I, am not using my account from 9 to 12 months and now i have -3652.88 negative balance, this is against rule of rbi.
Please clear all my negative balance by which i can re use my axis bank account

    Dear Sir Mam,

    Axis bank is mentally torturing the customer.

    I am applying for Axis bank different credit card from last few years, but every time axis bank has rejected my application and resulting CIBIL score also get impacted due to every time rejection. just for reference. Application reference no[protected]

    I had submitted around 4 or 5 application in the gap of more than 6 months in last 2 or 3 years in the axis bank. But they rejected all application without giving any proper reason. I had asked many times for reason, but they never provided it.

    I am working in good MNC and having good salary and cibil score more than 750 etc and I have bank account with axis bank. I met all condition to apply for card. I have other bank card as well where limit is more than 5 lacs and credit utilization is low. I don’t face any issue other bank but only have issue with Axis bank.

    Request you please take an action against bank and ask them to provide proper reason to customer when they reject application so that customer can improve that particular area.

    They simply collect the docs and then reject the application and ruin the cibil score.

    It will disturb the customer mentally.

    Hi Axis Bank,

    Do you think CUSTOMER is ### who stay at home by cancelling all his work and wait for bank executive for docs submission when he apply for credit Card?

    CUSTOMER spent money to take print out the kyc/salary/bank statement and give it to bank executive. Who is responsible for this wastage of CUSTOMER' money?

    During submitted application, we provide all the details like aadhar/PAN so why not bank decide that time only if CUSTOMER is eligible for the card or not?

    You guys simply reject the application without giving any proper reason. This is not fare and you dont have right to hurt any one like this.

    I am eligible for axis bank card as i am working in top MNC and having good salary package, cibil score is more than 750, good ITR, have other bank card as well and never missed a single payment for any card/LOAN and the same you can verify in cibil report.

    I really need axis bank card as it is having good benefits . I also received a axis credit card against fd in past and you can see i have paid all its dues on times without late.

    If you guys can't provide axis card then simply mention here that "don't apply for credit card, we will not give it you" . Trust me i will never apply for card and will close my all relationships with axis bank.

    I know axis bank is great bank but because of some unprofessional credit managers, my card is keep getting rejected. Please transfer my case to different credit manager or tell me the reason so that i can improve that particular parameter and then apply for card

    I realy dont what is parameter restricting me to take axis card from last 2-3 year. Simply discusting.

    I have applied mANY TIMEs for axis bank credit card like 5-6 application in last 2-3 year and waisted my money for taking docs print out etc and also waisted my time as well because of bank executive visit.. who is responsible for these wastage?
    It was rejected 5-6 times in last 2-3 years but never gave rejection reason. Other bank never rejected applications why axis have issue. If axis have issue then they should tell the reason so that customer can improve that. I have axis bank account since 1 year still i am unable to get a single credit card from bank.

    It is torturing mentally the customer.

      I have scanned Gpay and made a UPI transition worth of 20041/- on April 16 2021.
      The amount was deducted from my account but the merchant was not received, hence i have reached CITI BANK to chargeback the amount, but merchant bank denied the request.

      AXIS BANK is neither sending the money to the beneficiary nor refunding back to ME.

        Bank has also deducted the money from my saving account li

        A deduction of rs 2.5k to 3.5k (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) every month is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

        Please refund it, wht is that deduction for?

            I have 6 years old savings account in axis bank.but suddenly then freezed my account without any notice or without any messages.So much problem faced due to axis bank poor services. I went to bank and updated my KYC .till its not unfreeze. Any staffs is also not telling what happened to my account.very disappointed by axis bank

                Hi

                The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                A deduction of Rs 5139 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

                          Fraud was detected on my credit card by bank on 16th June for 20100, 2 transaction.
                          I was told that virtual credit will be given in 10 working days.
                          Still waiting for credit and contacted customer service 4 times in last 1 month but no resolution.
                          On top of that late fee has been charged and also around 4k of debit interest.
                          Need the credit amount back and please waive the additional charges that have been leived on my card.

As per OTP logs extracted from the system, it has been observed that the OTP for the mentioned disputed transactions was delivered to the registered mobile number linked with the bank.                                         I want to settlement our axis bank credit card. card last four digit number is 9087.. kindly settlement as a 15%. bcz i have pay almost all amount but that amount hold due to some dispute but but resolve by you.. so kindly settle . i am not able to pay..so please settlement within 15-20%
