This is a complaint which I want to address about Axis bank services. I lost my debit card on 08Apr2012 and I request for a replacement card on 16 Apr 2012 at Noida-63 branch. I got my debit card only after around 1 month and that too after so much follow ups and going to my branch office at Noida-16 personally and till that day I am still waiting for my ATM pin. I wanted to open saving bank A/C with axis bank for the same i provided all required documents for KYC on 14.06.12 it has already been almost 15 days i still have nether got my A/C number nor a welcome kit. We had taken a car loan from Axis Bank for an amount of Rs. 3 lakhs and have paid all thee EMIs on time. We decided to foreclose thee loan and we paid a penalty of 5% on thee foreclosure amount. The cheque got cleared on 17the of April,2012. However till date we have not received thee NOC as well as thee balance blank cheques instead of sending theem repeated mails, notheing has happened. Please do not associate withe theis bank anyone....

I have been receiving marketing calls from below numbers almost daily.

Inspite telling them to remove my number from the list, they reply back saying that we have this new data. They dont even check if the number is in DND or not.

I observed from my statement of account that there are deducted Rs. 280/-( DRCA) on 16/06/2012, kindly clarify it . If the amount of Rs. 280 has been deducted for the master card Card or as charges to draw cash from other banks than please refund it.

Dear Sir,

I have reserved E-Tickets through IRCTC website online, and cancelled the same because of post ponement of my program.
In my IRCTC account it is mentioned that bank has been instructed to refund the ticket amount. Regarding this I have given a complaint to the bank also.

But till today I am not able to get the amount credited.

I'm srinivas saipureddy, My Axis Bank Account No. is [protected] .
Axis Bank deducted Rs. 550.00 without any reason and showing them as consolidate charges.
Previously they have deducted Rs. 311.00 as well. And still showing Rs. -250.31 (-ve balance). without any reason.
My account is a salary account and therefore it is supposed to be a ZERO balance account.

I have a balance of Rs. 5700 ( approx ) in my credit card and they are doing anything to get that money into my bank account.

I already emailed them 2 - 3 times but no reply...also contacted Customer Support but they raised their hands and said...we cant do anything in it.

There was 2 unsuccessful transactions happened last week, 2nd June through the international Travel card. Amount was $60+$113.41. Online Merchant has confirmed that the compnay has not charged as the order got rejected from there Verification department. But Still Bank has not refunded the money to my card. I had made two IMT from Axis Bank Internet banking on my mobile, Usually they send an unique code for cash withdrawal from an ATM. but both time I didn't got any SMS from their end so I was not able to withdraw the money but they have credited Rs 25 each transaction as service charges. One of the worst service I am getting from Axis bank for updating my communication address against my Loan account. I already provided all relevant and valid documents at the time of submitting my loan request but the worst/illiterate employees of Axis bank updated incorrect address in the system, because of that I did not received my Welcome Kit for personal loan.
