I have a complain that there is some illegal transaction with my company’s bank account of Axis Bank (A/C Name : R Tech Solutions ). I would like to inform you that please stop the dispatch of booked product of delivery address and verify the full transaction. Please also provide me valid information regarding the full transaction. For this illegal activity I have also complain to the Axis Bank and a FIR to local police station. Axis Bank — Fraud in account

I have NRI Salary account in AXIS Bank, Fort branch Mumbai my Account No: [protected].
On[protected] Three Transaction made from my account without my knowledge of 50000 Rs, 40000 Rs and 25000 Rs. when I seen alert in my mail, I have contacted to our company reprensentative in Mumbai, she has talk to AXIS Bank and closed my account for online transaction...
Then After I have contacted to Mumbai Branch by phone, they have told me that they have filled FIR,
Since one year I have not get any feedback from bank about my money or case details...

My name is Praphulla Kumar. I am holding a Saving Account which Account No. is [protected]. Attrandome dated on 29th Sep. 2011 Fraud Transaction from my Account. Next day Mr. Rahul Call me that your Account is unsafe so close your devit card. This Transaction is fraud.
But this time debited from my Account 13910 Rs. This amount is not refund my account to till date. Bank’s name Axis Bank situated at Jhandewalan, Rani Jhansi Road, New Delhi -110055.

Which i should not give but gave because they told that they are representative of axis bank. After few minutes i got an message that 5299 was spent on your credit card at 06:55pm on 19 Jan 2015. I was surprised that i am sitting in Gujarat office and how come i can swipe my card at 06:55pm. Immediately i called to toll free number and spoke with Monohar and told all the story he advise me not to share any confidential material with third party and he blocked my card.I request you please stop the payment of the vendor Monarch epaykerela. I request your team to please work on this and help me to get that amount back to my account.
Dear Sir, I have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected]) from Master and Visa Verification Department at SBI Kerela on 4 FEB 2015.     I had applied for an Home Loan through Axis Bank(Secunderabad S.P road Hyderabad A.P) last month for couple of reasons :

    Firstly , the seller of the Flat had an existing loan with Axis Bank and secondly My salary account was also through Axis Bank.
    I thought this would really make things easier.

    I have an absolute clean record with Loan settlements and credit defaults.My eligibility was quite above the requested amount. This made me absolute confident that my loan would sail through and completed rest of the formalities with the seller.

    To my absolute astonishment I got no response from the bank for close to 10 days wherein I was suppose to get a response within 3 days as promised by the Axis Bank Agent(Ashish).

    When contacted I get another shocker that my loan actually got rejected and reason stated by the agent was that my CBIL score was around 300 which was extremely low.

    I was really in great shock and disappointed as now a days even organizations are verifying for a good CBIL score to offer any job opportunities.

    I started getting multiple communications from AXIS bank that by loan got rejected - on SMS, on E-Mails on my co applicants number,email, to my physical address... This really made my annnoyed and I decided to apply to CBIL to get a detailed CBIL report to see where did I go wrong.

    When I did get my CBIL score I was extremely happy as my score was 730 + which is considered good.

    When I contacted the bank sales manager & Agent , even they were surprised and said such mishaps are common and could be due to some negligence.

    This incident taught me the greates lesson in life - NEVER DEAL WITH AXIS BANK.

    Well, after all this I lost the opportunity to buy my dream flat - courtesy Axis Bank.

    My Application ID was : [protected]. I heard I could sue the bank for losing out on an opportunity equilant to the flat price. Not sure.

        The RBI has issued fresh directives in view of the numerous complaints from credit card holders, especially with regard to excessive finance charges and issuance o[censored]nsolicited cards, it said.

        Besides, complaints like charging annual fee on what were being offered as free cards, issuance of loans over phone, disputes over wrong billing, difficulty in accessing the credit card issuers and poor response from the call centres, it said.

        Giving detailed guidelines for credit card operations, the RBI had earlier asked the banks to declare upfront the interest rate, various charges and the methodology of calculation of finance charges with illustrative examples.

        As per an RBI circular issued in 2007, card companies should prescribe a ceiling rate of interest, including processing and other charges in case of small value personal loans and loans similar in nature.

        There should be transparency in levying differential interest rates, it had said, adding, the banks should publicise through their website and other means, the interest rates charged to various categories of customers.

        The circular also advised banks to indicate to the credit card holder upfront, the methodology of calculation of finance charges with illustrative examples, particularly in situations where only a part of the amount outstanding is paid by the customer.

        RBI had also asked banks to ensure that wrong bills are not raised and issued to customers. In case, a customer protests any bill, the bank should provide explanation and, if necessary, documentary evidence to the customer within a maximum period of sixty days with a spirit to amicably redress the grievances, the circular had said.

        Axis Bank — wrong amount credited

        I did a Fixed deposit number [protected].
        On maturity,the bank credited less amount in my account.
        I tried to call them,but they are intentionally disconnecting my calls.

        Axis Bank — wrong charges for personal loan

        The Loan amount credited to my account on 22/04/07 but interest for 02/04/07 to 20/04/07 of Rs 1503 debited in loan statment and instalment of Rs 4686 debited to my account and after follow up loan amount credited to my account. I did follow up for the refund of the same but no results.
        Hi Team,

        I had a word with Suresh from Axis bank escalation desk, now the Story starts from here. I made a charge on my CC of 35000 on 05/10/2012. To which I made a payment of 12000 on 31/10/202 for which my balance comes down to 23000. On 1/12/2012 1 more statement is generated which has a opening Balance of 23459.61. During this Period I made 2 more payments 1 on 19/11/2012 7500 and again on 26/11/2012 4700.

        Also there was 2 charges on my CC 5000 and 6583 respectively.

        Now I need to know why am I charged 1708.34 as Interest debit, so according to you call centre representatives, ineterst rate of 2.95 % is applicable on 35000 and this is from the date charge was made which is 05/10/2012.

        I am highly offended which these kind of guidelines my Bank follows. I made interim payments so my balance reduces and hereby my interest amount also reduces.

        According to Axis Bank if an amount of 500 is left as a balance on my CC for the charge of 35000/ for 500 balance axis bank will charge me interest of 2.95% on 35000/ is this the way Banks functions.

          Greetings to you.

          I am Ramakrishna.

          I have got admission in Axis Bank Young Bankers Program (ABYBP). The program is about we have to do PG Diploma in MBA offered by Manipal University, Bangalore . The fee was about Rs.3,37,080/- for which axis bank was tie up with HDFC credilia to offer the education loan or else we can pay the amount from our own pocket (My family is not in a situation to get 3 lakhs for me).After completion of this PG diploma in MBA the candidate will be getting Assistant Manager post.

          My problem was HDFC Credilia has rejected my loan showing the reason co-applicant or nominee should be only any of the following father,mother,sister or brother and that concerned nominee should be working in public or private organisations but the only nominee i had is my father who is a farmer.I was even ready to keep nominee as my paternal uncle who is constable in AP Police department.But the HDFC Credilia had not accepted.When contacted the axis bank recruitment hr team about the same and any other alternative way to avail the loan they haven't replied me .the fee payment due date is 28 November . I got the ABYBP admission letter on 22 November Evening.I mailed the axis bank recruitment team as many as 6 times but not a single reply came.


          I think now I lost the job because of the reason I came from unemployed,uneducated family.I am asking Government of India what is this social Inequality.Please take necessary action against the organisations encouraging the discrimination based on economic status, employment status,educational status.Is the people who came from uneducated is banned from doing jobs in the democratic country of India?

          Please inform me if you require any other details to take necessary action.

            Hi,

            Myself Rajesh Dupukuntla had applied for AXIS MYWINGS([protected]) credit card, after receiving the card I came to know
            that the offers/features explained by your representative are different from actual. So I made a request for cancling the card(MY WINGS ). I
            got call from your representative,retention department and I explained why I am canceling the card, then she suggested me to swap the card with platinum card. She assured me that I need pay membership fee for platinum card only. But membership fee is charged for MYWINGS card which is
            Rs.1200+applicable taxes, for the same I called customer service department made a request/complaint for reversal of membership fee
            complaint no is:62646385 on 20-Oct-2012, For the same I sent a mail on 12-Nov-2012, as well as 14-Nov-2012 till date resolution is not made.

            Apart from this my payment due date is 14-nov-2012 and I made a payment on 14th Nov itself through bill desk which is provided by the bank and it has been realized to bank on 19-Nov-2012,for this they charged late payment fee,debit interest and service tax. I demanded the reversal of applicable charges and taxes on 30-Nov-2012 and they reversed the late payment fee and service tax but not debit interest. So I called them on 2-Dec-2012 for reversal of debit interest, they declined my request/demand claiming that I made the payment late,so they can not reverse the debit interest. I use other bank credit cards as well as and I make the payment on due date and it will be realized to bank after 2 days but they never charged me late payment charges.

            What is my request is that I am paying charges and fees which are not my mistake. please look into the issue and do the needful ASAP

                My complaint is on AXIS Bank regarding my salary account which was used by someone else. I have lodged a complaint by calling the customer service and got a complaint No.-6921015 on 2nd November 2012.
                I joined ACS on 17th September 2012 and had to open a new account at AXIS Bank as they don't have tie up with any other bank. I asked to transfer my salary at CITIBANK Suvidha account as I have been an account holder from last 7 to 8 years with CITIBANK and got my salary credited from my previous employers for whom I worked for like Convergys, AON Hewitt etc. My account was active and I got my debit card and the ATM pin number in a sealed pack envelope. I received my cheque book on 27th September 2012 at my office address from the mail room and after that I didn't receive anything else from the bank at my office address or at my home address till date (13th November 2012). I didn't receive any message in my mobile number which I mentioned while filling the application form.
                I got my first 13 days salary of September in the account and I used my ATM for the first time in the first week of October 2012 to withdraw money as I had to pay my rent. But I didn't receive any sms in my mobile which ideally should be sent automatically as the number was mentioned clearly. The application form was filled with all the details(Id Proof-Voter Id)as assisted by two representatives at our office premises at the time of joining the company.
                My salary for the month of October was credited on 31st October and was debited on the same day in 5 transactions for online Airtel purchase/Mumbai which I came to know when I took out a Mini Statement at an ATM in East Of Kailash. I lodged my complaint at customer service desk and went to a Police Station at Sector-58,Noida but they declined my request to lodge an FIR saying that bank is responsible to investigate this type of matter. I visited the Main Branch of AXIS Bank at Connaught Place in Statesman Building, Barakhamba Road and had a word with the Branch Manager explaining the whole story. She responded saying that an investigation will be done which can take 15 to 30 days and then she got my debit card deactivated. I was told that the investigation report will be conveyed to me through email and at present they can't help me in this matter.
                I received an email from Ritika Juneja,Senior Manager on 10th November mentioning as below:
                "We would like to clarify that the transactions done through Verified by MasterCard Secured Code are secured transactions and the same cannot be done unless the person possession of all the aforesaid details, which are confidential in nature and known only to the cardholder unless the cardholder divulges the same to a third party. It appears that in present case you might have divulged all the aforesaid details to some third party, which resulted in aforesaid transaction from your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, registration data and other verification information established by you with MasterCard Secure Connection.Axis Bank will not be liable for any loss or damage, if any arising from your failure to cope up with the Terms of Service."
                I want to sue the bank for such a service they provide to the people who trust them that their money is safe in there hands. I had no access to internet banking as my phone was not registered. Moreover,this is new account and I was waiting for my complete salary as Diwali festival was approaching and I had to send money to my parents as my Dad is retired and my Mom is a housewife and they are more than 60 years old staying in Kolkata.
                They care a damn because we are weak and from a lower class family and they are corporate entities who can suppress if any mistake is done from there end. I explained them clearly that I don't have access to online banking and didn't receive anything else apart from a debit card and an ATM pin.
                I was in office and we don't have access to internet on the floor and I didn't receive any message in my mobile. Then how can I know that my salary got credited,moreover, I have a Vodafone connection and the transaction were made at 9PM on 31st October for Airtel in Mumbai. The transaction details are mentioned below:

                My complaint is on AXIS Bank regarding my salary account which was used by someone else. I have a complaint lodged by calling thee customer service and got a complaint No.-6921015 on 2ND November 2012.
                My salary got credited on 31st evening and theen by 9 pm approx. thee whole amount was debited in 5 transactions therough Internet banking and I came to know when I came home in thee morning from my office and went to a nearby ATM to withedraw some money to pay my rent. I lodged a complaint at thee AXIS Bank Customer Care and theey said thee investigation will take 15 days or more. I went to my office thee next day and informed my Managers and theen to HR representative but no help. Then next day I went to thee Noida police station at Sector-58 to lodge a complaint but theey declined to do so saying bank needs to solve thee issue. I visited thee Main Branch of AXIS Bank at Connaught Place in Statesman Building, Barakhamba Road and had a word withe thee Branch Manager explaining thee whole story.                 On 10the November I received an email from Ritika Juneja,senior manager and as per thee investigating report, thee transactions are genuine and no fraud is detected. I am told theat I must have given my Internet access codes to thee theird party and theat's how thee transaction took and bank is not responsible for thee same.
                I was in office and we don't have access to thee Internet on thee floor and I didn't receive any message in my mobile. Then how can I know theat my salary got credited,moreover, I have a Vodafone connection and thee transaction were made at 9PM on 31st October for Airtel in Mumbai. The transaction details are mentioned below:

                  I am truly dissapointed by the services provided by Axis bank credit card.
                  I have submitted a complaint earlier three months back with consumner court but still no solution. Even Axis Bank has accepted that something wrong has happened, but none of official is interested in solving customer's problem. Further to my complaint each time I am writing to grievience cell and I am fed up of same reply again and again. Please see below reply of Axis. Customers like us seems there is no place for justice against something wrong happening to us.

                  I had purchased a costly sony zoom digicam item code[protected] through Axis bank credit card ([protected]) with EMI of 6 month option. The purchase price for item was Rs 20133/- + Rs 512.83/- as EMI charges taken by ebay . My ebay user id kavade1984.
                  I received the item from ebay seller after making my payments through interest free EMI option. However, I was surprised to see my credit card bill. The entire amount i.e. Rs 20133/- + Rs 512.83(EMI charges) was charged in single month to me.
                  I contact ebay through their customer care toll free number - They say that they have approved the EMI now the bank has to convert it to EMI. On contacting the bank, the bank says it has to be done by merchant. It is like a bull run here and there with no solution. Finally I wrote to customer care of Axis bank credit card and they are saying a whole different story - WE DON T HAVE ANY OPTION OF EMI purchase WITH EBAY
                  What is going on? If there is no emi option how come they charged 512.83/- as emi processing fee. Now i have to make full payment or they will charge interest which is head blowing (1.5% per month on principal - which is around 1500 per month for three months)
                  If any one has faced such problem and has got solution; please let me know through email given at end of this complaint. I shall be grateful to you. We have to be as a team of aware customers to fight against fraud like this. Such fraudsters get away when we keep silent.
                  I had made this costly purchase only because it was available for purchase under EMI option. But this type of cheat and fraud has seriously impacted my financial condition. It is almost a month salary to a person like me with a family to look after.
                  Can anyone suggest me what action can I take against Axis or Ebay to get what is promised to customers? I have all valid documentation from Ebay as well as bank email correspondences required to sue these criminals but dont know how to proceed.

                  I had applied for the Axis bank credit card in the month of Jun 2007 but it was declined for the reasons best known to the bank despite the fact that verification was conducted by local as well as your delhi/ chandigarh verification department. Again recently in the month of February I received a call from your local branch at Jammu intimating me that my card has been approved and I shall have to complete some formalities . Accordingly I visited your local branch and your executive again got filled up my one more form for issuance of credit card . Again verification was done at local as well as at chandigarh level I was assured by your executives of the chandigarh branch as well as local branch that the card shall be issued and in addittion one add on card in the name of my wife shall also be issued.
                  But very sorry to say that the card has not till been issued to me. This is very sorry state of affairs at the part of your bank
                  I may mention here that I am regual account holder of your bank since the inception of your branch at Jammu my account as well as personal detail is given as under for your ready reference.


                  Further I would like to mention here that I am a gazzetted office in the Ministry of Communications and IT Department of Posts india PAN card holder and income tax payee, if your bank is not going to issue me the card then to whome the cards are being issued.

                  If still the bank is not going to issue me the card for the reasons best known to the bank I would like to see the following documents submitted by yuor local branch to credit card department as I smell some foul play in it.

I made purchase for 470 rupees. but i never received statement from them. and later after 3 months i got a statement for which i had a fine of not paying on time. the fine amounted for more that 300 rupees. so when i inquired about it they said it was because they had a problem with courier service they were not able to sent it on time and they had to get a new courier contract. so it was their mistake, they never alerted my by mail phone or statement. and now every month i receive a statement with fine which amounts to more than 2000 rupees. i had contacted customer service many times but of no result.                   Axis Bank — Incorrect EMI charged

                  I have an Auto Loan (AU[protected] running through AXIS Bank, despite of maintaining the balance more than EMI amount throughout the month, they have not presented the ECS in time and they have debited with an excess amount the following month.

                  Axis bank really don't care timely for their customers. All these posts show what's wrong with our banking sector.
                  I recall few years back -when an ATM transaction fails you had to run behind banks for getting your money. But the moment RBI passed a circular that banks shall be penalized for not reversing the transaction in 24 hours changed the scenario. May be service sectors, specially banking sector needs penalty obligations to serve their customers in time. In India the scenario doesn't seem to change unless penal action is taken.

                    In Feb 2008, I had taken one personal loan from Axis Bank - Bangalore and My Loan a/c number is PP[protected]. They promised to give 1% Cash-Back offer for every completion of 12 installments. This has been mentioned in Sanction Letter.

                    In 05/08/2008 , they intentionally charged 562.00 as "Cheque Bouncing Charges", though I had sufficient balance in my savings account. After I complained, they waived off my changes on 04/04/2009. Now , I have Closed my loan account . When asked my Cash-Back Offer, Bank peoples told as there was Late Payment Happened on 05/08/2008, they can't process my cash-back offer. My question is as this was a mistake from Axis Bank (NOT able to pull money as I had Sufficient Balance in my savings account), why they can't able to generate the Cash-Back offer.                       I would like to bring to your attention that i have not received by Home loan agreement document which i'm suppose to get it long long...
                      time back.

                      I have made seveal visit to the banks , phone call etc but not received my dosumnets. Every time i write / call on phone banking new request no is created. sometime i get POD no. but its also wrong . Every time new person on phone and explaining him the whole situation from start.Its pity that after several follow-up via mail and personal visit to the bank not received my documents.

                      document. I may need to think twice before advising others to go for Axis bank loan.

                                I went to axis bank ATM at katjuridanga,bankura..and tried to withdraw rs 10,000 but i got a receipt telling "UNABLE TO PROCESS" and i got no money. .. then i tried to draw rs 5000 again on the same atm machine and it was successful.. but this time the receipt is showing DEDUCTION OF RS 10,000 HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE... BUT THAT TIME I GOT NO MONEY.. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO...

                                    I hold a corporate salary account in axis bank for more than 4 years now. I was extremely satisfied with their service and offerings until a year back. The below incident was so much disturbing me on the fact that a behavior like that is never expected from a person or organization which served you, once, better.
                                    For the past one year i have been seeing some amount being debited frequently, [Monthly] from my account. The amount sums up to 1000+ during this period of a year. I didn't notice this earlier because i never checked the transactions due to the trust in the bank. But when i saw it last month i was curios to know why the amount is being debited. So i called their customer service on toll free [protected]. First a lady picked up and she finally came up with the update that the amount is deducted because i had ATM transaction from other bank ATM's for more than 5 times in month. One of the offering that Axis bank had for corporate salary account is "Unlimited free other bank ATM transactions". Please see the link http://www.axisbank.com/corp_interface/CTS/CTS.html . But she kept on arguing with me that there is no such offerings at Axis bank. Either she is spoon fed on what to tell or She doesn't even know anything other than what comes out of the Computer in front of her. So i decided to drop and told her i will call someone else. Then i called a second time on the same number, this time a guy picked up. i repeated the same to him also. I also confirmed that there are a few other of my colleagues who also have the same "Gold Debit card" and none of them had this problem. this guy was so arrogant that as i was telling this to him, he didn't want to hear what i have to say. He kept on telling me same thing again again and again. At one point he muted his phone and i can't here him no more. I kept on asking if he is there for next 5+ mts. finally i said i won't drop this call until u pick it up and talk to me. Then in 2 seconds i heard the call disconnect tone.

                                    One thing i want to bring into notice is , this i pure form of cheating. If you can't keep our money safe just say it open. I had better banks outside. The only reason i stay with you is because of the credibility you built in the first three years. But you just crushed that in one phone call.

                                      I Manoj Prabhakar Singh Panwar applied for open a new salary account in axis bank threw the company "justdial.com" on 1 sep 2012.
                                      It has been nearly two month and i have till not received the welcome kit containing my ATM card and pin despite of continuous reminders to the bank by me. This whole procedure has caused me great inconvenience and mental torture. bank address- noida sec-16 branch..

                                        I am a NRI based in Dubai and have a home loan from Axis Bank on floating rate of interest since 2008 for my apartment in Bangalore. I have been paying my EMIs on a regular basis. Recently when I checked my statement, I realised that I am being charged 12% interest on my outstanding home loan while I know most Indian banks are offering home loans at around 10.25 - 10.5% p.a.

                                        I also got a mailer from Axis Bank offering me to transfer the home loan balance from other other banks to Axis Bank at a ROI of 10.5% and processing fee o9f Rs 5000. When I approached Axis Bank to shift my existing loan to the new interest rate, they are saying they will allow me to only at 10.75% and Rs 10000 processing fee.

                                        Isnt this unfair. especially if I signed up at a floating rate, I should be given the best possible ROI that the bank is offering to any customer. Why am I being made to pay additional charges and interest because I am an existing customer.

                                        Axis Bank — Home Loan - Unfair Processing Charges

                                        In reference to my home loan application which was sanctioned by Axis Bank under PH_LNPHG_FLOATING/616822/RAC- FARIDABAD RAC/11-12 Dtd 7th Sept,11.
                                        I would like to bring to your notice that the processing charges of 11,030 is unfair which was debited from my account by Axis Bank - Home Loan Deptt.
                                        Initially when we submitted the documents for home loan sanction we have provided the booking application form that clearly mentioned that the flat is booked under balance on possession payment plan. Even got a call from Axis Bank at the time of loan sanctioning. In that telecon i have clearly stated that i am looking for a sanction under balance on possession (30-70) plan. The person on the telecon confirmed that it won't be a problem. Then the cheque of 5515/- was debited from my account on 9th Sept,11 after the loan is sanctioned.
                                        After the loan got sanctioned, I got the demand letter from the builder for the first payment. On account of which i have made the requisite payments (6,85,000)from my side to the builder by 1st Oct,11. Our file was logged in Axis Bank on 3rd Oct,2011 and after 2 weeks i got an answer from our DSA that Axis Bank has rejected the disbursal as Axis Bank has not approved the "Balance on Possession" plan. However my second cheque of 5515/- was also debited from my account on the second day of file logging i.e., 4th Oct,11 inspite of any disbursement. To my utmost shock after 2 weeks i was not expecting that Axis Bank will deny the disbursement - while loan was sanctioned and howcome 2 weeks were taken to respond on the disbursement status.
                                        We had to make the payment pertinent to the 1st demand to the builder on 29th Sept,11 + 7 days grace but because of Axis Bank Home Loan lethargic disbursement process it took 2 weeks to come up with an answer. Hence, we have missed out on the payment timeline provided by the builder..
                                        Hence, i think Axis Bank needs to re-examine the process of its home loan by atleast informing the customer on time regarding his/her disbursal status or at the time of sanctioning the loan.
                                        I have been following up with the bank on the same to refund the unfair processing charges of 11,030/-. I have already dropped four reminder mails to the Axis Bank Faridabad Branch customer care (Customercare.[protected]@axisbank.com) and till yet i have not got any revert or any reply from them - Pathetic service standards.
                                        Also i came to know from other sources that Axis Bank has done disbursement against the Balance on Posssession (30-70) payment plan against the same builder project. So howcome my disbursement is refused. I also feel cheated on the same.
                                        The cheques cleared from my account of amount 11030/- is against unfair charges hence i am looking for the compensation of the same. I have got my home loan cancelled from Axis Bank.
