Sir my sister in law is a b com student and now preparing for banking sector and faced an interview with bsm axis bank umerkote odisha branch for field job. The bsm assured she will get the job and told her to go to head office bhubaneswar. Now the bsm is assaulting her by phone calls, sms. She ignored first but two days before he called her and told i am in bhubaneswar. You come to meet me. You will get full benefits with out fulfilling the target also. Please do needful against him and kindly acknowledge me. After your acknowledgement i may decide to go to ombudsman.

    Hi,

    I would like to raise a complaint against the non response of loan centre representative for the confirmation on the document sent

    i was looking for a personal loan of 3 lakhs and called the tele-caller named Tania ([protected]) she informed the documents required as pan card, adhar card, sale deed, bank statement, salary slip and a photo. the next day she called and informed that sale deed cannot be considered as address proof. either gas book copy or gas bill copy is required. even though we sent the photo two three times the same was not clear and cannot be processed. if the documents are not proper then i requested to return my documents back.
    on Saturday i called her again and asked for the confirmation when can she sent the documents back. she confirmed that the same will be sent ASAP.

    at around 3 pm ist another person from axis bank ([protected]) called and told that my loan is already in processing status and if i say i dont need the loan due to the bad service of tele-caller tania, even though the mistake is at her side my cibil score will get affected.

    Not sure if this is a particular rule at axis bank only where the telecallers are not provided with proper details and due to their mis communication if a customer feels fed up and reject the loan the customers cibil score getting affected. hearing this kind of rule for the first time where customer is being affected for the mistake and bad response of telecallers.

    i then asked the proper documents and gave gas bill and gas book and marriage certificate to Mr Rajesh, Sakar nagar branch ([protected]) on sunday.

    From monday i am trying to call the loan centre representative around 20 calls from my side and 10 or more messages. no reply at all. not even confirming if my documents are received at least.

    may be this is the rule of axis bank that no need to respond to the customers properly. but from the last three four days i would have to say i had a worst experience from the axix bank loan section. i would make sure this worst response is being shared with who ever i know and would inform them not to take any banking service with axis bank

      I have an Bank account in State Bank of India .I tried to withdraw ₹3500 from my sbi account in axis bank ATM in sector 126 Raipur khadar, Noida, UP. 201313 at 18:14pm but I GOT ONLY ₹2300 INSTEAD OF ₹3500. on 18/12/2018.
      Transaction was shown successful and my amount is being detected without receipt of cash.
      Please look into the problem as early as possible and refund my amount of ₹1200 to my account.

        I am holding a salary account [protected] in your bank for the past thirteen years the given in trail mail is not correct you cannot blindly follow the rule you can see my previous statement every year wherein no deducted yet any charges on account for debit charges name. There were no such charges ever in my account. Hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount to the account. It has happened with me before, you deduct money and after complaining you have deposited back into my account

        I hope you will arrange to do the needful at the earliest. This is not right way to deduct from salary account i need all the details of this action. If you thing this is right way to deduct please send me circulation of axis bank where is mentioned debit card charges yearly

          Hi team,
          It was a very bad experience with axis bank i never experience such a worst experience with axis bank. I have closed my personal loan and credit card in axis bank very long back have spoken with customer executives for many times to close card and loan. Even complaint[protected] also created long back but still no response from them. Kindly help me to close my personal loan and axis bank credit card from cibil website and other websites like bank bazaar, paisa bazaar etc i am attaching no due certificates for both loan and credit card.

            lien amount deducted from your account

            My salary account ([protected]) is in axis bank. It is zero balance account, but it is mostly deducted amount if our balance is zero. Last time dated 15/12/2018, bank has deducted lien amount 473.19 and others consolidated charge (Rs.26.81) with taxes (Rs. 4.82). Our balance is show at that time rs. 31.00 but bank has deducted this three types of amount, whose wrong because our account is salary account which deserve to zero balance,...

            On 15-dec 2018, one of the axis customer service women called me and told me about some offers that i got with the recently bought credit card and then they forwarded the call to higher officer that they will tell you more about offers. She informed me about tata aig poilcy and i told her i dont want now but then also she is forcing me to apply for it and i asked her when they will charge for this policy, she told from feb 2018 onwards and you can cancel if you dont want. They also recorded the call. Today they have charge rs.6176 from my credit card. This is not fair. I need my money back

                  This is pertaining to Axis bank home loan # PHR[protected] approval note dated 23 Oct, 2018. All documents & others papers handed over to bank & received loan disbursement letter dated 23rd Nov, 2018.

                  At the time of disbursement of cheque from bank to seller, bank requirement was to get TPA signed by builder, which builder refused.
                  Builder statement is all payment transaction are done between seller & buyer & bank is directly giving payment to seller. There is no role of builder in it other than transfer of flat to seller to buyer.

                  As this TPA Agreement was not signed by builder, bank Returned back with cheque on the day of transfer from builder office.

                  Now it’s almost 20 days I am following this case & got held up between bank & builder.

                  During this & before, I paid all my side payment to seller amounting to 16 Lac.
                  I also paid advance 6 months maintenance charges to builder.
                  Seller also paid transfer charges of Rs 8 lac to builder.

                  During this bank demanded some papers from builder which builder already gave or some can be done post transfer.
                  As desired by bank, NIL balance statement on letterhead fully signed was given by builder.
                  Letter to Mortgage post transfer builder is ready to give. ( mailed to bank)
                  All desired documents of property in original will be given to bank.
                  I buyer has given in writing that post transfer ( May in 15-20 days) I shall be applying to registration including stamp duty etc & all registration documents in original will be handed over to bank.

                  I have been following this case to my bad luck through your DSA wherein I applied loan from including two bank officials. I requested all to plz update me the results on priority but none responded. All statements from your side were going round & round as they getting it done ( you just wait )

                  Further to inform you that axis passed message to my bank for deductions of emi & this is to inform you that without actual loan disbursement first pre emi was debited from bank on 10th dec, 2018.

                  Today till now I am unable get any clear message from bank
                  From the last 20 days I have been tortured & feeling distressed.
                  My whole life earning is at stake as seller is on verge to withdraw. I have paid all my part of Rs 16 lac to him & he has paid transfer charges to builder of Rs 8 lac.
                  The due date for payment terms between seller & buyer is already over. The seller is demanding me the double the amount which I have paid to him.

                  I will be totally bankrupt & feel like tortured, cheated all because of Axis bank.

                    Axis bank has deducted my rs. 590-/ from my account on 15/12/18. And same thing happend 17/11/18. Plz return my money as soon as possible. I didn't knew about this that there is any consolidated charges also, in axis bank. Axis bank is a good bank as compare to other bank but, this consolidation, i didn't knew about that. Somehow please return my money as i am in need of my account balance. If there is any money limitation of my account please let me know i m ready to credit that much in my account.

                      I had been operating my salary account for the past 10 years having smooth operation regarding credit and debit entries, i mean cheque deposit and withdrawal process.. I was using my debit card accordingly which expired this month. Consequently i got a new debit card. But when i had deposited a new cheque in this account it was rejected showing reason credit freeze since my salary account was not maintained having resigned the concerned job and unable to do so. I visited nearby branch and gave documentation for deactivating my account. Kindly advice when can i deposit again so that it will be credited. With out any problems.

                        Axis bank has deducted my rs. 845.95-/ from my account on 15/12/18. And same thing happend 13/10/18. Plz return my money as soon as possible.                         Sign. Verf. Chrgs Mandate Regst/ Stop charges for Rs.118 have been debited from my account on Dec-6-2018 and Dec-11-2018. I am not sure what those charges are and i didn't make any such transaction.

                          Axis bank has debited around rs 4000/- from my savings account without prior information on 15th dec'18 on any penalty amount in the name of consolidated charges and gst. Moreover, it has already deducted rs 150/- as negative balance few days back. If the bank itself deducts money in this manner, then what is the purpose of savings account? Why is there no check on this private banks? Kindly consider the complaint seriously!! And solve the issue asap!!

                          Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 3554 rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples.

                            My cheque no. 510604 got bounce. As per bank there was a dispute in my signature. This was not informed to me. I was only got message stating cheque returned. Still i am not able to understand what is actual problem. It is very difficult to get on to your customer care and even after getting to them they make your life miserable by giving vage answers.
                            I get hundreds of call just for credit card, loans etc which are not useful and for such an important activity there is no facility to inform customer.

But after 1 year again i will join a company and thay also make it salary ac but now always cut balance from my account again again if i maintain 10000 balance till 3month. But it's happening again again totally they take from my ac near by 7000. With out prior information. So kindly refund my balance as well as possible. Thanks

                                Why the amount is debited from my account again and again by axis bank limited, deail is written below
                                14.12.18
                                Consolidated charges for account :1300+234 (18% gst)
                                17.11.18
                                Consolidated charges for account :500+90 (18% gst)
                                With in one month bank have debitted of amount of rs 2124 why???

                                  Axis bank has debited around rupees 4000/- from my savings account in the name of consolidated charges and gst plus rs 150/- as negative balance. Moreover, i am unable to contact them via phone. Webchat capital captcha is not working. It seems there is an issue from their side. Even their customer care number is not responding. How can they just debit any amount?? How can they just debit so much amount from my savings account?? Seems very unfair. Savings account is meant to save!!

                                    Axis bank has deducted my rs. 500-/ from my account. Plz return my money as soon as possible. I didn't knew about this that there is any consolidated charges also, in axis bank. Axis bank is a good bank as compare to other bank but, this consolidation, i didn't knew about that. Somehow please return my money as i am in need of my account balance. If there is any money limitation of my account please let me know i m ready to credit that much in my account.

                                      I am axis bank customer.. I was not used a/c for 3 years, total lien balance shown rs.425, later i talked with bank officer he told only 425 rupees will deduct... So i funded with 12000 in my account, as he told 425 deducted... Now i have 11, 575 rupees in my a/c... Later one week after at mid night saturday 4299 rupees deducted + gst charges @18 % it is 880... Bank officer told me only 425 rupees will deduct... But 4299+880 deducted as consolidated charges and gst charges... Bank officer not told about these charges.

                                      Friends dont go with bank officers words... They won't tell all charges on a/c they will tell few small charges only...

                                      I[censored] guys not using a/c from long time... So many charges will impose on our a/c

                                      These bank officers deducting amount from innocent peoples... Not from vijay mallya and nirav modi... These guys dont have guts to collect from them...

                                      Pls dont frust bank officers, what they told... They will tell all lies only
