Cannot log into my Axis internet banking

I have tried several times to log into my internet banking and also asked help from the Axis bank branch in burdwan where i hold the account. Till date i have not been given any assistance. This happened after the omni upgrade....

Personal loan EMI date change request

I want to change my personal loan emi date from 5th to 10th of every month. Since our salary falls on 8th of every month. My loan account no PPR[protected]. I tried all the resources to reach out the bank but not able to do the same. Pls provide us a proper portal to handle this changes.

Stop ECS mandate

I have given a form to stop ecs mandate on 2nd December 2021 at Noida Extension branch but unfortunately branch didn't take any action even I made many visits to the branch they said it will stop, its on processing, etc. It's almost month over still no use in visiting the bank. Also cheque return charges of Rs. 1300/- each has been debited from my account every month for that also they didn't provide any clarification. I think it's better...

Unknown deduction and refund all that money

Fastag recharge issue

I am not able to recharge my fastag because of some KYC issue, and when I called customer case just update PAN and after 15 min things should be fine. There you go, it was just the beginning of the problem. Called again but customer had no other option, then sent multiple emails to etc.management but team have not responded even after almost a day. I don’t need to explain the problem I face on highway due to this....

Home loan

I availed loan on floating interest basis during Feb 2018. I checked recently that the interest rate on my loan is 7.45% whereas Axis bank is providing loan at 6.7%. Although my account shows floating rate, the rate is not being revised by the bank as per latest rates....

A wrong transaction happened on 26/08/21 and 27/0721 from my IDBI A/c to UPI ID: chhote.[protected]@axisbank instead of chhote.[protected]@axisbank.

Irresponsible staff Mr Chavan

Address:Axis Bank, Loan Centre Pune East

Today I visited Axis bank Chandan Nagar Kharadi branch for loan inquiry.

There is one consumer loan from axis bank which is reflecting on my cibil report - I was talking with Mr. Chavan there and his response was not welcomed. He was not paying attention to customer query as well.

and Straight forward said talk to manager if need more details or do whatever you want....
