My account number is[protected], registered number [protected] i had have to pay my canada tuition fee before 31st december and i submitted transfer application in bank on 26 december but bank didn't transfer my fee till now. I want compensation of rupees 6 lakhs which i have spent in last 1 year for going abroad, so that i start some work in india

Complaint marked as Resolved On 15th December I opened a new saving account by explaining my purpose that i have to transfer my international tuition fee till 31st December behind opening this account to the branch head Mr. Harmandeep singh. And the manger said ok we are doing international transactions in branch. After that till 24 December i deposited all the fund needed then on 26th of December i submitted an application in bank for transferring my fee, they said ok within 24 hours your fee will be transferred, which was not deducted. When i went to the branch they told me some rejections are made by the head office i was worried whether i did some fraud . So by giving me apologize bank staff told me to wait for one more day, I said ok no problem but my fee will be transferred before 31 December. After that from 26 December to 31st December i daily went to the bank but my fee is not transferred due to which my admission is cancelled, all my hard work go wasted. I don't know what was the problem but i think axis bank make joke of my career and hard work. I want to explain that my father is a labour and we had very small agriculture land and my we have sell it to meet my dream and we have take money on intrest. I have spent over 2.5 lakhs till now. Now i want strict actions will be taken against the bank and i need compensation of rupees 6 lakhs so that i start some work here.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
So, please rectify my problem.
