This is related to my recent experience with Axis bank – Loan center - OMR branch . Keertana was the initial executive whom I approached for closing my loan account, but due to some technical issue process cannot be completed. I was getting late to my office, so informed her to call me once the issue is resolved but neither there was call from her or responded to my call when called her multiple time (approx. 10 times). Finally, I came back to bank post lunch to enquire this. She reacted as though meeting me for the first time and when asked her why did not pick up the call or if the issue resolved, she did not respond properly . Then, she checked again and the process was completed in a minute, this shows that technical issues have resolved long back but she did not check it . Un-necessary took it to the whole day.
Quick response / proactive action was not show up by her.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
