Axis Bank — Ecs charges refund

I have complain at axis bank law garden branch & also visited regarding ecs charges refund

I have saving account in axis bank in law garden branch since last 17 years, my ecs bounced on 28th feb 2016 of rs 5253/- (16 lic policy premium), against the same ecs return charge taken rs. 12187/- from bank.

Bank ac/ no - [protected]

Request to refund amount as earliest... As the same is too large amount

Axis Bank — 500 fees debited ,

while taking the AXIS bank credit CSR said no fees and annual fees but when i got first paybill 500 rs has been debited to my Credit card I dnt know why this pretty staright forward doing it i dnt know
