From past 1 year they are adding unnecessary charges after i paid all the outstanding amount still they are harassing me i am help less no one is helping me what i do my civil score is hell now iam business man still they are avoiding the card was against fd 25000 and i get the limit of 20000 i allready paid the amount 2 time then they said to resolve i have to pay 65000 i paid that allso still they are adding charges they are harassed me a lot i want to die

I paid 65000 for card of 20000 fraud axis bank it's a appeal from all don't use axis bank card credit card against FD I need my money back 45000 or I'll file a case now against the guy banker you guys are cheaters axis back credit card derawala branch model town Dipesh Bansal is fraud a big time fraud cheated me

Dipesh Bansal banker at model town branch he forced me to take credit card because of his target was not completed I said ok and against the FD OF 25000 I get a credit card of 20000 limit I spend all money and they said we will adjust from FD but they started unnecessary charges and make the outstanding of 65000 I paid that allso but still they are adding unnecessary charges and blackmailing me my civil score is like hell now now Dipesh is not even helping me and threatening me credit card department is not even picking my call it's been now 1year Iam totally harassment my axis bank

    Hi there
    My client has transferred 4300₹ Via UPI On 14 dec but the amount is not credited in my axis bank account so I contacted sender bank (Paytm Payments Bank ) they have confirmed that the amount 4300₹ with the UPI reference number[protected] so I contacted receiver bank (axis bank) they're denying that they don't received any amount from this upi reference number[protected] in my bank account as the other sender bank has given npci transaction screenshot that's proof the has successfully credited into my bank account but axis bank is not credited my money in my account they're saying they don't received any amount both banks are refering each other's

      I have applied for Fast tag through Axis Bank website on 17-Dec-2019. Vehicle is registered in the name of my father. I have entered my name and mobile number while applying for FAST TAG through Axis bank. I have not even received any status/notification for same by sms or e-mail. Seems to be fraud as I have not even received any notification for same.

        I have worked for a company which has tie up with only axis bank, so i have taken salary account. As i shifted company i am not using it. I request you to close the account. I have applied in the nearest branch to close the account they asked me to pay around 350+ rupees. I payed expecting that account will be closed. But i received a call that your account will not be closed from our branch. Req. Axis bank to close my account and i don't have any thing link debit card, cheque book not even account number. My account is tied up with[protected] number. So please close my account. I have requested to close my account in brookfield bangalore axis branch

            I have applied for axis bank fastag online with required amount on dtd 25th nov, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
            After that i received etc customer id & wallet id on 27/11/2019 through sms and email. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
            The tollfree team not able to address the issue properly. I have locked the complaint on 4th, 7th dec but yet not received reply but ticket is closed. Also emailed but still not received any reply. I'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory.

              I purchased a product on 25 oct 2019 via amazon through 6 month emi using axis bank credit card. But emi has not been converted yet. I called axis bank a register a complain on 17th nov. After that i called 20 to 30 times to them but they only said to wait for another 5days each times. They also said that my complaint has been approved but not reflected in my credit card ac. I am helpless with them.

                I am kasiviswanathan. M and i have submitted my documents for axis bank neo card on 4th dec 2019. On5th dec i received a msg from axis bank station that congratulations, welcome to axis bank credit cards! Your application for axis bank credit card is approved. The card details will follow shortly. I tried to follow it up after few days but i never received ay update. Later called to customer care they said it was under processing. I checked online it is showing my application is declined because my date of birth is not matching. All my records i have the same date of birth. How on the hell can that be possible.
                Later i am receiving a msg from axis bank your credit card application for axis bank neo card with reference no 16661651 has been declined. Pls call [protected] if you did not apply
                My application no - 784136 ; reference no : 16661651.
                Kindly request you to resolve the problem.

                My suspect is axis bank executive has uploaded the wrong document online.
                Kindly resolve or respond to the above questions.

                With regards to the above subject, what they are trying to do is they are faking that they have tried to contact which is not at all true . Till today no one contacted me in this regard . Axis bank big cheaters and no resolution provided to me for my problem . I kindly request the consumer complaint board team members to intervene and solve the issue . All others pls be aware of these fraudulent Acis bank .

                  Fastag was ordered on 10 dec and there is no delivery status for the vehicle details entered on bluedart tracking section.

                  How to check the fastag delivery status.

                  Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

                  Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling number of times but there is no response.

                    I booked a fast tag for DL5CJ2898 on dated 23.11.2019, ₹ 200 paid via online. But till today 18.12.2019 i didnt received it. Messages are coming to recharge my wallet id balance.but it is hard to deal these people even bank people isn't helping. I try to call many times on the toll free number but its too busy if by chance someone picked it, still mot helpful bcoz my issue is not resolved. Please do needful action against this kind of service.

                        My Axis customer id:[protected].
                        On 06/12/2019 i have purchase fastag from axis bank vide transaction - ECOM PUR/Axis Bank - E/Mumbai/061219/09:55 as attached receipt.
                        On 10/12/2019 i have received sms from axis that my fastag despatched via blue dart service as screen shot attached. In blue dart the tracking id is given as my vehicle Registration no (WB20AG5324), which is totally fake. but the wallet id mention in the sms - [protected] is correct and i can log in the portal also. Now on 11/12/2019 i have received the fastag which is from SBI bank and not from Axis bank. And i find the tag id showing in my wallet id is not matching with fastag received. So i put a complain regarding this through my wallet With Reference SR[protected]. But till now no response received from either axis bank or from fastag issuer. So now what i will do with this fastag can anybody tell me. i'll not pay any further for new fastag. And axis can't resolve the problem request you to refund my money.

                          I have booked fast tag on 27th nov 2019. Till date I have not received fast tag. I called to the customer care..they raised 1 SR & inform that I will receive Fasttag before 15-Dec-19 (SR[protected] on 12/11/2019 5:48:56)
                          I have not received Fasttag then I again called to customer care. They raised another SR (SR[protected] on 12/16/2019 4:14:58) for that & ask me to wait for 48 hours for the resolution. Then I called to customer care on 18th Dec...that guy told me to raise another SR for that...what is this ???? Where is my fasttag ? They are not able to give status of fasttag..they don;t even know fasttag dispatched or not ?...I have paid Rs. 200 to Axis bank as security deposit & facing many problems to get the fasttag even after taking many follow-ups.

                            My Loan Account No.AUR[protected]Axis Bank-Mangalore.
                            I had sent a letter though mail which is attached herebelow. For the said letter no response from your side till today. But for six months no phone calls or any harassment. But now again the same repeated by your outsourcing persons. Even for Rs.84/- they are calling several times a day. I do not know whom I have to contact since no response to earlier letter. I am fed up with this bank. Even if not respond for I will report to media and concerned authorities to take legal action against the bank.

                            I have borrowed a Loan as per above Account Number. Since day one I am paying the EMI regularly except one or two delayed for one or two days. Since my Earlier Firm is closed the account also closed. Since then I am remitting the amount directly to the Loan Account. But since last 10 months every day your outsourcing persons calling 15 to 18 times and harassing me that my account is irregular, I have to pay penalty etc., I have never given cheque and my payment is regular. In this regard I had sent a mail and also a letter written to the Manager, Loan Section Mangalore Branch and no response till today. Please clarify why this happens and what is wrong in making payment of EMI amount directly to Loan account of your own Bank, . Now this is my last request and if no clarification given to me I will going to file complaint before Ombudsmen, Consumer Court and the Police Commissioner Mangalore. I am Fed up by your harassment. Hope you will understand and respond.

                              Fastag was applied on : 06/12/2019
                              Amount of Rs.203/- paid through Card
                              The application was approved on : 09/12/2019
                              SMS received regarding dispatch of fastag through blue dart on : 10/12/2019
                              However, the fastag was not received.

                              An email sent to the Bank on 14/12/2019 raising a query regarding non receipt of the fastag.
                              An auto generated email was received from the Bank by just giving interaction ID No.99902378.

                              Thereafter there is no communication from the Bank. The customer care number is not able to give proper information on the matter.
                              It is regretfully stated that till date the Fastag is not received. Request you to register my complaint.
                              Complaint resolution is prayed for i.e. fastag be given by the Bank to me.
                              Alternatively the Amount of Rs.203.60, togetherwith penalty of an appropriate amount be paid to me.

                                Still i did not receive any communication regarding my fastag. And i have no clue that i will get it or not from the bank. And i paid the full amount.
                                Kindly inform the date and confirmation.
                                I am not sure that i will get it or not. Otherwise i will purchase directly from other points.
                                And please let me know is it possible to cancel my fastag from axis and refund the money.

                                  I have ordered fastag on 03-dec-2019 on axis bank website, since then i neither received any tracking id nor further status about the card, rs.200 was deducted and the receipt was generated with the id as[protected], please update me regarding this whether should i register with another agency or will i receive it?

                                  Have applied for Axis Bank FasTag 12 days back. Still neither FasTag recieved nor its delivery tracking ID. Service toll free number attending call after 30 mins of on hold then after they register a service request ; provide us service request ID number. thats it. Again no response from them.

                                  I purchase fastag from your website on 26 Nov 2019. I received message that within 1 week it will delivered to me but now 2 week gone but fastag still not delivered to me.

                                    It's been already 10 days since i have applied for axis bank fastag till now no update from the bank regarding the dispatch and delivery only i have got sms regarding my wallet activation. Tried reaching the support team but no response. Kindly look into this matter seriously. If you in not a position to give a proper service better not promote your product. Tried searching my vehicle number in bludart website also for tracking but no information. Will also dont suggest my colleagues and friends not to buy.

                                      This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag.
                                      There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
                                      I had applied for fast tag on 2st Dec 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id [protected] .
