Hello,
Today Nov.29 2011 had been to the Axis Bank Mulund Branch (108) A/c# [protected] to withdraw cash for my wife's treatment. However, the Branch Manager (Female) after reveling the issue and situation ended up giving sympathy and nothing else. On top of that she was too arrogant in her approach.

Finally to take my wife to dispensary I had to ask for money from on of my friend which was so shamful. After having money in my account the bank didn't bother about the criticality of the situation and didn't issue me a loose cheque leaf.

Such non co-operative managers must be sued big time.

    Dear Sir,
    I have applied for Axis Bank home Loan and since then they have made my life hell. When applied I have clearly told that I don't want any insurance, but then too in pre-approvement they put insurance condition and when I told them to refund money if insurance can't be waived, then they say, they are again going to send waiver request and waste huge time, never properly respond on emails and delayed the Loan process. I have told them what date I require loan and if you can make it possible, then only process it, else please let me know, I will take Loan from other Bank and till last moment they trap me with their false commitments.

    Now I have cancelled the Loan request from Axis Bank. I have asked them to refund the processing fee INR 11030, but no one is properly responding properly on email.

    Also I have suffered a lot because of Axis Bank, in terms of mental tension, pressure, health loses, delay in dreams of my own home, execution of other plans, my parents & sister have planned to come in 3rd week of November to Mumbai from Gwalior/Delhi, but couldn't make it possible, because of Axis Bank, huge time wastage, suffering in professional front as well as personal front, at places couldn't walk my talk because of Axis Bank couldn't walk it's commitment, financial loses, loses in terms
    of Emotional Bank Account, unnecessary problem/delay because o[censored]navailability of Cheque Book consumed/wasted for Axis Bank Home Loan processing (1+6 cheques wasted), lost peace of mind etc.

    Axis Bank worst for Home Loans and Grievance Redressal is of no use, no one responds. Fake commitments and irritating service and make your life hell.

    I have all written communication emails as well as recorded voice recordings against Axis Bank representatives, request you to help me in this matter to get my money back as well a to compensate my loses from Axis Bank. Also to instruct Banks for such kind of miss-communication and miss-handling in Loan etc. processing.

    Axis bank promises more but dont act on their promises self Capt vinayak ingle is priority customer of axis bank Ratnagiri residing in ratnagiri maharashtra working in govt of maharashtra and drawing aprro 75000 /- p.m. and left with 8 years of service and applied for home loan for 55 lakhs in local axis branch ratnagiri as per their advised and guidelines on 14 .01.2016 to purchase the flat in ulve new mumbai submitted all required documents as per checklist ratnagiri branch forward my application on 14.01.2016 after completion of over 2 month time nothing was communicated to me builder is charging a intrest 24 percent annual for the hoam loan amount pending self has trmendous physical and mental harrasment after visiting branch for asking my staqtus of application of loan but till now no response from Mr. Rahul joshi kolhapur axis bank either by email or by msg on mobile
    after so much harrasement and money loss self has decided to go to consumer court to take action against the bank for my mental physical and money loss

      Axis Bank Credit Card Number : [protected]
      PAN NO: AUQPD1232R

      I had made a late payment for my dues. One of the official advised me that I should make the full payment so that I keep my CIBIL clean. I spent 34000 INR on that card and made payment of 73772.37 INR, which includes all dues, lien amount, interests. Within few days of payment, I received calls saying thinks and all. They assured me that I will get a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the bank within third week of January 2011 which I never received yet. Few days ago, I applied for a credit card and it was declined and I was compelled to get my CIBIL report and I found that it's still showing WRITTEN OFF. It is really bothering me now. This bank has not cleared my name but they took all there money with interest.

      Please held me do the needful so that I can get another credit card or loan.

        sir,more than two and half months has passed but i am still awaiting for my refund thanks
        I have contacted at the AXIS BANK branch KORBA but they are unable to handle the matter as all the transactions were initiated through ATM Card abroad and i had neither visited abroad nor i have any passport kindly do the needful at the earliest so that i can get back all the refunds moreover i had blocked my ATM card

        Dear sir, I lodged a complaint on 01/09/2011 regarding my false transactions from my account through debit card and all the deductions are from abroad.I am not having any passport nor visited abroad so money withdrawn/purchase done by myself does not arises.Moreover many times I performed purchase through my ATM CARD OF STATE BANK OF INDIA but this type of incident never happened.Sir as you said money will be refund back to me after 46 days,that time has also passed so please do it at the earliest THANKS

        Also arrange for the customer dispute letter immediately.

        The details of the transactions done using Debit Card [protected] / Account [protected] are attached as follows:-


        Our response is as follows:-

        The disputed transaction mentioned by you is a successful E-Commerce transaction (Verified by Visa) done by entering User ID and password available only with the Cardholder.

        The transaction has been successfully claimed by the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

        Since the cardholder is disputing for the said transaction of not being authorized by him, the below procedure has to be followed by the branch in order to enable us to initiate a dispute with the merchant acquiring bank and resolve the customer dispute:-

        * Request you to kindly block the Debit Card in order to avoid further misuse of funds and provide the confirmation to us for the same.
        * Reissue a new Debit Card to the customer.
        * Provide us a cardholder dispute letter with the details of the transaction and confirmation of the transactions not done / authorized by him.

        The cardholder dispute letter will then be used by us for raising the Chargeback on the merchant acquiring bank. The chargeback can be raised under this option only on receipt of the required documents at our end and the blocking of the Debit Card. The resolution of the dispute will take 45days time from the date of chargeback as VISA rules provide this time limit for the acquiring Bank to represent the transaction.

        Note : Since VISA rules provide us only 120 days from the date of transaction to raise the dispute on acquiring bank, kindly arrange to send us these documents at the earliest.

        I am trying to use my card from last 6 months & i have complain several times but all things was useless . my account no. [protected]

        Axis Bank Debit Card - PIN — Sending Debit Card to unauthorized Address, Disclosure of Private Info, Delay in Sending PIN

        I am holding two accounts with Axis Bank. One with me and my father, opened in West Bengal and the other one with me and my wife, opened in Bangalore. Though the identities and the primary account holders are completely separate, they have disclosed and messed up by sharing information with each other. They have sent renewed Debit Card for my WB account to my Bangalore address without any authorization and deactivated my old card before sending me the PIN number in order to activate the new card. This matter is under persuasion for the last 15 days, and without any resolution. WB Bank stuff has been misbehaved with my representatives upon questioning them regarding this BREACH OF CODE OF CONDUCT. All my transactions are on hold due to this issue as I do not have time to operate my account during banking hours. I solely depend upon ATM, which is currently not happening.

        This is an example of poor customer service and DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHER PARTY, which gives us no faith to continue any financial transaction with this NEW SKINNED BANK with OLD ROTTEN SERVICE.

        I advice and encourage one and all to withdraw all accounts and stop transactions with this bank . There are several other banks available to provide you the best service across. After all its OUR MONEY and we have the right to CHOOSE the best service.
        I stongly oppose the content of the matter, as i am also one of the customer, and i am also having lots of account with other banks.
        This bank had just taken 15 days, but some banks are taking more than 3 to 6 months.

        Today I visited few AXIS BANK branches but they all are diverting me to my home branch which is in coimbatore and I have shifted to Delhi as I have taken transfer from Coimbatore to Delhi.
        I have not received a single call from your bank regarding the same.
        Please activate my account immediately, If these types of services are going to be provided from AXIS BANK then I don’t think I can hold your bank account any more.
        I will informed the same to RBI also as without any information to the customer how your bank can stop the services moreover I will take you to the consumer forum to let them know what all you are doing with your exiting customers.

        The worst branch head i ever seen is present bangalore branchhead who always chat
        with lady staff members especially the lady who sits in credit dept something is very
        fishy about them whenever i go to branch to talk to him i often see these two chatting
        for a long hours without any caring customers and that one of them must be transferred
        for the better growth of the branch

        This is regarding a Debit card request with Axis Bank. I would like to bring to your notice the kind of treatment i have received from their reps.
        My debit card got stuck in the ATM Branch in District centre,Janakpuri 8-9 months back. I called the cust-care no. to inform them.They told me to contact the Janakpuri branch regarding this. I called the bank branch in Janakpuri they told me that they would deliver me the same card in 10-15 days once its retrieved from the ATM Machine.

        I called them after 15 days they told me they have no information on my card and suggested me to contact cust care. When i called cust care they suggested me to contact the branch. Everybody gave me the vague information because even they were not sure what they should do. I managed to withdraw cash by tranferring my salary to my personal account.

        Its difficult to manage without a debit card so i thought of applying for a new one. I was told by cust-care to fill the form and drop it in nearest branch and it takes one month. I filled the form and submitted it in the rajouri garden branch in the month of July but unfortunately i have not received my card yet. I called cust care they said call the branch where you submitted the form. When i called the branch they suggested me to call the Noida branch. Another run-around. I was really frustrated so i spoke to one of the supervisors Dipti who promised me a call back in 24 Hours but no one called me. I told her clearly that i need my card urgently as i have to go out of town on 26th sep. She said she would check and contact me. Nobody contacted me.I emailed and complained about it on Noida.[protected]@axisbank.com
        They regretted the inconvenience and suggested me to fill up the form again.
        It was really a pain.

        I took a print out of the form from their website and submitted it at the Tilak Nagar Branch.I reconfirmed from the agent sitting their that a print out would work or not.He asuured me the form is all correct and i would receive a card in 15 days. It was almost one and half month i called up the branch again to check the status. They told me that the form was rejected as it was not on A3 size paper. This is frustarting if the form was rejected they could have communicated it to me over phone or via email. I was waiting endlessly for the card with no information until i called the bank.

        I dont understand why some a simple thing has become so complicated. I never thought it was such a tedious task.

        It has been an Year m still without a debit card.

        i have salary account at DLF-GURGAON, i got debit card thru courier last month, but i did not get pin code, when i contacted costumer service number at[protected]week's and they promised me to send it by 3 or4 working days, but after said that i contacted them 3times in 2week's and still i haven't got the pin code..i am disappointed in there careless service and making falls promises..Shreyas [protected]

          Hi Members,

          I planned to buy an apartment in Bangalore and pertaining to that i saw an add in Sulekha.com for an apartment ready to occupy at TC Palya. The name of the apartment is "Prime Lake Residency" and the flat number 201 on Second Floor was shown to me which was on sell. The flat belonged to one of the land owner ( M N Gopala Krishna ). I gave them three checques bearing numbers[protected],[protected],000 ) and[protected],000 ) all dated 5.11.2011 issues in favor of M N Gopala Krishna, as an advance booking and i got the legal papers ( photo copies ) from the company that was doing the marketing and it was communicated to me that if i didn't take the apartment then the booking amount will be refunded to me.

          I gave the legal papers to a lawyer for verification and he pointed some major flaws in the building plan and many documents were missing and some of them were suspicious in nature.

          Based on the advice of my lawyer i decided not to go for the apartment and wrote them a mail stating that as i am not going for the flat i am cancelling the checques. I managed to cancel the checques 427543 ( HDFC ) and 179200 ( ABN Amro ) through netbanking. But for checque 047927 ( AXIS Bank ) i went to the bank ( Indira Nagar Branch ) on 9.11.2011 and wrote an written application to stop payment of the checque. I was told by the lady attending me that the checque didn't came yet for clearing.

          Inspite of that the checque got cleared on 10.11.2011 and now the owner ( M N Gopala Krishna ) is saying he will not refund me anything and i have to go for his apartment if i want the money.

          Bank says i have given wrong checque number , which i am supremely confident that is false as i have double checked and also checked by my wife before submitting the application . Rs 110 was also debited from my Axis bank account pertaining to the cancellation of the checque.

          I have earned the money by blood and sweat and don't want the money to be lost this way.

          Please help me.

                I had a worst experience with Axis Bank. Before Diwali I finished my cheque book pages. Had to pay some security cheque's for a personal loan from another bank. As it was a emergency I approached the branch and requested for 4 cheque's but they denied and told me to apply online. Next day I applied online and as the time passed on Monday I called up their toll free number, out of the 3 numbers the first gets connected but it does not really work as there is no response. Finally after several tries I reached another toll free number but now here the system was not ready to accept my debit card, pin and validity details, it was throwing me out. Some how I could successfully reach a customer support executive exactly after 11 minutes and she said that checking my cheque book request status manually is disabled. I requested to talk to somebody senior and accountable so I was transferred to an supervisor (with no powers) he again assisted me to get into the system but it also failed. Then supervisor=Gyan Shekar (hoping that he has revealed me the correct name, as he said that we are not allowed to reveal our employee id) told me to talk to the local branch numbers, but then I told him that I have already done and none of the numbers are working all are out of order. Finally I got some numbers from him and could successfully reach the local executives. Now the executive had something interesting, jayshree (executive) said that my cheque book are already delivered, then they are with the courier company, when i called the courier company they said there is no delivery for me...... and so on. Till than the day had ended and I thought I will get them today.

                Now today also the status is same, cheque book is not delivered, no accountable person in Axis bank who can resolve the issue, I have submitted a online complain from their banking portal, no feedback, no acknowledgment even (that is the height of being shameless). Still I am talking to the local executive, but my personal loan has already got rejected. Who is going to take the onus of such customer support issues , and the goodwill losses what the customer faces.

                  I am very old Clint to Axis Bank since last 10 years and request bank to improve the customer services .
                  i want company to take immediate action ...and my cheque should not get reject due to signature mismatch if this is a issue of poor record keeping at bank..
                  recently some cheque rejected by this bank as my signature were correct ...Today my cheque no 58457 returned unpaid to ICICI bank and now we have to pay penalty . .

                  contracted Courier service of this branch is malfunctioning as some time they do not find the house to deliver the cheque book to our area .. we request axis bank to intervene in this issue...

                    I have a savings account with Axis Bank Saidapet Chennai Branch, they have deducted almost the entire Rs. 5000/ - from my saving account as consolidated charges and for average balance charges. When the fellow bank manager came to me to open an account, he pleaded for meeting his target and only later I realised what AXIS Bank's target is. If you ask them now they will show all our signed docs which will have all the conditions which may take a month to read and understand. Many o[censored]s sign the SB Account opening forms without knowing the conditions. If you are banking with AXIS Bank, be cautious. I am going to close the account. As of date I have lost Rs.5000/- and there are some more debits remaining unadjusted for cheque book fee ( Cheque book I never asked for a second one when the first book itself is not exhausted). Better Customer beware.

                    I would like to bring to notice of 'Axis Bank' management that every month an amount is deducted from my account in the name of 'Consolidated Charges'. When i spoke to the phone banking officer about this, he said me that above 5 transactions in any bank in a month will deduct this amount. But as per RBI Rules, Above 5 transactions in a particular bank will deduct an amount of Rs.20/-. If this is the case then 'Axis Bank' should have ATM's every 2 Kms.                       This is Anuj Goel, a Consumer of Axis Bank, Today Dated 21.10.11, I went to Swasthaya Vihar Branch for Depositing Singhania University Axis Bank Account Number [protected] Branch Narnaul, Rajasthan Throught Demand Draft which are payable at Narnaul, Rajasthan.
                      But The Axis Bank, Swasthaya Vihar Branch denied to take the DD's as Miss Namita (Bank Employee) denied to accept the same DD's and adviced me to talk to Operational Head Mr.Himanshu Dave(contact Number - [protected]), He, also denied to accept the DD's.
                      when i asked the reason then Mr. Himanshu Dave Said that this Swasthay Vihar, Delhi Branch can not accept Narnaul Payable DD's.
                      When i asked to produce the written statement of this matter then Mr. Himanshu Dave and Miss Namita Denied to produce the writtend Statment.
                      If it is a Bank rule that we can not submit the out station DDs at any of the concerned Bank Branch then please let me know and avail a copy of that rule or let me know what should be done in this matter.

                      For every deposit axis bank is deducting Rs.100 from my account even they are taking aditional service charge also. they are asking me to maintain two different accounts. one for salary & one for other transaction. even nobody is responding properly.

                        This is to inform you that i had a credit card of your bank bearing no [protected] where i had accumulated a total outstanding of Rs 50,000 approximately.However,since due to some personal reason i was out of the country for a while i could not make my payments on time.

                        Then when i was back in India i got to know there is a outstanding and i needed to clear the same.So I got in touch with one of your representative in the name of Mr Raj and handed over Rs 25,000 each in two installments.He promised me that it will reflect in my next statement that said amount has been cleared.

                        Finally i received two statements specifying one as settlement letter dated 26/06/09 and the other on 18/03/10.my only concern is that i did not make the payments and it was not intentional.Due to some unavoidable circumstances it could not be made and then i cleared all my dues.

                        But what i felt bad was the guy Raj told me that my name reflects in CIBIL,and he also mentioned that it will be omitted after three months.But to my surprise till date my name reflects in CIBIL and due to which i cannot get a fresh card.I also have personal loan with your bank and due to my good credit history every year i received a cheque not exceeding Rs 3,000 from your bank.

                        Therefore i would request you to kindly expedite the matter and to update the same with CIBIL reports for smooth functioning of my banking requirements in near future.

                          My salary payment account No.[protected] was opened in October 2002 at AXIS BANK, RAJAHMUNDRY without I ever visited the branch. I think Bank mobilized or requested Zillaparishad to open bulk salaries accounts of all ZP staff. It was hassle free.
                          After six months operation Zilla Parishad shifted salary accounts to SBI treasury branches.
                          So, since 2003, my axis bank account was being operated even without salary credits. Everything was well till 2009, when the branch manager deducted bulk amounts nearly Rs.1000/- towards charges for non conversion of salary account to ordinary account. Both are savings bank accounts only.
                          It is nothing but stupid action on the part of the manager to do so, because, he slept from June 2003 to 2009 and woke up and deducted charges without ever sending notice to convert my account if at all necessary.
                          When I questioned the manager and staff dodge me and given me incoherent answers.
                          Actually I am interested to operate my account but for the stupid actions of the manager.
                          Please help reverse the charges and enable me to operate the account.

                          When I joined as teacher in Zilla Parishad School in Rajanagaram mandal in October 2002, erstwhile UTI Bank (present Axis Bank) opened salary accounts of all Zilla parishad employees with zero balance.

                          Hardly six months pay was drawn through AXIS BANK and there after Zilla Parishad started paying salaries through SBI till date.

                          I used to maintain my AXIS BANK account No.[protected] for my personal use. Everything went well till 2009. Suddenly Axis Bank started deducting minimum balance charges from my balance and made my account nil.

                          When asked, the manager told that I have not converted my account from salary to ordinary. This reason the manager should have informed me in 2003 itself. Why suddenly they raise objection I dont understand.

                          I request the bank to reverse all charges and inform me, so that I can operate my account.

                            Moreover the bank has deducted Rs4000 consolidation charges inspite of my maintenance of minimum balance.Moreover , the page which shows charge details is not opening since last 2 weeks .

                            I have applied my AXIS Bank credit card on 2nd week Sep 07 but till now there is response from their end they have done the verification and they sent the Reference number also on 1 st week on Nov 07. When i called the Customer Care using this reference number they are replying that it is under Process and it will confirm only on December 07 and Card will issed with in 15 Days after Confirmation. I have not seen these kind of service in any other bank. i am really disappointed with them no other words to tell.                             There are number of problems with Axis Bank Credit Card. Some of them are:

                            1) False commitment made at the time of selling product: I was promised free credit card but later I was asked for pay for it
                            2) I never received my billing statement on time

                            several time i have complaint against not getting monthly statements pls.send me the regularly upgrated statement
                            I have applied for a credit card & it was approved on june 2008. I had to change my location and my new address was updated to the Customer Service Axis Bank on July 2008 and an authorization letter from the head of operations, axis bank branch of my new location, stating that he will accept the card on my behalf was also send to customer service as per their instruction. When ever I make an enquiry over telephone or by email to Customer Service, the reply come " we have take your request on high priority & the card will be delivered in 7 working days". Unfortunately the card was'nt delivered till date. Now I am confused with what does the terms " 7 working days & high priority" means to Axis Bank Customer Service.

                            If any of the officers of Axis Bank happens to read this mail, I humbly request you to kindly let me know whether the credit card will reach me or I have to try with some other bank which provide better service.

                            I have an account (salary) with Axis Bank (Ramapuram Branch) and normally their process & response to customers will be highly appreciated. I've applied for a credit card with Axis Bank last month and within few days i've received a SMS that my application has been declined. They stated the following in SMS, "Your credit card application for VISA gold with ref no 2409624 has been declined. We hope to serve you in future". Then, i've contacted a person in Ramapuram Branch and informed him to reprocess my credit card application on 23rd March 2011. No response and action from them and today i understood from him that my location will not be covered to issue a credit card. Please note, I'm residing at Parrys, sowcarpet where Axis is operating few branches with ATMs.

                            When i opened a new saving account in AXIS bank, a credit card was issued without even my consent and when I called the customer care and requested to cancel the Credit card issued, they told me to call back again in 2 -3 days.                             I have Settled this card as I was not aware of the implications of

                            In recent time I have learnt the same and would like to pay off the waiver

                            I approached AXIS related to the same, where I wanted to pay off the waiver

                            My name is Prateek and I have a problem with Axis bank credit card department.
                            I lost job and got bankrupt this year and was not having money to pay my dues of credit card.
                            I requested my bank to make a settlement and I agreed to pay the whole amount but suddenly they freezed my account, credit card blocked. This month I got a job and I deposited my salary cheque in my Axis bank Account and they deducted the whole amount without my authorisation. I called them and requested to deduct only the minimum payment or if they are deducting the whole payment then i should get credit back to my credit card but they refused.                             Dont take any credit card or even do not think to open any account with this bank. They will charge different charges to eat your hard earned money. go to nationalised bank to get best service.

                            I received one phone call on last from Mylapore Axis bank for Credit card. They request to submit Document for new card, i dispatched my personal document along with photo. As per Blue dart courier their handed over the document but i asked with bank person she told we haven&#039;t received, after one week she called and told that the document received by Office boy but it cant able to Trace will check and revert but still not i m not getting any proper response from that lady.

                                  I am a customer of your Axis Bank credit card from last 3 years & i am facing many issues in my card but now its heights of everything for that i am writing you the mail.

                                  My Name is Akash Tripathi, my Card no is [protected] in which i have never received phone calls from your customer care executives for reminders of payments, I had done a shopping worth 5000 for which your customer care executive has called me about turning it to EMI but at the same time i have never received any calls neither msg me to remind that i have to pay the payment, i have received a statement at my hometown where i am not leaving i am based out at Jaipur today i have came across to my statement which is reflecting as minimum payment is 2783 rs whereas i have already deposited 2500 on 1st of the month of October, if i would have been informed that min payment is 2783 i would have been deposited that.

                                  The concern is there are other debit & charges placed on my cards is 2594 rs which is seriously not acceptable by me as i am a frequent user of your card & making payments on time.

                                  So i would request you to waive my charges so that i can again build my confidence to Axis Bank Credit Card.

                                  Treat this as a highly unsatisfied customer's complaint, will wait for your prompt response & would appreciate your response.

                                    On 06-09-11 at 08.19:09am I tried to withdraw Rs. 10,000/- from AXIS bank ATM no.-S1AC1204 located at East Distt.,Police Office, Bholanath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-32.Through my ATM debit card no. [protected] of Oriental Bank of Commerce. The ATM neither dispensed the money nor gave any print statement. I tried again also but in vain. When I went to Central Bank ATM I shocked to learn that Rs. 10000/-(rupees ten thousands) has been debited from my account. I received the with drawl SMS at my cell phone.
                                    Sir, I am a lady teacher and Rs.10,000/- is a big sum for me. I hope your good self will help me to recover my amount and oblige.

                                      I beg to bring the following subject to your kind notice for immediate solution:
                                      I am a Gold Credit Card holder (No. [protected]) went to the Axis Bank (Shyambazar Branch) on 7th December, 2010 and your officer Mr. Sayan Sil, Asst. Manager told me that my Gold credit card could be converted into Platinum Card and advise me not to use the Gold Credit Card as well as my daughter’s add-on credit card (No. [protected]) any further, subsequently I have followed his advice. Unfortunately the add-on card was lost on 9th December, 2010. On that day Mr. Sil with an employee Miss. Mousumi came to our house for a discussion about MAX NEW YORK Policy and assured us that card was blocked on 7th December, 2010. But strange me enough a bill of Rs.5606/- was sent to me showing a fake expenses made on 10th, 12th, 13th and 14th of December, 2010.
                                      I approach the branch with the bill and argued that the expenses were not related to me. They made me fill up a dispute form and later I was instructed to elaborate and specify the dispute.
                                      I therefore want you to resolve the issue as earliest.

                                        I've raised a payment authorization issue to AXIS and asking for my refund. Full scenario of my case is given below:

                                        1. Purchased domain from HOSTMONSTER (domain name ITGLOBALCONSULTANT) on 01-Apr-2009, at that time my Axis Corporate Credit Card ([protected]) expiry date was 08-10. (attached screenshots of payment mode and payment receipt)

                                        2. My credit card expired on 08-10 and new card issue by AXIS having new Card Expiry date 08-12, that was NOT set in HOSTMONSTER account’s Payment settings.

                                        3. An unauthorized payment proceeded on 12-Mar-2011 by HOSTMONSTER and AXIS debited this amount in their account without informing me where AXIS checked ONLY CARD NUMBER not other important things (NOT checked expiry date and CVV number). Unauthorized payment was for Rs 8925.76/- [$190.80]).

                                        4. I’ve raised this complained with HOSTMONSTER regarding how this payment proceeded without informing me and they have refunded a part of amount but not full (Rs. 7889/- [$178.49]).

                                        5. How AXIS preceded payment with wrong expiry date and CVV number? Either AXIS BANK or HOSTMONSTER is responsible for this incident.

                                        I've mailed and called on phone many times to AXIS but they are just asking again and again to send email with full description and wait for reply. I've done many times same thing but not getting any output from them. Could you please help me in getting difference of this amount or any way out?

                                        I have asked you to close my credit card during the month of August 2007, but still now it was not closed. You are continuing debited as interest. I have sent 35 mail to your credit card division. Still now no action has been taken from your side, August month 2007 I have swiped for Rs.200/- fuel expenses, But I didn't received any statement, Eventhough I have paid more than Rs.200/- i.e. Rs.300/- on 06.10.07 (100 for late fee).                                         i am diganta basumatary using UTI Credit card from last 3 months . the agent who was opned my acount not clear the concepts and give the puzzle information and trying to avoid me when i want to me him. I tried to call the customer care number printed on the back of the card but there was nobody to pick the phone or respond except the computerized one. now i am in a stage that what i shluld do or not to do. now i am decided to surrender my credit card. please give the instruction about surrender and balance amount to be paid.
                                        Agree with you my dear friend. Axis is worst in service and I always see security breach in there work model.
