[Resolved] Axis Bank — loan application

I had applied for home loan, same has been got rejected by stating that where i am currently working is my relative just because mine and my employers surname are same. And there after enquiring they told me that my application rejected due to bank interal scoring, i asked that on what factor scoring is been calculated, so they are telling that they cant share that information. So how can i get to know that on what basis you have rejected my loan and also collected processing fees.

I am a customer of axis Bank. There is 3085 + GST amount is debited from my account naming that it is as consolidated charges. I want the details of this debited amount and if there is not a valid details I want my money back.

Sir,

I am having saving (Salary) account in Axis bank, but last two months on wards every month they have deducted 1800/- from my account. every month they have deducted and sending SMS simply.. today also (i.e.15.12.2018) they have deducted Rs.1800/-. GST 350/-. Total Rs.2150/- totally.

Please help me
