I have deposited cash of 36000 inr[protected] but till today its not been credited, deposited thru cdm machine and the slip states "your transaction is unsuccessful" can i know how many days will it take to credit to my account, please advise.

Kindly provide contact number to whom i should contact regarding this issues its very difficult if it happend when we are in urgent.

    I am axis bank customer for more than 5 years. I am having salary account in axis bank and i am getting good salary every month. I had requested for car loan last year, after processing every documents, they rejected my loan saying anything. They are saying my credit score was low, but i got loan from kotak mahindra bank where i dont have any account and any transaction in 2 days. I am using axis credit card and i had requested for replacement and my communication address is office. They had send my card earlier rented address. I had spoke with their customer care and delivery agent and everything fall in deaf ears. They had asked me to wait for 2 weeks. Courier people didnt call me and i had contacted them and told them i will come and collect it with id proof and they refused to give me. I had again talk to customer and their laid back provocation led me to cancel my card. I am appointed with axis bank customer care agent ms. Poojitha. She was yawning and not helpful other than cancelling the card.

      I returned a product on flipkart and the seller has initiated my refund on 25th december 2019.
      However the amount has not been credited back to my axis bank account.
      I had made payment through axis bank debit card.

      Kindly check into it and let me know by when will the amount get credited.

            Wrong Account Information was shared by Axis Bank to CIBIL Transunion regarding my above mentioned account that the Outstanding is Written-off. Where as it has been cleared in 14th October 2019.

            In spite of many Emails to concerned Person It is not Changed.

            Due to wrong Information My CIBIL score is drastically affecting.

            I request you to help me to sort out this. and I also want Close My Credit Card Account for which I tried though Customer care no. but it didnt get connect with executive.

              I have personal loan in Axis bank and paying it without delay.. As my account was not in use on Dec 5 th I had my due of my personal loan and I have paid through bank even then they have taken the cheque bounce charges which doesn't make sense . REVERT my money back. Even the banker had informed me they will not take the bounce charges before the Ecs process. I paid on that basis .but axis bank have to revert this back

                  I applied for axis bank fastag for almost one and half month now in mid of november, 2019. Got the customer id and wallet id. Even i recharged the wallet with 500 inr. Still i didn't receive the physical tag. I followed up mulitple time on email and no repsonse. Call centre number is just hopeless with no reach. I feel this is a fraud and with no accountability.                   This is the same response since last three weeks and hope this time this is not the case, but will really get the Fastag. Even last time they even provided a POD number to check after couple of days to track the courier, which is a farse again! I will wait to hear couple of days more for me to move to next step.                       fastag service issues

                      Customer id[protected].

                      Axis bank fastag recharged through upi on 29.11.2019 is not credited to wallet.

                      Have lodged many complaints and forwarded the bank account statement with the required information.

                      Even approached to principal nodal officer but till date there is no response from axis bank.

                      Please arrange to credit the wallet or return the money....

                      I have applied for fastag rfid through your website and the payment is completed. However, the item is not received yet. On further communication, the mail received from your department indicates that the item is despatched through blue dart courier company but on verification blue dart indicates there is no such consignment booked with them.
                      Though several mails were exchanged with your team, nothing much is happening in this regard.
                      Kind request to give the priority to the issue mentioned above and ensure the fastag id is received on priority.

                          I have applied for axis fastag on 14dec2019. I got a notification that it will ve delivered in a week. However i have not received it. I have called 24*7 customer support. I was informed that fastag eas not dispatched yet. I have raised a complaint and sent email to etc. [protected]@axis.com. They have provided me bluedart track link and my pod number and informed that i can track it there. But when i checked it showed that no record is present. I have again sent email and then i got reply that fastag is not dispatched yet and not processed due to increase in demand. But initially they gave me pod number for tracking which was false information. Ifwe makeany late payment banks will fine us with extra charges. Does this not apply to banks. They have deducted money, provided notification of delivery in 7 days, provided false information and finally not even processed the request even after 11 days of application.

I dont understand what is the use of customer support by getting this response. This is the worst service we have seen from Axis. I have already sent mail. But there will be no reply from them

                            I have ordered axis bank fastag on 14 dec 2019 but i haven't received any message till now in the official site they said it will deliver in 7 days now its more than ten day the people who have ordered from paytm they got their fastag in 3 days i dont understand what is this is this a joke i have to travel out of the town and they told us that u cant have second fastag there is no tracking system becaus they dont sms in ur registered phone what should i do now even now its available near bank and axis bank phone no is invaild they dont even talk just gives us prerecorded shopping message this is fraud

                                I have been ordered an fasttag on november 23rd but upto now not yet received. If i call to axis bank they was telling that - ok sir i will raise a complaint - like this they are saying i have been called 10 times to axis bank and 4 times complaint raised. But there is no response very worst service from axis bank. But they are showing add within 7 days we will deliver to you almost four 7 days completed and i also raised the mail also to etc. Management but from that also no reply i don't know what the person doing there without response.
                                My two friends ordered an fasttag by last week from this bank they all are got within 5 working days i don't know why they are doing to me like this. If i ask tracking i'd means they are not telling if i say connect to your manager also they are not connecting the call to him. I also a person only not ghost then why are not responding i don't know. Very worst and # service from axis bank

                                  I am being charged lien in my salary account with axis bank more than 1 lakh rupees. Currently my account in mins 44, 000. I get my salary if 35, 000. So i am going to get nothing in my hand to spend and cant go for job and no money for food and water. Axis bank should take money only when we deposit and not to make account in lien or negative balance. If this month i do not get money better i suicide and leave the world by writing reason...

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have wallet i'd which has not been raised by me and axis bank claimed that it has been raised by dealer. Ok i can accept till some extent and requested to do the kyc updation request. But after calling multiple times and spent lmost 150 mins to the customer care i decided to raise the close request. But now bank requested to send canceled cheque. As at the time of account opening no data has been verified and did not ask customer permission why now you are asking for correct data where account opened by using wrong dob and mail address
