[Resolved]  Axis Bank — dp charges debited

There was an amount of rs.885 debited from my a/c no. As dp consolidated charges on 13th april'19.
I understand that dp charges are for having demat account with the bank, however, i do not have any demat account with any bank.
Even after chasing the bank through email, i do not receive anything other than their auto reply mentioning that they will call back within 24hrs, however, i have not received any call till now.

I tried to do it through my internet banking login but still not bale to do the same.

Hi my name is hemanth and I'm customer for axis bank last 5 previous time it was Salary account later on I left that company not using axis from 3 year and salary account converted into savings and suddenly it showing 6000 negative balance I'm full of headache don't no what to do
