it later on and their will be No charges.i agreed to open the account on condition that their will be no charges and and i will not use the Demat services.

                        Few days later i also received a call from the bank regarding the demat account but i clearly told them to close the account as i was not interested in using the Demat services at that time they did not informed anything.

                        Now after almost 1 and half year later they have deducted Rs.561.80 from my account for Demat charges.

                        When i contacted them they are now saying that the account was free for the first year and these are the charges for the current year.

                        They are not ready to listen to me that their employee told me that the account is totally free and infact justifying their charges even after knowing the whole story.

                        i have asked them to cross-verify it from their employees who opened my account also the person who called me and didn't closed the account or didn't informed me how to close it.

                        This is really a cheating on their part as they didn't even informed me before deducting the charges.

                        You are requested to take some action and help me in getting my money back.

                        Please see the following mail, which I wrote to axis bank Anna Nagar branch head, after this mail we had discussion also & i have been told that some of the charges they will refund but till today there is no reply of my any mails & no refund.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        My name is Santosh Chavan I am having a savings a/c in your branch & my a/c no is [protected]. My problem is on 30/10/2008 I have checked my account balance which was Rs. 234/- so I have issued 1 cheque of Rs. 177/- towards HSBC bank. Then on a same day you have charged me 120 Rs. Which your customer care people telling me for Mobile banking. But on 30-09-08 you people have charged me some 100 Rs. Which I asked for what it is, then I got the answer from your customer care people that it is for Mobile banking (which I got to know before this new problem has occurred)

                        I didn't got any intimation from your side for your charge, your guy is telling me that we are giving intimation at the start only. Then what it the use of Mobile banking ??? I should know each & every transaction of my account. Due to your charges of Rs. 120 my cheque got bounced which I issued for my credit card payment. & for which you have charged me 400 Rs. approx. then can you just tell me what is my fault in this ???? Now you charged me 400 Rs, then that HSBC will also charge me some penalty then your 1 mistake cost me nearby[protected] Rs. Which I am not going to pay, & you have to give me clarification on this.
                        After discussing so many times with your people I got the information that the 100 Rs which you have charged me on 30-09-08 it is for intercity cash deposit. But sir As per my knowledge & as per your rules & regulations I can do 1 intercity deposit in a quarter so kindly check my statement whether I have made any cash deposit in my account before, & the whatever information I got from your side is absolutely wrong.

                        I want clarification on following issues.

                        1) Why you have charged me 100 rest. On 30-09-08 ??
                        2) Why your customer care guy has given me wrong info saying that it was for mobile banking ?? ( due to his wrong info I thought my mobile banking charges has been debited, so I am not responsible for the bounce of my cheque & for any charges from both the side.

                        The mistake has been done from your side, so please clarify it. & if the HSBC will charge me any penalty then that also you need to pay, I am not going to pay any penalties when there is not my fault.

When I checked with customer care they said that due to 0.59 paise, as we didn't received complete payment so we have charged it. the interest charge Rs.210.64 & service tax Rs. 22.82 this charges is levied to my account. I was thinking to to pay complete amount of 2 installment Rs.7575.31 by this month. But, there are fooling the customer.

                          This is to inform you all Axis bank is the worst bank.Never ever open account with them thy will misguide you first they will tell you have to maintain 10000 on quarterely basis after a month if you are failed to maintain the balance of 10k thn the charges thy gonna deduct from your account is 1800 rs which is a big account.

                            This is Selva Kumar. Initially i had Rs 2689 INR. I tried to withdraw an amount of (Rs 1500 INR) using AXIS Bank (Titanium Rewards) Debit Card from the YES Bank ATM branch on Tuesday(7th May 2013) at 9.30 PM. The transaction was failed and it it showed an error message like TRANSACTION NOT SUPPORTED ON THE TERMINAL and then i tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 1000 INR and it showed the same error message. Again i tried to debit for Rs 1000 and it came like Insufficient Funds error. Then I checked my balance in the nearby Bank Of Baroda ATM it showed like i have only Rs 189. So I request you to take action as soon as possible.

                                I gave a complaint on sunday that my edc machine is not working and i cant able to take settlement....1st for 10 to 15 calls they never PICKED the call.....2nd is this is the 4th machine they giving which will work for 20days only......3rd is they said they will come and give u new machine next day.....tomorrow is saturday and 1 week is over now.....i cant able to do business now already 1 week gone....i have my ECS in this account n i dont know what to do....

                                SBI employee must take management training...I tried calling there so many times, 75% they won't receive the call, if bymistakes it gets connected then other person will shout at you like anything and as usual gives other number to call, which will never be responded..
                                same thing happned to me, after long time my call got connected and a person asked me to call on other number, i said no one picks up the phone then he transferred the line (which dosen't happen) and without checking that he simply kept the phone aside and there is no response. agin i tried to call up bt now the message was "The line is temporary out of service". why don't people sit at home if they are not really intrested in working

                                SBI employee should improve their behaviour, they should be given a traininng how to beheave with the customers.

Bangalore to make telephone regarding amount sent Rs.17700/- to Inder pal who is having an current a/c in your Bank # [protected]. as per instruction from Dr.Harry Edward and he said that morning his delivery agent would arrive our country that is India and this morning this delivery gave us call that lottery amount of 300, 000 USD has arrived to Indira Gandi International Airport New Delhi and said us make a payment of RS.17, 700/- for custom clearance and gave us above motioned name and account number. Then later on after depositing said amount we came to know that we have been cheated again he asking more money which copies of the documents hav been attached for your kind reference.

                                Please see this matter carefully as this is fraud case and what could be done and how could we people get back money as soon as possible.

I have closed my demat account a year back. Now they say, we have not closed your account as we have not received your closure form. I submitted Demat closure form in Marthahalli branch. But the stupid lady who took my form and not submitted in JP nagar branch. this is how they handles the customer issues. No proper acknowledgement/follow ups.

                                    am also have the same problem.first i dont know how they are charging. after that i searched my personal email regarding axis direct. they are sending one email every month in the name of "AXIS BANK : Demat Statement of Account cum Billing for Client ID:xxxx". in this statement, i found each debit trasaction RS.25 they are charging but not for crediting shares . for this debit tracsacation charge is 0.04 but minimum amount is RS. 25. For example i[censored] sell one share

                                    1*0.04=0.04(so minimum rs.25 will be charge)
                                    1000*0.04=40 ( now rs. 40 will be charge bcoz the amount is greater than rs.25)

                                    like above they will accumulate all debit charges for previous month and debit coming months.so that just go and verify how many debit transaction you did for previous month and verify that. they will mention date period in that statement

I have a salary account with this Bank. Customer Care has said may be a Dmat account got opened by mistake and asked me to visit the branch or contact on phone, but the branch is not picking up the phone[protected] and[protected].                                     They deducted 745 from my account Yesterday. I have closed my Demat account a Year back. I have submitted my closure form too. But i am not sure why they are deducting the account.

                                    I also have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in hyderbad main branch, I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but they are not telling me why they are deducting this amount.

                                    I've faced the same issue today. I am having a Demat Account, while opening the account they've mentioned as the annual charges would be 500rs + Taxes. I am not sure why they are deducted 737.28rs. Is the tax for 500rs is 237rs as per Axis Bank?. Many times I've seen they are deducting money for the sms services, which I never mind. But this one at least thereshould be an intimation before they are deducting, which your not doing and which is clearly showing the value your giving to the customer
                                    Same Problem My account was debited Rs.747.50 today i.e 16 Jul '16 as Consolidated DP Charges. Why is it happened I don't know, Why this amount is charged from my account? Without any information.

                                    Hi, This is Thillai Chidambaram S. Same thing has happen to me last month. Rs 748 has been deducted without my knowledge. There was no notification about this charge. Even i contact the axis bank general number, home branch and also emailed to "[protected]@axisdirect.in". There is no response from the Axix Bank. I am planning to close all axis accounts myself and my family. I am also going to speak to our HR to stop salary account for axis. Let me know if someone has any advise.

                                    I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges of 747 " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account.

                                    I am going to close the account asap.

                                    Where i can complain about axis bank regarding consolidated DP charges as they are deducting it on every month while they are saying in mail that it will deduct only once in a year.

                                    My account was debited Rs.558.97 as Consolidated DP Charges. Many time i got the call form customer care for open the demate account and always i told -NO, i not require it
                                    Why this amount is charged from my account???
                                    With out inform me, how you deduct this amount from my account while i did not open the demote account
                                    Their customer care is not worth asking.They don't give correct information.
                                    You'll have to give reply for this. I would request you to please take action against them.

                                    My account was debited Rs.357 as Consolidated DP Charges. on 19.8.2017
                                    Without inform me,
                                    within 6 month total around Rs 4500 prox is deducted from my acc.

                                    Their customer care is not correctly giving the detail of charges.They don't give correct information.

                                    I am also facing the same problem and written email to get info. For around 1 year AXIS has charged me 2000+ RS as consolidated DP charges. Which is not acceptable. and above provided short url (http://bit.ly/1aw7Dov ) does not tell anything about the charges instead its redirects to only axis bank site.

                                    Today I'm just giving you ### on your service and unethical process in an illegal way. You guys have opened my account and selected to opt Demet Account without any information while just ask to sign on many documents in office hour. Today I reviewed my account statement and showed that 885 amount was deducted, what the messup game to EARN money, and blackmailing the person. I need my money back, otherwise, I will sssuuuuuu you all on social media network and search engine, while creating Blogspot page on your threating money in an illegal way.

                                      1. Three quarters there is consolidated charges deducted, after complaint to branch they agreed to reverse the charges and accordingly 2 consolidated charges reversal done and remaining one will be committed to do in next month (First Week of April 13) by Vice president and Branch head of Axis Bank Borivali West. But after following with them bank is saying they are now unable to reverse the charges without specifying any reasons.
