Dear Sir/ Madam

This is Dilip Singh, i had applied for the credit card in the month of march i submitted all the documents and a executive commited me that i will get the limitation of min 50k according my salary. when i got my credit card there was the limitation only 20k i was shocked that was cheated with the company when i complained about this nobody was trying to listen and disconnect the call.

Now, I am using my credit card whatever i got the limitation amount i know that my bill generated on 30th of the month and have to pay the amount by next 10th of the month. for last 2 months i am getting a severly and harrased call form a lady from this number([protected]) and she talked me rudely everytime. I told several times to that lady please send me the statement that i can check my status even i provided my 2 mail id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in, [protected]@yahoo.co.in) but still i didnt get my statement for last 4 months.


I am really fed up with that lady call and whatever i have been cheated from the co.

      ON 27 MORNING OF JUN 13, I GOT A CALL FROM AXIS BANK HEAD OFFICE LOCATED AT WORLI IN MUMBAI, A REP OF THAT BANK GAVE A CALL TO ME THAT Rs 4000/ HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT. THAT REP CONFIRMED TWICE FROM ME THAT I HAVE DONE ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTION OR NOT. I GAVE A CLEAR CONFIRMATION THAT I HAVE NOT MADE ANY TRANSACTION. SAME DAY A MADE A VISIT TO MY BANK WHERE MY ACCOUNT IS AND THEY ALSO CONFIRMED IT THAT FINANCIAL TRANSACTION HAS BEEN DONE FROM ACCOUNT.         Sir/Madam

        I have tried to book the ticket in IRCTC twice on 7th august 2012 and it got failed on both the attempts . But the amount was deducted from my AXIS Bank (Rs 860 + Rs 860).

        The same case happened on 9th august 2012 where i was debited with rs 242 + rs 242.

        When i checked with irctc status, it shows "Refunded", "Refund instruction given to bank". But till now i didn't get the amount from AXIS bank.

          in first week of august 2012 my investment portfolio is showing all fd's record, but 14th august 2012 ,one fd is not showing in my portfolio, so pls look in to the matter, my f/d a/c no is [protected].
          today the 15th august i m in usa, i will return to jabalpur/india on 25th august 2012. so pls update my investment portfolio.

            This is with reference to Master Policy No. GSCA/609989-
            Name of member - IPSITA CHAKRABORTY

            I am in receipt of your letter dated 13/07/2012 informing me about the commencement of my annuity vide Annuity No. 091M[protected] and that the first annuity installment due is on 23/6/2012 for Rs 3383/- payable monthly.

            However, I may inform you that I have not received any Annuity amount till date. Kindly update me on the status of the same.

            My Savings Bank a/c no. is [protected] (Axis Bank Ltd, Bangalore Main branch) , MICR code[protected]. Please let me know whether the annuity amount will be directly credited to my above mentioned bank a/c every month or cheques will be sent for the same.

            Request you to please release the annuity amounts wef 23.6.2012.

              Inspite of sending cheques before the due date the same are not presented by axis bank and
              Undue penalty and interest is charged for non- realisations.
              No separate counter is available to register the complaints.
              The unrealised ( not presented) cheques are not returned inspite
              Of several reminders. The balance outstanding doesn't seem to
              Reduce after months even if regular payment is made and all this
              Due to illogical penalties and interest.

                Axis Bank debited Rs. 17.80 and ST Rs. 2.20 wrongly on 28.07.2012 from my a/c [protected]. First I went to my Branch at Berhampore on 04.08.2012, the bank employees are not agree to entertain about the small amount deduction. A/C Statement shows the charge due to "CONSOLIDATED CHARGE" But after sending a complaint, Axis Bank mail me that the said charge is due to "Off-us ATM Withdrawal Charge" Then I call in toll free service no[protected]. But from the opposite side of telephone request me to give him my 4 digit PIN code to verify the actual cause. I embarrassed at the system. Can any one say me what should I do?

                Fist thing first, now that we are aware we can do make free withdrawals from the other bank ATM's, subject to a maximum of five transactions per month, I will suggest you to check and verify with the mini statements or the mobile notifications you get once you withdraw cash from an ATM.

                Secondly, it is pity of the bank employees that they do not entertain their customer and you should write an email to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com. They have been good, at least to me, for this matter.

                Lastly, you need to provide and verify your banking credentials in order to access your account when you call the toll free helpline number, as it makes sure you are the correct and legitimate person to be provided the details about your financial details, I am sure you would not want any mix-ups with that! Just make sure you are making the call to the correct number, though.

                  I made net payment Rs.2759.00 to nashik municipal corporation on 25/7/2012 using debit card of SBI via Axis bank window but neither payment is not made to NMC nor it is returned to my SBI account ( Money Rs 2759.00 is deducted from my SBI a/c). SBI a/c no. is [protected]. The transcation pos is[protected]. The payment is made for house tax. The index no of my house is 3151050 and house no is [protected].
                  Either the payment should be made to NMC against the house tax or money should be deposited to my SBI a/c.

                    HI,

                    I am using corporate gold credit card from axis bank this is regarding the interest rate which is reflecting in my this month statement of amount 324 rs +service tax.
                    My last month statment is of 8420 rs and i have made a payment of 6000 rs and remaining balance is of 2400 if you calculate it for 3 % it will come around 80 rs +tax .
                    But when i talk with your executive she told me that charge will for whole 8420 rs how can u charge for whole amount if the remaining amount is only 2400 rs is this policy that you are looting people.

                    It means that if i have made payment of 8419 rs then u will going to 324 rs intrest of remaining 1 rs.

                    Kindly look into this do the needful.

                      CREDIT CARD CHARGES
                      I have credit card of Axis bank and everty month i used to pay the bill by online gate way but in the month of july 12 i have received message that your credit card payment received on 31st July by direct dabit facility and as per sms i have not paid my credit card bill but on 1st Aug i have received message that you have not paid your credit card bill,

                      I dont understand that why axis bank send the SMS to the customers that your credit card payment received on 31st July, and what we can understand from this SMS as per toll free number they told me that this is format of SMS for direct debit. Pls check the sms written below and due to the sms customer has to suffer and cherges are applied on credit card of Rs. 300

                          Myself S.A Paul PGT Physics K.V No. 2 AFS Chakeri kanpur had applied for FD for Rs. 1 lakh(50 thousand each), in above Bank on 31st May 2012
                          outof my SB account. The money was withdrawn on same date and FD's were made and dispatched at my address but till date no certificates are recieved. Bank says that the certificates have been dispatched but no certificate is recieved.

                            On Dated 19.03.2012 time 7.02 am trying to withdraw Rs : 100/- and 400/- but the transction was unsuccessful due to their was a minimum withdraw of Rs : 500/- but after 5 minutes and i cancelled the transction. I got an SMS of RS : 2000/- debited from my Account it is a SBI ATM Machine technical fault.But after a long follow up to Axis Bank and SBI Bank their is no response and no any kind of help from bank

                              I have got a call from [protected] on[protected] as per the call it's from police control Delhi and told me that there is an arrest warrant in my name and going to provide the details to local police to arrest me. Then he gave me a no. [protected] said name Advocate Malik, i called him and he informed to deposit Rs. 5416/- in Axis Bank CC immediately and gave continuously follow-up to deposit the same to stop the warrant.

                              I had taken a credit card in past and have used Rs. 10000/- against which i had made payment of Rs. 16000/- and have the receipts for the same. there is no issue for the same but how can this Banking personnel call in the name of Police and Advocate to afraid people? Kindly take an action to stop this kind of ridiculous & fake calls which can spoil the impression of our Police Department to which we have proud a lot.

                              I just want to request all the consumer not to use any product of AXIS Bank and specially the Credit Card.

                                I was working for axis bank washim branch for almost 1yr 5 months it has been six months to live this job i still havent received my pf amt inspite of many follow up with hr its still pending i have submitted all documnts whilr lieaving job and resubmitted when demanded by hr
                                Now they are saying they want more 45 days i want compensation for it they have relied after my approaching to them
                                The HR havent had courtsey to receive the call or reply to mail

                                  Having been a Priority Customer of Axis Bank, I would strongly recommend anyone from using this.

                                  The Relationship Managers dont care about the customer or what can be done.

                                  Any specific reqeusts get the same attention as that of any other customer.

                                  Strange but true - customer service levels aren't the relationship manager's priority.

                                    PH_LNPHG_FLOATING/771547/RAC-DELHI RAC/12 -13, Nobody is responding to
                                    my complaint for long time now, Bank has denied to provide the loan at last
                                    moment even after approving it, they even didn't refused and kept us
                                    on hold for very long time which lead us to pay huge plenty to builder
                                    because of delay in Builder Demand, Our all efforts, time and money got
                                    wasted that we put approving this loan and got suffering by paying extra plenty,
                                    so request you to look into the matter and get processing charge and
                                    extra plenty compensated on priority basis before I seek any Legal
                                    Assistance on this, AXIS bank and their services are worst in all, I
                                    will make sure nobody in my knowledge gets victim of Axis Bank and will
                                    publish this experience all public sites, Social sites and consumer form how
                                    AXIS bank makes fool of their consumers.

                                      Hi,

                                      My account is charged during month endings in a non-transparent manner. On some months is Rs 100/- then next month is Rs 200/-. I went to my bank branch and aked them to explain their charging methods and presented to them my previous sets of complaints. to my utter surprise, he replied that my atm can be used only 3 times...

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have taken a home loan of Rs. 35 Lacs from AXIS BANK , RAC NOIDA for purchase of a flat in name of myself and my wife Mrs. Shilpa Sharma in Krescent Homes, Jaypee wish town , Noida.

                                      My power home loan account no. is
                                      PHR[protected] and customer ID is [protected]

                                      JayPee wish town Noida is charging interest of amount Rs. 12657.55 on account of delayed payment of Rs 35 Lacs received by Jaypee from Axis Bank as disbursal of home loan amount.

                                      Jaypee has refused to waive off this interest.

                                      As regards the liability to pay this amount, the same lies squarely on Axis Bank, as they delayed payment of Rs. 35 Lacs to Jaypee; the due date fro which was 28 Jan. ,2012 but they deposited the cheque only on 08.02.2012.

                                      Jaypee OFFICE HAS said that the cheque no. 944009 dated 30.01.2012 of Rs. 35.00 Lacs dated was received by them only on 08.02.2012 and as a result, a penal interest of Rs. 12657.55 has been levied. They have refused to waive off this interest.

                                      This cheque of Rs. 35.00 Lacs was to be paid by AxiS Bank directly to Jaypee and as such Axis Bank is responsible for the delay and hence should pay up the amount of Rs. 12657.55 to Jaypee.

                                      More shockingly, AXIX Bank has charged a sum of Rs. 11340/- from me on account of interest on advance disbursals which I understand is the interest for the period 30.01.2012 to 09.02.2012 and was paid by me vide cheque no. 208082.

                                      Thus, I have suffered a double penalty for no fault of mine. The fault lies squarely with AXIS BANK.

                                      In these circumstances, AXIS BANK SHOULD either pay Rs. 12657.55 to Jaypee or refund Rs. 11340/- to me.
