Hi
I am holding your my zone credit card from sometime.. I got many calls to upgrade my card but I was not interested and also put a complaint not to force me for any king o[censored]pgradation.
But to my surprise I an getting text message that your new upgraded card has been issued and delivered shortly .
I really wanted to know is this how you force people to hold relationship with you.

Moreover now the statement message comes stating that Rs 3000 plus gst is my joining fees.
This is a complete disappointment. I urge you to take an immediate action and do not send me any card and reverse the charges whatever applied to my card.

      I applied for a credit card with axis bank on 3rd Aug 2021, on 4th Aug the documentation was completed. They said credit card will be delivered in 10-15 days. The application id is C1-[protected]-C1, when I try to track it online it say invalid AppId. I contacted the customer care on twitter and they said that the application has been declined due to incomplete documentation. After all this, I received a message yesterday from Axis Bank that my application has been approved and card details will follow shortly but I haven't received any details till now. All these things can badly affect my credit score. This needs to be resolved on priority. I am attaching the screenshots as proofs

        Axis bank would not stop calling me even after DND registration

        This is to report that AXIS Bank keeps calling me every day for personal loans and credit cards even though my numbers are on the National Do Not Call for about a year now. I have blocked over 25 numbers that I have been getting calls from and axis bank manages to call me from a new number every freaking day. Even after requesting on every call that I do not need any services and to make note that my number is registered for DND, they call...

        Hitachi payment services cheater company try to remove Axis bank ATM forcefully

        Hello sir

        Axis Bank ATM terminal ID APCN 40427

        (Maharashtra Pune Hadapsar )

        I'm owner of premises which is rented out to Axis Bank atm and my issue is regarding Hitachi service policy .
        From Last few days different Hitachi representative try to remove our Axis Bank ATM without any legal notice .
        They are trying to remove atm without any strong reason .

          Team, Today I got a mail saying that Rs 385 has been deducted as adjustment entry, leaving balance of Rs 0. I didn't understand what this is for. I travelled 2 days back, and the respective amount has been deducted from my fastag at that time. Please check and do the needful.

            I tried to withdraw money from Axis bank ATM center. The process went smoothly till it said "Collect money" on the screen. But the cash wasn't dispatched. I waited for about 10 minutes. The card was stuck in the machine too. I tried pressing "cancel" etc but nothing worked.

            There was no security personnel present there. And the only phone number provided was not toll free.

            In this age of 'unlimited free calls', people don't keep much talktime balance in their phones.

            There were people waiting outside for about 15 minutes. And I couldn't leave either as the card was stuck in the machine.

            Miraculously, the cash was dispatched after a long time. Till then, I had to wait there like am ###, with no idea about who to call and what to do.

              I never asked for new debit card and charged Rs 1770 and debited in my account No.[protected] in branch Phase VII. Mohali. I visited the branch today, and found behavior of staff is not correct. Instead of satisfying customer they made some excuses.

                  I opened my account no [protected] by axisbank employee of Yamunanagar branch (haryana). While opening he said he will opening a current account. Now when account open the payment which i done for opening by upi received in my account after 6 days. For this i have to complaint maby times. After this i done transaction o[censored]pi. After 7-8 they call they said ur account is freezed u cnt do transaction. Because u done ypi transactions its not ur current. Its ur individual account. After few hours they put my balance in negative 1 lakh rupess. They made harassment to me. Nd making my wastage by visiting their branch again nd again

On 25/07/2021, I knew that "the a/c balance is Rs.0 Info BRN to ACCT closed in full and final set" from Axis mobile app. This activity have been done without my concern and any intimation please look into this matter .

                            Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions axis bank, even though it is registered. Everything like Gpay, Phonepay, works fine but the moment I go for international banking, the message pops up.

                            I have been receiving all sorts of messages as my mobile number is registered. I even face issues while logging through the customer-id on the axis website. The same message pops "your mobile number is not updated...

                              I, Shahbuddin Saifi holding a OD and current account as well in your branch sector-110 noida in the name of my Firm 'A One Engineering Works, and last month you have lien my OD account without any reason, when i asked your officers sitting in Axis House Noida, they said that your credit report showing OD limit on another bank for Rs. 1.20 CR, however we have no any other OD account with any bank, we have shared my CIBIL report as well to your officers, but still they are not removing the Lien from my OD account, please help us.

                                With reference to the above sited subject regarding car loan Ertiga maruti on 3rd july 2017, in this connection starting EMI Rs 15604/- per 60 month as per agreement, then after 20 maonth passes away EMI reduce of Rs 11.342/per month, at that time rate of interest as per welcome latter 9.21 %, Total amount of car loan Rs 748000/- for 60 month tennor, payment made through ECS SBI, baroda, please specified that loan of tenor and EMI of loan reduce,
                                For running EMI Of Rs 11342/- for how much month tenor remaining ? bank EMI statement shows no of tenor 79 months but in place of 2 EMI month sr.no 80 Rs 14358/- and last month No. 80 of Rs. 3025/- the statement shows total month 60 . why taken extra added difference of Amount Rs 17283/-
                                NOTE - Axis bank loan section consult officer said that EMI no 80 and 81 are remaining EMI which was not debited, he did not given justification in which month not debited EMI, but i have checked SBI Bank statement, ECS every month date of 10th deduction from my bank S Ac S.AC .
