From the last two month, I was charging for some unnecessary stuff, which I didn't used. In the statements also there is no clear explaing about the charges. I visited the branch. They mentioned that for every limit, they will charge some amount for every month. This is the explanation and said they won't have the access for blocking the card.
I was tried so many times to reach customer care online or offline. No one helped from Axis customer support
I didn't get clear explanation for the charges. so I denied to pay the amount, which leads to late fee of Rs. 500 + 90(GST)

The Overal chagrges I have now 224
1. annual fee -- 500 with GST 90
2. Late fee -- 500 with GST 90
overal I understood he 1200
but I don't know why I charged 1600 more. No clear explanation.
There is no proper communication available for Axis Customer care
This is the worst scenario.
Every month, some unrequisite charges I'm finding in my credit card charges. That is I stopped using the card from last 2 months, still I got 2200 rupees of bill.
Please consider this issue. Literally so many was facing this issue. Not able to understand how to solve this. Please help me

There is no response from the Axis Bank Customer Care. Withoout any explanation previous statement, they will again add the 500+99(GST) rupees of late fee in the next statement

        Hello sir, My name is amit kumar jain. On 2nd October 2021, I have ordered a thing of worth Rs/- 14390 on Flipkart via Flipkart Axis credit card but after 20 minutes i cancelled the order as a result refund request has been processed. Flipkart team told me to refund my amount on or before 8 October 2021. From the last 10 days I am regularly contacting them now they are saying seller has processed the refund on 8 October 2021 already but the axis bank has not processed it. I got my statement generated on 15 October 2021 and in that statement deducted money comes in the bill but still i did not get the refund. I am literally helpless. Today is 21 October 2021 but still i did not get the refund. Before 4 November 2021 I have to pay the bill that i have not spent. Please Help me.

              I am using Flipkart Axis Credit Card for over 8 months. Recently I got another credit card from axis bank named Axis Neo Credit Card suddenly the problem appears. Now I can't able to use both of the cards. I tried to contact axis customer care there are no proper response.

              Today[protected] I received a call from axis bank regarding new card experience and onboarding, I raised this query to the person I spoke. As he told me he can't able to help with that issue and this issue might happen due to the card merge. I am still don't know what to do.

              There are no proper customer care options to raise my query. I found this is the platform to share my issue so that my issue can be solved asap.

                I ordered a phone that cost 43999/- from amazon.in on 1st October 2021 and within one(1)hour i cancelled the phone on amazon.in and on 2nd October 2021 amazon.in has initiated my refund of Rs.43999/- .
                But till now axis bank has not reflected my refund amount on my account.I even confirmed my refund again from amazon by calling them they told me that they have already initiated my refund even they have provided me the "Refund Reference Number(RRN)".

                        I have cancelled my product on flipkart application on 8 October 2021 then they had initiated refund to my payment mode (Axis bank - debit card) and completed on 8 October 2021 at 11:35pm.

                        Today 15 October 2021, i checked my axis bank account statement but refund amount (10634/-) is not credited in my saving account.

                          I have purchased a product from flipkart on 2nd october 2021. But have cancelled it the same day as i didnt wanted the product. The seller has initiated the refund the same day. And as it was flipkart Axis bank credit card, flipkart said the refund would reflect by 8th oct 2021. Its already 15th oct 21 and i have still it received the refund. I have not got any satisfactory answer from axis bank, flipkart however says that they will resolve the issue by 18th oct 21, but I dont trust any of them.

                            I have a savings salary account with Axis bank and in addition to that I have a credit card which I am using from the past 9years, I am paying my credit card bill every month without fail, but last month I forgot to pay my bill, for that Axis bank kept my bank balance on hold as lien amount, the next I cleared my total pending balance on my card, but still the lien amount is not released, I am contacting customer support everyday but they are unable to solve my issue, every day they are saying that the amount will be released witin 2 days, but it has been 15Days now still my amount is not released, I am facing lot of problem with this, I have cleared by dues but I am not getting my money back.

                                Sir,
                                This is to bring in your notice that i placed an order with amazon on 24/09/2021 via debit card, payment was declined by amazon but amount (Rs 4049 ) was deducted from my account . Order id #[protected] . This amount was then refunded by amazon on 25/09/21 but not recieved in my account . Refund reference id # TRM559TG0000KTOT972U .

                                I placed the same order again that day, again amount was deducted from my back order id was same as above which i returned due to poor quality . This time also refund (Rs 3720) was initiated by amazon on 28/09/21 but not recieved yet .Refund Reference # TRM559TG0000KTOT9KDY .

                                Currently my refund 4050+3720 = Rs 7770 is pending . Kindly look into the matter, i will be highly thankful to you .

                                        I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                                        This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks
