I have a savings salary account with Axis bank and in addition to that I have a credit card which I am using from the past 9years, I am paying my credit card bill every month without fail, but last month I forgot to pay my bill, for that Axis bank kept my bank balance on hold as lien amount, the next I cleared my total pending balance on my card, but still the lien amount is not released, I am contacting customer support everyday but they are unable to solve my issue, every day they are saying that the amount will be released witin 2 days, but it has been 15Days now still my amount is not released, I am facing lot of problem with this, I have cleared by dues but I am not getting my money back.
