Dear Axis Bank Team, I am Pushparaj Krishnan and my mobile number [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. I have an account with Axis Bank.

I have applied for Axisbank Vistara infinite credit card by Axisbank Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu. I live in Hyderabad and my office also in Hyderabad. My home and office verification 100% done. Due to your bank employee wrote my company name wrongly my application got declined, It is not my mistake. Please take a serious action and complain on my application or else I'm going to court as I don't have any mistake on my side. I'm now seriously fed of Axis bank keep rejecting my application. For your kind information I'm holding more than 10 credit cards expect Axis bank so I was very interested to get it for my travel purposes as I'm a travel a lot to abroad. Please immediately escalate on my application C1-[protected]-C1

      Hi
      I have a refund of rs11449 from Flipkart which was processed long back but hasn’t reflected in my account yet.
      Customer care not supporting
      Reference number-74056631293129279895646
      I had a word with Flipkart and they have sent me mail regarding the amount being initiated and the reference number.
      Flipkart is saying refund completed on October 27. I tried calling customer care but they aren’t supporting.

          I paid for an Axis Bank Delight Debit Card(Rs 1500) in June, 2021 and received the card in early July. In one of the offers they promised, I was supposed to receive a Times Prime Membership if I complete 3 or more swipe transactions within 45 days of registering the new card. I completed more than 3 such transactions and still haven't received the aforementioned Times Prime membership. I have been reaching out to the highest level of escalations' officer and he has been ignoring my mails, asking for 3-4 days to send out the offer and I still haven't received it. They have been deferring and making a fool of me since more than 3 months now. They have caused harassment and acrimony to me since months now and I still haven't received my offer as promised.
          I have attached the repeated follow ups and their standard reply. I followed up regularly at least 10 times and I have stopped doing that now, since they are least bothered about furnishing the required offer.

            My credit card has been linked to some other account with out my involvement. How the bank assigns my card to some other person. I have raised complaint and asked them to close it since I am receiving emails and SMS related to that credit card. They told me that by mistake the card is linked to some other account and they will change it back to my name.

            How can we trust this bank, simply my card can't be linked with another account. I suspect there is something happened behind.

            My request to Axis bank is to close this credit card and confirm that I am no way related to this bank.

                HI, i was contacted by an axis bank executive and forced me to raise an credit card application request. i said that i am not at the current address and i came to Kerala due to pandemic situation. the executive noted down the current address and said the card will be delivered to the present address. But the card is being sent to the old address and has been returned. Now i got a statement from axis bank for the card which is not delvered yet. how can i pay for a card which is not sent to me.

                    Negative balance in Saving account

                    Once I had salary account in Axis bank from my company. After coming out of company, I went out of state for another job. I used that account for some years and after that I never used that account in last 3-4 years. Now, I called customer care to close that account.                       I am an account holder of axis bank for past 2 years.I have got an call regarding one assist service an year back and 1899 rupees has been deducted from my account.I have contacted them through toll free number and asked them to cancel the plan.
                      They ensured that this will not be repeated again and cancelled my plan and also said that amount will not be refunded because plan has been activated already. But today after an year 1899 rupees have been deducted from my account.I feel really bad about this bank giving an assurance that this will not happen again, giving false hope and making the customers unhappy with such behaviour.
                      My money should be refunded if it not then i will be no more customer of your bank and will not encourage other people to be an account holder on your bank.Since I have trusted you and felt happy that you people are providing solution on my first call.I am totally disappointed to a peak .please provide me solution as soon.

                          Greetings!!

                          This is in regard with my ATM transaction through VISA [protected] at axis bank ATM HBH colony, sector 28 - Faridabad ( Haryana).

                          On 07/10/2021 I performed two cash withdrawal transaction of INR 10000/- and INR 5000/- . First transaction of 10000/- was not successful and didn't receive any cash but my account was deducted by the same amount. Second transaction of 5000/- was complete.

                          I have raised two complaints with customer care but i have still not received 10000/- back into my account .

                          This whole experience has been very stressful and frustrating dealing with your customer care representative. This is my hard earned money and i know you take my problem seriously.

                          AXIS BANK is a trusted and reputed bank i hope my issue is resolved as earliest as possible.

                          Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                            I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card without my concern or OTP as below on 29th October 2021

                            29th October 2021 from ecom pur/google YOYO I /Mountain View/291

                            I lost INR 83.33 without my involvement, I have never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.

                            Request you to help me and refund back my amount.

                            And I don't want this again in the future.

                                I am getting call on my number for loan service .Each month EMI msg is coming. No doubt they are telling different name and my bank account is not used .But using mobile number without verifying is so unethical works.
                                Axis Bank Loan Ac-TWR[protected] .I am getting msg of due of Rs 3758 every month.
                                3 time i told also in call while getting call, "that my name is different and i havent opt for any Loan.Kindly update your customer number."
                                But till now there is no update as m stilling getting emi sms.

                                  There was an unauthorised transaction of Rs.9 done by axis bank dated 16.10.2021 without my knowledge or with granting authorization to bank.

                                  INR 9 debited from A/c no. XXXXXX on[protected]:55:20 IST at TIPS/SCG/MCC/14.10.21/MSW*SRI KATEELESHW. Call [protected] if not done by you - Axis Bank

                                  I have not authorized for any such transactions to be done by axis bank or informed of any such charges by bank. I have used my debit card on several instances to fuel up my vehicle and was never charged additional amount except for now.

                                  Inspite of registering a complaint with axis and constant follow up, No response provided by Nodal Officer as well. Poor service and customers taken for granted.
