I have made imps transaction on 1st january 2020 for the amount 132905/- from my axis account to pay my axis bank credit card. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. I made this transaction using net banking from usa. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.
I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

Complaint marked as Resolved After 5 days, my transaction is successful. I don't know for what reason, my transaction was on hold for these days, but currently transaction history says, this is success.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
