Address: Mobile banking

Axis Bank is so painful for me. I did a transaction on 15 Nov 2021.my credit card number is [protected] but by mistake I was paid on [protected] of amount of rs9630 with my savings account from bank of baroda [protected] through upi. From 15 Nov 2021 I was calling to axis Bank again and again for my payment revert. They gave me request no.[protected] on 15 Nov 2021. After some time they gave me a new request no. 70673033 on 25 Nov 2021. After more some time they gave me request no.[protected] on 1 Dec by sharda mam. Now today I talked to Tanuja mam she said me that third request no which I gave her is not given by mobile banking team but I received the all request numbers from mobile banking [protected]. I complaint against axis bank please take leagel action. I also provide all the things that they wanted from me.

    Hi, my complaint number regarding opening Suganya Samridhi Yogana Account in Axis Bana is[protected]

    I have given Request to open Suganya Samridhi Yogana Account in Axis bank on 30th Oct. As per bank they says account has been opened but still it is not reflecting in my internet and Mobile banking and they have not given any documents regarding this account opening. Following with Axis bank Nodal And Primary nodal office but there is not even a proper response or revert from them

    Pls resolve my complaint ASAP

      Credit card not delivered

      My credit card was approved, it was supposed to be delivered today, but they suddenly told there is no recipient in the provided address and did not deliver the card, told me to change the address via their app or closest bank branch, even though my address is correct.       Hello, One 22 Nov 2021, I did open my salary account in Axis Bank, still it is not activated, Although I have submitted all the required documents.I am contacting the concerned person from Axis Bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day.If i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me. the account is opened in Boring road Branch, Patna.

      Name-Ritesh Kumar. Kindly consider my issue on priority and take some proper action.

      Please response at earliest. My monthly salary is in withheld status due to this reason.

        I have Applied for Flipkart Credit card and verification was done on 21Oct but still I didnot get an update on credit card .
        In Flipkart app it says card generation in one day.

        Its been more than a month and not able to get any clarity and support as what is going on.Pls assistant .I have attached the screenshot

        Hi! All the quieres related to Axis Digital Banking and Marketing be easily resolves by contacting Phone Banking Officers. Here for each and single even a simple query also is resolved. For any queries related Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Loans, Accounts and etc. Here the Phone Banking Officers solves our quieres as quick as possible. So I suggest you to contact customer Care Service via Phone Banking.

          I applied for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card ( Lifetime Free Card without Joining fee & Annual Fee ) on 16th Nov through online & received application ID number as C1-[protected]-C1. Since I was in Bangalore, CS Executive informed me to reach nearest branch to update the KYC including thumb impression and photos. When I reached Axis branch, they told concerned executive will call me for further KYCs. Finally one executive came to my home on 22nd Nov and took my KYC with Thumb and photos. Next day i got notification -23rd Nov from Axis bank through SMS as new application number as C1-[protected]-C1 which is different that first one.

          Later on I realize that branch guys created new application with joining/annual fees to get their sales incentives.

          Later i contacted them to cancel new application C1-[protected]-C1 and link my KYC details to old application C1-[protected]-C1. But I could not get any further update from them..

          Later today Dec 2nd i got new SMS from Axis bank with ref as 15347831 for card approval which I am not aware about this reference too

          Really I don't know what is going on what kind of service provided by Axis Bank. I should say this is not the way to deal with client.

          I am writing this again to cancel new application C1-[protected]-C1 ( created by axis branch without my consent) and link my KYC details to old application C1-[protected]-C1 ( created by me in Flipkart online for life time card without joining or annual fee)

          Awaiting further response from Axis Team here and make sure this should not happen to other customer

            Axis bank has deducted INR 4536 Amount from my account stating BRN-Card Payment without prior intimation on 1 Dec 2021. I donot have any axis Bank credit card even. I called the help line, where only paid help line is working. After waiting for 45 min, the executive says please call in the morning as concerned team will only be available in the morning.
            Feeling cheated by axis bank. Attaching the mail of the screenshot.

                      Flipkart axis bank credit card application

                      Dear Sir,
                      on[protected] I have applied for a Flipkart axis bank credit card and in the following two days, I have done my KYC and address verification with axis bank representatives then after I have received mail from the bank the final decision was communicated within 72 hours.

                        Hello Axis Bank customer care,

                        Branch has no idea about what need to do. Kindly guide me what is the solution. while registering to mobile app I am getting "registration has been terminated visit to teh nearest branch". In branch they have no idea how to resolve this.                         I bought axis bank fast tag 3 years back from the beginning i tried to recharge my fast tag many times but just only one time i was able to recharge it regarding the same issue i have visited the axis bank branch and asked them to update my kyc and recharge my fast tag they told me that they do not have access to do the same and suggested me to mail on customer care id i did the same and i got a mail from axis bank said that your fast tag kyc has been updated. And now i am trying to recharge it again since one month and facing same issue not able to recharge. I have contacted to customer care many times but no solution found it was so much iritating i sent a mail to axia bank to refund my fast tag security amount but did get any reply

                              Merchant has initiated a refund of 617 INR into my Axis Bank account but unfortunately had not received credit of refund till today. Its almost more than 8 days but had not received.

                                The govt encouraging people to use less cash as much as possible. Also encouraging to use debit card for purchasing any thing at grocery or at petrol bunk. But not disclosed the charged debited by bank from the customer for using such purchases on 13/11/2021 & 29/11/2021 the axis bank debited amount for use of debit card for purchasing at petrol bunk.

                                Please kindly clarify in which way the govt collect the tax from lower and middle class people
