I have made a purchase from max fashion of rs 1287.00/- on 9 days back. Tried my axis bank bank 2 times but both attempts were failed. Rs 1287 was deducted 2 times for both failed transactions.
Also call and written a mail at customer care and send a dispute form along with purchase receipt but they are saying it will take 120 days to get refund however it should get refunded back immediately after failed transaction.
They have generated a request id 31902000 and left in blank. 120 days is too much time. None of the bank in india takes that much of time. Worst services of axis bank. Im too much frustrated.

Also went through the nodal team dept but no reply from there. One reply from axis bank customer services and they are again saying it will take 120 days and I have to wait for the same. Really frustrating.
Mrs. Shikha please go through in axis bank nodal team dept or MD escalation desk. This dept give you resolution next 2 working day.

Will be closed and you will receve new kit shortly again i got call that kit will be dispatc through corier mode. Bt i have to confrm that transaction took place in my previous ac. Having last digit '624782' was being oprated by which party someone is operating my acont uses my id details knowing by that person can misuse...

    I m kaifee hasan i m a a/c holder of axis bank, sheohar, bihar, india... My atm card is not activated yet... I already contact so many times to branch manager... But he is not able to resolve my problem... And still i in abroad... I m getting so many problem due to not able to withdraw the money... So as soon as possible... Resolve my problem...

      My name is sumit soni and my registered mobile no with axis bank is [protected].

      I am writing this email regards with consolidated charges for may month that axis bank have taken from my saving bank account.

      On 17/06/2017, 230.00 inr (Including s. T) was debited as consolidated charges and as per axis bank customer executive this charges was deducted due to late bill pay for credit card for may month. But i have already paid the may month bill on time (4th june'17). So this amount should not be deducted from my account and now i am eligible for the reversal for this deduction.

      Please reverse this amount asap.

      Please call me on my registered contact number that i have mentioned above.

        Hi,

        I made a transaction 18th june, 2017 of rs 900. My account was debited twice in the process i. E rs 1800. I checked with the retailer. He showed me the machine and a transaction of rs 900 was done once. I am still waiting for the amount to be reversed.
        Please check with this and reverse the amount soon.

        Hi,

        The acquiring bank has claimed the transaction immediately on the next day of the transaction date. In order to recover the funds from the acquiring bank, we have raised a chargeback on it on 20.06.2017. As per network rules, the acquiring bank gets 7 working days time from the date of charge back to represent our chargeback. If they fail to do so within the prescribed time frame then we will transfer the funds to your account after the expiry of said time limit. Appreciate your patience in the interim.

        Did a transaction from Google pay via my axis card ...got to know the agency is absolute fraud and amount was debited but still is under processing.. kindly ensure that money doesn't reach them and is reversed as soon as possible...ive contacted gpay customer care they said bank will be able to help regarding this, ! I need an immediate resolution, ! Mark this as urgent, !!

          So many technical issues on all the 3 mediums of axis online banking. Web, mobile site and app.
          I've been using mobile app for 6 months. Suddenly it says to change mpin or i'm not able to login. When i click on menu to change mpin it reverts back to login page. Whole process starts again. It goes on and on. No results. I went to the branch. They suggested to reinstall the app. I did so but nothing worked out.

          I need to transfer money urgently.
          On mobile site there isn't any option to add a new receiver account so that you can make a transaction.

          Website asks unnecessary questions evenif my credentials are correct.
          I tried to contact customer care but there isn't any option for online banking queries. Yu are not even able to talk with care person. Worst service.

          Shortly team axis online banking service is not your cup of tea!!! Go home!!

            I am getting calls from these phone numbers, saying axis bank credit card verification department. They say the availability of reward program and cashback offer along with gift packs for credit card holders. They continue the conversation even after saying "not interested". Also, they ask for confidential details about the credit cards (Card number, validity date, cvc etc).
            I lost rs.8505 during the first call unknowingly. But, i am getting these type of calls frequently.

                I am t. Pranathi and i was offered a salary account from axis bank on march 14, they took signatures from us without informing us about demat account. All this happened by hyderabad madhapur branch we asked for what they are taking these many signatures no response from them. How can you cheat people like this for reaching the targets i have contacted them many times through email and call and even the person who i was given demat account he is giving me non sense stuff i have given a cancel form too for the demat account closure. Please don't play with customers for your profits. I need my demat account to be closed immediately. I got rid of this disgusting bank please look into this. My demat account number is 25072167

                  I have my axis bank account operational in one of the delhi branches from 4 yrs now. They suddenly have blocked/freezed my account which i came to know while doing one of the transactions. Calling the customer care will not solve any problem as they themselves dont know what might be the reason when transactions where done last month only. They suggest you to visit nearest branch.in this busy schedule if one can resolve many querries online. Why they cant tell you the reason or the steps to reactivate it.
                  Visiting branch can resolve the problem only if they can address your querry at time and solve it in one go. No other appointment dates or availability issues!!
                  Make the process user-friendly and inform the user whe we have the sms service activated already. Thanks.

                  Bank is deducting charges under the name of lien amount svery month, even i had not used atm card, My emi is getting deducted every momth regularly, but still bank is Deducting lien charges.i am fedup with the Bank Charges deduction.

                    I got my credit card and i paid the activation bill of 1725 and they give me a number to call and verify my e-mail address. But i m trying to call that number the customer care people are telling they are changing their number and gave me 2 more number i tried that number as well but that is not valid.
                    Why you people are irresponsible like this, i applied credit card for some necessary requirement but still i cant able to use that.
                    I need the solution asap.

                      I am robert john. I had taken a credit card (Before 2008) from axis under their persuasion of me using other bank cards. But i closed my card through settlement process and closed it by 2009 or 2010. I have finished paying all my dues. I had the papers with me. After that, i forgot about the card and everything.

                      I think by 2013, some from the axis collection center called me for not closing the account with some balance amount due. I sent them the papers and agreed that the account was closed. Again in 2014, they called up and demanded money to settle the account. Again i had to go through the papers and they said ok. Again they repeated in 2015. Again demanded money and again with papers they said it will never happen again and nobody contacted.

                      Now on 17 june, 2017, they called me from [protected] and started arguing for money. I am my mobile number for more than 12 years. But the person called up my wife and got my number again to call me. Actually, i don't know how he got her number. By this time, i had to go through 2 heavy rainfalls in chennai. The 2015 rains destroyed much of the documents and household things. Also, i have shifted my house to the city outskirts. I explained him everything from my side which he was not willing to accept and warned him that he is pressurizing me to approach the police. Finally, he said that he would be sending a person to my house to collect the money on 19 june. What should i do now? Please help...

                      I am Robert John. My mobile number is [protected]. Also I am using a JIO number because of network issues.

                      Long back in the year 2009 I had used a credit card from the Axis bank. Also I settled and closed the account in 2010 with all the other cards (SBI, HDFC, HSBC, Axis, ICICI) I was using.

                      I suppose in the year 2013 (from my memory) I had someone call from the Axis bank regarding the non payment of the dues for which I had duly furnished the closure letter with that person stating that nothing is
                      outstanding in between myself and the bank. I felt a sigh of relief after that and forgot it for once and all.

                      Relieved for a couple of years someone from the Axis bank again called up a couple of times in 2017 and inquired about the same. With oral verification over the phone he never called me back.

                      Now it again started. At the end of last month (October 2019) someone called up again from the Axis bank. He told me that I have applied for a loan (which i never did) and he said that my ratings are at low because of the pending of the closure of Axis card. I have again informed him that I have no payment pending regarding this.

                      But this time these guys from the Axis bank now have called up my relatives (I wonder from where they got all these numbers) and have threatened them stating that I have given their number for collecting the due or to give them my details. Also they have said that I have given their number as reference for my credit card account. Many of my relatives are perplexed and informed me about this trouble that they are going through. And some of such my relatives have become my family after May 2011 from my marriage. How could this be possible?

                      Today (13 November 2019) at around 2.59 pm someone called me from the Axis Bank. The caller called me from [protected] (screenshot attached) and never gave his name. I wanted to tell him the details of what i have done so far with the Axis bank. But he cut the call abruptly before i finished my reply. He was very rude, and i had to reply him in the same manner. He was not interested to hear me. All he wanted was myself to be present in his office. After this by 4 pm he has called one of my Auntie again and threatened her verbally demanding my details. Later my wife informed me that someone from the Axis bank has called her up multiple times from different numbers during the day while she was in her office. She should not attend any calls while in office. The following numbers are from which she had received the calls [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] (screenshot attached). All these numbers are marked as spam over hundreds of times.

                      Sir, after the year 2010 Chennai has gone through at least 3 worst floods. I have presented the document details earlier as I have mentioned above. After 2014 I had gone through some job shifts. Also I have changed my
                      location accordingly to the necessity. I have gone through all such floods and have got many of my documents destroyed during the floods and due to shifting of my residences. Some of my educational certificates were too lost during this time. Anyways I am living at peace with all my dues paid by 2010 for every single card I was using. No credit cards are used by me at present. I thought the head ache was over. But now and then I get such calls from this Axis bank every couple of years regarding this. These guys have updated every single details of my relatives numbers and every details. But why have they not updated that I have settled the account? These guys have never informed me the pending amount all through these years but they want me to come to their office to settle it down. And why this happens every once in a couple of years they remember to trouble me like this? Why do they want to harass my relatives like this? Will I find a solution for this? Please kindly help.

                        I have an current account at axis bank, today i just checked my account and they deducted...
                        17 june 2017 - consolidated charges for a/c - 2245.53 rs.
                        And
                        Service tax 15% - 336.83 rs.

                        I don't understand why this much amount (2245.53) they deducted.

                        In last month (May, 2017) they deducted...
                        20 may '17 consolidated charges for a/c - 972.30rs.
                        And
                        Service tax @15.00% on charge - 145.85rs.

                        Why they deducted 2245.53 in june 2017? Its horrible, should i close my account from axis bank?

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          Today at approx 1 pm i drew rs. 5000/- from axis bank atm bhatpara, kankinara, 24 pgs north, i got 2 note of rs. 2000/- and two of rs. 500/- but i got one note of rs. 2000/- something written by pen on note and as you know today is holiday sunday therefore i could not get show the same at branch. I request you to plz see the issue and suggest me how could i solve it asap.

                            I have a salary account in axis bank, in begumpet branch, hyderabad. I could see that 620 rupees were deducted in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. Neither a mail nor a message has been received from the bank.
                            This happened on 15th june 2017. I am unable to reach customer care.

                              I'm debasis sil, my account of axis bank lime wallet email id is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected]. On 16/06/2017 i tried twice to fund rs800 in my axis bank lime wallet and both the occasion money deducted from my bank of india account ([protected]) but not credited to the lime wallet. Rs 1600 (800x2) deducted but not credited to lime wallet. I contact with my bank they showed me in their computer screen that money has been settled on their end. Transaction id are stubp[protected] and stubp[protected]. After that i contact to lime wallet but they told me we can't do anything, we didn't received the money, you have to contact with your bank branch. After requested they told me to send mail with proof, i send them also but they didn't reply me. I enclosed my statement with the mail i send you. And also i took screenshot of payment successful of 2nd transaction rs800 deduction, i send the screenshot in your mail address [protected]@gmail.com. Please solve the problem.

                                Hi,

                                I got 1100 rs deducted from my axis bank salary account in the name of consolidated charges.

                                Nd few hours later 15% tax on consolidated charges was deducted

                                What the hell is consolidate charges. This has been my worst experience with any bank.

                                I request you to please take action against this, this is unacceptable for no reason 1100 rs has been deducted from my account.

                                Its been only 3-4 months that i chose to get my acount open there bt i hv such a worst experience

                                  Hi m absolutely shocked with very rude behaviour of security and one of the bank staff of axis bank sion branch. Surprised to see that axis bank has given authority to represent their branch by their security who does not know how to talk to their customers. I had been there just to check a very small query about my debit card but it seems axis bank has very unprofessional employees specially sion mumbai branch. It was really not expected from sion branch employees. Higher authorities of bank should remove such employees as they are working against interest of employees. Very upset with such employees of axis bank sion branch. Security should be punished badly.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had approached axis bank - jp road (Andheri west) branch for opening my current account. The documentation was done on 16th may and chq of rs 10, 000/- was given, it was a urgent request, as i had to apply for vat number and required a cancelled cheque for the same. The business development executive (Priya) went on leave and handed over the case to her senior - who also went on leave. After one week, we get an update saying there is no update and no one is aware of the account. Then a new person shalini steps in and says priya had not worked on it and she will take it ahead. After 1 week of handover even shalini had no idea about the status. Since it was a urgent request and shalini had no answer, she gave me her seniors (Mrunal desai) number. Mrunal being a senior was highly unprofessional, he used to not answer the call and also kept his phone switched off. Post which i gave a cancellation letter and asked for the refund of my amount on 12th june. We were told cancellation would happen in 02 working days. But it's been 05 working days and now axis bank executives are not answering the calls.
                                    This is a highly unexpected unprofessional behaviour from a very big private bank - axis.

                                      Hi,

                                      There were fraud atm debit card transactions worth rs:50, 000 on 29th may 2017 at 12.00am. The atm card was with me and yet the transaction was done. I got back to back smses of these transactions and at once i blocked my atm card.

                                      Next day (29th may 2017), i submitted the police complaint, dispute form and atm card pieces picture to the 'customer. [protected]@axisbank.com, debit. [protected]@axisbank.com'.

                                      Till today there is no update from axis bank.

                                      Customer care does not provide any updates at all. I have called the customer care many times. I have also visited the axis bank operations head personally multiple times, but they say they cannot do anything, the investigation department takes time.

                                      After getting frustrated i emailed mulitple complaints to the nodal department 'nodal. [protected]@axisbank.com' but from there i always get the same email that wait for 20 working days. What is the point of having nodal officer if they cannot even provide satisfactory answers?

                                      It is very irritating and frustrating when there is no update provided on my case. My hard earned money is lost and the bank doesnt care for the customer. Now the branch operations head says it can take more than 20 days, maybe 45 days to settle, but without confirmation.

                                      What should be done? We feel bank is safe and hence we put money in the savings account. But axis bank is no more safe. The customer care is uselss and provide no help. For me, rs. 50, 000 is a big amount. I have my emi dues to pay and the bank doesnt care.

                                      If operations head and customer care cannot help, then who can help in this? The fraud is enjoying his time with my 50, 000 and i am suffering here.

                                      I am planning to put all this into media now and make this viral using social networks if my issue is not resolved. Let axis bank face the wrath after that.

                                      You are asking me to wait for 20 Days. Your stipulated "20 Days" are over and yet there is not a single update. No one picks up calls at Nodal Office Phone number.

                                      On the top of that, your escalation team member - Mallika Koralla has mentioned that you need more "7 Days" to get back to me with an update. What is going on???

                                      You mean now I have to wait for 20+7=27 Working days more???? Just to get an update for my lost money???

                                      What kind of support you guys provide. It is high time now that you respond with updates. You have crossed limits of frustrating a customer.

                                      Now I have been given a new complaint number by your so called escalation team. Does that mean, I need to wait for more 27+20=47 Working days???

                                      You guys are too frustrating, I repent opening an account in Axis bank!
