On 25 May2011 my card was detained by machine by no reason and the machines buttons were not working fine. Whenever I try to get money from there ATM machine I have to hit the button very hard. I have called there toll free number at least 4 to 5 times. Always the call goes to wrong department than they transfer the line to other department that goes on and on. I wanted to remove money from my account but the card was not working So I have to go to bank for cash.1 June 2011 I have gone to bank just get small amount but the system were not working fine. I had waited for at least 2 hrs get to get my money. Around 9.30 AM the bank got open and later when I went on cash counter the female said the cash counter will be opened at 10.00 AM so I waited. I told them to register the details and add it on later they said they can’t around 10.30 AM it happened and later around 11.10 Am they gave us the money in same manner what i told them... When all these was happening the manger operation was just looking at me as if I have gone crazy not even bothered to ask what the problem was. I have called the toll free number of there to complaint about there ATM machines which are not working. It has been months that i have seen the ATM machine working in fine in Andheri. I stay near andheri station. Whenever i call the toll free number they say they are taking care of it. I see no progress. On top they tell me that i can withdraw the money from the other ATM bank. I am allowed 5 times in month later i will be charged for services. I suggest that they should Shut down there bank as well as the ATM... AXIS BANK is worst nightmare. The INDIAN bank is the best

Axis Bank — VERY BAD ATM SERVICE

ONE MORE TIME I HAVE VISITED THE AXIS BANKS ATM, AND AS USUAL IT WAS OUT OF ORDER
I SAW ONE MAN WAS ALSO THERE LIKE ME THEN WE DECIDED TO WITHDRAWL MONEY FROM OTHER BAKNS ATM AND HE TOLD ME THAT DONT TRUST ON AXIS BANKS ATM AND DONT GO TO THAT JUST WITHDRAWL YOUR CASH FROM ANY OTHER ATM.

I DONT UNDERSTAND SUCH A BIG BANK AND SUCH A BAD SERVICE.
I lost my HDFC ATM card which got stuck inside the AXIS BANK ATM machine which is available at HCL BPO SERVICES at Greams road in Chennai.I request the concern authority to give it to the HCL FINANCE DEPT as early as possible or else u can contact me at my no [protected].

Axis Bank — ATM card not work

I have opened my salary account in axis bank ,they issued a kit excluding cheque book ,but the thing is I can't withdraw amount in any of the AXIS bank ATM , Axis bank debit card is not at all working in the Axis bank ATM’S ,what should I do.

    The Axis bank ATM in question is located in front of the Barrackpore Station, On 18th may around 1945Hrs the Security Guard on duty at the ATM refused the customer access to the helpline telephone.He said that there is no such phone and there is no complaint book, and if we had any complaint we should go to the bank. On being questioned,the guard started shouting and switched off the power to the modem link or the network link. Immediately the ATM machines started showing "NO satellite link". He was abusive and shouting at top of his voice.His behavior got the crowd gathered around and the scene looked as if some ATM heist was in action. The matter was reported to the axis bank call center operator to register the complaint, Also i lodged the complaint to the bank through my net banking account. Though the bank has expressed regret in an reply mail, but they have not informed me about any action being taken against the guard or corrective actions taken thereof.

        Hello Sir,

        I named Mahesh receiving the Calls from Axis Bank Credit Card Department Of Raniganj Office stating that
        am dafaulter of Card Payment, But infact i dont have any Axis Bank Credit Card. The lady called me was Riya from Raniganj Axis Bank Office, she was too rude on the call and not even confirmed that she is speaking to right person. even i had called to Phone banking of the bank and enquired about the same. the Officer spoked to was Mr. Sanjib Majhi who has taken all my details and confirmed that my name only matches and no other details were matching and asked me to mark mail to customer.[protected]@axis bank.com. Even iam receiveng the mail through Face Book site from lady named Avanti reddy and asking me to make payment or do settlement for the same. I had informed about the same to Phone Banking officer who inturn checked and confirmed and told that was a fraud mail.

        The point here is the lady had sent the Credit Card No and outstanding amount. am wondering like a lady who does'nt have any relation with Axis bank has customers confidential information.
        Its became clear that the lady is noway related to Axis Bank. Avanti reddy is the lady who is trying to do fraud with false card details.

        I request you to please help me in this regards and reslove the issue.

          valuable custommer of axis bank.
          My account has been running from more then six years in axis bank but
          I never felt problem regarding banking service but now _a_ days I have
          been harassed emotionaly and mentaly by the Dt. Manager Miss Aditi
          ghosh. Her tendency is negelectind and ignoring the custommer and his
          problem. Her version is very penetrating and shocking. So far her
          behavier is seems to be concerned, is very rough,rigid and restive.In
          spite of these demerites, she get advantage to be a lady bank
          executive.
          Hence, therefore I request you to do the needfull and strict
          action against her so that I may not suffer further mentaly and
          physicaly.

            I had applied in the DDA housing scheme[protected] for the draw by submitting a draft of Rs 50,000/-. My application no. was 0943299 which was submitted with the draft (DD No.- 121737) in Axis bank- Rohini Sec-9 branch.

            Since the result had been declared and Iam not the successful applicant , Therefore i was expecting my deposit amount to be refunded which is not done as yet.

            You are requested to kindly look into this matter and get my fees refunded soon. Will be very thankful to you. Your quick action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

              I have submitted dda application no. 1115772 in Axis bank new railway road,gurgaon on 23.12.2010. I have not received my dda refund till date. While contacting on the telephone no, 24531284 of Axis Bank E-64, GK - 1, either no. is busy or not reachable or switch off. I am unable to contact Mr. Gaurav Tandon.
              While calling to the bank with other no. 29231800 they said We can not transfer the line to him.

              As i deposited my refund order no 050057, Rs.150000/-, Application No-891451 at my ICICI bank on 20/01/09, but today i find that first the refunded money crideted in my account then again they debited the same amount, when i inquire from ICICI bank they are telling me that Axis bank has not cleared it when i want to know the reason she is simply telling me to contact Axis bank, please help me how can i get my money back and the reason why they had not cleared it.

              DDA Refund,

              I have submitted DDA Application for No. 0255218 in Axis Bank Barakhamba Road New Delhi on 13.12.2010. Since I am unsucessfull allottee so my refund should be credted in my bank directly for which I have already submitted cancelled cheque leaf with my application. I have not received my refund so far moreover the nodel officer Mr. Gaurav Tandon is not responding.
              I am also sailing in the same boat. I have written an email to the MD and CEO of Axis Bank - Shikha Sharma - shikha.[protected]@axisbank.com. You can also try the same, but she also seems to be as lame and as lax as her banking operations. After all, the flows from the top!
              I have submitted dda application no. 0039613 in Axis bank Gurgaon . I have not received my dda refund till date. While contacting on the telephone no, 24531284 of Axis Bank E-64, GK - 1, either no. is busy or not reachable or switch off. I am contact Mr. Gaurav Tandon & Mr Himanshu and Parnit pal but i didn't get any satisfactory reply.

              Can we all go in consumer court against DDA and Axis Bank .
              If any one is ready the pls contact to me I will put a legal case against them.

              I have paid amount Rs.1,50,000/- thru DD No. 003015 dated 22/12/2010 issued from ICICI bank for DDA flat booking vide Form No. 0986324 at AXIS Bank Faridabad under serial number 039/150000/818.

              Kindly expedite and confirm the payment details per return email.

                This is to bring to your notice that for my home loan from Axis bank, 2 EMIs got deducted
                in the month of march 2011 (from my citibank account no - [protected]; Branch- BANGALORE.
                CHEQUE NUMBERS - 439352 and 448054; DTD - 1/MAR/2011 AND 8/MAR/2011 RESPECTIVELY.

                Axis bank Loan account no - PH[protected]

                I tried calling the customer care many times but nobody had proper information for the reason.
                finally i logged a complaint and a person called me telling that they cannot refund my money back but they will adjust this in the principal amount.
                Then i asked for the same in written but i am not receiving any response again.
                How will i get to know that my principal amount has been reduced?

                Everytime the customer care personnel say they will come back but i never get any response.

                This happens some time...
                if your loan is in bangalore then all you need is to drop a mail to hl.[protected]@axisbank.com

                Email response generally comes in 1-2 day...ask them to refund the money or adjust to principal while writing the mail...incase of refund they will give the date by which you can come branch and collect the cheque...get online loan access so that you can atleast keep an eye on principal outstanding.
                if you have asked for principal reduction then wait for 2 weeks and ask for account statement...all this can be done using email...i never visit branch and just drop mail...it works for me all the time.
                Axis bank is not having any proper processes.
                If this Bank continues to keep Christopher in Bangalore will lose its reputation and clients. This gentleman does not know his work or how to talk to customers. His attitude his anti-customer or his working in the bank to finish within by ill treating the bank`s customers.

                Nothing is right right form submission of loan application, disbursal and Legal Clearance.First of Power Loan Dept. in Bangalore is Snail Speed for its customers. They take minimum 2 months to tell you whether they give you loan or not.Bank lacks communication skills as they have as their Home Loan Staff. They do not know what they are doing or talking. My honest suggestion boycott Axis Bank and teach them with sledge hammer blow as how to treat their customers and how fast to disburse loans

                  VER BAS CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ONE OF THE LEADING BANKS OF INDIA,

                  these people are unable to answer the DDA refund cases,how to track wheer to go,whom to contact ,no one picks the call,no one attends and guides how one would get the refund from axis,no on picks call in GK 1 branch neither any of the branch contact numbers are updated on their website.

                      I am axis bank priority customer. i was applied for internet banking immediately when i have open the salary bank account in Axis bank. But due to not proper training of internet banking, i failed to register of mobile number in axis bank web site, due to their 12 / 10 digit system. Then i will click on 1-touch option by mistake. And thus the bank had direct debited Rs.800/900 to my salary account without intimation. In this matter I will sent mail two times to their customer care maid id, but they have not replied me. Still the bank are nither sent me the above device nor reverted my amount.

                      Please look in this matter and help me.

                          I made a payment to snapdeal.com from my axis bank netbanking account on 5th may .The amount got deducted from Axis bank account but the payment failed . This happened twice .
                          The snapshots of the transactions that were made are attached for reference .The refunds of the failed payments should be processed back into my account ASAP

                            Axis Bank — DDA 2010 refund

                            I had submitted DDA application number 0257565 at Axis bank sector-14, Gurgaon branch.
                            When checked the status of courier(DDA refund cheque sent by Axis bank), courier company delivered the cheque back to bank.
                            As per DDA guidelines, i should get the refund from the branch where i have submitted the form. But sec-14, Gurgaon branch asked to goto GK1,Delhi branch of Axis bank.
                            I tried calling GK branch to confirm if i should visit personally to collect the cheque or bank will be resending the courier. But they never picked up their phone.

                            Kindly help me in getting refund.

                            I have the same issue. What is this bank doing when other banks like ICICI already made refunds. Please update the status.
                            I personally visited their GK-1 branch. They had already resent the courier. now waiting to receive it.
                            I have called many times to the numbers provided by Axis bank noida sec 63 branch, but they never picked the phone.

                            This is really very disappointing, these bank must be sued

                            I also have the same problem. I have two applications submitted in the axis bank shalimar bagh. and now they are saying that i will have to contact the GK branch.
                            This is really disgusting for such a big bank.
                            finally got the refund...!! what a relief..

                                this is to request you that i am suffering too much problem, due to unavailability of my ATM PIN, NETBANKING PIN, CHEQUE BOOK

                                in November,2010 i applied for my Net- banking pin, address change & passbook but till date i didn't found that at my changed address.
                                after some days when i went to ATM i found that my pin no was changed (because they changed my ATM PIN instead of NET-BANKING PIN), after that there was only one option with me that was cash withdrawl by cheque, but now my cheque book is also finished,

                                near about two months ago (5th March,2010) i again applied for net-banking & address change in Mandya Branch, , but i didnt recieved my any pin no to my current residing address, now i am helpless, i am fully unable to use my bank account, in past one week i tried to much to contact on your customer care no. but i didn't found any proper response. please help me as soon as possible

                                  Hello,

                                  I am a resident of Germany and had applied for a home loan via Axis Bank, Pune. The whole process has lasted for more than three months with no feedback or reply regarding the home loan.

                                  After I applied for a home loan in February 2011 at AXIS Bank, Pune for a property in Pune, I was told that the whole process would be completed in 5-6 working days. Since I did not have an NRI account with Axis Bank, I was told to open one which I duly did. Because of this application, I was told that the application processing would take 2 more weeks. This was fine and I accepted it.

                                  Thereafter I have been getting hardly any response from the bank regarding the home loan. It has been more than three months. Most verbal commitments by the bank authorities are never respected. No commitment is given in writing in spite of multiple requests. All emails are ignored, phone calls are never replied to and the whole process is extremely hazy and opaque.

                                  I am on the verge of losing my property since the builder is not willing to wait anymore for the payment. The entire process has been a nightmare and AXIS bank has yet to give me a reply on the status of my loan. It is already May 2011 and it has caused me immense torture and mental harassment because of their unprofessional customer service!

                                  Readers who read this note are hereby requested to refrain from applying for home loans via AXIS bank.

                                  I definitely want to go to the consumer court of India and will need assistance for it. Please inform me if anyone can help me out on this issue.

                                      I intended to book two tickets from Delhi to Cochine for 29.5.2011.I searched the goggel.com and directed to site www.zoomtra.com. I filled the details and redirected to site riyaconnect.com. I made payement for two tickets ammounting to Rs.9872/- through my Axis Bank Crdit card No [protected] in the morning of 10.5.2011 around 5.20am. Whole process of payment was completed through HDFC Gate way . But at the end there was a message on the site of riyaconnect.com that there was some error and ticket could not be booked. I did not recieve any message on my mobile No [protected] regarding any transaction which i generally get immidiately after any transaction. It was written on the web page to contact company call center No[protected]. I made first phone call to the number at 5.25 am but there was no response. I again repeated the whole process and tried to book two tickets for same dates for same flight of Indigo departing at 6.20 from Delhi. and again made payment from same credit card. But again the same thing happened. Repeated phone calls remainde unanswered. After about two hours i recieved message from axis bank regrading two transactions for Rs 9872/-from my credit card.where no ticket has been booked and no mail has been recieved in my email [protected]@gmail.com. It is requested that the ammount be got refunded to me.

                                        I have availed a home loan from Axis Bank.

                                        This is the 3rd consecutive month when the loan EMI is getting deducted twice.
                                        I have reported this problem on 3rd march 2011 but I have got NO solution yet.

                                        Is there anyone who can help on this?
                                        As an Axis bank customer - i am feeling very helpless and extremely frustrated.

                                        There is a person Mr. Anil who is trying to help me on this but all in vain. He says that he doesn't know how to solve this problem as cheques are presented through Mumbai Office.

                                        There has been quite a lot of irregularity in terms of depositing the cheque.
                                        I have requested to activate ECS but it is more than 3 months and nothing has happened on this front too.

                                        NOW - after all this pain & helplessness - I will definitely transfer the loan to some other bank.
