Not refunding the amount

I have scanned Gpay and made a UPI transition worth of 20041/- on April 16 2021.
The amount was deducted from my account but the merchant was not received, hence i have reached CITI BANK to chargeback the amount, but merchant bank denied the request.

AXIS BANK is neither sending the money to the beneficiary nor refunding back to ME....

Axis Bank deduction of brn-pymt-card done without information

Bank has also deducted the money from my saving account li

A deduction of rs 2.5k to 3.5k (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) every month is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

Please refund it, wht is that deduction for?...

I have stopped the ecs but still getting wrong ecs charge from axis bank loan department. because of this I lost around 6k please return my amount...

My account freezed without any reason

I have 6 years old savings account in axis bank.but suddenly then freezed my account without any notice or without any messages.So much problem faced due to axis bank poor services. I went to bank and updated my KYC .till its not unfreeze. Any staffs is also not telling what happened to my account.very disappointed by axis bank...

CPP cancellation

I don't want CPP plan. Please cancel it. I don't know there was extra charge for that, they said it was added with the credit card annual charge of 500rupees. i don't want the plan, please cancel it....

Deduction of brn-payment-card done without prior information

Hi

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

Credit card fraud

Fraud was detected on my credit card by bank on 16th June for 20100, 2 transaction.
I was told that virtual credit will be given in 10 working days.
Still waiting for credit and contacted customer service 4 times in last 1 month but no resolution.
On top of that late fee has been charged and also around 4k of debit interest.
Need the credit amount back and please waive the additional charges that have been leived...

Mere debit card se fastag ke liye paise deduct hone ke bad bhi fastag ka balance badha nahi hai.

I want to settlement our axis bank credit card. card last four digit number is 9087.. kindly settlement as a 15%. bcz i have pay almost all amount but that amount hold due to some dispute but but resolve by you.. so kindly settle . i am not able to pay..so please settlement within 15-20%...

Credit Card

I haven't applied any new credit card but got sms
"Thank you for applying for Axis Bank MY Zone Credit Card. Joining fees: Rs. 500 and Annual fees: Rs. 500. Please note application ID MLP[protected] for reference."

Now today send bill Rs. 590 for ho joining fee.

Please do the needful...
