I have applied for fastag on 09/12/2019 through axis bank portal, i received walled id on sms but physical id still i have not received. Its almost a month now.

Called customer care number several times but no1 is picking up, and on mail also no proper reply as i have mailed many times.
Is there any chance i can get it before 15th jan.
Can any1 help me with it.

    I paid for fast tag through axis bank and i got a message that, they allotted me fast tag no.[protected] and despatched to me on[protected].

    Till today, i have not received the fast tag and i already sent some mails to axis bank and they are not responding. Customer care no.[protected] taking us credit card section and they are unable to sort out my issue.

    Please help to get my fast tag.

    I have read related complaints remarks by you against such complaints. Hope it is a standard reply you are providing to all. At least you should provide an accessable telephone cumbers to customers to communicate with you.

    I want my fast tag immediately other wise please refund, We have other service providers to buy fast tag without any delay.

      I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is very wurst, because can't speak with anybody. There is no provision for tracking & response also is not good. There is no response if sent the e-mail also.

      Still this complaint not resolved. I'm sending so many mails to axis bank, but no use. Very poor experience.
      My friend send me money 86665 through axis bank imps on 31dec2019.

      2 day passes but money is not received in my sbi account.

      What to do??

      This is Saranya, As i have an issue that money wasn't deposited to my account
      The amount was transferred from HDFC account to Axis account of Rs.9500 on 29th Dec'19 but wasn't credited into my account as it is showing as it will be credited/displayed after 3 working days could you please credit the amount as soon as possible

        I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 5th jan 2020

        I lost inr 4200 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
        Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
        And i dont want this again in future.
        Please let me know if you need any other information.

        Dear Axis bank Team on 31st December 2019 I have made an IMPS transaction of Rs.9995 in SBI but this transaction got failed & the amount got deducted from my account. It was 3 days completed and amount not credited back in my account. It is much needed. Please revert on an urgent base. Please find attached a screenshot of the transaction copy.

        Most of the times when i try to pay some merchant or whomsoever, Gpay says bank server not avaiable, its annoying.

          Fastag blacklisted. No response from care support. No response to my emails. I crossed almost 12 tolls in 2 days. All say my fastag is blacklisted for no balance. I have recharged for 1000.           I bought axis fastag and using from 26th dec but Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or u have balance also but machine always shows blacklisted when i cross th toll.               I have order the fastag through axis bank site. I have paid all the charges for it. And i haven’t got any response for the bank yet. I had got the customer id and wallet id at the time of booking. And now it’s been more than a month now i haven’t still received my fastag yet. I had purchased it on 30/11/2019. I tried calling the customer service but there was no response. It’s been a month and i haven’t received any tracking id or delivery message. I booked it for my truck. Please do take this complaint and resolve it as fast as possible.

Raised many sr from customer care but closed without resolution. Current open sr is sr[protected]. Even sent mail to etc. Managementxxxx.com but no use. Now feeling consumer court is the last option to get resolution

                  My self surendra patel - fastage id[protected] mobile no.[protected]. Yesterday i was journey at kheda outgoing charge rs.85/- debit by axis bank, after 2 hours i was return at the same way at that time second time rs.85/- debit by axis bank.

                  Total charges debit by bank 85+85=170/-, actual return charges less than rs.170/-.

                  So i request you to refund amt my remaining balance amt.

                      Cash payment of rs 25 made at narmada toll plaza gujrat on 28/12/2019 because fastag wat not scanned but same amount is debited/deducted from my fastag wallet id [protected].
                      Service request also given for double payment its ref no is sr[protected] and also mail is send to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com for which interaction id[protected] is received but still there is progress on this matter.
                      There should be some mechanism if cash is collected and fastag wallet debited for same vehicle on same date and same time then auto revert amount to wallet.

                        Hello i applied two axis bank fastags online on dated 12 dec 2019 and paid rs-200/ each, i received regular sms about the issuance of one of the tags and received it too but no message is received for my another tag till now.
                        The details of the other tag are:

                          Hi,

                          I have recently applied fast tag from axis and has been allowed a fast tag account no. [protected]
                          And on 2 of jan an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account.

                          Its very bad from axis side to do it this way. More over their customer care number[protected] does not work at all.

                          Same here debited 973/- INR without any intimation. Also I paid via cash at the toll. Later amount got debited
                          Same here, 800 got deducted for me also, and Axis bank Customer care has no clue about that, they share another number ([protected]) where no one picks up the call.

                          Axis bank is cheating the customer in the name of fastag i to got 800 deducted from Bank Ac. the bank will earn some money from this but they will loose loyal customer like me.
                          Me too got deducted Rs.800 . No response from bank side.
                          Can anyone say way to stop this.

                            I have applied for fastag on 17/12/19 vide a/c. No.[protected]/[protected]/r. However, fastag has not yet delivered. Further on 03/01/2020 rs. 800/- debited from my saving a/c. By auto sweep. It is requested to revert the amount debited from a/c. And please stop debiting automatically to recharge fastag a/c. I will recharge as per my requirement. Please arrange to deliver fastag early and link the same to my saving account so that i can access my fastag a/c. By internet banking.

                              I have made imps transaction on 1st january 2020 for the amount 132905/- from my axis account to pay my axis bank credit card. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. I made this transaction using net banking from usa. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                              Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.
                              I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

                              After 5 days, my transaction is successful. I don't know for what reason, my transaction was on hold for these days, but currently transaction history says, this is success.

                                Last week i received fastag & still i have not used fastag but immediately axis bank deducted rs.800 when i tried several times on call center to understand the reason & finally one customer care officer has picked my phone but when he understand my queries, he told me its happened with many customers & immediately he disconnected or call auto disconnect. Now i am not able to connect with axis bank call center.

                                I request you to don't buy fastag from axis bank because they deducted money from your account without any intimation to you.

                                  Bought online fastag with home delivery on december 1st 2019and net received till now. No customer care support. My service request was closed without solving complaint. Approached near by branch several times and they even not able find status with walled id number car number and registered phone number that is issued by axis bank. Axis bank simply robbing the money in the name of fastag!

                                    I applied for fastag on 20 dec 2019. My vehicle number is hr67a2326. But still i did not any message from them regarding the dispatch of my fastag. More then 14 days have been passed. Even i continously check on bluedart website there is also no update. Time has been passed very quickly but no message received from axis bank. Really poor service.. Even i complaint about that on official twitter handle of axis bank, they provide me a email to complaint their. I also file my complaint on the given email adress.. But there also no solution is provided.

                                        I had applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on 9th dec 2019. I paid all the charges and received customer id & fastag wallet id [protected]. But the physical fastag is not received from bank. Started calling their customer care and raised service requests. Sr[protected], sr[protected], issue not resolved yet. Now their customer service number is only giving new year ads not able to connect. They are not providing a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                        I have not received the FASTAG applied on 9th Dec 2019. The problem is NOT Resolved. Update on 4Jan 2020:-- After a lot of calls and follow ups Received a mail from [email protected] with subject "AXISIBRM=100-260-932". The mail had a snapshot of Waybill number 40132431791 showing that item is delivered. Waybill, the item is showing delivered to some address at Delhi instead of delivering to Kochi. Tried calling the customer care 18004198585, which did not connect instead containing advertisements. waited for 15 minutes on call. Did not connect. Don't know how to proceed. ---------------------------------- Update on 10 Jan 2020 There is no call or resolution from the Axis bank. I wrote to etc. management to close my FastTag account with Axis bank and refund the security deposit. ------------------- Update on 17 Jan 2020 No reply from Axis bank team on closing account staut or refund of Security deposit. I have reminded. Seems they value less for customers.
