Hi I want to complaint regarding loan. I availed loan in March 2020, personal loan 5000363. Loan term was 60 month.I have availed the moratiurm in Month April to August 5 month period . My loan amount got increased 69, 000 and terms for 71 month. How does my term got increased for 11 month .

I have called the loan department they told terms showing is wrong . This mean you harrassment for consumer.

Hello Sir, i have a saving a/c. in your branch sion whos account number [protected] in this account every time your bank will be charged me consolidated charges i don't know why i was every time called in bank executive whos name is aditya pandey he is told me don't do any thing i will close your account but still now nobody is responded me to close the account as of now more then 22, 000 charges minuse from my account now im requesting...

I have been charged 3050 consolidated charges which is not acceptable without any notification. Every year deduction amount is 750 this year 3050 is this possible. Dissatisfied from.axis bank will not continue with axis bank anymore. But before that want refund against this...

This is keep you inform that I am Sarathkumar have a savings account with your Axis bank and my account got debited with Rs.8932.67 Plus Rs.1607.88 on (14/11/2021) as consolidated charges and GST charges.
So my concern is that I was not aware for certain rules and regulations and that amount I have saved for my mother's surgery so it's my humble request you to please predict my debited amount in my account and cancel all my consolidated...

Hi Sir.

Axis Bank deducted 2825 plus 18 % GST from my savings account without prior notice. There is no proper break up or explanation or breakup why are these charges deducted.

I had only 3300 amout In my account and they deducted all money and made amount 0. I was travelling with family and middle of travel when I want to use amount, suddenly it showed 0.

After 1 day my account went -687 rupees...

From September 2021 onwards I am seeing consolidated charges on my axis bank account. Till now they have deducted almost 2000 Rs for me and same thing is happened to my husband as well. Please revert the charges. We lost almost 4000 Rs from both o[censored]s.

Sir, I bring to your kind notice that a sum of Rs.46726 paid by me on 16.11.2019 into the Axis Bank Selaiyur branch was excess payment made with the account Loan No. PHR[protected] Name Nirai Arun.

This amount of Rs.46, 726 so far not been refunded to my account till date. Initially I received some updates but after Covid 19 entire things stopped and unable to get any updates.

Have been with Axis bank for past 7 years with no issues but since last one month, they have started spamming with calls.

Everyday am getting 8-10 calls from early morning till late night from +265 std code. I've requested /pleaded and even shouted at them to not disturb me but still they are persisting.

Surprisingly, now they have started calling my wife and asked her to convey me to attend their calls....
