fastag sticker not received from axis bank

I have applied for axis bank fastag online with required amount on dtd 25th nov, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received etc customer id & wallet id on 27/11/2019 through sms and email. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree team not able to address the issue properly. I have locked the complaint on 4th, 7th dec but yet not received reply...

credit card emi not converted

I purchased a product on 25 oct 2019 via amazon through 6 month emi using axis bank credit card. But emi has not been converted yet. I called axis bank a register a complain on 17th nov. After that i called 20 to 30 times to them but they only said to wait for another 5days each times. They also said that my complaint has been approved but not reflected in my credit card ac. I am helpless with them....

Fastag was ordered on 10 dec and there is no delivery status for the vehicle details entered on bluedart tracking section.

How to check the fastag delivery status.

Kindly let me know the steps to check the status and delivery time for the fastag.

Also the toll free number for fastag is not working. Have tried calling number of times but there is no response.

I have applied for fastag on 13/12/19.
Still i did not receive any communication regarding my fastag. And i have no clue that i will get it or not from the bank. And i paid the full amount.
Kindly inform the date and confirmation.
I am not sure that i will get it or not. Otherwise i will purchase directly from other points.

fastag number received but the card not received

I have ordered fastag on 03-dec-2019 on axis bank website, since then i neither received any tracking id nor further status about the card, rs.200 was deducted and the receipt was generated with the id as[protected], please update me regarding this whether should i register with another agency or will i receive it?

With in two days i got sms that fastag has been despatched through blue dart courier. Till now i did not get courier. Blue dart people says they did not receive the consignment. No one taking call on axis bank help line, simply playing music.
I added rs. 1000 to the wallet also. How many days i have to wait...
