I have a savings account with Axis Bank Saidapet Chennai Branch, they have deducted almost the entire Rs. 5000/ - from my saving account as consolidated charges and for average balance charges. When the fellow bank manager came to me to open an account, he pleaded for meeting his target and only later I realised what AXIS Bank's target is. If you ask them now they will show all our signed docs which will have all the conditions which may take a month to read and understand. Many o[censored]s sign the SB Account opening forms without knowing the conditions. If you are banking with AXIS Bank, be cautious. I am going to close the account. As of date I have lost Rs.5000/- and there are some more debits remaining unadjusted for cheque book fee ( Cheque book I never asked for a second one when the first book itself is not exhausted). Better Customer beware.

I would like to bring to notice of 'Axis Bank' management that every month an amount is deducted from my account in the name of 'Consolidated Charges'. When i spoke to the phone banking officer about this, he said me that above 5 transactions in any bank in a month will deduct this amount. But as per RBI Rules, Above 5 transactions in a particular bank will deduct an amount of Rs.20/-. If this is the case then 'Axis Bank' should have ATM's every 2 Kms. We hardly find Axis Bank ATM's in Bangalore. Please put a light to this issue. You can mail me your reply to my mail id. muzammil.[protected]@gmail.com

    This is Anuj Goel, a Consumer of Axis Bank, Today Dated 21.10.11, I went to Swasthaya Vihar Branch for Depositing Singhania University Axis Bank Account Number [protected] Branch Narnaul, Rajasthan Throught Demand Draft which are payable at Narnaul, Rajasthan.
    But The Axis Bank, Swasthaya Vihar Branch denied to take the DD's as Miss Namita (Bank Employee) denied to accept the same DD's and adviced me to talk to Operational Head Mr.Himanshu Dave(contact Number - [protected]), He, also denied to accept the DD's.
    when i asked the reason then Mr. Himanshu Dave Said that this Swasthay Vihar, Delhi Branch can not accept Narnaul Payable DD's.
    When i asked to produce the written statement of this matter then Mr. Himanshu Dave and Miss Namita Denied to produce the writtend Statment.
    If it is a Bank rule that we can not submit the out station DDs at any of the concerned Bank Branch then please let me know and avail a copy of that rule or let me know what should be done in this matter.

    My salary account is in axis bank. my father is use to deposit money in my account from other city.
    For every deposit axis bank is deducting Rs.100 from my account even they are taking aditional service charge also. they are asking me to maintain two different accounts. one for salary & one for other transaction. even nobody is responding properly.

      This is to inform you that i had a credit card of your bank bearing no [protected] where i had accumulated a total outstanding of Rs 50,000 approximately.However,since due to some personal reason i was out of the country for a while i could not make my payments on time.

      Then when i was back in India i got to know there is a outstanding and i needed to clear the same.So I got in touch with one of your representative in the name of Mr Raj and handed over Rs 25,000 each in two installments.He promised me that it will reflect in my next statement that said amount has been cleared.

      Finally i received two statements specifying one as settlement letter dated 26/06/09 and the other on 18/03/10.my only concern is that i did not make the payments and it was not intentional.Due to some unavoidable circumstances it could not be made and then i cleared all my dues.

      But what i felt bad was the guy Raj told me that my name reflects in CIBIL,and he also mentioned that it will be omitted after three months.But to my surprise till date my name reflects in CIBIL and due to which i cannot get a fresh card.I also have personal loan with your bank and due to my good credit history every year i received a cheque not exceeding Rs 3,000 from your bank.

      Therefore i would request you to kindly expedite the matter and to update the same with CIBIL reports for smooth functioning of my banking requirements in near future.

        My salary payment account No.[protected] was opened in October 2002 at AXIS BANK, RAJAHMUNDRY without I ever visited the branch. I think Bank mobilized or requested Zillaparishad to open bulk salaries accounts of all ZP staff. It was hassle free.
        After six months operation Zilla Parishad shifted salary accounts to SBI treasury branches.
        So, since 2003, my axis bank account was being operated even without salary credits. Everything was well till 2009, when the branch manager deducted bulk amounts nearly Rs.1000/- towards charges for non conversion of salary account to ordinary account. Both are savings bank accounts only.
        It is nothing but stupid action on the part of the manager to do so, because, he slept from June 2003 to 2009 and woke up and deducted charges without ever sending notice to convert my account if at all necessary.
        When I questioned the manager and staff dodge me and given me incoherent answers.
        Actually I am interested to operate my account but for the stupid actions of the manager.
        Please help reverse the charges and enable me to operate the account.

        When I joined as teacher in Zilla Parishad School in Rajanagaram mandal in October 2002, erstwhile UTI Bank (present Axis Bank) opened salary accounts of all Zilla parishad employees with zero balance.

        Hardly six months pay was drawn through AXIS BANK and there after Zilla Parishad started paying salaries through SBI till date.

        I used to maintain my AXIS BANK account No.[protected] for my personal use. Everything went well till 2009. Suddenly Axis Bank started deducting minimum balance charges from my balance and made my account nil.

        When asked, the manager told that I have not converted my account from salary to ordinary. This reason the manager should have informed me in 2003 itself. Why suddenly they raise objection I dont understand.

        I request the bank to reverse all charges and inform me, so that I can operate my account.

          I applied for a credit card 3 months ago . Till now the documents has not been processed . The credit card employees are least interested in making a call to let me know what went wrong .
          Moreover the bank has deducted Rs4000 consolidation charges inspite of my maintenance of minimum balance.Moreover , the page which shows charge details is not opening since last 2 weeks .
          I am tired of the pathetic service this bank provides and now i have decided to end all my association with this bank .

          CreditCard — not recieving of staement your emloyee s abuses over phone

          Dearsir, i am not recieving any statement from your end since last 8 month.every month your emloyee called over phone in last moment.&they take payment . every month you are charging late fee.when this month ,they called me.i asked for statement.they abused me & forcing me to make payment without getting statement. i have talked to my lawyer regarding this incidence.either you settle down my account by wiping out my all late fee which you are charging from last 8month or i will be forced take legal help.please treat this as urgent.

          Dear Friends,

          I have applied my AXIS Bank credit card on 2nd week Sep 07 but till now there is response from their end they have done the verification and they sent the Reference number also on 1 st week on Nov 07. When i called the Customer Care using this reference number they are replying that it is under Process and it will confirm only on December 07 and Card will issed with in 15 Days after Confirmation. I have not seen these kind of service in any other bank. i am really disappointed with them no other words to tell. Many people asked about the service from now onwards i am going to explain the bad service from your end.

          i applied for a credit card with your bank 25 days ago, but till now not get any type of response from your end, i do not know the status of my application, my mobile no [protected] and date of birth 08/08/1973, please provide me the information from your end.
          There are number of problems with Axis Bank Credit Card. Some of them are:

          1) False commitment made at the time of selling product: I was promised free credit card but later I was asked for pay for it
          2) I never received my billing statement on time
          3) I have made number of requests on the phone banking no but those are not addressed yet
          4) I have registered a request to cancel my card and I have multiple complaint numbers for the same. I am waiting to hear back from the bank from last couple of months

          This is Shreeja,my husband & i had applied for Axis Bank Credit Card thru Subramany,he did not give us the Application Reference # he told that the credit cards are approved asked to call him the next day when my husband called he informed that he will call back as we did not receieve any calls and neither did he receieve our calls after repeatedly calling him i called him from a different number he gave us the number of another person Sudarshan who asked to mail the details our date of birth & the month that we applied for the card to his personal e-mail i.d & Axis e-mail i.d which i did but today when my husband called him he states that he's out of office for the past 3-4 days therefore could not check his mail.I'm worried because what if somebody has receieved them & started using it for which we have to pay please look into this matter & resolve it as soon as possible.

          Axis Bank has the worst Customer Care service in the Banking fields.They dont know how to talk with the customers also.For one of my issues i made around ten phone calls to the Customer care and even after that the problenm was not resolved.And the Cutomer care peoples are talking as if they got up from sleep and half of the time they will cut the phone in between without listening anything.

          I am Senthil murukan g from chennai. I applied for axis bank credit card thru application no.: 964240. My mother's maiden name is Rajalakshmi and my date of birth is 13/02/1971.

          My application got approved and expressit courier people brought the card to my house but i found my name in the postal address was senthil G. My id proof shows the name Senthil murukan G, so courier people denied to deliver the card and returned to you by them. We complained this matter to your customer care representative to [protected]. Today onceagin expressit people brought the card to my office address but i found onceagin the name of me given as senthil G. So for the second time the courier people denied to deliver and willbe returned to you by them. I compalined the case to Mr. Anees , customer care officer, axis bank cards at [protected].

          i like to mention you i want to receive the card on my office address. so pl rectify the name in the postal address and resend to my office address.

          With reference to the credit card number [protected] in AXIS BANK I have used the card for just Rs 2500. But suddenly debited Rs 12632 from my saving account number 003056 still they are harassing me to pay more money. At the time of processing my credit card application bankers said that no annual fee and no joining fee its free life time credit card but in my first statement I found that all charges they made and sent a credit statement to my address.I am going on teavelling time missing in the credit card on December'07.Because of pls cancellation in credit card and deleted in this cards.

          You have taken a sufficient time to resolve my complaint id. I didn’t get any information or reply from your end.

          • I enjoy credit cards of six institutions.

          Kindly sort this matter out on your earliest...Mr.Prabhulal sharma has recieved the money after a long struggle and Mr.lachmandas gurru is still waiting...AXIS bank kept their money without any genuine reason, now they dont want to pay the intrest even. we do get the bank statement wihch shows that we have got our amount at AXIS bank but it is really funny that we can not with draw ...

          In my last 10 years of experience, this is the orst back i have come across. Neither the call centre works nor the staff replies on the mails. Its high time or else a complaint needs to be lodged with RBI.

          several time i have complaint against not getting monthly statements pls.send me the regularly upgrated statement
          I have applied for a credit card & it was approved on june 2008. I had to change my location and my new address was updated to the Customer Service Axis Bank on July 2008 and an authorization letter from the head of operations, axis bank branch of my new location, stating that he will accept the card on my behalf was also send to customer service as per their instruction. When ever I make an enquiry over telephone or by email to Customer Service, the reply come " we have take your request on high priority & the card will be delivered in 7 working days". Unfortunately the card was'nt delivered till date. Now I am confused with what does the terms " 7 working days & high priority" means to Axis Bank Customer Service.

          If any of the officers of Axis Bank happens to read this mail, I humbly request you to kindly let me know whether the credit card will reach me or I have to try with some other bank which provide better service.

I've applied for a credit card with Axis Bank last month and within few days i've received a SMS that my application has been declined. Then, i've contacted a person in Ramapuram Branch and informed him to reprocess my credit card application on 23rd March 2011. No response and action from them and today i understood from him that my location will not be covered to issue a credit card.           I lost job and got bankrupt this year and was not having money to pay my dues of credit card.

                I am a customer of your Axis Bank credit card from last 3 years & i am facing many issues in my card but now its heights of everything for that i am writing you the mail.

                My Name is Akash Tripathi, my Card no is [protected] in which i have never received phone calls from your customer care executives for reminders of payments, I had done a shopping worth 5000 for which your customer care executive has called me about turning it to EMI but at the same time i have never received any calls neither msg me to remind that i have to pay the payment, i have received a statement at my hometown where i am not leaving i am based out at Jaipur today i have came across to my statement which is reflecting as minimum payment is 2783 rs whereas i have already deposited 2500 on 1st of the month of October, if i would have been informed that min payment is 2783 i would have been deposited that.

                The concern is there are other debit & charges placed on my cards is 2594 rs which is seriously not acceptable by me as i am a frequent user of your card & making payments on time.

                So i would request you to waive my charges so that i can again build my confidence to Axis Bank Credit Card.

                Treat this as a highly unsatisfied customer's complaint, will wait for your prompt response & would appreciate your response.

                  On 06-09-11 at 08.19:09am I tried to withdraw Rs. 10,000/- from AXIS bank ATM no.-S1AC1204 located at East Distt.,Police Office, Bholanath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-32.Through my ATM debit card no. [protected] of Oriental Bank of Commerce. The ATM neither dispensed the money nor gave any print statement. I tried again also but in vain. When I went to Central Bank ATM I shocked to learn that Rs. 10000/-(rupees ten thousands) has been debited from my account. I received the with drawl SMS at my cell phone.
                  Sir, I am a lady teacher and Rs.10,000/- is a big sum for me. I hope your good self will help me to recover my amount and oblige.

                    I beg to bring the following subject to your kind notice for immediate solution:
                    I am a Gold Credit Card holder (No. [protected]) went to the Axis Bank (Shyambazar Branch) on 7th December, 2010 and your officer Mr. Sayan Sil, Asst. Manager told me that my Gold credit card could be converted into Platinum Card and advise me not to use the Gold Credit Card as well as my daughter’s add-on credit card (No. [protected]) any further, subsequently I have followed his advice. Unfortunately the add-on card was lost on 9th December, 2010. On that day Mr. Sil with an employee Miss. Mousumi came to our house for a discussion about MAX NEW YORK Policy and assured us that card was blocked on 7th December, 2010. But strange me enough a bill of Rs.5606/- was sent to me showing a fake expenses made on 10th, 12th, 13th and 14th of December, 2010.
                    I approach the branch with the bill and argued that the expenses were not related to me. They made me fill up a dispute form and later I was instructed to elaborate and specify the dispute.
                    I therefore want you to resolve the issue as earliest.

                      I've raised a payment authorization issue to AXIS and asking for my refund. Full scenario of my case is given below:

                      1. Purchased domain from HOSTMONSTER (domain name ITGLOBALCONSULTANT) on 01-Apr-2009, at that time my Axis Corporate Credit Card ([protected]) expiry date was 08-10. (attached screenshots of payment mode and payment receipt)

                      2. My credit card expired on 08-10 and new card issue by AXIS having new Card Expiry date 08-12, that was NOT set in HOSTMONSTER account’s Payment settings.

                      3. An unauthorized payment proceeded on 12-Mar-2011 by HOSTMONSTER and AXIS debited this amount in their account without informing me where AXIS checked ONLY CARD NUMBER not other important things (NOT checked expiry date and CVV number). Unauthorized payment was for Rs 8925.76/- [$190.80]).

                      4. I’ve raised this complained with HOSTMONSTER regarding how this payment proceeded without informing me and they have refunded a part of amount but not full (Rs. 7889/- [$178.49]).

                      5. How AXIS preceded payment with wrong expiry date and CVV number? Either AXIS BANK or HOSTMONSTER is responsible for this incident.

                      I've mailed and called on phone many times to AXIS but they are just asking again and again to send email with full description and wait for reply. I've done many times same thing but not getting any output from them. Could you please help me in getting difference of this amount or any way out?

                      I have asked you to close my credit card during the month of August 2007, but still now it was not closed. You are continuing debited as interest. I have sent 35 mail to your credit card division. Still now no action has been taken from your side, August month 2007 I have swiped for Rs.200/- fuel expenses, But I didn't received any statement, Eventhough I have paid more than Rs.200/- i.e. Rs.300/- on 06.10.07 (100 for late fee). But you keep on debiting like any thing , I have to send one copy of this letter to RBI. Better you reversed and send me latest statement. I will not pay even single paise from my pocket. Please close the account and send me statement, Dont cheat me hereafter.

                      i am diganta basumatary using UTI Credit card from last 3 months . the agent who was opned my acount not clear the concepts and give the puzzle information and trying to avoid me when i want to me him. I tried to call the customer care number printed on the back of the card but there was nobody to pick the phone or respond except the computerized one. now i am in a stage that what i shluld do or not to do. now i am decided to surrender my credit card. please give the instruction about surrender and balance amount to be paid.
                      Agree with you my dear friend. Axis is worst in service and I always see security breach in there work model.

                        I am a regular ATM user for different purpose and also I and my family has account at Panihati Branch, Axis Bank (Current and Sevings), also my business friends are also using your Bank for business purpose from my reference. I have no obligation regarding the link fault which was happened on 01.10.2011. I went so many times to your ATMs in different places.
                        On 01.10.2011 at 09.15 p.m when I went to Axis Bank ATM (which was situated near Rathindra Cenema Hall, Sodepur Station Road, Kolkata: 700110) for withdrawal of money, then Mr. Pradeep Sharma (on duty security of AXIS Bank ATM, Sodepur Station Road) told me to "go go nothing is happening here and get out". I asked him that what is the reason for not working the ATM, then he told me that he does not know the reason. After that I told him if you do not know the reason then let me check with my ATM card and if not working then I obviously could know the reason. Then Mr. Pradeep Sharma replied with very soundly that AXIS Bank does not need any customer to develop the service and told me and other ATM visitors (more that 10 people) that to close the account of AXIS Bank and to open in other Bank. At that time I tried to remember him that customers are the main utilty of any service industry and I may inform these misbehave to AXIS ank Authority, then Mr. Pradeep Sharma told me to note down his name and to make complaint against him and also told me that no authority of AXIS Bank could ask him for these behaviour. I and other presented there to using ATM service are very much offended and I think this may be the bad impact on AXIS Bank.
                        I request to look forward the above, as our Business friend circles are using your service because of good relation provided by you. If you will take any action then I will circulate the above incident to my family and friend circle who are using current and savings to your Bank.

                        Use of ATM Card — Behaviour of Security Guard at ATM

                        I have salary account with Axis Bank Worli Branch and I regularly use ATM card for Cash withdrawal. While withdrawing cash on Saturday 1st Nov, 2008 at 18.55 hrs from ATM at 90 feet Road, Mulund (East) the behavior of security guard was very rude and insulting.
                        As per the standard norms nobody is allowed to enter in the room when a person is making an ATM transaction like withdrawal of cash.However, to my surprise the Security Guard not only allowed another person to come inside but started making argument when objected. His behavior was very arrogant particularly to my wife who was accompanying me.

                        I appreciate the Customer care should take note of this and take immediate action against such security personnel. Kindly send the details of your action by email.

                            we were in business with axis bank ltd branch pandri (udham singh nagar) uttarakhand. There was our 2 firm's cash credit limit with axis bank.one was name SANJAY TRADING COMPANY and 2nd named was ASHOKA SEEDS.

                            dear sir,from date april 2009 to may 2010 they debit the interest in both firm was more than rate of intrest of that time.it was rs 24663/- approx. more in our firm sanjay trading company and rs 29018/- approx more in our second firm ashoka seeds .

                            now when we complaint them and follow than after a long time they agreed and told us to credit that amount in our account.and in 1 february 2011 they credit the amount of rs 21287 /- in our sanjay trading company's account. and told us that diffrance was not of rs 24663/- it was of rs 21287/-..but in the second matter they told we can not give you the money back which is wrong debit in your account because now you have not account with us now.we told many times that we will reopen a current account in your bank and you credit that amount in that but they told me that account number want to be that from which account we debit the amount.and they are not agree to return that amount.

                            SO PLEASE SIR I AM REQUESTING YOU THAT LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND I WANT OUR MONEY RETURN WHICH IS WRONG DEBIT IN OUR ACCOUNT.

                              With reference to your Housing Loan Approval Letter mentioned above, I had paid Rs. 23,924/- by cash through your representative Mr. Saravanan on 29/12/2009, the receipt of which was retained by Mr. Saravanan. As the sanctioned amount of Rs. 28,92,000/- was not sufficient for purchase of the proposed new flat, I could not proceed further.

                              In spite of several reminders and regular visits to your office as well as Mr. Saravanan's Office, I could not get the refund till date.

                                i had joined ASSL in june 2012 but i was forces for resigned from ASSL in month from my joining due to misbehavior or unnecessary mentally pressure keep forcing me put resigned of from job all these issue created by (Anshul Bhatia) Rm of axis bank auto loan. was truing to ruined my career.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I , Sri Aniruddha Mukherjee (vide credit card no.[protected] ) have been pleading for full and final settlement of my credit card account after the expiry of my card for the last one and a half year. But however a sequence of events has left such appeal completely to no purpose. The details are as enlisted below:
                                  (a) After a considerable period of time I was approached by Mr. Arunava Das (vide mobile no. [protected], who I was told to be an Axis Bank personnel) i.e. on the month March 2011 for the necessary full and final settlement of my account. Eventually as per his directives I had to pay a sum of Rs.6000/-(Rupees six thousand only) with the assurance that the credit card account would be reconciled on payment of a balance sum of Rs.4000/-(Rupees four thousand only) the very next month.
                                  (b) Two months had passed since then and I was not informed about the status of my settlement nor was I approached by any official to clear my dues.
                                  (c) After two months I was further approached by one Mr. Prakash Dey (vide mobile no.[protected]) who returned with the same assurance of reconciling my account and confirmed that I would need to pay a sum of Rs. 3270/-(Rupees three thousand two hundred and seventy only) in three installments, to which I complied once again and was certified that I would make payment of the necessary remaining two installments only after receiving confirmation from the said person.
                                  (d) After these another couple of months had passed and I was once again not approached by any of the banking official pertaining to the collection of dues neither I received any statement of accounts during these period of time.
                                  (e) This was followed by another person who had contacted me by the same name Mr. Prakash Dey (vide contact no.[protected]) who had went to the extent of written confirmation of settling my account on payment of Rs.1695/- (Rupees one thousand six hundred and ninety-five only) which as I was told was the processing charges for the settlement of accounts which was duly conformed.
                                  (f) Despite all these multifarious concocted measures adopted by the credit card division my credit card account still remains unsettled and I am yet to receive my statement of accounts for the last two months.
                                  This note is meant to inform the supreme authority that under such circumstances I am utterly perplexed about the intentions of the credit card division in connection to my outstanding dues that I need to pay for an amicable defrayal of my credit card account.

                                      Please read the reply from Axis bank regarding my credit card account issues.

                                      1. I want to pay the bill and use the credit.
                                      2.If they permanantly deactivate the account and not allowed to use the card, then I want them to cancel the fees.
                                      3. I want them to remove my name from Cibil upon making the payments. I cannot run back to them to remove my name from CIBIL, after paying the amount . So I want to ensure it.

                                      We need to inform you that, the total outstanding dues on your credit card account as of date is Rs.35,872.46, and minimum payment is Rs.8,075.00, we request you to kindly make the payment on or before the due date to avoid further financial charges levied on your credit card account and also to avoid the calls form collection department for credit card dues.

                                      We need to inform you that your credit card account is permanently deactivated on account of non payment.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am holding Axis bank credit card [protected]. I was using the credit card till May 2011 and I missed the payments for the months of June, July , Aug. One of your guy called me yesterday for the payment and please pay the minimum amount due which is Rs 2000. I told him that my minimum due mentioned in the monthly statement of 10.07.2011 - 10.08.2011 period is Rs 15135 and please give me the exact amount details. Then he said let me talk to my manager and get back to you.

                                      Today the guy called me and told me that the amount is Rs .6611. Then I got confused and asked himcheck with his manager again. Then he made conference call with his manager Kamesh.
                                      Kamesh was telling that the amount is Rs 7000 to be paid. Then I asked him that shall I use my credit card after make the enough payments . He replied that my card has been blocked and in defaulters list. So it is not possible to use it and also he conveyed me that my name has been sent to the CIBIL list as defaulter. I asked him that how the account will become default in 3 months payment delay and also you are charging the late payment fees.He is not customer friendly and we got arguments. Then he disconnected the line.

                                      I had good payment record and I am maintaining Axis credit card for around 4 years. My only payment missing is for the past 3 months due to my personal problems.I am planning to pay the minimum due this month and remaining in the next month.

                                      Please let me know my creditcard account status and the minimum amount due details.

                                        Myself( Jaimala choudhary) applied for dda housing scheme 2010 on 23.12.2010. My form no. Is 9430920. My application form and my husband application form were deposited in Axis bank Preet vihar ,( new delhi) branch. But neither I have been My application form and my husband application form was deposited in Axis bank Preet vihar , new delhi branch alloted flat nor got the return so far.
