I had home loan from axis bank but i had not received insurance policy of bajaj allianz which was supposed to be provided by bank. I had taken several follow ups , launched complaints personally as well as on mails but yet not received the policy. Home loan was taken in august-2010, loan account no. is PHR[protected]. pl help in this direction...

5 months back i changed my mobile number [protected] to [protected]. net secure code doesnt come to my new mobile No-[protected].I filled required document and submited to axis bank in delhi- malviya nagar branch.Still date it is not activated. I contact customer care, they sugested me to edit in atm center. but the problem still persist.

At the time of issue of Debit card they told me its a zero balance card but they Debit my account on account of non Montanans of balance so kindly reverse my account balance my account no. is [protected]. i try to contact bank a lots of time and even i drop mail regarding the same issue but there is no response from bank and i just receive an automatically generated mail....

AxisBank, suggested I use 1-touch device, charged 800+Rs from my account, and after a few months the device does not work , I cannot even use Internet Banking now. And the branch officials in Pune refuse any refund!

My brother had outstanding on card which was settled on settled in Feb 2009 by paying 19000 cash and 10000 cheque of HDFc bank.
