Dear sir/madam,
I am a regular ATM user for different purpose and also I and my family has account at Panihati Branch, Axis Bank (Current and Sevings), also my business friends are also using your Bank for business purpose from my reference. I have no obligation regarding the link fault which was happened on 01.10.2011. I went so many times to your ATMs in different places.
On 01.10.2011 at 09.15 p.m when I went to Axis Bank ATM (which was situated near Rathindra Cenema Hall, Sodepur Station Road, Kolkata: 700110) for withdrawal of money, then Mr. Pradeep Sharma (on duty security of AXIS Bank ATM, Sodepur Station Road) told me to "go go nothing is happening here and get out". I asked him that what is the reason for not working the ATM, then he told me that he does not know the reason. After that I told him if you do not know the reason then let me check with my ATM card and if not working then I obviously could know the reason. Then Mr. Pradeep Sharma replied with very soundly that AXIS Bank does not need any customer to develop the service and told me and other ATM visitors (more that 10 people) that to close the account of AXIS Bank and to open in other Bank. At that time I tried to remember him that customers are the main utilty of any service industry and I may inform these misbehave to AXIS ank Authority, then Mr. Pradeep Sharma told me to note down his name and to make complaint against him and also told me that no authority of AXIS Bank could ask him for these behaviour. I and other presented there to using ATM service are very much offended and I think this may be the bad impact on AXIS Bank.
I request to look forward the above, as our Business friend circles are using your service because of good relation provided by you. If you will take any action then I will circulate the above incident to my family and friend circle who are using current and savings to your Bank.

Use of ATM Card — Behaviour of Security Guard at ATM

I have salary account with Axis Bank Worli Branch and I regularly use ATM card for Cash withdrawal. While withdrawing cash on Saturday 1st Nov, 2008 at 18.55 hrs from ATM at 90 feet Road, Mulund (East) the behavior of security guard was very rude and insulting.
As per the standard norms nobody is allowed to enter in the room when a person is making an ATM transaction like withdrawal of cash.However, to my surprise the Security Guard not only allowed another person to come inside but started making argument when objected. His behavior was very arrogant particularly to my wife who was accompanying me.

I appreciate the Customer care should take note of this and take immediate action against such security personnel. Kindly send the details of your action by email.

    i was sb a/c open dbg branch of axix bank on[protected]. my sb a/c no. is [protected] & contact no.[protected] . i was some turn over on sb a/c in every month. i was take information of average quartely balance mentinance from axix bank website and axix bank toll free no. i was also mentinance of average quartely balance according to axix bank website and axix bank toll free number but consolitaded charge debited in my sb a/c by dbg branch of axix bank on[protected]. so i request consolitaded charge no debited in my sb a/c & please help me .

      we were in business with axis bank ltd branch pandri (udham singh nagar) uttarakhand. There was our 2 firm's cash credit limit with axis bank.one was name SANJAY TRADING COMPANY and 2nd named was ASHOKA SEEDS.

      dear sir,from date april 2009 to may 2010 they debit the interest in both firm was more than rate of intrest of that time.it was rs 24663/- approx. more in our firm sanjay trading company and rs 29018/- approx more in our second firm ashoka seeds .

      now when we complaint them and follow than after a long time they agreed and told us to credit that amount in our account.and in 1 february 2011 they credit the amount of rs 21287 /- in our sanjay trading company's account. and told us that diffrance was not of rs 24663/- it was of rs 21287/-..but in the second matter they told we can not give you the money back which is wrong debit in your account because now you have not account with us now.we told many times that we will reopen a current account in your bank and you credit that amount in that but they told me that account number want to be that from which account we debit the amount.and they are not agree to return that amount.

      SO PLEASE SIR I AM REQUESTING YOU THAT LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND I WANT OUR MONEY RETURN WHICH IS WRONG DEBIT IN OUR ACCOUNT.

        Sub: Refund of Processing Charges for Home Loan for Purchase of New House / Flat
        Ref: Home Loan Approval No. AXISBANK/LNPHG/3065/RAC (CHENNAI) 09-10 DT. 29.12.2009

        With reference to your Housing Loan Approval Letter mentioned above, I had paid Rs. 23,924/- by cash through your representative Mr. Saravanan on 29/12/2009, the receipt of which was retained by Mr. Saravanan. As the sanctioned amount of Rs. 28,92,000/- was not sufficient for purchase of the proposed new flat, I could not proceed further.

        In spite of several reminders and regular visits to your office as well as Mr. Saravanan's Office, I could not get the refund till date.

        If the refund is not received within 15 days from date (after deducting your expenses) I will be constrained to recover the amount legally without further notice.

          Dear ASSL Team,

          I had Joined in ASSL as senior sales officer in auto loan sales in Ludhiana. i resigned after in a month from ASSL due to very bad behavior environment created by RM (ANSHUL bHATIA) for me and he was putting unnecessarily pressure hurting me mentally ot resigned from my job truing to runid my career, i also was discussed with immediate BM (PANKAJ GOYAL) of ASSL but he did not try to help me out gave me reason i am working at on ASSL roll. Your RM is on Axis Bank ltd on roll. Job .

          i was very disappointed joined & seen the such kind of disgusting working environment has been created by some of that kind ego and selfish and irrespectable person working bank reputed in bank like axis bank ltd.


          I Hope my complaint would be taken serioually .

          my complaint against RM of axis bank (Anshul Bahatia)

          i had joined ASSL in june 2012 but i was forces for resigned from ASSL in month from my joining due to misbehavior or unnecessary mentally pressure keep forcing me put resigned of from job all these issue created by (Anshul Bhatia) Rm of axis bank auto loan. was truing to ruined my career.


          I Had also discussed with MR Pankaj Goyal BM of ASSL Ludhiana Locations. he said i am helpless resolver your problem due to i am working on ASSL roll, I can't take action employee of axis bank Ltd. i would be better me switch your job from ASSL . Because your problem has no answer,


          i had been send my PF withdrawn form 3 moths ago. still i did not received nay status from your side so pls confirm me about PF status as soon as possible or Priority Basis
          .

          Anshul Bahtia such king ego and selfish worst nature person i have been never seen in career life..

          My name is athikesavakumar I worked with sales and securites as a cpa operations senior executive in Chennai, I left my job one year before for my releving letter I went five times no response and sixth time only received, they are treating. Employees Like a slaves, three months before I apply pf settelment but till no response, one year they credited bonus in all employees account then next day they have collected again cash from employees, please take action against this company, it s a black mark for Indian country.             This is to bring to your notice that I , Sri Aniruddha Mukherjee (vide credit card no.[protected] ) have been pleading for full and final settlement of my credit card account after the expiry of my card for the last one and a half year. But however a sequence of events has left such appeal completely to no purpose. The details are as enlisted below:
            (a) After a considerable period of time I was approached by Mr. Arunava Das (vide mobile no. [protected], who I was told to be an Axis Bank personnel) i.e. on the month March 2011 for the necessary full and final settlement of my account. Eventually as per his directives I had to pay a sum of Rs.6000/-(Rupees six thousand only) with the assurance that the credit card account would be reconciled on payment of a balance sum of Rs.4000/-(Rupees four thousand only) the very next month.
            (b) Two months had passed since then and I was not informed about the status of my settlement nor was I approached by any official to clear my dues.
            (c) After two months I was further approached by one Mr. Prakash Dey (vide mobile no.[protected]) who returned with the same assurance of reconciling my account and confirmed that I would need to pay a sum of Rs. 3270/-(Rupees three thousand two hundred and seventy only) in three installments, to which I complied once again and was certified that I would make payment of the necessary remaining two installments only after receiving confirmation from the said person.
            (d) After these another couple of months had passed and I was once again not approached by any of the banking official pertaining to the collection of dues neither I received any statement of accounts during these period of time.
            (e) This was followed by another person who had contacted me by the same name Mr. Prakash Dey (vide contact no.[protected]) who had went to the extent of written confirmation of settling my account on payment of Rs.1695/- (Rupees one thousand six hundred and ninety-five only) which as I was told was the processing charges for the settlement of accounts which was duly conformed.
            (f) Despite all these multifarious concocted measures adopted by the credit card division my credit card account still remains unsettled and I am yet to receive my statement of accounts for the last two months.
            This note is meant to inform the supreme authority that under such circumstances I am utterly perplexed about the intentions of the credit card division in connection to my outstanding dues that I need to pay for an amicable defrayal of my credit card account.

                Please read the reply from Axis bank regarding my credit card account issues.

                1. I want to pay the bill and use the credit.
                2.If they permanantly deactivate the account and not allowed to use the card, then I want them to cancel the fees.
                3. I want them to remove my name from Cibil upon making the payments. I cannot run back to them to remove my name from CIBIL, after paying the amount . So I want to ensure it.


                Please advise what are the steps I need to take achive above my points.

                Dear Mr.Raheem,

                This is with reference to your e-mail dated 13th September , 2011 to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com regarding your Axis Bank credit card account.
                We apologise for the delay in responding to your query.
                We need to inform you that, the total outstanding dues on your credit card account as of date is Rs.35,872.46, and minimum payment is Rs.8,075.00, we request you to kindly make the payment on or before the due date to avoid further financial charges levied on your credit card account and also to avoid the calls form collection department for credit card dues.

                We need to inform you that your credit card account is permanently deactivated on account of non payment.

                We need to inform you that the applicable financial charges were levied in your Credit card account,as we have not received payments from you before the due date mentioned in the monthly Credit card statement.

                We regret our inability to reverse the applicable financial charges levied in your Credit card account.

                We need to inform you that as per Axis bank norms that are intimated to you on the application form and as mentioned in the card holder manual, interest charges are accrued if you make a payment for minimum amount outstanding or a payment less than total amount outstanding or if no payment is made.

                If total amount outstanding is paid before due date of a statement, no interest charges will accrue for that month.

                The usage of credit card for various purchases and execution of the application amounts to acceptance of all the terms and conditions as stated in the credit card agreement.

                We need to inform you that as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines, we are required to provide credit information relating to our Credit Cardholder to Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL) on a monthly basis. The information provided reflects the status as at the previous month-end and includes information regarding whether the Credit Card account is regular or delinquent. To avoid any adverse credit history with CIBIL, Credit Cardholder should ensure that they make timely payment of the amount due on the Card account.
                Hence, we cannot edit or delete CIBIL records."

                Hi,

                I am holding Axis bank credit card [protected]. I was using the credit card till May 2011 and I missed the payments for the months of June, July , Aug. One of your guy called me yesterday for the payment and please pay the minimum amount due which is Rs 2000. I told him that my minimum due mentioned in the monthly statement of 10.07.2011 - 10.08.2011 period is Rs 15135 and please give me the exact amount details. Then he said let me talk to my manager and get back to you.

                Today the guy called me and told me that the amount is Rs .6611. Then I got confused and asked himcheck with his manager again. Then he made conference call with his manager Kamesh.
                Kamesh was telling that the amount is Rs 7000 to be paid. Then I asked him that shall I use my credit card after make the enough payments . He replied that my card has been blocked and in defaulters list. So it is not possible to use it and also he conveyed me that my name has been sent to the CIBIL list as defaulter. I asked him that how the account will become default in 3 months payment delay and also you are charging the late payment fees.He is not customer friendly and we got arguments. Then he disconnected the line.

                I had good payment record and I am maintaining Axis credit card for around 4 years. My only payment missing is for the past 3 months due to my personal problems.I am planning to pay the minimum due this month and remaining in the next month.

                Please let me know my creditcard account status and the minimum amount due details.

                  Myself( Jaimala choudhary) applied for dda housing scheme 2010 on 23.12.2010. My form no. Is 9430920. My application form and my husband application form were deposited in Axis bank Preet vihar ,( new delhi) branch. But neither I have been My application form and my husband application form was deposited in Axis bank Preet vihar , new delhi branch alloted flat nor got the return so far. Similar is the case of my husband. Kindly return the application money of myself and my husband. The application money Rs. 1,50,000/- for each

                    My AXIS BANK salary account no. is [protected] at Salt Lake, Sector V branch, Kolkata - 700091.
                    I have been using this account since 2007 without any bad services.

                    Recently, I WAS SHOCKED TO EXPERIENCE UNEXPECTED behavior and service from AXIS BANK.

                    My documents are NOT recently being delivered at my communication address. I complained many times to the customer care but whenever I call them after 4-5 days, they say the complaint is under process. None of my complaints were being action-ed as it seemed to me.

                    Unfortunately I had to go to the branch and collect the documents in person.

                    When I complaint to the Branch Head/Operations Head, they also did not take any action. I complained that there may be some problem with the courier company but they said that they have tie-up with big courier company and cannot make any mistake. So it gave me the impression that for AXIS BANK customers are NOT so important and the service that they used to provide earlier is now degrading.

                    Recently I requested for New Debit Card & New Cheque Book both of which I had to collect from branch after a great harassment from Customer Care as well as the branch officials - for around 1 and 1/2 months.

                    Also, none of the emails I sent were replied in a proper time with a proper resolution, instead I had to follow-up with the customer care lodging complaints and complaints and so on........

                    So, this meant that whatever you want to do for your account at AXIS BANK, you have to go to the branch and the use of Internet Banking is USELESS. Because whatever communication you do through internet banking is not replied by AXIS BANK.

                    AS A RESULT,
                    I AM PLANNING TO SHIFT MY SALARY ACCOUNT FROM AXIS BANK IN FEW MONTHS BECAUSE THE INSULT AND HUMILIATION DONE BY THE AXIS BANK OFFICIALS TO A CUSTOMER LIKE ME WHO CONSTANTLY FOLLOWED-UP FOR PROBLEMS BUT DID NOT GET ANY PROPER RESOLUTION FROM AXIS BANK......

                      Relieving Letter

                      I have worked with Axis Bank for 2 yrs & resigned from the bank last year in Aug'10. Since then I'm following up with them for my Relieving Letter. I was not able to serve the mandatory notice period of 30days as i got a govt job. They had already recovered the penalty & dues for the same & settled my PF also. But they are not ready to give my relieving letter as according to them I'm not eligible for the same.br...

                        i was taken Loan from your Axis bank on 2008 ( Loan account no.[protected]),one year pay through cheques,after one i appied for ECS,fill all paper and submitted to bank,due to not submitted ECS paper to my ICICI bank,ECS not process,
                        ECS not process not inform to me,after some time some recovery agent come to my house for collecting money,that time i knew that ECS not process,for all this activity you charge me late payment charge and at time of loan offer condition was return back of 1% amount of loan amount.
                        due to mistake from your side recovery person come to my house,you also late payment charge me.
                        so i want revert my 150 Rs late payment charge and as per condition return me back 1% of amount.
                        and reply me ASAP.

                            I m Tarali Bania..i have a savings bank ac with Axis bank.on 29th august 2011 there
                            was a card purchase/SHOPDEBTSCOM /[protected]/290811/07 0f 1893 rs,and on 8/9/2011 another transaction was made of rs1422 by card pur/[protected]/080911/14..where as my card is physically with me and i have not done any purchase with my dard. i hv received the both msg from axis bank.it is really very pathetic and rediculous.how safe our hard earn money with Axis bank. i need an expalanation from axis bank and want my money back which i have not spent.

                            There was a charge of $39.95 USD on my Greendot Visa that I did not make. Upon investigation, I discovered that it was an over-sees charge, which gave the phone # of[protected]. When I submitted this # into the Google search engine, it led me to this site, where there are a number of complaints of fraudulent charges. Seems like I am in the wrong business for making an easy profit. I am currently disputing this transaction with my credit card company. Wish me luck.

                              This is sekhar, on the 6th sep 2011, i went through a debit transaction of amount 7000 from an ICICI bank ATM near hitech city, madhapur , hyderabad through Axis saving account debite card.But the transaction has failed, even i got the failed notification transaction receipt also.But the amount debited from my Axis bank saving account

                                One of Axis bank home loan executive has given the commitment for home loan on Orchid ozone project of DB Reality at Dhaiser hence i have applied for the same. I have been given the pre section letter and taken processing fee Rs 10500.00. It was great shock for me when I went for final disbursement and not one was replying even after so many follow-ups . I have escalated this matter to Vishwanath Kulkarni (head of the loan department) than I came to know Axies back is not considering DB projects for home loan.
                                Why I have been issued a sectioned letter once company is not considering DB projects that means Axis back is making wrong commitments to the customers .
                                My processing fees is also not given back even after so many reminders.

                                  I am holding Salary Account in Axis BANK Ltd,DLF Galleria Branch,Gurgaon.
                                  Bank has debited Rs.561 from my Salary Account No ([protected]) on 30.08.11.when i asked bank about charges they replied these are against Cash Deposit transaction charges in Month of July-11.
                                  1. i am depositing cash in account for last 03 years then why bank has not deducted charges.
                                  2. If there is any charges for deposting cash in Salary Account then why it's not intimated to us.
                                  3.I f there is cash deposit charges then why these are not deducted in begining rather in month end.
                                  e.g in hdfc bank there is strictly prohibited that in salary account no cash can be deposited by in axis bank they have done cash transaction and deducted amount in month end without intimating to us.

                                  Sir,Please help so that i can get back the debited amount of Rs.561 .

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    This is in regard to misuse of credit card that happened online. I received a call from AXIS BANK that seems your credit card is misused . I said Yes ...thy immediately blocked the card.
                                    Then after that every month ihave been getting statements with intrest and late payment fees of Rs 400/- that has mad eteh amount of Rs 1340/- misused to 5000/- approx....When i called up i was told to submit a dispute form which i did . Now they are saying that it wil take 120 days to solve this. Till then they are charging Rs 400/- late charges and intrest.
                                    I have never ever defaulted on my payments with any bank and this case has spoiled my records in CIBIL. In frustration i paid 1345/- the amount that has beeen misused to be refunded when its solved . But The bank is not ready to solve this. Theyse can atleast reverse late payment charges and reverse intrest charged so that my record in CIBIL is not screwed. The bank is not co-opearting and not ready to solve this.
                                    Can i case against the bank for loss of repuatation and mental haaraasement. morever my record in CIBIL has been spoiled for no fault of mine. How do i resurrect my records with CIBIL?

                                      I AM USING CREDIT CARD OF AXIS BANK SINCE 2008, I HAVE GIVEN MULTIPLE REQUEST TO BANK EXECUTIVES OVER TOLL FREE NUMBER TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS BUT IT IS NOT CHANGES.

                                      I HAVE BEEN CHASING BANK FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS AND THERE IS NO POSITIVE OUTCOME. IT SEEMS THAT BANK ID TURNING DEAF TOWARDS MY REQUEST.
