Dear Concern,

I am writing this with a very disappointment service received from axis bank includes recovery service team.

Before COVID I was very regular customer to avail the credit card services and loan amount which was never missed.

After covid I missed credit card payment with long duration and end up with account default
(Customer id[protected] at the same time I was being going through with a very bad time due to covid infection to my whole family. I have missed my Auto loan. How ever but was being able to pay at the end of the month.

After a couple of days time recovery team reaches my home to pickup my car because of my defaulter account ( which i had only missed 1 emi of car) suggested me to settle my credit card. Which I had settled by end of march 2021. Since after that i was still in bad situation i tried to enable moratorium to the same account for auto loan but was been rejected as my account was still in defaulter (tried after 3 month of cc settlement). In meanwhile my emi payment was getting paid but late (though it was never being more than 2 emi) I was simultaneously getting notices from legal team of axis bank.

Now today (16-dec-2021) I received the notice from legal team for the termination of loan account with a very short period of time. This is completely a kind of harrasment for me i tried my all level best to resolve all the possible way RBI offered to help customers in pandemic situation but i was never being treated as customer instead loop lock by Axis loan department to recovery department and vice Versa while one of person from recovery team ask me to pay cibil amount for CC settlement. Which was to be paid by recovery team while in settlement.

This a huble request please look into this matter. I have already visited multiple times to loan department, banks & recovery department but no one helped me instead I was been deducted my salary for taking immediate leaves.

    I, Shalini de Paul, opened an account with axis Bank in 2020. I was well coaxed by the salesperson to open a Prime Account which among other benefits, promised me a Free Credit card allowing complimentary lounge access at domestic airports as mentioned in the Welcome Kit.

    I had tried to use it first time for lounge access on 8th July 2021 in Bangalore Airport. Upon trying to access the lounge benefits using the credit card I encountered a rude shock getting to know that my credit card was not eligible for lounge access at airports. this is despite confirming from both the customer care executive and the Sales person Mrs.Nikita Singh that Lounge Access is available via this card.

    Embarrassed by this episode I dug a little deep and got to know that I was possessing a MY ZONE EASY Credit Card which is not eligible for lounge access. My welcome kit and also the sales person assured that the Credit Card I was due to get had complimentary lounge access benefits.

    Since then I have repeatedly requested the bank to provide me the actual Credit card promised to me in my Welcome Kit (which I am attaching as a reference), but to no avail. They have been constantly hitting around the bush without providing me the actual solution.

    I seek your assistance in helping me get the due credit card promised to me at the time of account opening and also helping me get due compensation for the embarrassment I had to face due to misinformation and mis-sale on the part of the bank,

      I have opted for a loan on an HMDA open plot near Tukkuguda- Lotus Valley Venture, Hyderabad in 2019. The loan amount was for 20 lakh rupees with ROI of 8.35% floating type. Later the rate of interest got reduced to 7.75% as per the floating system. But currently, the axis bank officials have increased my ROI to 10.5% from 7.75% directly stating non-submission of permission letter for the construction. Surprisingly, I have not taken this loan/purchased the plot for construction, it was just an open plot for the investment purpose that had the option of opting for the loan due to the HMDA venture. I have purchased the open plot only, which has the L.P number and HMDA approved venture. It was not for construction and there is no scope of any construction for at least five more years as per the venture location.

      Customers do purchase high expensive HMDA approved plots for safety and loan purposes and it's mostly for future investments. But how come the Axis bank officials can do this to us? how can they increase the ROI suddenly and ask us to submit the construction papers? this is really unfair to the normal citizen who is going to purchase HMDA approved layout since the government of Telangana State actually encourages us to only purchase HMDA layouts and they should know how these banks cheat the customers, Banking officials need to consider this as open plot loan only and not as regular home loan, they cannot cheat the customers. I did raise the direct complaint with the axis bank but no response from them yet regarding the resolution.

      I sincerely request you to please provide me with the solution for this and I already raised many complaints directly to the Axis bank center but no response yet.

        I have used a Flipkart Axis Credit Card Since 6 Months with Limit only Rs.15000 which can not be used to buy a average Mobile. I have requested to increase limit the sometimes they said after 6 months It will be increased automatically and sometimes said your card is Pre-approved so credit limit an not be increased. Hence My friend ordered Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card with no any income proof & He got Rs.225000 Credit limit. His income same as mine Rs.500000/Yr.

          I am writing this with regards to my credit card OutStanding amount which is dur from the period of 1st lockdown (1year) as i'm unable to pay.

          This is to inform you that I cannot pay the amount which is due on me as my business shutdown and on otherside i am not getting job and has fallen under hardtimes since pandemic, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

          I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues whenever i get the approval letter from bank. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

            Hi...Myself Sebanti Chakraborty. I m from Siliguri, West Bengal.I m looking for a job. So I was searching in internet for my nearest location...Then I saw that there is vacancy in axis bank. I applied through Quikkr.com.The next day they provide me a number to call because my cv is shortlisted for the back office job.I called there and someone asked me to provide my cv, Aadhar id and one passport size photocopy through WhatsApp. I sent it and he sent a message that u r selected..please pay 321 rs.for the application form fees.I paid that as it was written in the application form. Then he said that the G.M will call u and will take a telephonic interview. Then in the next morning the G.M (whoever he is I dont know) called me and asked some random question about axis bank. Then he told me please pay 1890 rs.and I paid it..Then he sent me a job confirmation letter.Then by internet surfing I m able to know that this type of scam is happening everywhere.I was literally shattered that I lost 2211 rs.

            Then today the G.M again called me and said that the H.R will call you and provide you offer letter. I said that u people are fraud, please accept it. They said u will join tomorrow thats for sure.Then the H.R named Saptarshi Basu called me and asked for 8200 rs.as enrollment fees which I refused to give. And I searched in internet and there is a profile in linkedin.named Saptarshi Basu who is working in axis bank.
            So, this is my request to you guys please dont trust them.And I m registering this complaint here to get my money back.And thanks to the guys who already give their feedback about this..Heartiest thanks to you.

              Due to some problems I cannot maintain sufficient balance in my account for few months.But my Transaction is good.Due to fews months they charged me 1300+.I visited to know about the charges but none of staff help me and they can't told me about the charges.So I decided to close my savings account.I visited 3 or 4 times in bank to close my account.They give me Account Closure Form and I have filled up and signed and submitted in bank.They can't close my account I don't know why.So I decided I can't maintain any balance in my account.If they removed my unusual Charges from my savings account then I will kept money in my account and maintain the bank in my savings account.

              Hi Sir/Madam,

              These i have purchased from Flipkart on 02nd October 2022.I only use these earbuds 2 time after that it was stopped working.Right side Earbuds Not Working.I have complaint these to Flipkart customer care.They only provide me Service Centre Link.When I am trying to contact service centre they are not responding.Again I have complaint to Flipkart customer care again they provide me samething.They won't exchange earbuds also.I have attached all the screenshot.Please do the Needfull.

                  I got a my zone credit card which the axis bank staff said dis not charge anything annually and I also didn't use the card even once, still they took rs 2855.89 from my account.I want to report this fraud.such reputed company behaving like a thief.I want back my wrongly deducted amount back ASAP .

                    Sir I have received calls from[protected] Axis Bank support on 15/11/2021 to my mobile phone. But Axis bank says that it have no outgoing facility. So please let me know whether there is no outgoing calls facility for the number [protected]. Is there possibility o[censored]sing the same number [protected] to cheat and pose as if it Axis bank by some fraudulent people

                          I Have Salary Account in Axis Bank From My First Company in Gujarat. After That I Shifted To Hometown For My Working and I Left Old Company.
                          Now i Want to Close My Account And Today I Went For The Same To My Hometown Bank Branch and Bank Denied From Closing My Account And Said You Have Negative Balance For Not Maintaining Minimum Balance.

                          As Per The RBI Rule Bank Individually Can't Turn Negative Balance From Saving Account Then How Can Axis Bank Can Turn Negative Balance

                            On 24th Nov 2021, I had done for Rs. 374 for DTH Tata Sky recharge.via Axis Bank App. The same mode of payment has been used for years and has never given me any problem, except for this one.

                            Transaction detail: AXMOB/DTHR/155EEF6G9170/[protected]/

                            The amount is deducted from the Account and after confirmation with the Bank, Axis Bank claimed a successful transaction with Tata Sky and provided this ref no. 155EEF6G9170

                            Tata Sky is claiming they have not received any payment for recharge on 24th Nov 2021.

                            I had called Axis Bank customer service and they said if the transaction is not successful .it will be reverted back in 7 working days.

                            I waited 7 working days and called Tata sky customer service and they said they haven't received any amount on 24th Nov. So even they claimed it will be reverted back in 7 working days.

                            I called Axis Bank to confirm the unsuccessful transaction and the bank said the Transaction was Successful and Received confirmation through the backend from Tata Sky.

                            Well, who should I believe?

                            I registered a Complaint about this problem with Tata Sky
                            The solution they gave is Contact Bank

                            I registered a complaint with Axis Bank about this problem
                            The solution they gave is to contact Tata Sky

                            This happened over 5 times where Tata Sky said to contact Axis Bank and Axis Bank said to contact Tata Sky.

                            The issue is not resolved after waiting for the stipulated time for resolution.

                            I have lost money, time, and patience while struggling to find where my hard-earned money is?

                              Hi,

                              This is related to my recent experience with Axis bank – Loan center - OMR branch . Keertana was the initial executive whom I approached for closing my loan account, but due to some technical issue process cannot be completed. I was getting late to my office, so informed her to call me once the issue is resolved but neither there was call from her or responded to my call when called her multiple time (approx. 10 times). Finally, I came back to bank post lunch to enquire this. She reacted as though meeting me for the first time and when asked her why did not pick up the call or if the issue resolved, she did not respond properly . Then, she checked again and the process was completed in a minute, this shows that technical issues have resolved long back but she did not check it . Un-necessary took it to the whole day.

                              Quick response / proactive action was not show up by her.

                                I was charged twice on 07/12/21 and 09/12/2021 don't know for what.
                                It says PTL/SCG.VISA.POS amount was deducted without my consent. Please look into it and make sure this won't happen again.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  This is with regards to my credit card ending with 8148. I am a user of the credit card from Axis Bank last 3 year and stopped using the credit card services since covid started now my limit from 25000 have been reached to 40000, and despite of not having full time job every month I pay my bills asked by credit authorities as they asked me to make payment otherwise they will visit my house and they do but that doesn't change the situation. I have not used the credit card single time at all now I just being charged with lot of interest, It is giving me a serious mental pressure every time to arrange and beg money from people and pay. I have come across to the decision that I would like to settle my CC account despite of not using the same atleast by 15% this is the highest I can pay as per my current situation

                                  I would be very grateful if this situation can be resolved as I am struggling with lot of depression and serveral cardiac arrest at very young age.

                                    I deposited Rs.16500 on 09/11/2021 in third party account in axis bank machine(huda sector 2 palwal) Machine term DWRO429401, but machine provide me a slip on which only unable to process is printed & i give a written application on paper about that and meet the branch manager & after 2 days on 11/11/2021 Rs.14500 is credited in the same account but my Rs.2000 were missing, i asked the bank about that but they are not responding on that & said who knows u deposited Rs.16500 or Rs.14500.I shocked when they said that to me & today is 08/12/2021 & my Rs.2000 is still missing.

                                      These complaints 2time already raise...???

                                      I just got a BRN-Card-Payment notification. A charge of ₹8915/- has been deducted from my debit card account which is linked to my axis credit card. The payment due date is for today i. E 7th of Dec-2021 and I don’t get why they would charge as I always pay my credit card bill on or before the due date. Which I am going to today itself and I have never missed a payment in my life.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                        Application form Submitted for the Salary account opening in Nov 1st Week with AXIS Bank R.A Puram Chennai Branch.

                                        Recieved an SMS stating Application received under process, after that a sales person came up with an issue stating self hold a DUAL PAN.

                                        Clearly explained self hold only 1 PAN, mail also forwarded as per their request to process the Application.

                                        Till today there is no feedback of a/c opening from the sales Person or Bank & no response to the call too.
