Dear Sir,

I create salary account in Axis Bank in branch U183.
I received ATM pin and i Connect passwords.
But I did not received welcome kit and ATM card.
What should I do?

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had already filed a complaint regarding my blocked internet banking user id and requested to get it enabled. After speaking to the concerned person i was ensured that the id would get enabled within 2 days. but till the date it has not been activated and the internet banking officers are showing a careless and irresponsible attitude towards my complaint....
