I have availed a home loan from axis bank Ref PHR[protected]. Axis bank agents are a bunch of fools who have no idea of the procedures and make the customer suffer . it took 3 months for my loan process due to no fault of mine. As a first time buyer I am dependent on the agent to guide me and all he did was put me through agony. Now, after all this process, loan disbursements are not being done as agreed. I have a legal agreement with the builder regarding payment due at various stages, as per slab done etc... and the same legal document was submitted to Axis bank and was gone over by their legal team before loan was sanctioned. Now, however, whenever the builder gives me demand letter for payment due which i forward to the bank, they disburse only small amounts stating that this is according to their 'technical evaluator'. This is putting me in default with the builder and placing enormous pressure on me. I would like to officially complain that if Axis bank had a policy that they will disburse loan amount based on their technical evaluation they should have mentioned so before loan agreement, as they were well and truly aware that the builder has put forth his payment schedule in the registered agreement and that is legally binding on me. Now, the builder is stating penalty clause and wants me to pay penalty. Who is responsible for this penalty?

    Dear Sir,
    I Syed Javed Naeem is a customer of Axis Bank,Vashi Branch,account no.[protected].
    I had used my debit card today at 5:47 am, in the atm of jankalyan nagar,malad,west,after I took my cash and slip,I forgot to take my card back,after few minutes when I went back to the atm,the security guard over told me,that it must have got captured in the machine,I called the customer care,who blocked the card and asked me to call the ,the banking dept.after 9'o clock,to get the status of the card,which I did,there customer care executive told me that it will reach to the nearest Axis bank branch,but when I called the Malad S V road branch,they told me to contact home branch,which holds my account.After I request them to atleast find out,the location of the card,whether it will go to the home branch or nearest branch,they agreed half heartedly.
    Why can't the customer get a clear location of the card,customer care says something else,branch says something else.
    Also my sugggestion is as soon as the captured card comes out of the machine,It should be updated with the customer care department,so that the customer gets to know the real location of the card.
    After calling customer care 3-4 times and branch ones,I doesn't have any clue which branch to go to get my Debit card.

    Debit card — Captured by ATM

    Please help, my ATM card has been captured by the machine now what should i do so that i can get back my card as early as possible.

      Sir,

      Axis Bankers had forwarded letter letter demanding Rs. 5349.31 against my Credit Card ,which is not working from last so many months. It is also unfortunate that it does not contain any statement which can justify / certify the amount due from me in the manner like Actual Amount any penalty imposed by the Bankers.

      Further the letter issued with a time limit of 07 days with a lien on the saving account with Axis Bank which can never be told or accepted by me as in that case any amount of penalty for which there is confusion / litigation will be recovered with a simple letter as forwarded by bankers. I think this is some thing against the law and cannot be acceptable.

      The bankers had debited the same amount of Rs. 5349.13 from my saving account without contacting and now even after forwarding various mails they are not ready to accept my request.

      There was a confusion on the part of Bankers for due payment as they use to charge the penalty , interest and late payment charges fro no fault on my side and as such i use to pay only the amount of purchases and due to this the due payment goes on increasing in the record o Bankers .

      Thus they had debited the amount which is not at all correct / due from me. Further without giving any intimation they had stopped the Credit card due to this i have been put i miserable situation many times when i tries to make the payment through credit card. due to this i have been forced to stop the payment of negligible amount due from me.

      Further even my credit card was not working and stopped by bankers they had charged the late payment charges continuously for Two months along with penalty and Interest.

      I had tried to explain the situation to the bankers by writing mail to them on mail Id customer.[protected]@axisbank.com through various mails dated. 18.06.2011 , 20.06.2011 , 27.06.2011 , 28.06.2011 , 02.07.2011 , 06.07.2011 and 11.07.2011 but they are not accepting and are not ready to re credit my saving account after deduction the due balance. hence , please credit my account without any further delay and revalidate my card so that i will not be in miserable position while i am shopping or giving card for hotels payment while i am traveling as done in past without any intimation & let me know accordingly .

      Detailed statement is enclosed for your reference please.

      Your help is seek for this breach of contract and un necessary lien on my saving account by bankers which is never accepted to any body.

          On 08.07.2011 at about 16.36 P.M., I went to an ATM Counter of Axis Bank ( at Industrial Estate Rd, Patna) to withdarw cash of Rs.10000.00. The payment was declined, but the balance inquiry is showing debit of Rs. 10000.00. I tried to contact the nearest Axis Bank branch at Boring Rd, Patna, but it was closed then.           On 04.07.2011 at about 17.00 P.M., I went to an ATM Counter o[censored]nion Bank of India (at Narnaul, Haryana) to withdarw cash of Rs. 5000.00. The payment was declined, but the balance inquiry is showing debit of Rs. 5000.00 vide slip no 9508. by using axis bank ATM card . I have already send the complaints by email to customer care Delhi on 5 Jul, 2011, Tuesday at 10.00AM.After goes one month the same has not been credit in my a/c . Please look in the matter immediately, the individual facing the financial hardship.

            Iam facing CIBIL problem because of Axis bank Personal Loan . I had availed two loans bearing A/c #[protected] & [protected]. Both the loans has been closed by paying full amount but CIBIL report says current Balance of Rs. 55642 and Rs 42,771 respectively.


            1 I called up Axis bank customer care and they had given me 4 numbers of chennai Personal Loan department and asked me to write mail to surajkumar.[protected]@axisbank.com,cmt.[protected]@axisbank.com

            2. I had tried to call them many times for many days and response is nil

            3. After wring many mail also no one responded

              Sanctioned Home Loan not disbursed, AXIS Bank told me new condition/clause after approval.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am putting this complaint against AXIS Bank Home Loan dept.
              I approached AXIS Bank for Home Loan. I purchased an apartment in Noida and made the initial downpayments. I applied for Home Loan in
              AXIS Bank,
              Sec 18 Noida
              For loan.

              My loan was sanctioned almost 4 weeks ago.

              I have submitted all the Original Documents (Agreement paper of my House) along with security cheques in the bank docket.

              But now AXIS Bank is saying that loan can only be disburse after starting the construction so they will disbuse and relase the amount against demand letter sent by builder.
              I have already paid 20% of my part in initial two installment and now 3rd is due as per flexi payment plan.

              Bank has already done TRI-PARTY Agreement with builder.

              As per payment schedule, next payment will be due after ground floor casting that might take approx 7-8 months and till then approval of my loan will not be valid as it's valid for 90 days only.Also if I pay 3rd installment also then 40% will be already paid by me and only 60% would be further required which is lesser than approved amount and also ROI should be different.

              But its been more than 7 weeks since my application with the bank for Loan...and nothing is happening, Nobody is bothered to look into it. I am being pressurized from the builder to pay the money, which they are supposed to get as per the agreement.

              I am not able to approach other banks for loan as well as AXIS Bank has my documents already and charged the processing fees which they are not refunding back.

              Please help me in getting the loan disbursed and suggest what could be done due to new condition/clause told by Bak about starting the construction which is nowhere mentioned in the agreemnt/approval letter from bank.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I took personal loan from Axis Bank in 2009 with 60 months of EMI. ECS was through ICICI bank which was SB. Everything was cool since it was through ECS.

                I got married and moved to US in 2010. But still I took care, so that ECS was undisturbed.And somehow without my knowledge 3 months of payment was skipped (not continuously). Since my Net banking had some problem, I was not tracking online since 7 months. And as usual on 1st of july 2011 also, amount was debited through ECS.

                And inbetween the collection agent (mr.Mainuddin from Bangalore) called my previous organization and started talking nonsense. My friends mailed me the same. And today on July 5th 2011, I received a mail from Mr. Mainuddin saying that, I was supposed to pay 3 months EMI otherwise a report will be send to CIBIL, Passport office and Embassy. I called him and when I asked the details, he is not ready to give. I asked him that If I have an intention of escaping from that loan, why would I pay for this month and for other months too. He was speechless. And he refused to talk to me. I tried calling him again. But of vain.

                Kindly provide me a suggestion, on how to proceed further.
                Please guide me through this as it disturbs and hurts me most.

                Axis Bank — Harrashing

                I have called up customer care to close my axis credit card acc several time but no go...for few months i kept receiving call from collection to make payment and i kept repeating myself that i wanted to close the card...everytime they assure me that i will get call back...which never happened.it continued for several months which was like torture for me...one day exec came and asked me to pay interest and he will come tommorow with settlemnet latter and will let me know in how many installemnt i need to pay...which was first fraud case..he did not revert.2).after few months new exec came in mar 2009 and said your settlemet letter is ready u need to make 80% payment now and rest in 2 installment....i made 80 % payment in cash and he gave me xerox of settlement letter stating that he will give me original once all dues are clear...i agreed....he said he will come tommorow to tke 2 post dated check..he did not come and i called him several time...after few months i got a call from collection and he said rest amount needs to be paid...i was agreed..same day i got a call from the same person who took 80% of total due..stated that he is sent by collection to get rest amount and he has original letter but he does not have receipt...i made paymnet and took original letter and asked him to mention on it that he did , but since i had doubt so i called up on same collection number then n there and informd about this...i was surprised that instead of finding out , he started blaming on me...i finally left and one day 2 emp from axis bank and came along with same idot person and initailly he was not accepting but he accepted in front of these 2 emp...they assured me that they will collect amount from him and will come tommorw..which again did not happened.i called several time but no go...now everymonth some new person from diff collection comes to my place and i have to repeat entire story again n again...i m harraseh and tourchered by axis bank..please suggest me what to do.

                  I am surendra , in my savings account Rs.551.50 has been deducted regarding "Consolidated Charges for A/c" with out any prior information and i have lost my debit card i have applied for it before 4months so that i have not using this account bcoz of the bad service,which i didnt expect from axisbank and the mistake is with them u can also verify my account transactions and i want the money back which is deducted by them

                    Hi,

                    Axis bank has debited (750 + 77.25) INR from my account number [protected]. When I tried to speak to a Phone banking officer, the service was not available. They said to maintain a min balance of 5000 INR and the balance was more than 7k. Mine is a salary account and I changed the job, In my new job, salary is given through cheques as it isa small company, and I used to deposit that amount every month. They say that the salary is not credited everymonth and thus we have charged your account. While opening account, they come to office and take the employees' particulars but when the employee is resigned no information about the account details will be furnished to them like they have to convert the account to savings account. This is not the first time they charged me.
                    I am very dissatisfied with this approach.

                      They cause unnecessary delay in sanctioning loan

                      totally unprofessional executives and managers . They will take your documents and make yo wait for 2-3 weeks .
                      I do not knowif they will give loan

                      I applied for personal loan . They said they will give it in 5 days . today after 8 days they are asking me to wait for 4 more days .

                      I have wasted lot of energy in following up because they will never call you and give status .

                      Forget geting any loan from them

                        My Name is pradeep, I have bank account in Axis bank, I lost my ATM card. so i contacted to Bank customer care, they advise you need to visit branch. Although my address has been changed. they only deliver card to customer home address. So I requested to manager for change my physical address so that i can receive card.

                        I have submitted docoument,

                        1- Pan Card
                        2-Driver Ls.
                        3-Voter id.
                        4-Rent Agreement of Delhi city (where i am living currently.)
                        5-Police Verification pepar ( I have already)



                        Now matter is bank is not accepting these docouments, they need Telephone or Electricity Bill on my name. I want ask to bank if i am living on Rent, how is this possible to get bill on my name. i have also applied for Passport on same docoument but bank is not accepting these.

                        So i have requested to him for close my account, i am requesting to everyone don't do any business with axis bank. they hired uneducated person because they never ask me to for chair or any formalities.

                          Any one who is doing sip from axis bank,pl dont.if you change state pl close all your sip in bank before changing state otherweise bank employee will say NO.......

                            I gotta a feeling that it was the worst decision day I decided to apply house loan from AXIS Bank.

With documents he took the cheque from me of 5515 amount saying me that once the loan is sanctioned he will return me the cheque and will take the fresh cheque of full amount 11030 . I told him in advance that i don't have enough money in my account if you even want to place this cheque let me know. But axis bank placed the cheque without informing me. So cheque got bounced. Then i called him to enquire about this he told me you don't need to worry i have talked with my seniors give me the cash i will deposit it. I gave him the same and give me reciept as well. I have encloosed that slip in attachement.

                            Now I got the Sanction letter (AXIS/10/CAD/HL/272). I asked him to apply for the loan gave him all the required documents. He told me he started the process. But everytime I call i told me it's taking time give me 3-4 days. So I decided to go to axis bank Indrapuram branch. There i met

                            There were still 15 days before my sanction letter was about to expired. But they were again not able to disperse the loan and hence my sanction letter got expired.

                            So now i ask them for the solution what can be done As i required loan as soon as possible. VIkas Mehan told me that we have to get new sanction Letter for you but that would be at current interest rate. As i have no choice i agreed but that cost me a lot. As now interest rate was 1% higher that the previous one.

                            Again i gave them all the documents and they got my loan Sanctioned. Sanction letter:

                            Approval NO. Axis Bank / PH_LNPHG_FLOATING / 469146 / RAC - GHAZIABAD RAC / 11 -12

                            I told to disperse the loan. But they again start delaying the process by every time giving new unjustified reason. I told that i have demand date with a month. But no one was taking it seriously So i decided to escalate it, So i met

                            Ajay talked with these guys but still no use. They started the process but at last time (After Six months the process started) they told me that they can't disperse my loan as you inital processing fee cheque got bounced. I ask them Following question which they don't have any answer

                            1) Why then you re sanctioned the Loan? Why this thing was not catched in your technical and legal queries then.
                            2) Why You don't told me when it happen in December 2010 and took away cash from me saying that it doesn't matter.

                            I leave all the hope of getting the loan from your bank i decided to move on. But i got the call from VIKAS MEHAN saying that we have raised the conncern to higher managment, We got the approval from them and they are agreed to disperse the loan. But Still It's been a month they are pursuing the process and not able to disperse.

                            Can Someone from axis bank is responsible enough to take actions and disperse my loan. I not talking about the sufferings and interest that i have to pay the builder due to your irresponsible behavior. Beleive last six months is worst dealing i have ever recieved.

                            And who is responsible for Followings:
                            1) Loan Interest rate got up due to NEW Sanction letter.
                            2) I have to pay the builder interest due to late payments because you din't disperse the loan even after commiting it.
                            3) I have to took up the money from market on interest to pay the builder payement.
                            4) Time I wasted you calling you guys again and again. Many times i vistied your bank. You guys are just Fearless that nobody will take action against you. You now don't disperse the loan I will show you how to deal with it.

                            Rohit you also complaint to the Banking Ombudsman (RBI). They will take up an action against the bank as soon as possible and I hope you can get some compensation also.

                              I am Individual & not a company. Also I am NRI settled in USA. I hold stocks & dividends are credited into my NRO account held at Axis Bank. I wish to repatriate
                              my dividend funds from Axis Bank to my account held at USA bank.
                              The Axis Bank has referred me to Circular 4/2009 dated June 29,2009 " Remittances to NRI under section 195 of the Income Tax".

                              I am not remitting funds to NRI but I am transferring money from my NRO account
                              to my own account at USA bank.

                              Do I have to comply with the Circular 4/2009 dated June 29,2009 ? Alternately are there different instructions for Repatriation of funds ?

                                  Truly poor dispatch services of Axis Bank's courier service_Bluedart Courier. I have requested Axis Bank to dispatch me cheque book on 8th June. On 10th June I got sms on my mobile that my cheque book is couriered. On 12th afternoon I called up toll free no.s of Axis Bank to confirm the status. The representative after spending around 10 minutes time with me taking all my information said they cannot give me status as the systems are down. In evening I tried again their no. Again after spending 15 minutes time they told that "Systems are down". Till yesterday 14.06.11 I didn't receive the cheque book.

                                  I called up Toll free no. and took my home branch Krishna Nagar's phone no. that always kept going unanswered. I somehow manage to get Krishna Nagar Axis Bank's Operations Head Mr. Amit's no. I called up his mobile no. [protected] at 3.16pm, who said he is busy in meeting and will revert. I got a call from Ms. Komal from branch at around 6.15 pm who confirmed that the cheque book is couriered on 10th and will reach me in a day or two further. I was shocked to get this response that even international couriers are being received nowadays in 4 days and local or even other metro's courier would take 6 days time to reach???

                                  I told her that i badly need the cheque book for my home loan purpose, she said 'I can give you Blue dart Courier's docket no. as well as their contact no. you may contact them and ask for the status.

                                  As a helpless customer I had no other option than taking courier details and follow up with them. My husband called up Blue Dart courier's no.[protected]call centre at Jasola, Delhi) and spoke to Ms. Meenakshi, who said that courier with docket no. [protected] was returned due to door lock found twice. He told Meenakshi that my home is never door lock as my mother stays back 24 Hrs home. She showed no answer for this and said by tomorrow some would come and deliver the packet. My husband told her the urgency and asked her why I was not contacted in case of door lock, why I have to follow up with you guys. She said she'll get the cheque book delivered first thing in the morning. My husband must remind her around 9 am in the morning.

                                  Today morning my husband called up and spoke to Ms. Anu and gave again the whole details at 9 am and at 10 am again as he took short leave from his office to receive this cheque book as these are to be submitted to my home loan account on SOS basis. Till 11 am there was no whereabouts of courier guy. I called up Call Centre again and spoke to Ms. Zeba whom I told the whole story again and she said before 3 pm today the packet will be delivered. I told her that my husband has taken short leave as he was told by Meenakshi that first thing in the morning the packet will be delivered. This way another complete day of ours is wasted by pathetic dispatch services of Axis Bank as well as Blue dart services. Zeba said she'll talk to the concerned service Centre at Jhilmil Industrial area and revert in next 10-15 minutes.

                                  No call back received for one hour. I called up again and her colleague said "she is busy on other calls, you call up again after 10-15 minutes as we can't keep phone on hold for more than 2-3 minutes"... Surprised customer services. I called up again and soma male person took my call and asked me to call again as Zeba was busy on taking other customer's calls. I kept holding till around further 10 minutes till Mr. Rohit Asst. Manager who listen to my complaint and reverted in 10 minutes time to show that he can do nothing more than feeling sorry and can get the packet delivered by 3 pm only.

                                  Can Axis bank answer?:

                                  1. Does it take 6 days for a cheque book dispatch? Why can't a customer collect it from his Axis Bank's home branch in urgent required cases and he has to keep waiting till he is kind of obliged by Axis Bank's services?
                                  2. Why instead of following up with their courier services thay give docket details to customers to keep fighting on with courier services and wash their hands from their responsibility?
                                  3. Why blue dart couriers always find customer place lock where is my home is NEVER LOCKED as last time also the same thing happened and I collected the cheque book from branch? When will blue dart stop giving false feedback to customers???
                                  4. Why not Blue dart courier calls up customers to confirm their address/availability status if they receive the packet returns?
                                  5. Why a customer's urgent request giving complete details o[censored]rgency goes in deaf ears of call centre staff and an urgent delivery is also promised for by 3pm??? Even when it was promised for the first thing in the morning???

                                  If I don't get this cheque book today, I'll publish this letter in other various consumer sites and consumer forum.

                                  Blue Dart — loan sanction,

                                  Sir, my name is ashok i am working in Blue dart as a accountant, and i went DHFL for the construction loan( Demolishing the Existing Building and Apply for new construction) and i met Mr balasubramanian Branch Manager i told very clearly i having the copy of the document for parent document and he told to me no issue we do the file, and i pay the full process fee upfront.
                                  and the sanction my loan & they hand over the sanction letter and i demolish the existing building and start the new building after the completing the base work i approch the DHFL for first payment along with the cheque and other original document, at he time of i hand over the document, they are refuse to give the loan because of parent document is copy of document, suddenly i was shocked and i told to branch manager i was already told i having only copy of the document, he deny that finally they are not give the loan to me, i tryed lots of time but there is no response, finnaly i help less. so please dont go to DHFL
                                  I faced similar issue with Axis bank. I requested for a duplicate agreement copy for my loan I had with axis bank. I placed the request on Oct-1-2012. They said I will receive the courier by Oct-11, but I didnt received.

                                  When I called them up they provided a POD no and told me to contact blue dart courier. But the courier representative said that it is an invalid POD no.

                                  When I again called up the axis bank, they replied it might be the mistake of the courier company as they might not have updated the details in the system. So I waited till Oct-30-2012. Still I didnt received the agreement copy.

                                  On Oct-30-2012 when I called up the axis bank again they said the request has been closed. I placed an complaint against the request saying that I didnt received the courier. Again the pathetic axis bank representative said it will take 10 more days for the courier to dispatch and provided me another number saying that this is the compaint number for the request I have raised.

                                  I waited till Nov-7-2012 and again called them up. They didnt had any answer for my query. I was very frustrated and read your comments and replied.

                                  As you have posted this comment on july-2011, just wanted to confirm is there any way we can charge consumer complaints on the bank as they are charging 500Rs for the duplicate copies.

I have called Axis Bank customer service number and they have not been able to help either. They have mentioned you can visit the fort branch or keep trying these numbers. I have been calling since saturday 11th June 2011 and the phones are only ringing and 2 numbers dont even exist. They claim they dont have an email id for customer service complaints either. its a dead end...

                                    Ditto...facing the same issue with the Axis car loan department. ...I happen to be their so called priority customer.
                                    The bank’s online grievance redressal mechanism is quite complicated, not so user-friendly s. I am not sure if you would take any action on this complaint, however, I needed to vent out my frustration somewhere.
                                    I hold a salary account (so called priority account) with Goregaon (E) branch, account number [protected] .
                                    I had taken up a loan from Axis bank in the year 2007 for a period of 5 years, the details are as follows:
                                    • Loan Account number– [protected]
                                    • Loan recovered from A/C no. – [protected]
                                    I had paid the outstanding amount and requested for a NOC from the bank. Ms. Shivangi (Axis Bank-Fort Branch), promised to courier the Car loan NOC. Have been following up since the past 7 days. Now she does not even answer my phone. I am buying a new car from Hyundai in exchange of my old car (for which I have requested NOC), now since I don’t have the NOC, Hyundai can’t give me the new car. So I am left without a car for over 10 days now and public transport system in Mumbai is miserable as you are aware. (Pawan Kumar Sharma)

                                      worst service and Response why because when we tried to drop the cheque of our employees into the Axis bank of mehdipatnam branch but branch manager Mr.kalyan Krishna refused to take the cheque even the Branch Manager spoken very rude so is this the service AXis bank is providing i want to clear with Axis Bank Immediately.As the manager representing the Axis bank am rite then why he is feeling that we are the employees to him and he is a boss to us i want clear this issue immediately.

                                        i got home loan from axis bank for the amount of 25,00,000. after got the sanctioned letter, they released two part payment respectively, 10,00,000, and 9,00,000. and then two weeks back, they called me and said your builder applied for final payment and will release the payment if the 95% work completed. i said some of pending work is there and dropped mail stating that, kindly release third payment and wait until my confirmation for final payment. but they released final payment without my confirmation. so please advice where can i register my complient against this. Thanks
