I want to change my personal loan emi date from 5th to 10th of every month. Since our salary falls on 8th of every month. My loan account no PPR[protected]. I tried all the resources to reach out the bank but not able to do the same. Pls provide us a proper portal to handle this changes.

    So I received a call today 27/12/2021 at 17:42 PM from a person named Shiv Kumar number [protected] asking me information about person named Patel I said I do not know him he gave me his address and said he has given my number as relative/friend on his credit card application and now his payment is overdue. I was shocked that my number was used like this hence I asked more information he had no information of mine just the number I said I do not know much about it. and suddenly he started yelling - kaun paisa bharega and etc I was quite polite since beginning and asked him to verify details but he did not stop and started threatening me . Then I told him I am an adult I know the process if you have so much information about that man why you are not going to police even I can file complaint seating at home. To which He replied uska sath de rhe ho, usse baat karao and etc. He was non stop and yelling whole time. Then I said enough I am trying to resolve because my number is misused and still ready to cooperate. I was at office and he was asking unnecessary things like go to his place and give me the money or there will be big issue. I was surprised at that tone of threatening and said I know bank process Give me your team leader number he said few things and disconnected.

      I have given a form to stop ecs mandate on 2nd December 2021 at Noida Extension branch but unfortunately branch didn't take any action even I made many visits to the branch they said it will stop, its on processing, etc. It's almost month over still no use in visiting the bank. Also cheque return charges of Rs. 1300/- each has been debited from my account every month for that also they didn't provide any clarification. I think it's better to close the account with Axis bank have a account with some other banks.

        i am giving EMI and late payment charge every month there is no due s but your agency giving my number of dialer which start the call from 7 am to 7 pm 10 to 15 time in between agency executive do misbehave with me even abuse my time even also if my wife pick up the than also use abuse that the reason my wife has gone in depression and start the tablet of BP and headache
        i am doing the complaint after long long time when my position is out of control

        Bank wants to pressurising for Suicide the customer that the reason loaners go for Suicide that was the last way to free from such type of depression by bank

          Whenever i tried for online transaction with my debit card it gives error that mobile number was not updated please go to nearest branch.
          i go to branch 5 times but every time they say that the mobile number is updated please help me.

              There have been several unknown deduction from my account took place through this TIPS/SCG/MCC/22.12.21/OM PETROLEUM. And it is clearly not authorised by me or my joint account holder please do something immediately and stop this deduction and also i want all my money to be refunded.

                I am not able to recharge my fastag because of some KYC issue, and when I called customer case just update PAN and after 15 min things should be fine. There you go, it was just the beginning of the problem. Called again but customer had no other option, then sent multiple emails to etc.management but team have not responded even after almost a day. I don’t need to explain the problem I face on highway due to this.

                  but still my outstanding amount grater than my axis cc limit, im in trouble now i want to settlement now as less as amount.
                  because of my job which is drop down for the last 4 month.

                    I availed loan on floating interest basis during Feb 2018. I checked recently that the interest rate on my loan is 7.45% whereas Axis bank is providing loan at 6.7%. Although my account shows floating rate, the rate is not being revised by the bank as per latest rates.

                      I got a call from someone in the Axis bank credit card department (i am guessing he was a collection agent). He asked for one installment promising for a settlement after that.                             1. Card settlement letter received for Rs.4, 00, 500 on 03/11/2020
                            2. 1st Installment Payment is made Rs.1, 10, 000 on 06.11.2020
                            3. 2nd Installment Payment is made Rs.75, 000 on 09.12.2020
                            Due to Pandemic issue, office is locked and no salary, unable to continue the installment
                            4. As per Axis Bank representative advice, Stabilization payment Rs, 22500 is made on 17.03.2021 and
                            Rs.22000 is made on 17.04.2021.
                            5. As per Axis Bank Representative Advice, broken settlement is generated and then payment is made Rs.151000 on
                            07.07.2021.
                            Based on your representative advise, all the payment related with settlement is made and its transaction details are enclosed for your reference. But so far not received NOC letter.

                                A wrong transaction happened on 26/08/21 and 27/0721 from my IDBI A/c to UPI ID: chhote.[protected]@axisbank instead of chhote.[protected]@axisbank.
                                The transaction ID: Date Amount
                                [protected]: 26/08/2021: Rs. 25000/-
                                [protected]: 27/08/2021: Rs. 25000/-
                                I have request the Axis Bank to refund the money but no action is initiated by the bank till date, complaint was logged through IDBI Bank, -Indore branch, and communicated to Axis Bank CRS, operation head and branch head of Axis Bank -Mohali, where the chhote.[protected]@axisbank, account holder belong .
                                I have been requesting and taking continuously follow-up through mail from the Axis Bank, but not getting any solution nor refund of the amount

                                  Today I visited Axis bank Chandan Nagar Kharadi branch for loan inquiry.

                                  There is one consumer loan from axis bank which is reflecting on my cibil report - I was talking with Mr. Chavan there and his response was not welcomed. He was not paying attention to customer query as well.

                                  and Straight forward said talk to manager if need more details or do whatever you want.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have been taking follow-up with Axis bank team since more than one month - but no is taking the required action. They are just guiding visit here and there only.

                                    Even they are not ready to register the service request as well but after lots of request - I logged service request with them but without any proper rustication or reason they directly declined the request and closed it.

                                    I have provided all the required details / documents but still they are not taking any action.

                                        Hi Sir,

                                        I find each month Axis bank end team deducting money from my account.
                                        Back end team not informing and making -ve my account and deducting money without informing me.
                                        It's Fraud that withdraws money from my account.
                                        Even because of this my Loan EMI they are making a miss and charging a late fine for that also.
                                        Even for the Oct month Emi, I made the payment because -ve shown by the bank back-end team and I don't want to miss EMI so I paid after a few hrs of waiting
                                        Still, they deducted let fine charge and Consolidated charge.
                                        How long they will do this fraud again today deducted Rs 200 + GST
                                        Expecting Refund of Rs 711 and 3 months consolidated Charges.
