I have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and i was supposed to pay rs. 350/- for physical debit card., i've paid that amount from my another bank account, all went fine. But, the next day, while i'm trying to check the axis bank account for transaction statements, there i found my account has been closed, showing this message im the transaction page "account closure proceed to dd acct". I have called via telephone to my nearest axis bank. They just can't be able to check what gone wrong with my account, they told you just come on the next working day to get the 350/- rupees dd. But, what i want is an axis asap account, they are unable to help at that moment. Then i just called axis head office maharashtra but the call gets disconnected regularly. I lost my hope on this banking with axis. Atleast they should have given a proper reason for closure. Ps. I thought that, axis was good at internet transactions, but now i'm done

Yes, they do this, such a ----. They might not have found way to scam you take money, so they might have closed. They don't have courtesy to even tell reason for closure, same thing happened with me( acnt which was active for more than 4 yrs, suddenly they closed and couldn't even provide a reason). we must all take this up and fight against.

Why u close my account when i provide all my kyc
and where is my money which i was deposited ????
Cheap Banking service kotak is much better then your axis bank they never did any type of fraud with me

Yesterday on dated 29th April, 2019 I have opened an AXIS ASAP bank account through online form filling and providing my ADHAAR and PAN details. I have also deposited Rs.1000.00 in this newly created account. My customer id is[protected].

Now, today dated 30th April, 2019 I suddenly received a sms from the bank as "Your A/c 710XX0 is debited by Rs.1000 on 30Apr19. Avbl Bal :Rs.0. Info : Account closure proceeds to DD Acct."

Please note I did not given any consent for account closure. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.

I had opened an Axis ASAP account on 18th April and had submitted all documents, pan, aadhar as well. I had also deposited 11k to be eligible for the welcome offer. On 19th April, I received a message saying that ' Your A/c xxxxxx is debited by Rs. 11000.00 on 19Apr19. Avbl Bal: Rs 0. Info:Account Closure Proceeds to DD acct. Call [protected] for dispute' indicating that my account had been closed without my permission. I called the mentioned customer care number asking the reason for the account closure and they could neither tell me why the account was closed nor why I haven't received the deposited Rs. 11k back yet. I have an Axis Priority account for the last 3 years and am very disappointed by such negligence on the part of the bank. Even the assigned Priority RM has no clue and asked me to check with the branch. Till date I have neither received the DD nor the reason for the account closure. Earlier there used to be a separate email for addressing customer complaints. The new online grievance submission system is a joke as it has only predefined complaints that you can submit. Kindly look ito the issue on an urgent basis and refund the money or reopen my account.
They charged for new card after unnecessarily closing my account and forcing a new card on me.
Also, there was a story provided to me about international transaction for providing the new card, which i never got a proof for, if anyone check through, all my transactions in account had always been local only, even though the card says "INTERNATIONAL DEBIT CARD" on the card itself, amount stating GST is deducted from my account still, and i should be paying for the services which is never rendered to me, which is the whole point of "GST".

i opened my account through online procedure i submitted every document asked but and i was asked to add 1000 rs and it was added after that when i was trying to do any transaction it shows account doesn't exist.. i almost spend 100rs of my balance for contacting customer care but no one picks up the call.. after many trails some one picked up and they told to wait for 2 days for activation of account and today i received message and it was written that my 1000 rs is debited (to where i don't know) and account proceeds to closure procedure.. i tried calling customer care but no one picks up... please help.. now banks are also involved in online fraud i was not knowing that..
Axis asap cheat account
I opened my account through axis asap by using Aadhar and pan and deposited rs 5200 in it but when I logged in to net banking and when I tried to transfer money it says your account is freezed or blocked and when I called their customer care they just told to wait for 4 working days on 3rd day I received I message of account closure and rs 5200 debited to acc. Closure DD then I called customer care but they said to wait for 10 days to receive your DD to your address I m still waiting from 10 days but I have received nothing and even they have no explanation why they had closed my account poor bank poor service

I created a new Axis ASAP account yesterday, the account ends with 235565, I deposited Rs.1000/- though m other bank account, and now I get this sms in the morning that Your A/c 235565 is debited by Rs.1000 on 11Jul19 Avbl Bal: Rs.0. Info Account closure proceeds to DD Acct.

What is the reason for the closure? I gave my PAN/Aadhaar/eKyc.???

Refund or reopen my account
My ASAP axis account was inoperative state due to KYC not completed .Now i am submitted KYC through online, but still my account is not active. Please tell me how can i Reactivate it
May 26th 2019 i opened axis asap account i had provided my kyc online, i was told to provide kyc in local axis bank branch for which i had a time of 1 year to do so but on[protected] rs 1534.81 was deducted from my account with the following message Your A/c 964930 is debited by Rs. 1534.81 on 28Apr20. Avbl Bal: Rs. 0. Info: ASAP Anniversary Closure - KYC not compl. Call [protected] for dispute, i clearly have abt 20 more days to show kyc physically in bank, but why was my account closed before that

    I have a a/c no: [[protected]] in barmer branch.
    I have operated the bank of baroda atm merta road on 21.01.2019 12.26 pm for with drawl of rs.10, 000/- amount. The transaction was declined but the amount of rs.10, 000/- was deducted from my account with out msg of cash.

    Hence it is requested to kindly arrange to correct the above transaction and transfer the amount of rs.10, 000/- to my account.

    500 re was deducted from my account at 12 am on Jan 30 2019. Could you help me deduce what exactly happened.below is the SMS I got

      request to write off my emi interest

      I have made full payment of my outstanding on 1st sept-18 as per the credit card statement generated on 10.08.2018. At the same time, this outstanding was converted into 6 months emi which i slipped to foreclose.

      Incidentally on 8th aug-18, i had some information of fraudulent transaction through my credit card of rs 9999/- for which i approached to bank for blocking my card with immediate effect. Card was blocked but as per...

      The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
      The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
      The bank had once in past, deducted the money for failed transaction after 12hrs the failure of transaction and also they refused the request to block the card at that time, saying they cant block the card.
      The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level.

      Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

      "hello! Your a/c no 20*7 has been debited by rs 4671/-on[protected]. The a/c balance is rs 284/-.

      You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount.

      Today on insisting them for blocking the card they say that if you block teh card you may not receive the deducted amount.

      I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around

      ATM card is not removed from the machine. And no one is responding my call properly. And also transaction is not done.
      I don't need one assist plan,
      So how I deactivate and cancel this plan,
      Without my permission 1899/- debited from my account.
      I have paid my credit card dues on time and today morning I have got a message saying that "INR ***.** debited from A/C no. XXXXXX on[protected]:46:37". Are you making us fool @Axis bank.

          On jan 24 2019 an amount of rs 1151 was deducted form my account due to failed transision and i immidately call the customer care and was informed that the merchant has not recived the amount and the same amount will be refunded back but today i have seen the ststement that the amount has been deducted from my account when i spoke to customer care thy have said me that the merchant has claimed the amount plz revert me back to [protected]@gmail.com to proceed with the further information as i am not able to get any needful information from customer care

            I am ranjit vijaykumar yadav. I have an current account with axis bank. Current account number [protected]. I had requested the branch to close this account. I fully paid the fine on date 13 october 2017. After paying this amount they gave me acknowledgment of receipt. All the documents and checks of this account were taken. All the documents and checks in the account were torn in front of me. Bank employees closed my account. After that i would not have to pay any penalty. So he told me. But in a few days, i received a message from the bank.in that message, the penalty is rs. 26148. And this is increasing day by day. I am having a lot of mental pain

            The branch officer, however, has been giving an idea of the situation but he ignoring it. Your account will be closed in march. It's being told.

              Hi,
              Nearly 1300 rupees got deducted from my savings account which is linked to credit card. Even the customer service is not responding properly. This was not the first time. Really worst service i had ever seen.
              I got a message stating that 1300 rupees deducted for brn card payment. So, many times i tried to contact the service provider. But no response received. Worst customer service.

                Hi,
                I am maintaining a salary account in axis bank, chennai. I have not opened any demat account, but i see charges for the maintenence of demat account is retrieved stating 'consolidated dp charges' without my knowleged.
                I would need to close the demat account that is opened without my knowledge and redeem all the charges made earlier for the same.

                Kindly take neccesary actions for the same

                  3 times charge was levied in a year of rs.354 each stating annual debit charge, adding upto rs.1062. Yes makes me wonder they even charging for debit card, not credit also.
                  Such a # service really, no proper response to your queries even from the nodal officers, they just keep on giving new-new dates to give us an update, and prolong even the response time, not the resolution.

                  New card has been issued on 2017, without even requesting and even once closing my account without prior notice and they couldn't even provide reason for closure, which had to be requested and open after many branch visits and our time wastage. Really better to close account with this # bank and open account elsewhere, saves a lot of your mental energy and time.

                  To the response team - i do not want your link to check, but want response and resolution to the issue after checking, i have already gone through almost all the links which axis bank could provide, so just don't waste our time again. Concern raised with rbi aswell.

                  Need to update in social and public media aswell, about this. Give the true review( which is worst), and atleast help others saving their hard earned money. I will wait for other week to see any progress or getting back my money taken unnecessarily.

                  Poor service, even after putting complaint to BO officers RBI (bangalore & Trivandrum), no response from the team whatsoever.
                  Best suggestion I give to people now about this bank is, never open an account with them, or keeping checking your account frequently to see, what they are doing with our money. For my bad luck, I opened salaried account with this ---, now its not even salaried account, that they know to check very fast and change to savings account and to maintain 10 k in it.

Right now i'm in delhi location and my account has been credit frozen by bank recently. Due to which my various payments are pending.

                      But we are not using that credit card and we are not paying for that so close the credit card.

                        Today at near about at 9:30 am unauthorised payment done by my axis bank credit card. i came to know when i saw transaction massage .that some otp had been generated at 10pm. same time i contact to customer care to stop card and help out to stop this payment. my cc no 48503540.
                        so, i am reguesting to you kindly help me out. lodge my complaint and give the dire tion to stop this transaction.

                          Received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

                          I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                          Giving you the complaint reference number - 48577464 being the latest raised one.
                          Previous one to this, 47949411 which was just closed with some bluff. So kindly update me with proper explanation on my mail ID ( I don't want to be bothered by your calls) about it and put back the money taken.
                          These nonsense are just replying here, for the sake, and not providing any update really, it take them more than a year for them to look into anything. Worst experience. My advise to new people considering opening account with them, try considering a better bank with better advantage to you.

                              You are requested to please make a note of the incidence and take corrective/ punitive action against the responsible person.
                              On jan 30, 2019, at aroud 10.23 am, i visited the axis bank, pandri raipur branch, where i have a current account in the name of arogya medical agency - [protected], to deposit cash.
                              When i reached the counter your officer mr tejram was doing some paper work, i put the cash and deposit slip on the counter by this time he was busy on his phone so i waited for some time to complete his conversation.
                              At this moment there was another customer to deposit cash, mr tejram took his cash and deposit slip and started counting his cash, keeping my cash on table aside.
                              I asked mr tejram thjat whoever has come earlier his cash should be counted first then this officer said ok, i am doing but continued to count cash of the second customer.
                              I went to branch manager and reported the incidence but instead of accepting the fact and correcting the mistake he told that the second customer always come earlier.
                              This is really embrassing and insulting behaviour and punitive action is justified.
                              If at all, you want to pay special attention to any customer assign a separate counter or priority desk but please do not insult any individual who is an account holder with you.
                              You are requested to do the needful and acknowledge.
                              Currently i am having 2 current account and 3 savings account with the branch and in such situation will need to change the bank.

                                I am sagar paul. My mom is mala pal. She bought a insurance policy from max life insurance through axis bank, egra branch. After a week she realized that she can't continue this policy due to the lack of money. So she wanted to cancel it. She went the bank and requested the bank employees to cancel this policy and refund the money but the employees misbehave with him and didn't do as she want. The last date of cancel this policy is 5th february 2019. My mom needs money.

                                    I have an axis bank account since 2013. Soon, in 2014 it was converted to salary account, but now it is no more a salary account since more than a year. One of your customer representatives told me that my account was credit freeze.

                                    I am not living in india anymore. It is not possible to come to any branch of yours to get this thing sorted. Please help me fix this as soon as possible without levying any penalty/fees on my account.

                                      Hi i am Dayaram Yadav, My account is showing debit freeze since i have received a credit of Rs.990000 ( Nine Lacs Ninty Thousand ) on Thu, Jan 17, 8:27 AM, after which i went to my bank branch - Arera Colony, Bhopal asking about my problem there i met Mrs. Sita Mandeshwar (Branch Operation Head).

                                      After that she told me it will take 24-48 hours to resolve my issue.
